Please help!! I'm at my wits end I've tried everything Google suggests I try to get past this code and nothing seems to work. I've Refreshed the page, I've cleared my cache and cookies, I've tried it in Edge, Chrome, FireFox and incognito mode then I tried disabling all ad-blockers and VPN after trying all that I also tried a DNS flush which yielded no results. When I try to install or run the app, it redirects to the Shopify login page, but I get this error: "accounts.shopify.com refused to connect" Things I’ve checked: - App is running locally (via ngrok / Vercel) - Correct API key and secret - Redirect URL seems correct Not sure if this is: - OAuth misconfiguration - iframe issue - or something related to App Bridge / embedded apps Has anyone faced this before? I never signed up for Shop or Shopify. I put my email into a website to purchase something, and it immediately sends a code to my phone for Shopify. I want my information deleted. I try to go to Shopify website but they want my account information to login to chat with someone. The only other alternative is email, and no one has responded in weeks. I want to delete my account. I even reply STOP to the texts, and it says "We'll stop texts UNTIL ANOTHER REQUEST IS MADE" that's not legal. So this has been going on since yesterday, I've had no issue since two months ago when I set it up, anyone facing the same issue past 2 days? I've already contacted Shopify, we're getting 2FA removed from my account, once they confirm my identity, but it's still annoying. I've already sent message to my provider but they confirmed nothing is coming through. A customer logs into my B2B store they are taken to the account page. I want them taken to the home page. I've tried all suggestions from Shopify support, Claude and Gemini. Hi everyone, I’m completely stuck and honestly losing my mind over Meta Pixel + Shopify. Here’s the situation: I use one Meta Business Manager One ad account One Meta login Shopify is connected via the official Facebook & Instagram app The Pixel showing in Shopify is NOT the same Pixel ID I see in Events Manager What’s driving me crazy: The Pixel code firing on my website has a different Pixel ID than the one I can see/manage in Meta Events Manager In Meta, I can only see a newly created Pixel, but the “old” one that Shopify seems to reference is nowhere to be found When I try to change the Pixel or data sharing settings in Shopify, I get this message: But here’s the confusing part: I am Business Manager admin I own the ad account I’m logged in with the same Meta account Yet Meta keeps telling me I don’t have permission. I’ve spent 2 full days digging through: Business Settings Asset Groups Pixels System Users / CAPI Shopify integration At this point I don’t even know: Where the “original” Pixel lives Which Business or Asset Group it belongs to Or how Shopify is even still referencing it Questions: Has anyone experienced a Pixel being tied to an invisible / different Business Asset Group? Is there a way to trace which Business owns a Pixel ID? Do I really need Asset Group admin (not just Business admin) to change Shopify Pixel settings? We have a custom hydrogen frontend for our website in which customers shop and add item's to their "Cart". They login via hydrogen and when they checkout we send them to a regular shopify checkout url. For some customers, they have shop pay enabled and they have a different email then the one they logged in with. For example, they login with [email protected] then they go to the checkout page they pay with shoppay as [email protected]. The order in the shopify admin panel is now against [email protected]. This is opening up a few problems for us. One such example is because we will have certain coupon rules and other things limited by a customers email of [email protected] and those discounts will disappear. This is a non-plus store...but we also looked at checkout extensions on plus and seem to think this may suffer the same issues still. Anyone have any ideas for this? Basically title. I’m tired of checking out of online stores and having Shopify automatically send my phone a text message when I open the checkout page. I do NOT want to use Shopify. I do NOT want Shopify to know or text my phone number. I want to delete my account completely. It’s super annoying because the text message you receive from Shopify confuses Apple’s “saved credit card” feature. And it prevents you from using the credit card information you’ve saved in Safari. Hi everyone, I’m stuck on the Shopify login screen. The “Continue with email” and “Log in” buttons stay greyed out, but “Sign in with passkey” is active. When I try the passkey flow, it doesn’t complete and I can’t get in. What I’ve tried: Cleared all browsing data (cookies, cache, site settings, download history). Hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R). Checked Cookies = Allow, JavaScript = Allow for shopify.com. Disabled extensions (ad-block/privacy). Incognito window. Different browsers. “Forgot password?” → still doesn’t enable the email login button. “Sign in with Google” also doesn’t progress. My goal is to switch back to classic email + password login instead of passkeys. Any idea how to re-enable the email flow or remove the passkey requirement when I can’t log in? Environment: Location: TR macOS (Chrome latest). Also tried Safari/Firefox. Screenshots show: email field filled, but “Continue with email / Log in” grey; only “Sign in with passkey” clickable. Questions: Is there a way (URL or support path) to force email+password login when passkey is present? If the passkey is the problem, can I remove it without accessing Account → Security (since I can’t log in)? Any domain or cookie exceptions needed for accounts.shopify.com vs shopify.com? I am just seeing a crazy increase in the trend of poor UI and design choices from the larger companies at the moment. Netflix new UI which also launched broken, Apples Beta back tracking of liquid glass and more. I just logged in with the Shopify updated partner login process and... WTF?? - You have to go through multiple different screens - You have these crazy long delays for the input buttons to become active - You login and have to load yet another page to make choice There is so much useless stuff on each page as well. Hey everyone, I’m having a frustrating issue and hoping someone here can help. I created my Shopify store using the “Continue with Google” option with my Gmail so I didn’t set a password because Google login handled everything. Now when I try to log in, Shopify keeps redirecting me to the Google login page in a loop and never actually logs me into my store. I tried: • Using incognito mode • Clearing cookies and cache • Requesting a password reset (but it just sends me back to Google login — no password setup option) I even tried logging in with another Shopify email just to see the normal login flow, but now I can’t get back to the Google-linked account screen. I don’t want to lose access to my store. Has anyone faced this before? Is there any way to unlink the Google login and switch to a standard email/password login?
