RE:Rebounder trampoline workout
Hi everyone i have just done my first boogie bounce class which i really enjoyed. My osteoporosis is in my spine with a reading of -4. I have been reading up on whether this is a good excersise for me to continue but was getting a bit confused by some of the advice. Has anyone any advice on this or maybe they do the classes and can give me some advice Thanks

Chasing noodles in a kayak sounds like a solid way to get the heart rate up, but on days I want a workout without loading up gear, I end up spending a few minutes on my trampoline instead.
