That thermo at 122F is your deck temp? Yowza! Corn looks yums. I love a bit of caramelization on a cob, vs. just boiling or microwave steaming (although the latter is what we had tonight). When I first glassed in/covered our deck, I didn’t think about how hot it might get, and didn’t leave any windows open. We got temps like that and I screwed up the flooring and had to re-do it.
