Vanilla and almond layered Panna cotta
Going in to the office tomorrow (we're wfh, but we're having one last party since we canceled the lease on the building), and they ordered Italian food. I can't eat it since I'm allergic to dairy, so I made myself pasta to bring, and I used oat milk and DF heavy cream to make some panna cotta submitted by /u/ChemistryJaq to r/DessertPorn [link] [comments]

Idk gurl…
I usually never look at specific orders because honestly I don’t care what people are out here buying. But yesterday I had to wait for this smoothie order, took like five minutes so I got bored and checked out the receipt on the bag as I was waiting… Am I justified in being shocked? I can’t imagine spending over $30 for one single smoothie, plus all the DD fees, woulda made it what? $40? $50? Then she ordered again today, almost the same price. So in two days that’s what, like $80 or $90 altogether with all the fees added? 🤦🏽♂️ Too crazy for my blood…😝 Also, I’m not an expert on smoothie supplements, but I feel like ONE fat burner is enough, I don’t think slapping over five makes it uhh burn more? 🤷🏽♂️ Alls I know is if this keeps going on she better look SNATCHED by the end of the week! 💅🏽 submitted by /u/HCTotorro to r/doordash_drivers [link] [comments]

Hugged a man (not something I do often lol) while wearing this combo and got the most insane reaction
Fairly new to fragrance and have been really into my vanilla scents recently. I wore this while out golfing and had a guy notice it while standing next to me, followed by a string of “oh my god that smells amazing, you smell amazing, I could smell this all day” and another reaction at the end of the day when I gave him a hug bye. Men are simple creatures…and a lot of them seem to like vanilla. This had great projection, lasted all day (outside!) and I just really love it. Wanted to recommend the pairing for the fellow gourmand girls! submitted by /u/eltaf92 to r/FemFragLab [link] [comments]

I TRIED THESE MILKY (Tom ford, philosophy, commodity milk, lait etc) VANILLA ALMOND SCENTS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO. My review:
I’ve been on a mission to find that perfect milky vanilla almond scent—soft, creamy, maybe a little gourmand, maybe a little nostalgic. Here’s my honest breakdown of what hit, what flopped, and what I wish I’d never sniffed. Perfume is wildly subjective, so drop your thoughts or recs in the comments—I want to hear it all. ⸻ Chabaud Maison de Parfum Lait Concentré 2/10 Disappointing. Yes, it’s milky—but in a way that reminds me of spoiled milk. Not pleasant. Not wearable. Not for me. Les Liquides Imaginaires Blanche Bête 5/10 Not gourmand. This leans floral-sweet with a crisp, cool edge. Interesting but not comforting or cozy. Xerjoff Casamorati Italica 2/10 Shocking miss. No almond extract vibes, just a sharp and off-putting scent I couldn’t connect with. Akro Bake 9/10 LEMON CAKE in all caps. Strong citrus with a sweet bake-y base. If you don’t like lemon, skip it. If you do—dupe for Lush Super Milk and totally worth it. Chabaud Maison de Parfum Lait de Biscuit 3/10 Slightly better than Lait Concentré but still not great. Smells oddly like play dough. Not edible, not wearable. Philosophy Fresh Cream 8/10 Underrated. People say it smells like off milk—not my experience. I got soft, clean vanilla milk. Great layering scent. Commodity Milk (Personal, Expressive, Bold) 5/10 Not milky at all. Think: musky, woody, and disappointingly dry. Expected cream—got timber. Mix:Bar Whipped Almond 5/10 A nice scent for the 5 seconds it lasts. Poof, gone. But while it’s there: sweet and almondy. By Rosie Jane Dulce 5/10 Crisp, clean vanilla with a minimal skin scent vibe. Doesn’t give gourmand but still likable. Lush Super Milk (Hair Mist) 10/10 Lemon milk perfection. Creamy, zesty, almondy goodness. Wish this was a perfume. Dream scent. Tom Ford Lost Cherry 10/10 Dark cherry almond dream. Sour-sweet Amaretto energy. Expensive but amazing—and there are good dupes out there. Tom Ford Vanilla Sex 6/10 Very sweet vanilla. Less nuance, more sugar. Still wearable, just leans syrupy. Bianco Latte 8/10 Soft, milky, powdery vanilla. Crowd-pleasing gourmand. Easy to layer. Very pretty. Lush Sticky Dates 6/10 True to its name—sticky-sweet caramel with a molasses vibe. Can get cloying but comforting in small doses. ⸻ My Scent Profile in a Nutshell: • Looking for creamy, cozy, almond or vanilla-forward scents • Prefer milky over woody • Don’t like sharpness or synthetic musk • Love a soft gourmand that feels edible but not overwhelming Update on Original Post – Scent Impressions Philosophy – Warm Cashmere 9/10 Still my favorite vanilla-based scent. It’s not overly sweet—more of a warm, cozy hug in a bottle. Creamy, comforting, and subtle. I’m starting to realize that I really love how Philosophy does their fragrances. They strike a great balance between wearable and inviting. Great layering scents. Only reason it lost a point is because I like milky notes which this doesn’t have. Lush – Let the Good Times Roll 8/10 A fresh, clean, slightly sweet scent. I actually didn’t love it at first, but it really grew on me. It’s a solid blind buy—pleasant without being overpowering. Bianco Latte 7.5/10 I’ve worn this a few times now. While it definitely smells nice, it’s a bit too powdery and strong for me. The initial spray can be overwhelming—almost nauseating due to the intense powdery note. It does improve on the dry down, but the opening is a bit much for my taste. submitted by /u/pingz800 to r/FemFragLab [link] [comments]

AITA for not eating my gf's vanilla almond milk Mac and Cheese?
Last night she made kraft mac and cheese but used sweetened vanilla almond milk instead of regular milk and sprinkled (not fresh) bacon crumbles on top. I didn't say a word but took a bite or 2, and sneakily disposed of it after she ate her's without being rude. She didn't even notice that I didn't eat it. She found it in the trash and she's calling me picky right now and saying it's frustrating that I didn't eat it. That's absolutely disgusting right? submitted by /u/JoeyBrickz to r/AmItheAsshole [link] [comments]

I accidentally bought almond extract instead of vanilla extract and, holy shit, it’s so delicious.
I always liked almond croissants and things like that so I knew I liked the flavor, but it just has never occurred to me to actually buy some and use it. It’s so good. Have used it for French toast and sugar cookies so far. I feel like I’m going to use it so much now. Edit: Wow, seems like I’m not the only one!! So many great ideas here. Cookies of course; all kinds of pies, crumbles, cobblers and cakes; custards, creams and creme brûlée; in coffee; as a supplement to any vanilla recipe step at 2:1; and alongside rose and orange water. submitted by /u/PoopMobile9000 to r/Cooking [link] [comments]

Does anyone else love unsweetened almond milk?
I drink a half gallon a day. The entire container only has eight carbs and 240 calories. I love it in my coffee, too. Taste as good as skim milk with only a fraction of the calories and carbs. You should try it. submitted by /u/mcse37 to r/keto [link] [comments]
