Ps5 Pro

Sometimes I wake up and still can’t believe I own a PS5 Pro. I’ve been a gamer at heart ever since I was a kid, but growing up poor, I never really had the chance to fully enjoy the hobby. My mom worked incredibly hard to put me through private school, and while I’m grateful for everything she sacrificed, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t jealous of the other kids. They always seemed to have the newest consoles, games, and toys, while the only time I got to experience those things was when I was at their houses. On top of that, I grew up in a pretty dysfunctional home and was exposed to a lot of things no child should have to deal with. Through all of it, gaming became my escape. It gave me something to look forward to when life felt overwhelming. I still remember pirating GTA V and playing through the entire game on a terrible laptop that struggled to hit 20 FPS. Even then, I loved every minute of it. Back then, I used to dream about a day when I could experience games the way they were meant to be played. Fast forward to today, and after saving for an entire year, I finally bought a PS5 Pro. I got it after the price increase, but I honestly don’t care. To me, it’s worth every penny. The feeling of owning the best console on the market right now is just so overwhelming. It’s one of my most prized possessions, and not just because it’s expensive, but because of what it represents. It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come from that kid who could only watch other people enjoy the things he wanted. I know it might sound silly to get emotional over a console, but I figured some fellow gamers here might understand. For me, it’s about a lot more than just gaming. What’s the general consensus on upgrading from an OG PS5 to PS5 Pro is it worth it? I’ve tried doing some research but not seeing anything concrete on it being a worthy upgrade. I play on a Samsung 65” OLED. I’m about to buy 007 First light and seeing some people say pro is better but is it significant? I bought it to play ufc and the coming gta but now I think I’ll switch from my laptop to this for new games in general, one in particular is 007 I have my doubts of it running not well on pc and better on console at least on launch.
