started eating high-protein and everything changed (but the fire nation attacked)
TLDR: ate a lot of meat for two weeks and headaches were almost gone and leg pain completely stopped. but also got worse overall, not sure if it’s because it’s meat. looking for high protein non-meat foods that help your symptoms so for context this past week was passover. I’m Jewish and I keep it fully. [for those who know about this: due to being ashkenazi, I do not eat kitniyot during pesach, rice, buckwheat, chickpeas, etc.] essentially I went from eating tofu, buckwheat, rice, soy sauce, cheese, and pasta to eating salmon or chicken legs and thighs (sometimes with potatoes) for every meal. along with a daily salad, and morning avocado with whole wheat matzo my intense tension headaches went away. my intense left leg pain went away. I still had my usual orthostatic symptoms. bad news though, I started to feel bloated all the time. weirdly enough I started to get drastically worse overall. I went to the ER twice, first for collapsing on the stairs due to weakness and trouble breathing and second for intense heart pain. they said I was fine obviously, who ever heard of an ER helping chronic issues (didn’t know that it would be chronic though I thought I was dying) on sunday, we flipped our kitchen from passover meat to our usual dairy kitchen. for my main meals I ate pizza for lunch and buckwheat with tofu balls for dinner. my intermittent heart pain and chest heaviness remains. my headaches are back. my leg aching is back. so it seems that increasing my protein intake drastically helps with some of my symptoms. I’m a bit worried that if I increase it again I’ll be worse again, but I’ve heard high protein is amazing for POTS I would love if y‘all had any recommendations for high protein foods or anything high protein that’s not meat that relieves your symptoms and I‘d love to know if any of you have the same issues with meat that I do and if plant-based options and fish are better for you edit: yea my ferritin is low for those who are asking. I take fermax three times per week and my ferritin is 50. much better than it used to be lol edit 2: aw man I really hope it's not a gluten intolerance edit 3: I told my doctor what's going on and she's like "gluten allergy" so y'all pointed me in the right direction, thank you. I have a referral to an allergist wippee!!! (prays they can test me for MCAS) submitted by /u/CocoCookieDraws to r/POTS [link] [comments]

What are we eating that's high in protein?
Hi! I just wanted to ask what are you having for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack (or just one of them lol) that's high in protein. I will be trying to lose little fat or at least stop gaining. I'm so afraid I will lose all my gains, specifically and proudly in my glutes that I've been trying to grow for ages. I HATE PROTEIN SHAKES THEY MAKE ME WANT TO THROW UP, however I still try to have one after a hard leg day. in the morning even by eating Greek yogurt, I don't think I'm getting past 15 grams of protein. Lunch I usually have pasta ( I live with family so we usually have the same meals) and for dinner either some kind of meat or beans I just want to try to maintain /cut little fat and still have my ass you know. not sure it's useful: 5'2, 154 lbs as of yesterday, but I have to say I carry it quite well and I'm muscular submitted by /u/Icy-Yesterday959 to r/PetiteFitness [link] [comments]

Looking for easy, go-to, high protein vegetarian meals without lentils, seeds, or nuts
I recently started dating a pescatarian, and I don’t like fish, so the meals I’ve been making us are vegetarian. I’m quickly running out of ideas to keep them high protein, since he is a self-described “gym rat”. I am looking for some easy, go-to recipes that don’t include any of my partner’s allergens, but still help him hit his macros. He is allergic to lentils, some seeds (sunflower for sure, but sesame is okay!), and nuts. Of course, those are my go-tos for protein rich vegetarian foods. I’m not a vegetarian myself, so I’m still adjusting to this new normal of eating mostly vegetarian, and don’t have a solid veg recipe arsenal to pull from, especially considering his allergies. So far, we’ve eaten a lot of cheese, eggs, chickpeas, and tofu, so I’m looking for new high protein recommendations or different ways to jazz up those ingredients so our dinners don’t get old. submitted by /u/nirt_alert to r/vegetarianrecipes [link] [comments]

High Protein Diet is JOAN CRAWFORD'S Recipe for Youth (at age 51, but looks at least a dozen years younger) Steaks are thick and served with lots of butter! {c.1957}
Because Joan Crawford's exact birth year is disputed, the year she turned 51 depends on which date is used. Most sources, including Wikipedia and biography sites, place her birth between 1904 and 1908. Based on the most commonly cited years, Joan Crawford would have been 51 in the following years: 1955: Based on a 1904 birth year (often cited as the most likely year by biographers and census records). 1956: Based on a 1905 birth year. 1957: Based on a 1906 birth year (frequently used in official materials and on her headstone). 1959: Based on a 1908 birth year (the date Crawford herself often claimed). Official Record: Crawford often claimed 1908 to appear younger to studios, but researchers generally believe she was born earlier, most likely in 1904 or 1906. submitted by /u/ciaolavinia to r/OldCelebrityRecipes [link] [comments]

Cheap high-protein meal when you’re tired and don’t want to think about cooking
Made this today because I had zero energy to deal with complicated cooking. It’s basically a tortilla baked into a bowl and filled with eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, and bacon bits or whatever bits I had around. Tossed some chili flakes on top. Super simple, pretty cheap and customizable to your preference. Rough idea of what’s in it: • tortilla baked into a bowl • eggs • egg whites • spinach • chili flakes (as topping) * cheese * Bacon bits * Cottage cheese • whatever small leftovers are in the fridge Put tortilla (burrito size) in a cake pan to shape it into bow. Mix all ingredients and pour it into tortilla bowl. Airfry @375F for 12-15 mins until everything firms up and the tortilla gets crispy. Honestly this is the kind of meal I make when I’m tired after work or school and just want something filling without overthinking dinner. submitted by /u/Odd_Comedian_1315 to r/budgetfood [link] [comments]

Easy vegan high protein deli slices
I make this for meal prep, I love a wrap for lunch or dinner. 1 block firm tofu (don’t press it) 1.5 cups vital wheat gluten Whatever spices you like, I use veg bullion, miso paste, nooch, garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika & liquid smoke. (You may need to add a little water) Throw everything but the VWG in the food processor, blend until it’s a smooth paste. Then add your VWG & process until it forms a dough ball. Roll it into a log, wrap in foil & steam for 30 mins. For best results refrigerate overnight, then slice! Notes: •Makes 4 good size servings approx 165g in weight each. •I use the big mountain fava bean tofu, because I like the macros, but any type of firm tofu will work. •Can be steamed on the stove or instant pot. I used the latter. •you can change the seasonings to suit your taste. Poultry seasoning is a great option! •since I use use the fava bean tofu, per serving this is 235 cal and a whopping 51g protein! submitted by /u/Easy_King_9818 to r/veganrecipes [link] [comments]

My gym bro snapped at me at told me I will die if I follow the diet I am following. He snapped when he wanted to sell me protein powder .I think its ok since I really need to lose weight/cut as I have very high blood pressure. Is my diet as below that bad ?
I think he is angry I didnt buy his protein powder. My diet is as follows : Breakfast: One banana Lunch: One bowl of oats plus banana slices with low fat milk Tea: A glass of low fat milk + a slice of whole meal bread Dinner : Two chicken thighs + a bowl of white rice+ stir fried vegetables + some boiled vegetables Apart from that , I walk 10000 steps a day . You see , i really am fat (38 Years old , 165 cm, 85 kg), and my blood pressure is 170/105 (before medication). I take 2 types of medication for my blood pressure and my doctor has asked me to seriously lose weight. Thats why I am trying to cut my weight. But when I told my gym bro that I am following a diet as above , he was adamant to sell me his protein shake. The moment I said I am having my own diet , he snapped and said I will die if I follow the diet as above. He is overexaggerating right ? submitted by /u/EmbarrassedLie5294 to r/AskMenAdvice [link] [comments]

I 62F have lost a lot of weight and my daughters/ 44F and 38F and granddaughter 22F seem to be angry/resentful towards me because of it. Besides gaining the weight back, how can I fix the relationship?
I 62F have 2 daughters A 44F and R 38F, and granddaughter H 22F. I’ve known them all their lives. I thought we had a good relationship. Now, I don’t know. Is it me or did raise mean girls? I have worked really hard the past 2 years and have lost over 110 lbs. I watched what I ate, high protein low carbs, no sugars, low calorie, a few treats here and there, and LOTS of walking, work outs and I started playing pickleball last summer. I have been heavy all my life, and 2 years ago weighed 305! Now I am the smallest I’ve been since my 20’s. MY oldest daughter and granddaughter hadn’t seen me in person, since summer and at Christmas they were shocked by my appearance. (I lost 40 lbs since July when I added pickleball to my exercise routine). I overheard the girls talking and it was very hurtful what they said. I wasn’t deliberately listening. I was in the bathroom and they were in the hallway. The comments they made, made me tear up. Saying I look like a deflating balloon, that soon I won’t want to be seen with them (is that how they felt about me when I was so much bigger?). I have never given unsolicited diet advice, don’t make comments about their weight, they are my girls, I wouldn’t say hurtful things to them. I did say I had a bag of clothes (work stuff, business casual I wore on my way down) if they wanted to look before it was donated. I am just a couple sizes smaller than 2 of them and about the size of the 3rd. I have 40 lbs to goal. I didn’t push it, just said the stuff is in their father’s (my late husband’s) closet. Granddaughter said she didn’t want to wear “grandma” clothes. Fair enough, I wouldn’t want to wear, the leggings and crop tops of 20 somethings. But the way they all looked at each other and snickered, is what got me. MY granddaughter 22F said I looked more wrinkly now I’ve lost weight, and during dinner when I only took smaller portions, no sweets, my oldest who I hadn’t seen in a few months said in kind of a snarky way “Isn’t our food good enough for you anymore? Too much fat?” I responded I have to be careful to keep losing and keep the weight off. The comments kept coming, from all three of them, like “who wants pie, I’m sure YOU won’t want any, you aren’t greedy like us”. I did have a sliver of the pumpkin pie my granddaughter made. (My favorite)And then after dishes my daughter laughed and said Are you gonna go walk off the 200 calories you ate at dinner or hang around us a while?” Granddaughter laughed and said “I doubt it was 200, more like 60.” FYI, I had a small slice of ham(daughter 38F made), and a bit of prime rib, daughter 44F made), a serving of sautéed green beans(I made) not the green bean casserole (DIL 40F made and seemed irritated I didn’t eat it)a half of a baked potato, and a small Hawaiian roll. I didn’t turn anything down, just didn’t choose it from the buffet. I didn’t think I would be judged. When everyone left I had a good cry. I felt like I’d been bullied by a group of mean girls. I had read that people who lose weight aren’t treated the same by friends and co-workers, and I know I am treated different at this weight than at 300 by service people and the doctor’s office, but I didn’t expect it from my girls. My own family. How can I fix this? Do I address it as a group, individually, or ignore and hope it stops. submitted by /u/notryksjustme to r/relationship_advice [link] [comments]

1 month progress prioritizing protein in the am, fasting, then having dinner. I am also starting my meals with fiber
Pics from left to right: September 6th (171ish lbs), September 16th and October 13th (162 lbs). I start the day with at least 20g protein and prioritize fiber 30g a day. I’m following a diet for insulin resistance and PCOs. Go to the gym or Pilates 2x a week (I need to increase this and be more consistent). I’m also focusing on getting enough sleep because I wake up and can’t go back to sleep frequently. most days I have my protein shake in the AM and then fast until 6pm ish. I think I want to complete a 3 day fast for autophagy next. I’m trying to find a balance for my body to avoid high cortisol… submitted by /u/AthenaMSK to r/intermittentfasting [link] [comments]

Our Preoccupation With Protein Intake. The data on high protein diets, bars, supplements, and powders will surprise you
Great article about protein intake by Eric Topol, a physician and scientist, on Substack. (Don’t have to subscribe to view). Key takeaways: There are two key principles about protein. 1) There is no way to store protein in the body. Protein consumed in a day and not used is excreted in your urine. 2) Eating extra protein does not build muscle. Resistance training is the principal driver for building muscle mass and strength, not high protein intake. The obsession with increasing protein intake is without basis. 85% of the US population consumes more than the 0.8 g/kg/day recommended daily intake (RDI) and nearly 25% are consuming twice the RDI. IOM is Institute of Medicine, now named National Academy of Medicine. The obsession with increasing protein intake is without basis. 85% of the US population consumes more than the 0.8 g/kg/day recommended daily intake (RDI) and nearly 25% are consuming twice the RDI (Figure). IOM is Institute of Medicine, now named National Academy of Medicine. The author, in his 70’s weighs 180 lbs. Late night easy high protein dinner (veg)
So it was already late when I returned from Gym and didn't have much time to cook for dinner plus it's ganesh chaturthi so my mom denied to eat meat. Hence I cooked this Tofu recipe with just just 3 ingredients. Firstly I cut 400g of tofu into cubes then air fried it for 15mins. Meanwhile I boiled Tomatoes for 10mins. Then I blended the Tomatoes into blender. Heated a pan, added butter then added chopped chillies. Then goes the puree we made. Added salt, red chilli powder and then any spice of your choice. Added the air fried tofu and let it cook for 2-3mjns. Finally topped with coriander. It was super tasty and all made in 20mins. Nutrition: ~700 cal, ~65g protein submitted by /u/Ancient_Bus_8971 to r/Fitness_India [link] [comments]

Sauté vegetables: Lightly brown onions, carrots, and bell peppers in sunflower oil. Add meat & sauce: Stir in ground beef, garlic, passata (sieved tomatoes, tomato paste and bouillon cubes . Simmer 10–15 minutes. Mix well. Prepare béchamel: Blend cottage cheese with 2 eggs, herbs and water until smooth. Layer lasagna: Spread meat sauce on bottom of dish Add lasagna sheets Add another layer of the meat sauce Add lasagna sheets Pour high protein "béchamel" on top ( in case the béchamel sauce does not cover all the edges of the lasagna sheets top with a bit more passata (sieved tomatoes) so the edges don’t dry out) Bake: 20 minutes. Add cheese: Sprinkle low fat cheese on top, bake another 10–15 minutes until golden. Cool & serve: Rest 5–10 minutes before cutting. And that is all you need to do for a protein-packed lasagna that works great for fitness, meal prep, or just an easy family dinner. High protein dinner (cutting) and loving life
Seasoning isn’t gonna kill your caloric deficit. You don’t have to eat super bland stuff to hit your cutting goals. Pick up a cook book or find a YouTube video, you really don’t have to make your life miserable to cut unless you are into that kinda stuff. And before anyone asks: Eggs, Cauliflower Rice, and seasoned ground beef. Super easy to make after the gym and it tastes great. submitted by /u/OVO_ZORRO to r/moreplatesmoredates [link] [comments]

High protein vegan bodybuilding staples 🌱💪
Above are some of my go to high-protein vegan meal staples while I'm currently cutting. Although I shared my portion sizes for my meals keep in mind these are designed for my bodily statistics and goals and the portion sizing may vary depending on your needs. If you need help figuring out the right portion sizes for your body and goals just send me a DM and I'm happy to help. When it comes to protein in general I primarily recommend minimally processed foods as a staple that I would consider more "whole foods" sources for example tofu ,tempeh, seitan, TVP and so forth. I also don't shy away from processed foods which I'll usually have at dinner time for example the Gardein pictured. Below I'll tag the brands that I use above as well as some others that I utilize on the regular. Outside of traditional soy tofu my current favorite is @bigmountainfoods fava bean taste tofu, the macros are phenomenal. For seitan based sources my go to tends to be @uptonsnaturals. For more processed options I very much like the @gardein ground & chik'n strips. For powders my go to is the CM supplements vegan protein that I have above in my bio, it's a protein matrix with a complete and abundant amino acid profile. Outside of making sure I get adequate protein I just then get enough balance with my carbohydrates to fuel me for energy and essential fats for bodily function/overall health. submitted by /u/Conscious_Muscle_ to r/veganfitness [link] [comments]

Ladies and Gentlemen... It happened. A once in a lifetime experience and it was lost on my wife.
I have a toddler (4F) who is in her, "survive off a pea for hours" stage. It's the third kid so it's not new to us but still frustrating. We purchased Snack Packs as bribery to finish her food. We're sitting at dinner and at minimum, we try and at least negotiate some protein in her if she refuses to eat at all. She was being EXTRA picky this time and my wife was not in the mood, she was getting frustrated. This frustration lead to such an extreme high and extreme low for me, in the span of 5 seconds. My daughter picked at her food and asked if it was enough for a Snack Pack. My wife, in her frustration, raises her voice at our toddler. "YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY PUDDING IF YOU DON'T EAT YOUR MEAT!!" To which I OBVIOUSLY replied, "HOW CAN YOU HAVE ANY PUDDING UNLESS YOU EAT YER MEAT?!?!" Then bursted out laughing hysterically and my wife just stared at me confused. She did not get the reference. I was robbed of this moment, so I will take my small joy here for others to enjoy. submitted by /u/ImThe1Wh0 to r/Millennials [link] [comments]

I need late night high-protein snacks
I am a snacker. I always have been but I’m currently trying to lose the baby weight. I’ve started today. Got a personal trainer, they gave me a workout plan, I already planned breakfast lunch and dinner for the next two weeks. However, I am breastfeeding and every time I feed my girl I get hungry. I have been just drinking water when I want to snack, but come bedtime after I put baby to sleep I catch my self checking the pantry for a snack but I don’t want to eat junk. Tonight I had a cup of grapes. But guess what I’m still hungry. I ate 1700 and burned ~ 550 according to my recorded workout and daily activity. I’ve been struggling to hit my protein goal as well so if I can’t get protein packed snacks (preferably not time consuming). Please help! EDIT: okay thank you so much! I did not expect that many responses! I am actually excited to try a bunch of these this week! Also thank you for everyone concerned for my milk supply! I said it to a few people in the comments but I am 11 months pp so I’m not too worried about it! But thank you for being so caring 🥹 Edit 2: oh this is my day to day life and the breakfast and lunch are almost always the same 6 - wake up - energy drink or homemade coffee then gym for about an 1.5h 9 - breakfast for me and babe usually eggs and yogurt (because it’s easier to eat what I make for her) and either a protein shake (pre bought or homemade) 10 - she naps and I clean up all her toys and rearrange the room so it looks new for her. Then I sit and do school work (usually an hour) then when she wakes up if she’s content playing by herself I’ll continue school work 12 - I usually am hungry again so I make a turkey and provolone sandwich with a spoonful of cottage cheese and give babe a few bites 1 - playing with babe and read etc. sometime 2 - my sister comes home and we are usually prepping dinner with her (for a family of 6, I live with my parents) 3 - put babe down for another nap and clean and school again 4 - my little brother comes home and I am helping him learn gym forms 5 - I start cooking dinner 6 - cook dinner and feed baby then bathe baby 7 - put baby to bed 8-10 - I catch up on TikTok/Netflix etc. then is when I start wanting snacks submitted by /u/tcarmi3 to r/EatCheapAndHealthy [link] [comments]

Chili. High protein, low carb, generally low calorie, low cost.. where have you been all my life?
I do meal prep Sundays and am on a high protein/kinda low calorie diet. I usually cook a bunch of chicken to eat throughout the week in various forms, but still needed protein shakes/bars to hit my goals. A few weeks ago I decided to make a pot of chili. I did it while I'm prepping my marinade, marinating and what not. I had generally made chili in the slow cooker which I now think is kind of a waste of time when it can be done so quickly on the stove. Holy smokes. For such little effort, you can have loads of healthy, high protein, low calorie, entirely customizable food to eat all week! My last batch consisted of: 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef 1 can chickpeas 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans 2 10oz cans rotel 3oz tomato paste 1 small can diced jalapenos 1 whole yellow onion 1 green bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 3 tbsp pre minced garlic (I know, I know) Edit: Forgot I squeezed half a lime into it and also poured like 1/4-1/2 the lager I was drinking in there. Otherwise, No liquid necessary although it's a thick, chunky chili which is how I like it! Spices: Cumin, chili powder, oregano, smoked paprika, cayenne, fresh cracked salt and pepper. The list seems long, but seriously, all you do is chop an onion and two bell peppers, then it's all opening cans. The little amount of work for so much tasty and healthy food kinda blows my mind. I fill five smallish tupperwares with chili to grab and go for a 10 AM breakfast at work. Have a smallish cup of chili during lunch with my main dish (chicken sandwich, lately). Last night for dinner I chopped up one of my pre-cooked chicken breasts and put it on a salad, with a side soup of.. chili! If you lift or exercise at all, protein is very important for rebuilding torn muscles and other functions. Customization: If you don't like ground beef or want a more lean meat, you can sub it for turkey or chicken (chicken has that protein boost as well). Here is a great turkey blackbean chili that's even more simple to do. I did this one two weeks ago. You can do 3 beans, one bean or no bean! I've made a three meat chili that just had ground beef, cubed chuck roast and ground pork. No beans about it. I personally prefer beans for their own health benefits you don't get from meat. Anyway, just wanted to share this for any meal preppers out there! Edit to add: this is a pretty meat heavy chili, which is how I like it. You can do this same recipe with 1lb, 1.5lb or 2lb ground beef depending on how much you like. Just change your amount of seasoning appropriately! :D Edit 2: Some people have pointed out this isn't "low carb" because of all the beans and they are right. It's hard for me to lump complex carbs and processed carbs together, so when I think carbs I usually think bread/processed grains/chips etc. What you can do about that is: don't add beans! Or just add chickpeas, or just pinto beans, or black beans! Just one can. It will still be fine without them, just even more meaty. A way to fluff it up and keep it low carb is to add more of another kind of meat (breakfast/italian sausage, chuck roast cubed into 1in cubes, chicken). Sorry for the misinformation on the carb department. Also, you can dice up some mushrooms! Personally, I still think this recipe is a little on the low to mid range carb wise since it's mostly meat, haha Edit 3: just adding more good ideas: if you get bored with it, you can make it into a quesadilla! Slap some on a tortilla and put some shredded cheese on there. Boom! Another edit: someone PMd me for instructions and since I typed it all out on my phone, figured I’d post it here: Dice the yellow onion and green and red pepper. Set aside. Put 2 tbsp olive oil into a large pot and heat on medium. As the diced onion and garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add beef and red and green pepper. Stir occasionally until meat is browned. This should only take ten minutes or so. While this is going on, start opening cans. And if you want and aren’t drinking already, open a beer. Add the rotel, jalapeños, beans, tomato paste.. just like everything that was in the cans I guess. Now seasonings: 1.5 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp chili powder 1-2 tsp oregano 1-2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne 12-15 cranks cracked salt and pepper Let me know if I forgot one something. Splash a little beer in there. Squeeze lime in there if you have some. Do you have any ingredients left? Let me know. They should probably be in the pot by now though! Stir occasionally so it doesn’t burn to the bottom of the pot. Let simmer for like, 1-2 hours on low-med heat after cooking on med for like ten-15 minutes. Serve immediately or let cool in the fridge overnight and eat it all week! It’s tastier the next day imo FINAL EDIT: I've gotten SO MANY awesome tips in this thread! It intentionally was just meant to be an FYI about how well chili lasts a week and is a good meal for a sunday prep, I never intended to even add a recipe and only added my last one on a whim. I can't wait to try all the tips you've given! Thanks, chili bros! submitted by /u/DothrakAndRoll to r/EatCheapAndHealthy [link] [comments]

What are your go-to, high protein meals you cook (for dinner) that are easy to prepare?
I barely have any time for anything but I also like my food to taste delicious or else I'll eat something bad... So I've learned a couple recipes that are good to eat when cutting, that are super easy to make now. They also taste freaking amazing! I have 2 1) Chicken Breast over Jasmine rice with Tahini Dressing Drizzle Instructions: - I pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet to get them thin and flat (So they're easy to cook) - Put a drizzle of olive oil and then pour a bbq chicken seasoning over them and massage the marinade into the meat - Cook the chicken breasts for 2 minutes(each side) on medium-high heat, on a cast iron grill (it'll taste better than the bbq!) - Cook rice in rice cooker (Super easy) -Make Tahini dressing (2 tablespoons tahini paste, warm water, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper) 2) Korean style Ground Beef on Rice with Fried Egg on top - I buy lean ground beef, and cook a big batch on my cast iron grill as well Instructions: -Cook Ground beef on cast iron grill - Once beef is cooked, add lite soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, ginger powder, seaseme oil -cook for a minute or two -Cook Rice in rice cooker while cooking -Fry an egg and put it on top of the ground beef and rice (sunny side up is delicious and the yolk pours over everything ) ........................................................................................................................................................................................ Both of these meals are really easy to make and taste like restaurant food and are still pretty healthy for you. Let me know what your secret weapon dinners are when you're trying to be healthy and something that's easy to make once or twice a week and isn't too time consuming. submitted by /u/Josh-eh to r/fitmeals [link] [comments]
