I (F,22) have been dating my boyfriend (M,22) since high school (4/5 years) and we have a very strong relationship, I love him very much. We have been living in his mom’s basement suite paying $500 each a month until we can save up to buy an apartment somewhere. Personally I have enough saved to put up my half of a down payment but that’s only because I am privileged enough to not have student debt which is not the same scenario for him. He is very adamant that he won’t accept help from anyone and he wants us to be able to move out on our own. My step mom is very wealthy and invested some money that grew so she has decided to gift me and my siblings 55k each. As a young woman with no experience handling money in life or in a relationship I really don’t know what I should do here. I don’t want to create something weird in the sense that I have money and he doesn’t but we also aren’t married so i don’t know if it’s his business or if I should just put it away in savings and pretend it doesn’t exist anymore. Hello, I run ads through Ad manager for the past year for my friends Instagram account and when someone follows, i get a notification that someone followed you from your ad. It helps me to see the quality of people coming from the ad..etc But this week it stopped showing it, i tried everything but no notification when someone follows either from an ad or organic reel. After a quick search I see there are many others who have complained about this. I am just here to complain. If you have advice, I’d love to hear it! Or you can just be annoyed in solidarity. I run an Instagram and Facebook for a business, so of course I thought the business suite would be great. Why is it SO awful?? The things that annoy me the most are how the formats (especially for instagram) are not up to date. It’s very limited what you can add to a post. Why have this feature if it’s not going to evolve as the apps evolve?? The other thing is that some message/comment notifications REFUSE to disappear. I’ve deleted messages multiple times only to login, have a notification, and it be that same message from weeks ago I have deleted! Some comment notifications just never stop being marked as unread. And lastly sometimes I don’t see a comment notification until a week later???? Literally what the hell. And of course customer service is no where to be found. There 100% should be a live chat option to help troubleshoot when needed. They probably dont because they know the site is trash and actually can’t even do anything to help us. Do you guys continue to use it? I see some people have issues with posts going up/drafts appearing. those features do work for me and I use that to schedule all my posts (not reels I schedule my reel thru instagram). Morning everyone, Just dropping in for my daily rant about Meta Business Suite. Honestly, the UI is a nightmare, it’s impossible to center images properly, and the text tools are just..bad (And let's not even get into the music copyright mess. I'm in Italy, so I'm not sure if it's this broken everywhere else, but it's a headache.) I just want to be able to control how my stories actually look without losing my mind. It's slightly better on mobile, but I’m looking for a free manager/tool that handles the graphic side of things better than Meta does. Having a ton of issues trying to use meta business suite for organizing and planning instagram content. Some of the major issues I come up against: Drafting Multi-Image Posts - always get the error "There was a problem publishing your posts. Please try again later." Unfortunately, trying again later has not helped. Scheduling Drafts - almost never goes thru, will stay in a loading state for a while. Reels - just doesn't work at all. The only thing that seems to work is single image posts. I'm using Arc browser. Wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to fix this or if I should just explore a tool like buffer? Any help is greatly appreciated! Hello, everyone! I could really use some help with scheduling Reels. I currently use Meta Business Suite to schedule Reels and cross-post them to both Facebook and Instagram. Recently, it seems like there were some platform updates, and now the Reel publishes with audio on Facebook only, but not on Instagram. When it goes live, the audio shows up on FB, but the IG version is silent. I also don’t have direct access to the Instagram account I manage. My employer prefers not to share login credentials, which I completely understand and respect. I just wanted to ask if anyone has found an alternative to Meta Business Suite for scheduling Reels, or if there’s a workaround to make sure the audio reflects properly on both Facebook and Instagram when cross-posting. The Meta Business Suite site has an [Ads] tab. But absolutely do not go in here to create ads. Ads must be created by first creating a business portfolio and then running them as campaigns through Ad Manager. At first, I didn't know any better and saw the ad creation option in Business Suite, so I made an ad. But creating ads this way means you can't change the creative assets, run A/B tests, or set ad targeting. It just keeps being shown to a random, unrelated audience. I consider it a lesson learned the hard way.I looked everywhere YouTube, various communities but found no one discussing this issue or warning about it. I happened to see someone on Reddit sharing their harsh opinions about Meta ads, so I'm sharing my experience and insights. As I said, never publish ads directly from the Meta Business Suite.
