I use Ethica shampoo and conditioner and I absolutely love it. My hair feels so soft and there’s never and build up and it doesn’t weigh down my fine thin hair. I also love the IT cosmetics Nude CC cream. It gives just enough coverage to even out my skin while still looking natural.

I loved the It cosmetics cc cream so much. It literally looks so glowy and flawless, while still looking skin like and providing that full coverage. I don’t care what anyone says, there had to have been a formula change. I recently bought a bottle and it was so cakey and drying. Not what I remember at all!! I’ve been using the It Cosmetics CC cream for 10 years and always cried at my bank account whenever I had to restock (I’m a drugstore makeup girl but this CC cream has a chokehold on me). I usually try to stock up during 21 Days of Beauty at Ulta but I was completely out earlier this month so I had to bite the bullet and pay the $47. Hello! I am looking for something similar to this foundation! The foundation shade I started off with used be fair cool yellow, then over the years shades changed and the closest shade is a lot more pink looking. I have also tried using nyx vanilla nude, Revlon buff, Nars Siberia and Gobi, kevyn aucoin enhancer 3, but every one of them makes my skin look dry sooner or later whilst the enhancer is a little too dark. I’m so upset. It Cosmetics changed the formula on their CC Cream Nude Glow and now I’m stuck 😭 the new one is awful. I think they updated it last year, but I had purchased 3 of the CC creams 2 years ago and didn’t run out until now. Is there an alternative light foundation or CC/BB cream out there? Anyone tried both of these products? I'm especially interested in hearing from folks with that experience. But, if you only have experience with one, that's great, too. I really like the It Cosmetics CC+ Nude Glow. Especially being in the mature skin category (fine, I admit it!), having dry'ish skin (but with a touch of oiliness in the T-zone); wanting nothing that feels remotely heavy, tacky, sticky, nor drying or matte; wanting a subtle glow -- not full on shiny/dewy illumination. But I'm generally seeking lighter coverage. You know, still letting some of my natural skin color/character show through. Occasionally, building up to medium is great, but not what I'm going for day-to-day. I end up using the It Cosmetics Do It All Concealer Stick on my spots that require a little more coverage than the CC+ provides. I find the CC+ Nude Glow handles this 'ask' very well, but, it can also very quickly and suddenly go from light coverage to medium coverage.. just by using the slightest bit too much of the product. Given the marketing copy, I'm getting the impression that the Do It All Sheer Tint Face Balm might be more forgiving and be easier to maintain at the lighter coverage level. But, that's marketing copy. I want to hear from actual people who've used the product(s). I know the CC+ has more attributes/benefits (like the SPF), but that's not of concern to me. I do plenty of skincare and don't rely upon a light foundation for my sun protection. Likes/dislikes? Application ease -- finger, blender, sponge, brush? Coverage? How did it feel on the skin? Glow/luminosity? Finish? Wear test? Shade matching? I use... Hi! I'm very new to using make up. So far I've only used some drug store BB creams on my face. I recently bought the it cosmetics CC+ natural matte (it was on sale and swatched really nicely on my skin). I actually quite like it but it's too heavy for every day make up and I end up using it just for special occasions. This way I'm worried that it gets bad before I can pan it. I tried to dilute it with my daily moisturiser (Clinique Moisture Surge) but it seperated and looked so awful! I know that you can only mix water-based or silicone-based products. It’s only been 12 days, but I’m happy with the results so far! Here are the details: I’m 50 years old, and had a deep plane facelift and neck lift, along with a temporal brow lift and partial fat transfer. I opted for a deep plane facelift to address the jowls and skin laxity in my lower face. I was unhappy with my profile and was beginning to develop a gobbler. The skin droop in my lower face worsened after several rounds of Botox injections in my masseter muscles. The Botox never fully wore off, while it slimmed my face, I lacked the structural support to prevent the skin droopiness. I wanted to avoid fillers and invest in a solution that would give natural, long-term results. My surgeon believes that a temporary brow lift is necessary for aesthetic purposes and to prevent any rippling near the temples after a facelift. The fat transfer was to address the hollowness in certain areas. I have to admit that I was overly optimistic about the recovery time. I had envisioned myself returning to work within a week, and while I was aware of the effects of surgery, I wholly underestimated the extent of them: Black eyes LOTS of swelling A feeling of a band under my neck Numbness and shooting pains Emotional and mental challenges I didn’t have drains, and my surgeon didn’t have me wear a chin strap. The first 48 hours were challenging. I experienced a severe headache that was almost unbearable and even Norco didn’t even help, but it gradually subsided on day 3. I had to take Tylenol every 4 to 6 hours for the first week. Currently, I take Tylenol and ibuprofen about twice a day. The swelling and tightness can be quite uncomfortable at times. It feels like there’s a tight band under my neck, but it improves each day. My face is extremely tender and sensitive in my cheeks, under my chin and the areas near my ears. I had a noticeable improvement on day 8, but I still have significant swelling. I experience sharp shooting pains in and around my right ear where I have the most swelling. My salivary glands are highly sensitive, and whenever I bite into food, it’s really painful on both sides. It’s like that intense, burning sensation you get when you bite into something extremely sour, except x10. I discovered it’s called “first bite syndrome.” My surgeon assured me that it’s normal after surgery and will gradually improve over time. Around day 5, I fell into a mental pothole, questioning my life choices. Day 7 my sutures were removed. On day 9, I decided to put on some makeup and use color corrector to cover any remaining bruising. Applying makeup and doing my hair made me look a bit less busted, which made me feel better. I used It cosmetics CC cream, that stuff does wonders for coverage. I’m still healing, still very swollen, but I’m very happy with my results so far. Now, I used to work at Ulta. We sold the IT cc cream daily and everyone raved about it. I never tried it because I’m a drugstore girl. Well this year I got a sample set of some shades and it is AWFUL. My skin cannot breathe! This stuff is so so thick and it’s somehow still oily and doesn’t cover!?? I usually use the Wet n Wild tinted hydrator which is like 5 dollars and actually moisturizes and my skin can breathe and it looks natural and glowy. The It cc cream is like a mask!!! I'm the kind of girl that sticks to the same makeup products when it works for me, so I rarely branch out and try something new. Forgive me if I'm late to the party haha. What are your honest opinions on the It Cosmetics CC Cream? I've been eyeing it for a while now and quite intrigued to try it! I have combo skin and do suffer from some psoriasis/rosacea on my face.
