Best Air Fryer 2026?
Edit: Thanks all for recs! I decided to go with Cosori TurboBlaze as most recommended it and it also seems to have a discount rn. :) The advice around air fryers on this subreddit is getting repetitive. People keep auto recommending either the ninja, cosori or gourmia and then someone else jumps in and says those are overrated and that instant is the better option. My current setup is a $40 3-quart analog dial air fryer. The budget is $350-ish, but I can spend more if it is really worth it. I am currently trying to decide between a single massive drawer vs dual independent zones. Im stuck choosing between the Ninja Crispi Pro, Ninja Double Stack XL or Cosori TurboBlaze. Specs-wise they all seem good, but I cannot tell which one is actually worth owning and which one mainly gets recommended because it is the familiar default pick online. submitted by /u/packagedsmurf to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

best air fryer for getting crunchy fries without them sticking?
I’ve been experimenting with making homemade fries in my current air fryer, but no matter what I do they end up a bit soggy or stick to the basket. I usually coat them lightly in oil and try to shake them halfway through, but it’s not consistent. Is there a particular best air fryer that really helps fries come out crispy without all the fuss? Any tips on baskets or settings that make a difference would be amazing too. Appreciate any advice! EDIT: Just got one from Ninja DZ550 Foodi 10 Quart 6-in-1 DualZone Smart XL Air Fryer and it’s been a noticeable upgrade. Fries are coming out way crispier and I’m not dealing with the sticking issue anymore. submitted by /u/RogueKnight_Eva-400 to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

Oven’s “air fryer” feature 🙄
I just bought a new home with a gourmet kitchen with a GE profile double oven. The top oven has an airfryer. I quickly learned out that it is indeed NOT an airfryer nor should they be allowed to use that name. I have cooked various items-burgers, pizza, chicken breast, and fries. What my $240 dual Ninja can do in 15 this $2K oven takes 30 minutes and it's not air fried, it's a convection oven. Yes, the food was cooked fine but still didn't taste nearly as good as if cooked in the ninja. Don't even get me started on my new GE profile microwave with an air fryer as well. For testing purposes I tried the "air fryer" feature on a hamburger patty. It was gross--discolored, didn't cook (let alone crisp) and when I finally took it out I cut it in half only to have about 3 ounces of blood squirt everywhere. Yo Oven, Microwaves....stay in your lane! 🙄 I'm glad I didn't throw out my Ninja. I brought it out of the pantry and will be firing it up tonight. submitted by /u/enviroian to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

Best Air Fryer to Buy in 2026? (Price, Capacity, Features)
EDIT: After going through all the comments and doing a bit more research I decided to go with the Typhur Dome 2. From what I found it seems to hit the sweet spot in terms of performance for the price and it also happens to have a discount rn which made the decision easier. i was washing my air fryer after making pizza rolls this morning and a massive chunk of the black bottom flaked off onto my sponge and now im completely grossed out and need a new one right now before my roommate makes dinner. i see everyone hyping up Ninja Crispi Pro and Ninja DoubleStack XL and Typhur Dome 2 but honestly im leaning toward COSORI Pro III Dual Blaze becayse my local target has it sitting right on the endcap and it looks way less bulky. im finally trashing my crusty 2019 budget model because i cant deal with that toxic teflon non stick stuff peeling into my food anymore after a basic wash. i have the cash saved for the absolute top tier stuff but i refuse to get played by diminishing returns if a regular mid range one does the exact same thing so i just want that perfect price to performance sweet spot. the other thing messing me up is deciding between those tall vertical dual baskets to save counter space or just getting a really wide single basket so i can actually fit a whole pizza or a big roast in there. im ready to pull the trigger today so what exact model should i just blindly buy so i can stop stressing about this? submitted by /u/ZestyRainbow4061 to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

New To Air Fryers - What's The Best One To Get?
I've done the research. In fact my kitchen now permanently smells like french fries. To save you the trouble here are my picks: High-End Ovens & Smart Fryers: This is where you get huge capacity and advanced features. Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro ($400) - The king of countertop ovens. It does everything your main oven does but better and faster. Typhur Dome 2 AI Smart Air Fryer ($400) - A futuristic air fryer with a self-cleaning function and a basket big enough for a whole pizza. Mid-Range Glass & Steel Fryers: You get premium non-toxic materials and unique designs here. Ninja Crispi Pro 6-in-1 Glass Air Fryer ($280) - A unique air fryer that uses non-toxic glass containers you can see through. Cosori Iconic Stainless Steel 6.5 Qt Smart Air Fryer ($250) - A beautiful stainless steel air fryer with a premium ceramic-coated basket. The Budget Champions: You get incredible features for a low price here. Ninja 6-Quart Dual-Zone (Renewed) ($110) - An amazing price for a two-basket air fryer that lets you cook two foods at once. Gourmia Digital Air Fryer ($90) - A massive 7.5-liter air fryer with a window for a fantastic budget price. That's about it. My food feels crispier just from writing this post. submitted by /u/n4hcallme to r/NinjaCrispi [link] [comments]

Best Air Fryer For Crispy Fries!?
I have been obsessed with finding the perfect air fryer for a while now and after testing a bunch I wanted to share my personal recommendations. The Top-Tier Beast Machines Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro - $400 Pros: It's a full-featured convection oven that also air fries perfectly. The capacity is huge and it can replace your toaster. Cons: It's very expensive and takes up a significant amount of counter space. Typhur Dome 2 AI Smart Air Fryer - $400 Pros: Has a self-cleaning function and a large flat basket that fits a 12" pizza. The top and bottom heating elements cook evenly. Cons: It's very expensive for a dedicated air fryer and is a newer less-known brand. The Mid-Range Workhorses Ninja Crispi Pro 6-in-1 Glass Air Fryer - $280 Pros: The glass containers are non-toxic and let you see the food as it cooks. They can also go in the microwave and freezer. Cons: The design with separate containers is a bit unusual. Cosori Iconic Stainless Steel 6.5 Qt Smart Air Fryer - $250 Pros: A premium stainless steel build with a non-toxic ceramic basket. A very high-end feel for the price. Cons: It's a single basket so you can't cook two things at once like a dual-zone. The Budget Champions Ninja DZ090 6-Quart Dual-Zone 2-Basket Air Fryer (Renewed) - $110 Pros: You get two separate baskets to cook two different foods at once which is incredibly convenient. An amazing price for a renewed model. Cons: It's a renewed product so it may have cosmetic blemishes and has a shorter warranty. Gourmia Digital Air Fryer, 7.5 Liter - $90 Pros: A very large 7.5-liter capacity for a rock-bottom price. The window is useful for checking on your food without opening it. Cons: The build quality and materials are very basic compared to the more expensive options. TL;DR: If you want a toaster oven replacement get the Breville. For a high-tech basket fryer get the Typhur Dome. For dual-basket cooking on a budget get the renewed Ninja. submitted by /u/DonutOk2306 to r/cookingforbeginners [link] [comments]

Looking for a solid air fryer in 2026 - what do you recommend?
Hi everyone I’m looking to buy an air fryer that can handle meals for a family. What’s currently considered the best large-capacity air fryer? Update: After a lot of research I'm thinking about going with one of them: Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro Typhur Dome 2 AI Smart Air Fryer Ninja Crispi Pro 6-in-1 Glass Air Fryer Cosori Iconic Stainless Steel 6.5 Qt Smart Air Fryer Ninja DZ090 6-Quart Dual-Zone 2-Basket Air Fryer (Renewed) Gourmia Digital Air Fryer, 7.5 Liter Main things I care about: Large enough to cook for 4 people Gets food genuinely crispy Easy to clean (non-toxic basket is a plus) Versatile enough to bake or roast Heats up quickly I'm torn between a big countertop oven like the Breville and a large basket-style one like the Typhur or Ninja. Is the oven style more versatile than a dedicated air fryer? Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/DonutOk2306 to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

I am trying to purchase an air fryer in the UK but the budget is tight, I can only spend between £30–£60
I am wondering which brands are usually within that range. From what I have seen in expert roundups, budget models can perform well, but some that have been tested are priced at £48 and considered as a strong low cost option, while more advanced or dual drawer models are far above £100. It seems possible that the machine can stay under £60 if you stick to simple, smaller units, but I am not sure if that is possible or not. I have read some reddit threads saying that people reccomend compact brands like Tower or Salter which are within budget and perfect for small households. I could also wait for discounts on the Ninja brand or buy an Alidi air fryer which is about £30 and can cook for about two people. I guess the question really is should we use a cheap single drawer fryer for now or save up and purchase a bigger dual zone model later when I can afford it. I want to try and make this a daily habit because I think not using oils in my food can really decrease calorie intake if the item is not coated with oils already. I am wondering if anyone here has tried sourcing small kitchen appliances from amazon, alibaba or from other online sites or is that too risky compared to buying locally from the UK. Also the voltage can be an issue, I think I need to purchase something that can be used in UK electrical conditions so probably should just be buying from a local shop. submitted by /u/smartypants_gal to r/ketouk [link] [comments]

Just need to vent. Never EVER tell Gemini that you have a AirFryer. It literally NEVER stops bringing it up lol
I told it a while ago to help me with my new air fryer, ninja foodi 10qrt blah blah. Everytime I ask for help cooking it tells me to use the thermometer... It's a digital thermometer rofl, I'd have to turn on the air fryer, move it across the room, and use the short cord by jabbing food with it. If I'm cooking anything, it tries to get me to prep it. If I'm asking for help shopping, it says "hey, while you're shopping, it might be a good idea to use your Ninja foodi AirFryer to make a snack" I swear to God they must be paying google at this point to get me to use it. I wish I screen shotted all the times it randomly brings it up, it's actually insane lol. I'll start doing it now, just so I can prove it to anyone that says I'm lying (there's always one). Seriously though. I could ask it what the weather is like tomorrow, and it would chime in "it's going to be cold, perfect weather for you to bust out the Ninja Foodi 10Qrt, Dual Basket Air Fryer, would you like some recipes?" Just curious if anyone else has mentioned having anything to Gemini, to have it just bring it up alllll the time? lol... It being suonmy tv quite a bit too. I named my tv "my90inchtv" and it brings it up soon randomly. I also have a OnePlus13, and I have to remind it every time I ask for help with a setting. Hey google stops working all the time, and whenever I ask it for help fixing it, it gives me the wrong answers over and over. Tells me to go places that don't exist, etc.. I shared screen with it yesterday, and it told me to click on something, so I did, then it told me to back out of there and told me it was wrong. Then told me to go back in, and then back out, and just looped. I guess it doesn't know the newest oxygen or something, idk. inB4 "wow can you do anything yourself" because asking ai for help with some stuff means I only ever use it. submitted by /u/Bruhimonlyeleven to r/GeminiAI [link] [comments]

Best air fryer which one is better vs for real weeknight cooking, and what’s actually worth it long term?
I’m considering buying an air fryer, but I’m trying to be realistic about whether it’ll actually improve my cooking or just add another appliance to the counter. I keep seeing this is the best thing ever but I want the real story. I cook mostly simple weeknight meals for 1–2 people chicken thighs, roasted veggies, potatoes, and sometimes tofu. I’m hoping for better texture and faster cooking, and I’d love something that does well without constant flipping/shaking. I’m also debating which setup is better vs for actual cooking: basket style vs the toaster oven style. I’ve tried a basic air fryer before and it was fine for a few things, but it felt inconsistent and small. If you had to pick the best air fryer for real cooking (not just frozen stuff), which one is worth it, and why? Update: After reading through everyone’s great feedback and doing some digging on performance and versatility I’ve decided to go with the Ninja DZ550 as my air fryer pick. It seems like a real workhorse for weeknight meals and the dual baskets should help with cooking multiple things without constant flipping or shaking. submitted by /u/Masserman-Edlie to r/Cooking [link] [comments]

Reddit’s most recommended air fryers (based on 80+ threads)
I scraped comments from 80+ posts where people asked things like “what’s the best air fryer?”, plus big kitchen/appliance recommendation threads, then ran thousands of comments through an analysis pipeline to see which air fryers consistently get praised vs mixed or negative feedback. The goal isn’t “most mentioned,” but which models are talked about most positively relative to others. If you want to see the full breakdown (Top comments, TL;DR's and constantly updating) you can find it here: redrecs.com/best-air-fryer Method in the comments and like always would love to get your feedback and suggestions! submitted by /u/LoneKnight25 to r/RedRecs [link] [comments]

I analyzed 1 year of air fryer recommendations on Reddit (Nov 2024–2025). These are the top 20.
I posted a version in April. Some of you have been asking for an updated version so here’s one. This time I’ve also added the brand rankings to help contextualise the rankings better. This is part of my project to tinker with Reddit data and LLMs. Wanted to create something useful for the community while levelling up my coding chops. The idea is to highlight which air fryers got the most love. To be clear, most love =/= objectively best. But hopefully it’s a useful data point nonetheless, especially for those overwhelmed by the options. Obviously this is a very general list. It gets way more interesting when you slice and dice the data. If you want to dig into the raw data, you can do so on the project page (google “RedditRecs”). You can explore the data, read the comments, filter by price, capacity, type (e.g. oven vs basket, vs pressure cooker etc), comments about crisping, baking, ease of cleaning etc. Disclaimer – the page has some affiliate links. You don’t have to use them, though they help fund the analyses. Methodology in the comments. submitted by /u/heyyyjoo to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

What's with the air fryer plastics?? AWFUL chemical smell
I'm sorry because I'm making a second post about this in a month, but what the heck is going on with the plastics used in air fryers? I've been extremely happy with my Ninja AF400, so much so that I have recommended it to several other people those past 2 years and they have been equally happy with it. Fastforward to this year's Black Friday and I decided to gift my parents an air fryer. Their kitchen space is tighter, so I initially looked for a single basket. Ordered a Cosori TurboBlaze from Amazon but read quite a few comments about toxic chemical smell from the plastics, so I cancelled it and ordered one of those redesigned Ninja Pro single basket air fryers. It came and smelled horribly. Washed several times, dry run it like 8 times for 20 minutes and it never stopped releasing those toxic fumes that made it hard to breathe around it. I wouldn't cook food in the same room with that smell, let alone inside of this air fryer. Ultimately, let down, I returned it. But then I decided to order an AF400 dual basket, just like mine and several of my friends'. It's proven, right? Well, powered it on and in 10 minutes, it was even worse, so much so that we couldn't use our big living room/kitchen for the whole day. No amount of airing the room helped enough. A suffocating chemical smell. Two days later, I'm waiting for them to collect it for a return, and the smell still lingers in the room. How is this acceptable and how isn't there a class action lawsuit for that yet?? P.S. First time I noticed this awful toxic smell was when I broke my 5-year old hair dryer and ordered the exact same model. It had this awful smell when I heated it up, but I pushed through, as the plastic is much less than on an air fryer, so the fumes weren't all that much and it was more bearable. It took months of using it almost daily for the smell to start subsiding and now, probably an year and a half later, it still smells the same, just a lot less. This shit never truly goes away with those toxic plastics! submitted by /u/horizon936 to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

Bugetul meu? Sa zicem un 700 de lei, hai 1000 fortat daca chiar isi merita banii. submitted by /u/Carapheus to r/roFrugal [link] [comments]

Why do you guys prefer dual air fyers?
Hey guys! I came to this subreddit to learn about best airfryer I can buy. I've learned two things Ninja is by far the best brand Most people recommend some variant of dual air fryers I'm a bit reluctant on buying the dual zone air fryer since I don't want it to take up a lot of space on my kitchen counter. There are just two people in home, me and wife. Do you guys think dual zone fryer would really be needed? Can I do with just Ninja Air fryer Pro (4.7 L? ) submitted by /u/Intention_Connect to r/airfryer [link] [comments]

Air fryer
Salut! Mulțumesc! submitted by /u/icsSnow to r/roFrugal [link] [comments]

As requested - EASY AIR FRYER RECIPES
This is going to be long af, so bear with me. So these are not spectacular recipes. They are simple and open to any variations and personal creativity. Of course I do NOT work for any AF brand (although ffs I should!), but I always want to help people who are unsure of themselves, be able to eat healthily and quickly. There aren’t any meat ones beyond chicken and fish, because I don’t cook beef in mine. I have my limits lol. I’ve done many other meals in mine, but 99% of the time I’m totally winging it, so they’re not written down as of yet. AIR FRYER RECIPES Notes: - Always pull the air fryer a few inches away from the wall before using to avoid heat damage. - To contain juices (and generally avoid having to clean the drawers much), you can buy paper liners that are specific to your model, silicone liners, or make a sided ‘boat’ out of foil. These are all optional - It’s worth getting the fitted grates like in the bottom left of my pic. It holds down smaller items or the edges of paper liners so they don’t fly up and burn. It also helps if you want to jam as much food in there as possible without it touching - My recipes are based on my Ninja Foodi Flex (dual), and average sized meat/food items I get in Ontario, Canada. So everything varies. - I originally wrote this for family in Scotland, so I have both °F and °C noted. I use °F at home. Photo clockwise from top left: - pierogi (homemade) - Chicken thigh - Roasted tomato & veg pearl cous cous salad - Roasted cherry tomatoes - Capocollo wrapped trout - Roasted garlic placement diagram RECIPES CHICKEN THIGHS/DRUMS 380 F / 195 C Season as desired (I only use S&P) 12 min skin side down 10 min skin side up - If using a liner, no oil is needed unless you want to crisp up the skin. In that case, lightly oil chicken. If placing directly on the metal tray, either oil chicken or tray first. SALMON/TROUT PORTIONS 400 F / 200 C Season as desired Approximately 9 mins - as with the chicken, no oil needed unless placing directly on metal tray so the skin doesn’t stick ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES Foil tray* Cherry tomatoes Olive oil Salt & pepper Optional - garlic, fresh thyme, rosemary etc 400 F / 200 C on air fry setting *make a sided ‘boat’ out of foil so it contains any juices from the tomato - Appx 12 mins or until reached desired doneness - To prevent the skins exploding, you can pierce them with a knife before roasting. - Can be for dressings, warm salads, side dish, fresh tomato pasta sauces - I roast Kalamata olives, chopped bell peppers & the white parts of scallions the exact same way. Threw them with some canned beans, other veg & pearl cous cous to make a warm grain salad. Can also be eaten cold. FROZEN PIEROGI 400 F / 200 C Appx 8-10 mins or until crispy and golden to your liking. - Coat with a tiny bit of oil first. Flip halfway. - Can also be done with fresh pierogi and even tortellini/ravioli. Some may burst. CARROTS - Peel & cut into uniform sizes. Or if they’re small, leave whole - toss with some maple syrup or honey and mustard. Appx 15 mins at 375 F / 190 C *timing varies depending on the size of carrots. Check and shake around on occasion. Definitely use some kind of liner for this as it would be very sticky & difficult to clean CRISPY DICED POTATOES - Dice potatoes about 1” - Par-boil diced potatoes for 3 mins at a rolling boil - dry and toss with oil, salt & pepper, and any other seasoning you like (awesome with Lawrys seasoning salt) - Air fry 400 F / 200 C appx 15-20 mins, shaking/tossing occasionally ROASTED GARLIC one whole head garlic, or as many cloves as you need, with paper skin still on - chop the top off the cloves/head so only a tiny bit is exposed through the skin - Place on square of foil. - Drizzle a little bit of olive oil. Add salt if desired (totally optional) - Wrap tightly with the foil into a small packet - Air fry 400 F / 200 C for appx 12 mins (longer if it’s a whole head). - Garlic is done when you can easily squeeze the softened garlic out of the paper skin *the small foil packet may fly around inside the fryer as it cooks. I use a rack to help hold it down. Another option is to tuck some of the foil underneath the air fryer’s grate to stabilize it. SEE PHOTO OTHER NOTES You can really take any veg that tastes good roasted (all of them!), chop them to equal-ish sizes, lightly oil, season, and toss them in there. 400 F / 200 C for anywhere from 5-15 mins depending on the veg and your preferred doneness. The best part of the air fryer is that you can pause it, open it to take a look, and continue if necessary. No need to worry about messing it up as it doesn’t cool down like a large oven does. BBC has some simple recipes too. I haven’t tried them, but their salmon & Chicken thigh method looks nearly identical to mine, so they’re probably pretty good 😉 https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/search?q=Easy+air+fryer+ submitted by /u/puzzlebutter to r/adhdwomen [link] [comments]

I am the proud owner of an Airfryer - life changing. What are your air fryer tips?
I’ll be first to admit these were a big hype when everyone was getting them. I bought a dual Ninja air fryer and it is probably the best thing I have ever bought. What are your favourite things to cook in it? I need some inspiration! Just some basic stuff like chicken, parmentier potatoes so far. They are absolutely amazing. I’m spending half as much time in the kitchen and makes avoiding cooking to get a takeaway far easier. submitted by /u/discoveredunknown to r/AskUK [link] [comments]

I analyzed the 25 most recommended air fryer on Reddit
I’m doing some analysis on reddit data and looked at the most recommended air fryers in the past year. Thought I’d share the results here. Its part of a side project of mine to play with Reddit data and LLMs. The goal was to create something useful for the community while learning and improving my development skills. Hopefully it’ll be helpful / interesting to some. The idea is that this crowdsourced analysis can help paint a picture of which are the most tried and tested ones, which can be a useful data point for someone trying to make sense of the massive fragmented information out there. Methodology: I used the Reddit API to scour reddit for discussions on air fryers across all subreddits, scoping the search to posts made within the past year for freshness. Of the search results, I sampled 463 relevant threads and used LLMs to analyze, extract, and categorize opinions from the comments. I also extracted info about the mesh wifi being referred to and used that info to lookup the models on Amazon. Unfortunately for now the list only shows models available on Amazon (for simplicity’s sake). I then sorted the models by number of users with positive sentiment. Caveat: Handling and merging different descriptions, model numbers, abbreviations etc, and associating them with the right variation is non trivial, so its not 100% accurate. Let me know if you spot anything wrong or surprising. source / full list including comments analyzed submitted by /u/heyyyjoo to r/airfryer [link] [comments]
