Online Course Platform VS Selling on My Own Website -looking for insight
Hello, I’m teaching various masterclasses and workshops in person and I wanted to create guides or simplified courses I could sell to people based on their needs. I’m considering just building it out and putting in a Google Drive folder and selling on my website, and to my audience. Or buying into a site like circle, kajabi, or Payhip. I subscribe or purchase online courses on a platform often (Daily OM) and I love the ease of the modules and being able to login and see my classes and where I left off. I think that’s user friendly and others would like that too. My question is: is there a standard design style that really sells better? If the content is good, and it’s easy to follow and implement, does the design make or break that? If so, if it’s in Google folder, does that look cheap? Also, people would be able to share it freely this way… hindering future sales. Any other feedback appreciated; thank you! For context, my guides and courses are on topics of marketing and strategy. submitted by /u/EconomicsKey298 to r/onlinecourses [link] [comments]

How to Actually Make Money With Canva and ChatGPT (Step-by-Step Digital Product System Most People Miss)
Most people are told that Canva and ChatGPT can help you make money online, but they are never shown a clear system. They jump between tutorials, copy ideas, and still end up confused about what to actually do. The truth is simple. You do not need advanced skills. You need a repeatable process that turns ideas into digital products people will actually buy. Below is a beginner-friendly system you can follow to go from idea to income. Step 1: Brainstorm Simple, Market-Ready Ideas Start by listing ideas, not overthinking them. Use questions like: What do people struggle with right now? What do beginners constantly ask about? What quick solution can I package into a guide or video? You can also use ChatGPT to generate niche ideas, but your focus should always be on usefulness, not complexity. The goal is to find ideas that are simple, specific, and easy to understand. Step 2: Find a Specific Problem to Solve This is where most beginners fail. A broad idea like “make money online” is too competitive and unclear. Instead, narrow it down: “How to get first 10 clients on Fiverr” “How to design Instagram posts using Canva” “How to write ebooks with AI for beginners” The more specific the problem, the easier it is to sell. People do not buy general information. They buy solutions to clear problems. Step 3: Choose Your Digital Product Format Once you have a clear problem, decide how you will package the solution. You have two simple options: Ebook (step-by-step guide) Video training (screen recordings or tutorials) For beginners, ebooks are faster to create and easier to sell. Use ChatGPT to structure your content and Canva to design it into a clean, readable format. Step 4: Create the Digital Product (Stop Overthinking) This is where action matters more than perfection. Use ChatGPT to: Write your content sections Create outlines and explanations Expand ideas into simple lessons Then use Canva to: Turn it into a visually clean ebook Add headings, pages, and simple design elements Do not aim for perfection. Aim for completion. A finished product that is simple will always beat a perfect idea that never gets published. Step 5: Build a Simple Checkout System You do not need a complex website to start. You can use simple tools like: Gumroad Payhip Stan Store Or any basic payment page builder The goal is to make it easy for someone to buy your product in one or two clicks. If people cannot easily pay, they will not buy. Step 6: Start Posting Content on Social Media This is where most people give up too early. Once your product is ready, start posting content daily: Share tips from your ebook Break down lessons into short posts Show your process of building it Answer common questions in your niche Your content becomes your marketing system. Over time, content brings traffic, traffic brings trust, and trust brings sales. Final Insight The difference between people who make money online and those who do not is not tools. It is execution. Canva and ChatGPT are powerful, but they only work when you follow a clear system from idea to product to distribution. Start small. Ship fast. Improve with feedback. That is how beginners turn simple digital products into real income streams using AI. submitted by /u/adrianmatuguina to r/Aivolut [link] [comments]

I Found Highly Profitable Unsaturated Digital Products To Sell On Etsy Right Now
I have experimented a lot with digital products. Whether you say Gumroad, Amazon, Creative Fabrica, Payhip, Evanto etc, I have tried them all. Only one was left - Etsy. I never thought of selling on this platform until my friend told me she is making four figures per month on the platform. I have been an Etsy buyer for a very long time. I mostly used the platform for Vintage products mostly sending gifts for my family and friends. But as a seller? Never! I started with my first store in 2023. I created the account in 2021. I uploaded a few products, but never made any sales during my first year. I got disappointed and shifted my focus back to my ebook writing career (Amazon KDP at that time). I have tried and tested many digital products. Based on my research and my friend's sales (she sells in multiple niches), these are some niches that do very well on Etsy - Sewing Patterns - This has become my personal favorite because the arts and crafts niche does much better on the Etsy platform. This category is huge - from clothing to soft toys. No room for boredom! Printable Stationery - Cards, invitations, gift tags, labels, etc. If you like to draw designs in these categories, then Etsy is the best platform for you! Digital Planners (my fav) - I have tried this out and it works really well to date! I do organic marketing. I started with buying Canva templates for my personal business, and now I sell digital planners on the platform! This was and always will be my personal favorite. Printable Wall Art - Etsy has over 2.4 million digital prints. Ofocurse Etsy is home for millions of customers who are ready to buy these designs for their home or office spaces. All you need is a Canva account, and that's all! Digital art brush packs - this is from my friend's store. I dont know much about this, but she sells Procreate brushes and is doing really well right now. Website themes - If you are into selling plugins and add-ons, Etsy is the right place for you. Website themes, templates, plugins, add-ons, etc. The market is still huge. Budget trackers - Budget trackers ALWAYS perform best in my view. Worksheet - If you are into the kids' niche, then worksheets and workbooks will be the right niche for you. Etsy buyers are mostly women. So it won't be hard for you to find customers in your niche. So this is all! I have some trendy best sellers too but they come and go. What works now doesn't mean it will work in the future as well, so I have skipped them. Are all the niches you see here are evergreen! Comment PDF, and I'll send 50 Marketplaces where I sell my Digital products. submitted by /u/hazelparadise to r/MicroSideHustle [link] [comments]

Lenovo a940 cooling
Loud fans under load? Trying to record audio? Tired of disruptions to workflow? Computer running hot? Solution i found. Get a 12v fan controller tp usb, buy small 4" quiet case fan. Remove access cover on top of machine and in my case i drilled 3" hole as clse to ssd drive without cutting into the copper heat sink built into case cover or cutting into hump located under case cover to support copper heat sink. Measure and mark center as to not overdrill out side of metal structural support that is attatched to plastic case cover. Dont damage or contaminate thermal pad, remove and then reinstall it. Install fan from top side with long fan screw that do not penetrate metal cover reinforcement more that 1/16 inch. Now you have about 20 cfm blowing strainght down onto memmory and ssd drive forcing positive pressure into case. Dropped temps about 15 to to degrees no throttling as of now if something changes ill post more on adding crossflow fan to exhaust ports and using arctic paste. My fan is an older led readout fan with temps and whatever you want to program into it to display. update, seems lenovo made this thing to cook eggs. So i will be adding 3 inch fan to ducted stock fan assembly, another hole in top cover dunping air straight into stock fan which doesnt have enough clearance between fan intake and top cover to breathe. then 8 inch scorpion amp 12v cross flow fan will be added to back side with vent struts out to improve airflow. the cross flow fan will be modified to act as suction exhaust fan with controller to run it at about 50%. will post updates when i get all the parts and mods done. visit this len site to see how stupidly this machine was put together. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht508724-removal-and-replacement-videos-lenovo-yoga-a940-27icb-all-in-one-f0e4-f0e5 cpu under speaker, speakers taking up all of the air vents in front grill. hot air from inside unit recirculated through cpu cooling fan through heat sink then out the cack so it can be sucked back into unit for extra egg cooking. really lenovo? No wonder these were screamers. didn't care til i started needing quiet so i can record audio and with ai pulling hard cpu gets cranky. will update when done. submitted by /u/carrsw to r/Lenovo [link] [comments]

Book Ninja Review: How I Created Amazon Royalties Fast
I usually don’t write long posts like this, but after spending the last few weeks testing Book Ninja, I felt this deserved a proper breakdown — especially because there’s a lot of hype around “AI passive income tools” right now, and most of them don’t live up to expectations. This is NOT a promo post. No screenshots flex. Just a real discussion from someone who actually tried the software. If you’re curious about Amazon KDP, mid-content books, AI book creation, or building passive income without ads or social media, this might help you decide whether Book Ninja is worth your time (and money). Why I Even Looked at Book Ninja in the First Place Like many people here, I’ve been chasing legit passive income ideas for years. I’ve tried: Affiliate marketing (too much content + SEO grind) Dropshipping (ads = stress) Freelancing (not passive at all) Print-on-demand (hit or miss) Amazon KDP kept popping up, but every time I looked deeper, the problems were obvious: Writing books takes forever Hiring designers on Fiverr adds up Researching niches is confusing No guarantee anything will sell I didn’t want another course telling me what could work. I wanted something that actually does the work. That’s how I landed on Book Ninja. Before jumping in, I also spent time reading detailed user breakdowns and long-form reviews, mainly to understand what the tool actually versus what does it claims. That part helped a lot, especially around how niche validation works and what’s realistically automated versus what you still need to handle yourself. I also noticed some reviewers shared extra walkthroughs and bonus materials bundled with the software, which made the learning curve smoother when I finally decided to test it properly. BTW Got all the details, Clarity and $397 Worth Bonuses from Book Ninja Review Before Getting into it First Impressions (No BS) When I logged in, I was honestly surprised. No clutter. No confusing menus. No “watch 20 videos before you can start.” The dashboard basically asks: “What kind of book do you want to create?” Options were: Coloring books Word search puzzle books Crossword puzzle books Non-fiction books Right away, I could tell this wasn’t some generic AI writer slapped together. The Biggest Problem With Amazon KDP (And How Book Ninja Solves It) Let’s be real — the hardest part of KDP isn’t uploading books. It’s knowing what will actually sell. Most people: Guess niches Copy competitors blindly Create books that never rank Quit after 2–3 uploads This is where Book Ninja genuinely impressed me. Before creating anything, it: Scans real-time Amazon bestseller data Cross-checks Google Trends Analyzes what’s gaining momentum right now Scores niches based on demand and competition So instead of “I hope this works,” it’s more like: “Okay, people are already buying this.” That alone removes a HUGE chunk of risk. My Actual Book Creation Experience I decided to start simple with a mid-content puzzle book. Here’s exactly what happened: I selected the niche Book Ninja suggested Chose the book type Clicked generate That’s it. The software: Created the interior pages (properly structured puzzles) Designed a clean, professional cover Formatted everything for Amazon KDP No Canva. No ChatGPT prompts. No formatting nightmares. Total time: under 10 minutes. That’s faster than I’ve ever created anything online. Publishing to Amazon KDP (Reality Check) Uploading to Amazon KDP is still your responsibility — and that’s a good thing. Why? Because: You own the asset You control pricing You keep full royalties Book Ninja doesn’t promise “instant money” — and honestly, that’s a green flag. Once uploaded: Amazon handles traffic Amazon handles payments Amazon handles delivery Amazon handles customer support This is why KDP works as a passive model after the initial setup. Where Book Ninja Goes Beyond Amazon (Most Tools Don’t) One thing people rarely talk about is multi-platform income. Book Ninja books can also be sold on: Etsy Gumroad Payhip Shopify Teachers Pay Teachers Your own website That means: One book ≠ one income stream One book = multiple monetization angles That’s how people quietly build real digital income portfolios. Is the Content Quality Actually Good? This was my biggest concern. Short answer: Yes — for what it’s designed to do. Mid-content books don’t need Pulitzer-level writing. They need: Clean layouts Logical structure Professional presentation Book Ninja nails that. For non-fiction, the content is solid and usable, especially if you: Add a short personal intro Customize the tone slightly Brand it under your author name Think of it as 80–90% done-for-you, not a lazy copy-paste scam. What Book Ninja Is NOT (Important) Let’s clear this up. Book Ninja is NOT: A get-rich-quick scheme Instant daily income A replacement for effort entirely A magic button that prints money overnight What it IS: A speed + validation tool A passive asset builder A shortcut around writing and design A way to stack long-term royalties If you understand that, you won’t be disappointed. Pros (From Real Use) Extremely beginner-friendly No writing or design skills needed Real-time niche validation One-time payment (huge plus) Works worldwide Scales well with consistency No ads or audience required Cons (Honest Ones) Royalties take time (weeks, not days) You still need to upload books yourself Credits are limited unless you upgrade Amazon approval isn’t guaranteed (that’s KDP, not Book Ninja) None of these are deal-breakers — just reality. Who I Think Book Ninja Is Perfect For Beginners overwhelmed by KDP People who hate content creation Side hustlers wanting real assets Anyone tired of ads & funnels Those thinking long-term, not quick flips Who Should Probably Skip It People expecting instant income Anyone unwilling to take 10–15 minutes per book Those who don’t want to learn Amazon basics at all About Pricing & Bonuses (Quick Note) It’s a one-time payment, not monthly — which already puts it ahead of most tools. On top of that, there are: Step-by-step KDP training courses Case studies Strategy walkthroughs Some bundles also include up to $397 worth of bonuses, which honestly makes the value stack stronger if you’re serious about publishing. Final Thoughts (No Hype, Just Reality) After using Book Ninja, I get why it’s gaining traction. It doesn’t promise nonsense. It doesn’t force you into ads. It doesn’t require you to become a content creator. It simply helps you create real digital assets faster and smarter. If your goal is to build quiet, compounding income over time — not flashy screenshots — this is one of the more practical tools I’ve used. This Book Ninja Review Helps a Lot to decide. and Also Got $397 Worth Bonuses Happy to answer questions if anyone’s on the fence. submitted by /u/Old-Raspberry-2427 to r/Bloggers [link] [comments]

How I Built An Entire e-Commerce Website For Free
I’ve been testing different platforms to run my store, and honestly Fourthwall surprised me. If you’re a creator who wants to sell stuff without paying $30–$80/month like Shopify, this platform is one of the best free options out there. (Now, I am also testing Whop and Payhip to see their performance). It's mainly designed for creators, and it covers four core things (from my experience), all in one website: Sell digital products (instant delivery, built-in funnel) Sell physical products (POD or manual products) Run a mini blog Build a subscription/membership site with paywalled posts Everything is integrated! What impressed me the most is how many features come built-in for free. Things that WordPress usually charges $5/month per plugin for, like email marketing, user profile badges, memberships, paywalls, donations, analytics, promo/marketing, digital delivery, are all included by default. Custom domain is available to link ( You can get one at Cloudflare, very cheap). For physical products you get 2 routes: • Print-on-demand: upload your design, publish, and wait for royalties. • Manual shipping: list your own products and connect ShipStation (fully integrated). The website builder is also solid. You can build pages from scratch, add custom CSS, use their API, connect webhooks, and even automate with ViaSocket. You can also link TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, and YouTube Shopping for free. They only take a 3%–5% fee per sale, and that’s basically the entire cost of using the platform. If you want to see what a full Fourthwall site looks like in action, you can check out mine here (I am a music creator). It’s all built on Fourthwall with zero paid add-ons. If anyone has questions about setting up stores using this platform, I can share what I all know! submitted by /u/Beneficial-Song9426 to r/creators [link] [comments]

I’m a 75-year-old grandpa proving you can still build and monetize an online community from scratch
I’m a 75-year-old grandpa from Europe. I started this digital journey to prove to younger people that you don’t need a big company or investors to build something meaningful online — just ideas, consistency, and curiosity. I built two big Facebook communities (over 150,000 members combined) and several websites — all around language learning, especially German for beginners. Then I turned it into something real: I created 1400+ lessons and 18 complete PDF modules (A1–B2 levels) I set up subscriptions on BuyMeACoffee and Payhip I now have around 40 paying members and hundreds of regular readers Monthly revenue is around €1400–1600, stable but not growing much Everything — content, marketing, SEO, automation, design — I did alone. But now, I’m running out of energy and new ideas. I feel like the system works, but it’s stuck at this level. I’m not sure whether to: try to find a partner or younger collaborator to scale it, sell part of it and let someone else continue, or just keep it small and let it run on its own. I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has been at this “plateau point” — when your business works, but you no longer have the energy to push it further. Best website builder for digital products
Hi there, I am looking to sell digital art and I want to create my own branded website. I have tried a website like Payhip, but I find that website and many others are not entirely customizable. I want to be able to use my own downloaded fonts, custom colors, custom layout, etc. Payhip was great but I can't figure out how to use my own fonts on the website, and having my website personally branded is really important to me. Does anyone have any suggestions for a website builder that lets me sell digital products that is completely customizable? I’ve been considering agencies like Clectiq to help with both design and optimization, but I’d love to hear what others have used. I steal features from my competitors
Have you ever heard one of Steve Jobs's favorite quotes: "Good artists copy, great artists steal"? I have a whole folder full of the websites of our immediate or potential competitors, where I can find something interesting and inspiring. And I'm talking not only about product functionalities, but also about design, UX, marketing, and many other aspects. Why should I spend a ton of time on something that has already been researched by a huge player like Gumroad? Here are some ideas that we have "adopted" recently: 🤩 Neat pricing page from Payhip. There is nothing extra. 🌟 SendOwl has a cool landing page with a bunch of tiny details such as merchant flow visualization, which seems pretty convincing. 🏆 Product creation on Gumroad split into 2 pages, which is more convenient than having a bulky modal window. 📚 Heartbeat and beehiiv have amazing tutorial emails for better engagement of new users. 👥 Another cool feature from Heartbeat is a small pop-up in the admin panel inviting a 1-to-1 call to help a customer set everything up. 💰 Unicorn Platform affiliate page was used as a model for ours. 💬 Lindo Ai invites to their Slack community right from the admin panel sidebar. Should I feel guilty about it? Do you copy your competitors, or are you being copied? submitted by /u/_kuzzmich to r/Entrepreneur [link] [comments]
