Nag-AWOL as HR with no plans, nag-career shift in Marketing, now earning six-digit monthly salary (All of that happened in just 7 years)
Sometimes you just need to risk it. 2019 when I earned my business-administration degree in PUP with a major in Human Resources. I can still remember riding Angkas from Ortigas after work then straight to PICC for my graduation, walang tulog. One month before our graduation, I was already in my first job as HR, working graveyard in a BPO company. From the get go, most college grads will always look for a career related to their degree. Then nag-resign ako dahil di ko kaya ang graveyard (as a morning person). I was hired after 2 weeks with another BPO company but this time malaking company sya. I was an HR Coordinator solely handling compensation-and-benefits of a site with 3,000 headcount. HR was really not my first choice nung nag-enroll ako sa PUP. My strengths and intelligence is on the creative side but since naubusan ako ng slot nung enrollment and aware ako sa financial status ng family namin, I just asked anong available course pa yung pwede na may work agad after college. I thought makakapag-adapt ako sa HR as a profession like my batchmates pero hindi. Repetitive and by routine yung work, I also need to handle office drama and since BPO 'to, sobrang lala ng drama ng mga ahente. The worst part was? My co-HR workmates na matagal na sa field was probably one of the WORST people I encountered so far sa buhay ko. I know being an HR person needs to be sort of intimidating to be neutral pero yung papakita mo sa harap ng employee na concerned and maasikaso ka tapos pag labas ng HR office bigla mo lalaitin yung tao kahit genuine na need ng help? Fck. Also since I am the youngest before, they would always prey at me. When the pandemic happened, di sila pumayag na magWFH ako and gaslighted na part kasi to ng job ko. Basically ginawa nila akong runner ng mga stuffs nila sa office kasi ako lang nandoon. My tipping point was when I was scolded and reprimanded by a senior HR kahit kasalanan niya. I endorsed the exit-clearances sa kaniya nung Friday and di niya na-process, then nung nagalit yung HR Manager and sa'kin binunton why di pa natatapos yung process ng exit clearances. The delay was on her side not mine. Another worst experience was when my other senior HR workmate called me out sa email because of a mistake I did. Hindi ako perfect and I admit to that mistake. Akala ko it was me, our boss, and sya lang yung nasa email but naka BCC pala yung buong HR team. Di ko sure why need pa i-BCC kasi tanggap ko naman kung naka CC pero BCC? Bakit? Ginaslight pa ko na kesyo for everyone's visibility for support to me pero bakit need itago? Kung di ko pa nahuli sa isang HR na naka-receive pala sila ng call-out email na yun. Everyone became against to me, pinaparinggan ako and talking behind my back. That was my tipping point. I packed my stuffs nung Friday and iniwan ID ko sa desk. Nung Monday? Ayun nag-AWOL na 'ko. No plans, basta di ko na kaya that time. Until now I carry the trauma remembering all of that experiences. --- Wala akong plan noon, I was unemployed for a month na when I stumbled this thing called Online Jobs PH. Puro HR postings inapplyan ko tapos nakita ko na may opening for a marketing role. Tingingan ko yung job description then sabi ko kaya ko naman magsulat and mag research. Then the pay was 20K a month. Katuwaan lang, nagapply ako haha. Surprisingly ako yung natanggap. I realized na nasa marketing field na ako wala na sa HR, na-down pa ko sa sarili ko. But then I remembered na nasa creative side yung strength ko. Online work lang so fit sya for me since may trauma ako from my previous work. After a year of writing scripts and market research, na-promote ako and started to learn CRM and email marketing. Then nag-resign yung isa then ako na nag-carry ng workload niya for doing social media stuffs. YES NAGPA-ALILA AKO FOR 25K. Ang taas ng insecurity ko noon kase yung mga batchmates ko were supervisors or account managers na sa HR field tapos ako ayun alila as an entry level position sa field na di ko kurso nung college. I was also paying my older sister's college tuition fee (45K per sem) 3years na alila. But inisip ko na lang na puhunan ko yung mga natutunan ko na yun. Nung na-feel ko na ready na ko for a new beginning, nag-resign ako and lumipat na sa bagong company sa BGC. Salary was at 35K and doing all around marketing. But after 6 months, nag-sara yung company. Nalugi. Then lumipat ako sa kabilang company, need ko ng new work agad kaya kahit 30K lang yung offer, kinagat ko na, kailangan e. Then 1 year lang kontrata ko. After 1 year, natapos yung contract. Unemployed again and mas mahirap na humanap ng work. Nagisip ako ng strategy, paano ko aayusin yung resume ko in a way na binebenta ko sarili ko? Parang branding sa marketing. So ayun inayos ko yung resume ko using my marketing tricks and strategies and boom! After 1 month of waiting and 4 stages of interviews, I secured a marketing operations specialist role paying me P110,000 per month, with HMO, and allowances. Almost 700 kami na naglaban-laban sa role na yun if titingan sa Jobstreet. The work is not easy, I do the strategy, I execute the strategy in creatives, tools, and even in postings, I build marketing processes, and even report to the management. Mahirap pero enjoy. Outside work, I also managed to do some side hustles, sa marketing din. Extra income. Nung nakita ko yung bank account ko with six digits, I can't imagine na mari-reach ko yung ganitong compensation if nagstay ako sa HR field. Totoo pala yung sabi nila, if you really want to grow your career, make sure na gusto mo yung trabaho mo not just because of the salary but because interest mo talaga sya. Don't get me wrong, HR is a good profession pero for me, paulit-ulit yung ginagawa and mabagal yun growth halos compared sa marketing na lagi ka nagaaral for new skills and always doing something new. Masama magAWOL, but I won't be here siguro kung di ako nagkalakas ng loob sabihin sa boss ko na ayoko na pumasok without resignation hahaha. I will leave it here with my favorite line from my favorite movie 3-Idiots (2009) - "pursue excellence and success will follow" All these years, nag-trust lang ako to do my 201% hardwork sa trabaho and akala ko napupunta lagi sa wala lahat yun but eventually nagpe-payoff sya sa ibang bagay every achievement I gained. **shoulder pat to myself** submitted by /u/Right_Revenue_9263 to r/CorpoChikaPH [link] [comments]

Lawyer digital marketing advice
Nice to meet you! We're small lawyer company from Toronto, CA (specializing in real estate and property transactions), and Iโ€™m wondering if hiring an SEO or digital marketing agency is actually worth it for us. My own marketing efforts havenโ€™t led to much (as I'm definitely not marketing specialist huh), and offline advertising has been disappointing too (huge budgets = few leads). Not looking for sales pitches or smthng, want to hear actual feedback from people whoโ€™ve worked with attorney marketing experts who do promotion & SEO for lawyers and actually understand legal field. How to find good match and how to avoid red flags? Not looking for DMs, just genuine experiences. submitted by /u/HelpwithGrandma to r/LawFirm [link] [comments]

Digital marketing companies charging $$$ to start and manage 1 search campaign.
Is this right? Iโ€™ve reached out to 5 different agencies and theyโ€™re quoting ~5-7k ea. month to start and manage 1 search campaign. This doesnโ€™t include my daily target budget. Does this track or are these prices high? Iโ€™ve set up my own search campaign and as I continue down this rabbit hole I donโ€™t think I can manage this efficiently and I think Iโ€™m wasting dollars. In the last 30 days only 9 conversions. Iโ€™ve got about 68 keywords all set to phrase match with a goal of conversions. Iโ€™ve recently turned off AI Max and disabled google partner networks and display networks. Previously I had $100/day target spend on Search and P Max, now Iโ€™ve switched over to $200/day on search only. I know a ton goes into this, but I donโ€™t know enough about the industry to understand a 5-7k monthly management fee. Is this common or not? submitted by /u/ChowMein2Go to r/PPC [link] [comments]

Do certifications actually help in getting a digital marketing job?
Hey everyone, Iโ€™ve noticed there are a lot of digital marketing certifications available online from platforms like Google, HubSpot, and many course providers. Many people say certifications help build credibility and improve your resume. But at the same time, Iโ€™ve also heard that companies care more about practical experience and real projects. So I wanted to ask people who are already working in digital marketing: Do certifications actually help when applying for jobs? Which certifications are considered valuable by employers? Help me in this !! submitted by /u/DifferentLeading5351 to r/digital_marketing [link] [comments]

I spent $30K on digital marketing last year and ChatGPT still has no idea my business exists.
I run a digital marketing agency that specialises in ranking real estate companies. We offer services like google Ads, SEO, social media, a lot of my clients have strong rankings, decent lead flow, and we have a pretty solid system. One of our agents mentioned that two of her last five clients found her specifically by asking ChatGPT, I went and tested it myself across about 15 different prompts, and my agency barely showed up at all, personally I think this looks bad for my business, cause if we can't rank on chat, what does that say about our offerings? Looked into why we aren't ranking but my client is and from what I can tell, she has way more mentions on third-party sites like local blogs, forums, Zillow discussions, and we've put almost everything into owned channels and paid traffic. Is AI search just running on completely different signals to everything we've been optimizing for? Feels like there's a whole layer of the funnel nobody in digital marketing is really talking about yet. submitted by /u/Recent_Sir6552 to r/DigitalMarketing [link] [comments]

Will digital marketing survive the AI wave?
so i have been looking into tech subreddits here and they are depressed af, the coding capabilities of Ai have advanced so far that almost all IT companies have mandated the use of Ai and most code being done now is Ai generated, the hiring has slowed down considerably and many IT professionals are considering a switch while stacking up savings and reducing expenses, i think the same situation will start impacting other domains as well after tech, so i am not sure what the future of digital marketing will be? especially for someone who is still a newbie i have already started learning it but seeing the worsening situation makes me uncertain and demotivated. so i want to ask all of you, who are already working in this, what are your thoughts and experiences with this, how are you keeping up with Ai? and what do you predict the future of digital marketing to be? which parts will vanish and which will remain? submitted by /u/New_Bodybuilder_3700 to r/DigitalMarketing [link] [comments]

What Are the Top Digital Marketing Agencies for Businesses?
Iโ€™m currently looking for a reliable digital marketing company for my business and trying to understand who the top digital marketing companies are right now. There are so many agencies claiming to be the best in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and performance marketing, but itโ€™s honestly confusing. I donโ€™t want just someone who runs ads. Iโ€™m looking for a company that can actually help with long-term growth. Ideally, Iโ€™m looking for services like: โ€ข SEO (technical + keyword research) โ€ข Google Ads / PPC management โ€ข Social media marketing โ€ข Content marketing โ€ข Funnel building and conversion optimization โ€ข Website improvements if needed For those who have hired a digital marketing agency before: What services did they actually provide? Did they focus on ROI and lead generation? Were they worth the investment? Any red flags I should watch out for? Would really appreciate real recommendations or honest experiences before I make a decision. Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/Equivalent_Fault1103 to r/MarketingGeek [link] [comments]

Digital Protest! This should be fun - All Call the credit card companies, force them to make a public statement & make Trump & his Admin look Stupid ..Again!
Digital Protest - This should be fun As per Trump, credit cards are now capped at 10% as of today for one year. Everyone call your credit card companies and ask them to lower your credit card rate to 10% as how Trump said for it to be. Tell your credit card company they should follow what Trump said because he is President and posted it on Truth Social. Why do this? This is a type of protest. If it works for us and they lower it, great, if it doesnt work for us and they deny it, they will have to publicly tell the public that Trump was wrong, and it will be more of a reminder to everyone that Trump is a liar and does not fulfill his promises. We need to flood the credit card phone lines so the big corporations understand that by catering to Trump it creates chaos in the financial markets, banks, and financial services. These banks & large corporations like American Express need to feel in their pockets & resources that Trump will hurt them. This digital protest is just a taste of what Trump will bring. If we continue this path under Trump Banks are going to run out of money and close. People will panic and it wont be phone calls, it will be walk ins all desperate for their money. Banks are already suffering. If Trump invades Greenland more people will panic and it might tip the glass over. The markets might crash. So, let's give them a preview. Everyone call your banks, credit card companies, and demand they comply with Trump's social media post. Make them hear the absurdity, and make the company understand absurdity hurts resources & pockets. That they should not support Trump or his presidency (only say this after their denial). submitted by /u/Total_Shine_543 to r/50501 [link] [comments]

Called It: Ryan Reynolds officially rebrands Maximum Effort as a 'marketing and content creation company'
As we have been speculating, Ryan Reynolds has transitioned Maximum Effort from producing ads for his films and a million other companies into a social media marketing company. It's the only reason we have the fuckery of this lawsuit. Ryan needs the failure of IEWU's promo to not be laid at the feet of the culprit: Maximum Effort. Well, Ryan did officially file to conduct business in California as a "foreign (out-of-state) LLC" on April 4, 2025 (4/4/2025), and just last month (July 22; 7/22/2025) Ryan updated the registration with the Statement of Information stating that Maximum Effort is a "marketing and content creation company." Let's check the board, shall we, with images: About statement on Maximum Effort's website: https://preview.redd.it/sqyyhawmdamf1.png?width=2236&format=png&auto=webp&s=e4d21aee821d77931b8bc57a4c83976e719580ad The Maximum Effort registration as a Delaware company registering to do business in California (as a foreign (out-of-state) LLC): https://preview.redd.it/512hzm9jeamf1.png?width=2904&format=png&auto=webp&s=0d5a503d975666a85575eb8881ea2e9fbd6a6be1 https://preview.redd.it/ctd4loy2eamf1.png?width=1626&format=png&auto=webp&s=b39b48fa253d179d9726abaeb9256d0af3cc77c3 https://preview.redd.it/re48moy2eamf1.png?width=1620&format=png&auto=webp&s=740857e02c3f09998a4b414df080f09e7d3eef87 https://preview.redd.it/gorhzsy2eamf1.png?width=1620&format=png&auto=webp&s=ae89bc3a4ccc14a2537ab86634347d304e3c9e6c https://preview.redd.it/i67akfbleamf1.png?width=1996&format=png&auto=webp&s=4d63ceda66bece86ed10847081eaffecc77b74e9 Updated filing showing what kind of services Maximum Effort renders: https://preview.redd.it/fq7sw37eeamf1.png?width=1626&format=png&auto=webp&s=82e26c6e8e1bec2faca1e0c8e04a46787e2fb78c https://preview.redd.it/g0m6c37eeamf1.png?width=1618&format=png&auto=webp&s=6f58378f44b62214a69fc38c66169be651dc2b67 You can search the records yourself at https://bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov/search/business Credit where credit's due Much love and thanks go to SweetandSaltyLin for sharing this info. You can head over to her channel and give her some love so her efforts can be credited and widely known. https://reddit.com/link/1n4mftu/video/mzi8itoweamf1/player Why does this matter? First, let's tackle what is a content creation company? It's simply a company hired to create written, visual, and video content for a brand that meets its marketing and communication needs. So, think social media posts, SEO, blog posts, news articles, graphics, video, email marketing, etc.โ€”anything really that results in increased eyeballs on a brand and drives up engagement. So, why does this matter? Well, because Ryan Reynolds and Maximum Effort are bad at social media management and digital marketing (their niche grasp is sarcastic ads), and Ryan's expanding the company's services is the major reason for incubating, launching, and steadfastly cleaving to the smear campaign against Justin Baldoni and the other Wayfarer parties. Anyone apart from Maximum Effort needs to be blamed for the disaster because IEWU was, for all purposes, the beta launch, which isn't a good look for the brand. They definitely can't put the movie on their "projects" page. So, there we have it. I love how every one of our callsโ€”that were labeled conspiracy theoriesโ€”have all been confirmed and founded to be the absolute truth. We can't say the same about Blake, Ryan, Esra, and Gottlieb though. submitted by /u/Mysterio623 to r/ItEndsWithLawsuits [link] [comments]

Is digital marketing a good career choice?
Hi, I'm 18 and I was researching different careers based on salary, job saturation, and overall the morale of people in the field. The career I gravitated towards was digital marketing. If I do pursue it and end up being really good at the job, the end goal would be to work at a major company like Netflix, Google, etc., by the time I'm 40 (it may seem over optimistic, but it's a dream). On paper, it seems like a great career to pursue, and I wanted to hear from people who have experience in the field. Advice would also be appreciated. submitted by /u/Zweli23 to r/DigitalMarketing [link] [comments]

Finally reached my limit with UA marketing emails - an open letter to whoever is running the company now.
Hey Yโ€™all - apologies if this isnโ€™t the right place for this but I just wanted to rant a lil bit and in the hopes that anyone can relate. Dear Mr Audio - or should I call you Universal? I have been a customer of UA for 20 years. In recent years your incessant marketing and constant reminders of sales have become grating, but I abided it because I was grateful for the tens of thousands of dollars worth of products, both physical and digital, Iโ€™ve purchased from you over the years. But just when I had nearly reached my limit with your seemingly endless emails to โ€œsave now before itโ€™s too lateโ€ on some bloody plugin bundle you developed 10 years ago and which I probably already own, I decided to click on the teensy tiny and nearly invisible unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to see what thatโ€™s all about. Well guess what? Itโ€™s a f***ing 404! NICE. With a sigh, I decided to contact customer support. WHOOPS. You only use AI chat bots now. MY FAVOURITE. After having no other choice, I engaged with HAL 9000 and discovered that, in fact, this is the way to contact customer support and someone from your team will apparently read this. Why include a customer support email on your site when you can send people on a fun little scavenger hunt instead? I know capitalism is a bitch and business is hard now, especially in music. But seriously UA. Get your shit together. Try and remember the company you used to be instead of emulating every other corporate behemoth on earth and hiding behind a black wall of chatbots. With subscription models, zero innovation and desperate marketing emails touting a near-constant state of markdown as your main deliverables, who needs creativity and novel ideas to grow your business? Just keep touting your potential future revenue based on recent subscriber trends, and those private equity folks will be knocking on your door with a golden parachute in no time! Fuck your customer base! And God help the poor sap who buys one of your plugins during the one week a year theyโ€™re at regular price! I used to be able to have conversations with your engineers and techs and they would have amazing insights. Theyโ€™d take on customer feedback to inform new product ideas or improvements. Hey at least you stopped using photos of dear old Bill Putnam on everything. The man was an innovator whose name held weight because of his contributions to the field. You know, like Universal Audio used to. Sincerely, GW submitted by /u/_BabyGod_ to r/audioengineering [link] [comments]

I'm so sick of the marketing team behind this company
I don't know if posts like this have been made in the past but I'm quite frustrated right now so here we go lmao. I've used Duolingo for a decent amount of time in the past, but for last few years their marketing team and social media profiles have been nothing but annoying. Trying to blend in with Gen Z feels like that one "How do you do, fellow kids?" meme.. They try to latch onto every new 'trend' and make rather unfunny videos in an attempt to stay relevant and get attention. Honestly ruins the trends for me the moment I see a Duo post/ad about it. It baffles me how many people actually like their posts and how much engagement they get considering how low effort some of them seem. It could be the marketing business taking this 'simpler' approach and god damn it works, but that does not make it any less dull and stupid. I'm pretty sure their next "big plan" is this Duo dying idea bruh. "Oh nooo Duo is going to die :(( how can this happen??!?" Get a grip. It's gonna come back in a few days being all happy woww no way!! the digital bird mascot got revived!? and their cycle of farming engagement continues yay. submitted by /u/KulName to r/duolingo [link] [comments]

Iโ€™m 55 with 25 years of experience in digital marketing + communications and I canโ€™t find a job.
Iโ€™m 55 with 25yrs in my field, and I canโ€™t find a job after almost a year Anybody else in the same boat? I have no idea where to go from here. Was in corporate marketing roles from 1996-2009. I worked for Fortune 500 companies. Battled cancer and only worked part-time / freelance 2009-2013 Launched a company in 2014 that did great till covid, but never recovered after. I had a roster of prestigious clients. All my work came on referral. Never had to solicit a client. I was lucky, but also worked hard and Iโ€™m good at what I do. Now I have parents I need to help financially, and I have caretaking responsibilities so I can only work remotely. HR folks/ recruiters blow me off for being โ€œself-employed for so long.โ€ But my company was quite successful before covid, but nobody wants to hear it. Totally dumbed down my resume and canโ€™t even get local retailers to respond for seasonal jobs. Have so many versions of my resume/ cover letter to get through ATS that I lost count (40+ I think) Over 1000 applications and queries. Yesterday, someone posted for a PT assistant in my local Nextdoor community. 65 COMMENTS within 10 minutes โ€” mostly from folks with grey hair. WTF is going on?! We have a job market problem that is NOT being accurately reflected in the monthly jobs report. I run an AI tools directory. Here are my top picks for AI-powered digital marketing tools (that aren't just wrappers for GPT)
Look around and you'll see hundreds of AI tools being pitched as social media, digital marketing, blogging tools, etc. However, most of them are simply web apps with a nice UI and preset prompt over Open AI API. Regardless, there's quite a few that have stood out to me in terms of AI tools that offer more functionality than content generation. Here's my top picks for digital marketing and why: MarketMuse - AI Content Optimization MarketMuse is a real game-changer when it comes to content strategy and optimization. As a digital marketer, I appreciate the way it uses AI to analyze my website and offer personalized, data-driven insights, making my content planning considerably faster and more efficient. It automates the laborious task of content audits, eliminating the subjectivity often associated with this process. Additionally, MarketMuse's competitive analysis tool, revealing gaps in competitor content, is particularly insightful. Its Content Briefs are an invaluable resource, providing a clear structure for topics to cover, questions to answer, and links to include, streamlining the content creation process. The AI features of MarketMuse offer a clear edge in optimizing my content strategy. Plus AI for Google Slides - Presentations for Sales Pitches, Webinars, and Conferences Plus AI stands out as it intertwines with my Google Slides workflow, rather than offering a final mediocre product like most slide deck generators. It helps co-create presentations with the 'sticky notes' feature, which essentially gives prompts for improving and finalizing each slide. A standout feature is 'Snapshots', enabling you to plug external data, for example, from different internal web apps into your presentations. I use Plus AI to craft the foundation for my slide deck and then go through each slide to incorporate the right snapshot. It's free and integrates smoothly with Google Slides and Docs. GoCharlie - AI Content Generation in Your Brand Voice + Content Repurposing Helps you churn out anything from blog posts, social media content to product descriptions. What stands out is its ability to learn and replicate your brand voice - it truly sounds like you. The 'content repurposing' feature is a godsend for recycling well-performing content for different platforms based on websites, audio files, and videos, saving me a huge chunk of time. It doesn't hand you off-the-shelf content, it co-creates with you, giving you the autonomy to review, refine and personalise. It's also got a free trial, and as a user, it's been a worthwhile addition to my digital marketing toolkit. AdCreative.ai - AI-Powered Ad & Social Creatives Having a tool like AdCreative.ai in my digital marketing arsenal is such a game-changer. It employs artificial intelligence to produce conversion-oriented ad and social media creatives in just seconds. Its capacity to generate both visually appealing and engaging creatives, while also incorporating optimized copy, enables me to enhance my advertising campaigns' click-through and conversion rates significantly. A feature I find especially valuable is its machine learning model which learns from my past successful creatives and tailors future ones to be more personalized and efficient. The scalability is impressive too; whether I need a single creative or thousands in a month, it delivers seamlessly. The ease of use, effectiveness, and time-saving capabilities make this tool an absolute winner in my book. BrandBastion - AI-Driven Community Management As a digital marketer, one tool I find incredibly beneficial is BrandBastion. It shines with its AI-driven approach to managing social media conversations around the clock, with impressive precision and speed. The AI here does a fantastic job at identifying harmful comments and hiding them, keeping brand reputation intact. What sets it apart is the balance it strikes between automation and human touch - the AI analyses conversations and alerts human content specialists for any sensitive issue, ensuring nothing gets overlooked. Additionally, the "BrandBastion Lite" platform serves as a centralized space to understand brand sentiment, moderate comments, and engage with followers, making it a breeze to manage all social media conversations in one place. Contlo - Autonomous Generative Marketing Contlo stands out as a highly autonomous AI-powered marketing tool that significantly streamlines my marketing efforts. One of its prime strengths is the Generative AI Model that enables creation of contextually relevant marketing materials, including landing pages, emails, and social media creatives. Speaking with the AI through a chat interface simplifies my entire marketing process without having to grapple with a complex UI. I've also found the generative marketing workflows to be particularly useful in creating custom audience segments and scheduling campaigns based on dynamic user behavior. Even more, its constant learning and self-improvement based on my usage make it a robust tool that evolves with my marketing needs. GapScout - AI-Driven Market Insights The strategic force behind my business decisions is GapScout, a unique AI tool that leverages customer reviews for gaining market insights. Its distinguishing feature is the AI's ability to meticulously scan and analyze reviews about my company and competitors, revealing potential opportunities and highlighting gaps in the market. This level of scrutiny offers a goldmine of data-driven feedback, helping me improve offers, identify new revenue avenues, and refine sales copy to boost conversion rates. For an edge in the market, GapScout's competitor surveillance keeps me informed of their activities, saving precious time and effort. It's an invaluable tool, providing clear, actionable insights that fuel data-backed business growth. Predis.ai - AI Social Media Management As a digital marketer, Predis.ai is my go-to tool for generating and managing social media content. The platform's AI capabilities are quite comprehensive; they're particularly useful for generating catchy ad copies and visually engaging social media posts, and for transforming product details from my e-commerce catalog into ready-to-post content. The tool's capability to convert blogs into captivating videos and carousel posts adds a fresh spin to the way I repurpose my content. Plus, it's a lifesaver when it comes to scheduling and publishing - it integrates seamlessly with multiple platforms and takes care of all posting duties in one place. Predis.ai essentially puts AI in the driving seat of my social media management and I couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency it offers. QuantPlus - AI Ad Creative Insights QuantPlus truly brings AI to the ad creation process in a novel way. Rather than just run multivariate tests, it deconstructs historical ad campaign data to analyze individual elements. Using this data, the tool ranks the performance of various elements such as CTA's, phrase combinations, imagery content, colors, keywords, and even gender distribution, among many others. It's like having a super-powered marketing analyst, giving me access to insights about top performing elements and aiding me in making more informed design decisions. This makes the ad creation process not just more efficient, but significantly more effective, as I'm working off proven high-ranking creative elements. It's an indispensable part of my digital marketing toolkit. ----- P.S. If you liked this, I've created a free directory with over 1300 AI tools listed for almost any use case. It's updated daily and there's also a GPT-powered chatbot to help you find AI tools for your needs. Feel free to check it out if there's something specific you are looking for. submitted by /u/AI_Scout_Official to r/ChatGPT [link] [comments]

Meta and Alphabet lose dominance over US digital ads market as TikTok, Amazon, Microsoft and Apple take market share.
https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2022/12/meta-and-alphabet-lose-dominance-over-us-digital-ads-market/ Meta and Alphabet have lost their dominance over the digital advertising market they have ruled for years, as the duopoly is hit by fast-growing competition from rivals Amazon, TikTok, Microsoft and Apple. The share of US ad revenues held by Facebookโ€™s parent Meta and Google owner Alphabet is projected to fall by 2.5 percentage points to 48.4 percent this year, the first time the two groups will not hold a majority share of the market since 2014, according to research group Insider Intelligence. This will mark the fifth consecutive annual decline for the duopoly, whose share of the market has fallen from a peak of 54.7 percent in 2017 and is forecast to decline to 43.9 percent by 2024. Worldwide, Meta and Alphabetโ€™s share declined 1 percentage point to 49.5 percent this year. โ€œFour years ago, you wouldnโ€™t be talking about either [TikTok or Amazon] in advertising,โ€ said Dischler. โ€œSo itโ€™s really telling that more and more people are acknowledging that advertising is a great and scalable business model.โ€ Amazonโ€™s foray into the digital ads world has played a big part in hitting Meta and Googleโ€™s dominance. After years of toying in the market, it ramped efforts up in 2015 and has since seen ad revenues skyrocket from less than $1 billion to an estimated $38 billion this year. โ€œBefore I joined, I didnโ€™t even know what Amazon Ads was,โ€ said an Amazon executive who says they now run โ€œa massive teamโ€”and I didnโ€™t know this existed before the recruiter called.โ€ Paul Prior, chief operating officer of Undertone, a digital advertising company, said retail giants led by Amazon woke up to the realization that their extensive data on customers could be the basis for a massive advertising business with higher margins than the sale of goods online. But Amazon then went a step further, expanding its on-site ads business beyond its own shopping site. โ€œAcross the wider digital universe, they use that data set to empower brands and the advertisers to buy better, to spend more effectively and drive return on ad-spend,โ€ said Prior. Apple has also emerged as a new threat. Its ad revenues have grown from under $2.2 billion in 2018 to more than $7 billion this year. Although that is just 1.2 percent of the global market, it is already more than Snapchat and Pinterest combined, and some estimates suggest Apple could reach $30 billion of ad revenue by 2026. Zuckerberg has repeatedly hit out at Appleโ€™s โ€œconflict of interest,โ€ criticizing it for charging โ€œmonopoly rentsโ€ and stifling innovation. Insider Intelligence has forecast that Google and Metaโ€™s US ad growth in 2023 will be just 3 percent and 5 percent, respectively, while at least eight of its rivals are to experience double-digit gains. submitted by /u/WickedSensitiveCrew to r/stocks [link] [comments]

Coin Bureau is a brand owned and operated by a digital marketing firm. Guy is a paid actor. Everything about the channel and it's mission is astro turfed to feel "authentic" for the little guy. In reality, they are pushing on you a hidden agenda so they and their clients can make money off of you.
You might wonder why Coin Bureau doesn't play adds on their channel. How incredibly egalitarian of them, right? Wrong. Coin Bureau is owned by a company called V3 Digital based out of London. Guess what V3 Digital is? Yep, a marketing firm that tries to maximize traffic for their clients. From their website: " Your digital marketing strategy is incomplete without content marketing, which is why getting it right is always imperative. Our marketing experts are capable of tailoring content so that it engages your target audience at every stage of their journey. " " Growing your followers on social networks will help you increase word of mouth and referrals. We provide social media marketing services that enable you to reach relevant people, increase your following, make connections and drive organic traffic to your website with high success." โ€‹ Basically, the Coin Bureau channel is designed and curated to manipulate and influence your opinions on crypto for either clients of V3 digital or V3 digital itself. Essentially Coin Bureau is paid to shill the highest bidder. They want you buying their shitty hoodies and t-shirts while they cram misinformation and their agenda down your throat. โ€‹ TL;DR: Do not trust coin bureau. Guy is a paid actor who has zero technical knowledge. Coin Bureau is owned BY V3 digital, a marketing firm out of London that shills for the highest bidder. It is an untrustworthy source of information. Know you're being manipulated. Their "mistakes" are not mistakes at all. Rather highly focused and targeted marketing with the intent to manipulate your crypto decisions. edit0: link to v3 digital: https://v3.digital/ link to Coin Burea ToS: https://www.coinbureau.com/terms-of-service/ "Coin Bureau is a brand of V3 Digital" edit1: from /u/CrazyAsparagus below in comments Guy is not the founder or creator of coinbureau. Nic Puckrin, a former investment banker from Goldman Sach's is. Proof: "Nic Puckrin is founder of UK-based cryptocurrency news and education site Coin Bureau. He previously worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London." https://venturebeat.com/2018/07/22/coinbases-big-week/ "Nic is the founder of Coin Bureau and is an Ex-Goldman Sachs Banker." https://unhashed.com/author/nic-puckrin/ Guy majored in English and is literally an actor who even acted in other roles and not someone with previous investment or technical experience. Read: https://www.coinbureau.com/who-is-guy/. At least they are honest about him being an actor. None of this is inherently bad. What's bad is you have No. Idea. How. They. Make. Money. Remember: if you aren't paying for it, YOU ARE THE PRODUCT. submitted by /u/gigabyteIO to r/CryptoCurrency [link] [comments]
