MyFundedFutures Support is a Loop of Empty Promises (15 Days & No Resolution)
I wanted to share my recent experience with MyFundedFutures regarding a 50k Flux account. Long story short: Avoid them if you value actual customer service. I had a rebill issue because my credit card was lost. I followed the protocol, updated my payment method, and opened a ticket (#79581896) to have the account manually rebilled. Since then, it has been 15 days of "to and fro" emails with absolutely no action: Jerico and Kolade (Support Leads) repeatedly told me the system would "attempt to rebill later today." It never happened. After 11 days of silence, Shadd reached out just to ask if I "saw their last response"—a response that solved nothing. They keep marking the ticket as "Resolved" when the account is still not renewed. It feels like they are just reading from a script to close tickets rather than actually looking at the account. AMA: We’re the team behind MyFundedFutures — ask us anything about our RAPID Plan, daily payouts, prop trading rules, or passing evaluations.
Hey traders, Some things in prop trading can sound too good to be true. Daily payouts. Passing in as little as 2 trading days. Clear and consistent rules. We know traders have a lot of questions about how prop firms actually work --> payouts, evaluations, risk rules, consistency rules, and everything in between. So today we’re opening this thread for an Ask Me Anything. A member of our product/team will be here answering questions about: • how the RAPID plan works • payout rules and timelines • evaluation requirements • risk limits and drawdowns • common mistakes traders make during challenges • anything else about prop trading If you’re curious, skeptical, or just want clarity, feel free to ask. For anyone interested in trying the RAPID plan, we’re currently running a promo: RAPID Plan – $97 (normally $157) Code: RAPID97 Eligible for new and existing traders (up to two uses). But this thread isn’t a sales pitch, it’s a chance to ask questions and get honest answers about how the program works. Coupert Found a Code for MyFundedFutures Challenge – Saved Big !
Hey traders, especially those in futures/prop space—I just wanted to share how Coupert helped me save on MyFundedFutures (MFFU) recently. I have been trading micros (ES/NQ) but wanted more capital without full risk. Decided on MFFU's PRO plan (50K account) for the daily payouts and flexible rules. At checkout on myfundedfutures.com, Coupert popped up automatically, tested a bunch of promo codes, and applied one that gave me 30% off the challenge fee. I saved around 45$ It activated cashback too (small % but tracked right away in my Coupert dashboard). Super easy—no manual code hunting, and it worked instantly. I've used other coupon tools before, but Coupert was faster and actually found a valid high-discount one for MFFU that others missed. Now funded and trading—first payout processed quick with their rules. If you're eyeing prop firms like MFFU, Topstep, or Apex, definitely install Coupert before buying any challenge; it could save you 30-50% easy with their codes. Anyone else score a good discount via Coupert on prop firms or trading tools? Which MFFU plan are you on (Rapid/Flex/Core), and did you use any codes? Coupert made the entry cost way more affordable—great for traders starting out or scaling up! https://preview.redd.it/le5tk0rjw7ng1.png?width=1302&format=png&auto=webp&s=fae698f2e57337a0eaee681604e667503760bfcd submitted by /u/Theweakdaddy to r/coupert123 [link] [comments]

MyFundedFutures Metals Sizing
Sorry if this has been addressed before but I’ve been having a bit of a difficult time trying to find a clear answer. I’m currently looking into using my myfundedfutures (coming from Topstep) and was wondering how the metal restrictions work. From my understanding you can still trade micros but the max lot size is reduced. My question being on a 50k funded, would you be able to trade 2 sil contracts from the inception of the account or are you unable to trade sil in its totality until some scaling plan is achieved. If it needs to be achieved through the scaling plan, what would it look like since the lot sizing is no longer outlined in the current metals situation. submitted by /u/professor_meerkat to r/PropFirmTester [link] [comments]

MyFundedFutures scam
Getting Forex scam vibes with fake price spikes that never existed and stop hunting. Entered short position on RTY and set stop loss at 2732.50. Out of nowhere, it spikes up to 2759, checking Schwab, Schwab shows that price never went above 2714, also confirmed that Topstep didn't have this spike. Not only MFF didn't execute stop, they also quoted the price that never existed. Waiting for an explanation in their support chat but the fact that this already happened already indicates trashy business. submitted by /u/artemiusgreat to r/PropFirmTester [link] [comments]

Why So Many Traders Are Choosing the Rapid Plan at MyFundedFutures

MyFundedFutures moves to a 90/10 profit split for all Rapid accounts... and it’s retroactive
Today we rolled out a major change at MyFundedFutures: a 90/10 profit split is now live. This wasn’t done to “match competitors.” It was done to realign incentives between traders and the firm. The way prop trading originally worked. What makes this different: The split applies to new and existing Rapid accounts The change is retroactive No new hoops, resets, or fine print When firms make retroactive changes to protect themselves, traders pay the price. When we make retroactive changes, traders get paid more. Same trades. More money. Happy to answer questions here. submitted by /u/myfunded to r/myfundedfutures [link] [comments]
