I'm going to Morgan Wallen next month and need some help with my outfit.. I plan to wear this jean jacket and these sandals (can't do cowboy boots in +40 sadly!!). I envision wearing white Levi shorts and some sort of tank top, preferably pinkish. At first I was debating a basic tank from Old Navy that I can iron on a Wallen decal, but then I was thinking maybe I need more of a western tank or crochet (AE has some). I'm really spinning my wheels with endless scrolling on Old Navy, AE and Gap so I was hoping the pros on here might have some ideas to help me complete this outfit! So my best friend and I have been friends for about 3-4 years and I don't remember this happening so often when were were in highschool. For context, she doesn't have a chronic illness, but she constantly is sick or becomes sick, stomach-wise only. She also goes out to eat nearly every day, sometimes mutliple times a day, and I have suggested cutting down on that or maybe she has a gluten allergy or dairy. She's done nothing to change her diet. I don't care what she eats, but the problem with our relationship started when Morgan Wallen came to our city. All year, I was looking forward to going to the concert. He even postponed it, which gave us more time to get our outfits and funds in order. The day of Morgan Wallen comes, and a strategy we adopted earlier in the year was waiting until the concert technically starts to buy tickets. So, when we down at the stadium for Morgan Wallen, she bought the tickets on her phone. Then not 2 minutes later, she says her stomach hurts. Then she tells me to get a medic. I get a medic, and she's fine within minutes and asks for the ambulance to take her down the road to the hospital. It was no emergency. The ambulance sat on the side of the road, right infront of me for twenty minutes. And had no lights on when it departed. I call her. No answer. Her boyfriend (20M) calls me and asks me if I have her stuff, and he'll stop by my place to get it after he runs a few errands before he goes to her. He was obviously unworried. I wait to call her because I don't want to seem entitled or rude, but the ticket sales are closing soon. I text her asking if she alright and she calls me and tells me not to worry she managed to get a refund for our tickets. As soon as she hung up, I went to go buy tickets and sales were shutdown. What I was looking forward too all summer was crushed, and after running tests, she was totally alright. I avoided making plans with her because she aways says she's pooping her brains out or shitting to some extreme degree, but she voluntared to teach me how to ride the bus. I check in with her the night before our plans and she said 1) she forgot and 2) shes shitting her brain out and is sick to her stomach. The next day comes and our plans were at 9:30 am, she doesn't text me until 3 p.m. and in the same minute that she says shes sorry she was sick and just woke up, she texts in a groupchat of ours asking who wants to go out. I ignored her but when she asked if I was mad, I couldn't hold back and told her that I know it isn't her fault, but her always being sick make her unreliable and I don't want to make plans on the gamble that she feels alright because we're all left feeling shitty. I know it's not her fault and I said that, but this trend of bad luck plagues her too often for me to ingore it, so now I have to consider the greaer possiblity that she'll have stomach issues when were making planning. I didn't want to be a weirdo and make another post about her but she was at the show last night and she has some close up video of them each performing on her stories. It was interesting to see from that perspective -- Ern looks quite chubby, no good way to say it, and Hardy also has a big belly under those loose t-shirts (but looks like a blast). Mr. Wallen is fist pumping himself as well, so there's that...
