Struggling to get in my protein and that about trying clear protein. We have the Seeq brand. Does anyone know if those are safe to drink while pregnant? Thanks!

Seeq clear protein
So I'm now 3 days out from having my revision sleeve to rny. I'm doing pretty good though I did need to spend 2 days in the hospital because of a blood clot in the my stomach that was very very slowly releasing the contrast into my intestines. I'm drinking a protein shake every 4 hours. I had gotten the seeq clear protein but I just can't stomach them. Something about them makes my stomach go nope not happening. Thankfully I'm not on a clear liquid diet so I'm able to eat my regular protein shakes without worry. Has anyone else had this problem with seeq? submitted by /u/Wymaness to r/BariatricSurgery [link] [comments]

Everyone that has tried the SEEQ Protein all pretty much say how sweet it tastes or tastes just like juice but my question is what is the consistency like? Is it the consistency of like water or does it have a thickness to it? submitted by /u/Holiday_Purple_2302 to r/Review [link] [comments]

If anyone is interested in trying the Seeq clear protein drink, the company is currently having a promo where all you have to pay is shipping for a sample pack. Seeq protein powder
I’m currently using Seeq protein powder because I hate traditional milky thick protein shakes. I love the sweet flavor and how light it is easy to drink, I just hate that the ingredients are so bad for you. Does anyone know of any clear protein powder that’s more organic and doesn’t have sucralose in it? submitted by /u/DeezNuts731 to r/Proteinshakes [link] [comments]

SEEQ protein
Anybody have experience with SEEQ brand protein? It's advertised as having no lactose but I know there can sometimes be trace amounts. I would say I'm extremely lactose intolerant so I wanted to get some opinions on it. update: no adverse reactions! Been drinking Seeq for a week with no issues submitted by /u/Hot-Ball5834 to r/lactoseintolerant [link] [comments]

SEEQ protein drink
I recently add SEEQ protein drink to regimen ti improve my protein and fluid intake. It has zero sugar but still too sweet for me so I mix 2 scoops with about 72 -80 0z of water daily to give me equivalent. I noticed that this encouraged me to drink more fluid. Anyone taking this, any pros and cons? submitted by /u/Jegaana to r/Zepbound [link] [comments]

Seeq protein making gross white chunks
This has only started to happen now that I'm about halfway through the container of Seeq. When I first mix it up, it mixes smooth and clear, but within a few minutes these gross white rafts form. They are smushy and greasy and remind me honestly of a little chunk of fat or something. Any idea what it could be? They are making this undrinkable for me because they are so gross. Clear protein? What is it and who has the best flavors?
Hey everyone, I’ve been seeing a lot of chatter lately about clear protein powders, and I’m so curious—what’s the deal with this stuff? Is it actually worth the hype? Ive seen brands like SEEQ, 1Up, Oath... From what I’ve gathered, clear protein is basically a sports drink compared to creamy protein shakes. I’ve heard some people talk about how refreshing it is but does it actually taste good? My mind can't comprehend this 😂 submitted by /u/Fragrant_Speed9829 to r/Protein [link] [comments]

SEEQ Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder Blue Razz Freeze Review: Is It Worth It?
I've recently tried the SEEQ Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder in Blue Razz Freeze, and I'm impressed by its refreshing take on traditional protein shakes. Unlike the typical thick concoctions I've encountered, this one's light and smooth, making it a pleasure to consume post-workout or as an on-the-go snack. The flavor brings back a hint of childhood nostalgia, as it perfectly balances sweetness without being overwhelming. One of the standout qualities is its clean ingredient profile; it's sugar-free, keto-friendly, and easy on the digestive system, which is essential for me. I found it mixes well with water, especially if I used a frother for a truly smooth texture. However, I did notice the container wasn't completely filled when I opened it, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it's been a solid addition to my daily routine. Bottom Line If you're looking for a tasty, low-calorie protein option, the SEEQ Clear Whey Isolate is a worthwhile choice. Its impressive nutritional benefits and enjoyable flavor make it a good pick for those needing a protein boost. Overview of SEEQ Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder Trying out this protein powder was a refreshing change from the typical thick shakes I usually encounter. The Blue Razz Freeze flavor brings a nostalgic sweetness without being overly sugary. I appreciate that each serving offers 22 grams of protein while remaining sugar-free and lactose-free. Mixing it is straightforward; I found that using a shaker or frother yields the best results—no clumps, just a smooth drink. It's ideal for post-workout replenishment or even a pick-me-up during the day. The only downside for me was the container being only half-filled when I opened it, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, this is a solid choice if you're looking for a light, fruity protein option. Refreshing Blue Razz Freeze Flavor After trying the Blue Razz Freeze flavor, I can confidently say it’s a fun addition to my routine. The taste is reminiscent of those nostalgic childhood treats, striking a pleasant balance between sweetness and a slight tartness. It’s refreshing without being overpowering, making it easy to drink during or after a workout. Mixing it up took just a quick shake in water, and the results were a light, juice-like consistency—definitely a departure from the usual thick protein shakes. I appreciated that it was sugar-free and still offered a satisfying flavor experience. On the downside, if you're not a fan of fruity flavors or prefer a creamier shake, this might not be your go-to. Overall, the Blue Razz Freeze delivers a unique and enjoyable flavor that stands out in the crowded protein market. High Protein Content and BCAAs After using this product, I appreciate the 22 grams of protein per serving. It fits well into my post-workout routine, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional protein shakes. The presence of 4.5 grams of BCAAs is a bonus for muscle recovery, which I've noticed helps reduce soreness after intense workouts. The texture is noteworthy; it mixes well and avoids the usual chalkiness, which is a common complaint with other protein powders. If you're looking for something light and easy on the stomach, this clear whey option stands out. However, I did find it slightly sweet at times, so adjusting the water ratio can help find the right balance for individual taste. submitted by /u/alpaca-lover to r/ProteinPowderReviews [link] [comments]

Seeq & Clear Protein Question
Hello, I have tried some of the clear protein as a casual drink, but found that the bubbles are pretty unappetizing. I saw a video the other day of someone skimming the bubbles off of the liquid and drinking that. Question, are the bubbles of any nutritional value? Can they be ignored and still get the benefits of the protein? submitted by /u/BomTradyGOAT to r/Protein [link] [comments]

“SEEQ” clear “Juice” protein
I’ve been searching for some alternatives to the daily “milkshake” of whey protein powder and milk (besides being a grown up and cooking/preparing healthy meals). I’ve stumbled across ads for this “SEEQ” clear protein powder in fruity flavors. My initial thought was mixing this into my water bottle and just passively consuming this throughout the day. It has 22g of protein per serving, and is 100 calories. Zero sugar. Undoubtably packed full of chemicals. I guess my main question is - would it be healthy to slip this into my water and just go about my day? I have a fairly active job and drink a lot of water. Would this have negative health effects if I treat this unnatural concoction as any other beverage? submitted by /u/Willykinz to r/nutrition [link] [comments]
