Hi all, I’m hoping for some insight from people familiar with Nike shoes. I recently bought a pair of Nike Men's Air Force 1 '07 Shoes - Black on the Nike flagship store on Lazmall using the Lazada platform in Thailand. Everything else checks out, but the insole has an unfamiliar abstract logo (not the swoosh) and carbon footprint / CO₂e text. Customer care said Nike is making design changes and that if I return and reorder, I’ll likely receive the same insole design. Nike Thailand also has a disclaimer that branding details on the tongue or insole may differ from images online. Has anyone seen: AF1s or other Nike models with similar sustainability / recycled-material insoles? The Sneakers: went ahead and grabbed these off of their website, they are a stunning pair. I actually made a mistake and selected the wrong quality, but that was remedied by a very helpful customer service. I ended up, grabbing the “level 5 (Best)“, and I am very satisfied with them. All of the materials are really good, everything looks the part, and as a stickler for the actual ‘shape’ of reps these were very satisfactory to me as well. All of the minor details are on point, and I really think that they are one of the most superb reps out there. I have not yet worn them, but I have tried them on and they run True to size I wear a men’s size 12, and just like real AF1’s they actually run a lil’ big. Not a huge difference, just that extra smidge just like retail pairs. I was kind of worried that I was gonna be stuck with just two regular versions of the pears that I ordered, but the problem was quickly remedied and the shoes were sent out super fast. I’m talking only a couple of days and I had tracking numbers for both. It was a seamless and very easy interaction. I am very grateful and the Customer service was simply top notch.
