To answer the big question...by some weird design around physics, it does not tip forward and has a really good magnetic closure. Hi everyone, I recently came across several listings for Lady Dior and Saddle bags, most of them never used or in very good condition, priced under €1,500. Do you think there’s anything suspicious about this? One strange thing I’ve noticed is that many of these listings mention that only one bag per buyer can be purchased. I had the real bag in my hands during a vacation in Vienna and from what I can tell it feels and looks exactly the same! The hardware is very sturdy and does not feel cheap at all, it’s not too yellow and looks well made. The bag smells like leather and is very soft in touch, the stitches on the outside are amazingly well made. The stamp looks really nice as well and the zipper is really smooth. It was packaged well - the strap is a little dented but I think that’s nothing that can‘t be fixed by wearing it. One stitch in the inside is a little faulty but no one should be opening my bag anyways other than me. The only thing that is a little bothering is that the leather on the lower left side (see last picture) is a little to pulled and it has those dents. Maybe I am a perfectionist but that is the only thing that bothers me a little Communication with bank has been great. Fast answers, reliable timelines and I would say good and especially reasonable prices. Will definitely buy again. Dior saddle bag real vs fake Fake one is from angel factory $400 dollars as i can recall - Real one is from Paris $3300 (price converted and tax refunded included) Here are my observation: 1.) real one is a lil bigger than fake. Also the shape a lil different on the real one. ( i will point it out on the pic) 2.) real one is way softer than fake. 3.) fabric of the fake one is lighter than real. Navy blue is more darker on the real one. 4.) hardware color on the fake is bright gold, whereas real one is brushed gold. 5.) handle width is wider on the real one 6.) “D” pattern is on par 7.) interior color is the same. Interior tag “christian dior” and “made in italy” are on par. hope you like the detailed comparison. Fake nowadays are scary! You can’t hardly tell if you dont have the real one on hand to compare with.
