RE:Protein Powder?
It’s not a protein powder but I love Fairlife protein shakes. There’s no added ingredients because the protein comes from their milk. They have shakes with 28, 30 & 42 grams of protein. They’re by far the best tasking protein shakes I’ve had and I tried a lot during pregnancy! I still drink at least one every day.

20lbs down on a 3 month cut as a longtime strength trainer [135lbs to 115lbs]
hi! i’m a 28 year old 5ft girlie who has strength trained for over 10 years now. i struggle with binge eating and major food noise. i finally decided to tighten up my diet earlier this year as i became unhappy with my physique despite all the training i did. my main goal was to lean out, achieve visible abs without compromising my strength. i successfully lost ~20 lbs over 3 months! i recognize in my before pictures i was still fit with good fat distribution. hoping this post offers a different perspective for petite fitness, as someone who did everything right in the gym but slacked in the kitchen. getting my nutrition right has taken my physique to the next level 😊 diet: -strictly tracked total calories and macros -averaged 1500 cals per day -100g protein a day (main protein sources: eggs, dairy, fish, legumes, fairlife protein shakes) -little to no alcohol -eating out 1-2x a week max exercise: -strength training 4x per week, 2x lower and 2x upper split -elliptical for 20-25 min at end of every gym session -increased daily movement by buying a walking pad and walking more on rest days (10-13k steps per day from extra walking + my work commute) tracking cals was not new to me but i never committed this long to a deficit. i’m now eating at maintenance (i believe ~1900 cals but still collecting data and hoping its higher haha) and rebuilding my strength as i did lose more than i hoped. sadly i did lose a lot of fat in my boobs and booty 🥲 this cut has revived my confidence and my love for the gym, which was starting to become a chore after so many years of having the same physique. i also developed a newfound interest in macro efficient cooking and baking! my goals now are to rebuild my booty, further grow my overall muscle mass, and maintain healthy eating habits to avoid gaining the weight back. submitted by /u/mariajuana_ to r/PetiteFitness [link] [comments]

Members Mark Ultra Filtered Protein Shake
So I was really excited to try the strawberry flavor of the ultra filtered protein shake because people were comparing it to Fairlife and Nurri. I opened it straight from the refrigerator. The initial taste is good, but the smell is throwing me off it almost smells cheesy in a way and the aftertaste makes me want to throw up. Did I get a bad batch or has anyone else noticed this? I have the vanilla which i haven’t tried but I am hoping it tastes better. submitted by /u/OverChemistry4492 to r/samsclub [link] [comments]

Fall of fairlife protein shake?
Is it just me or did others have noticed a huge fall in fairlife products sell since they increased the price so dramatically last month? I live in a place where getting fairlife protein shakes is really a huge hassle, every week when the nearby Costco gets a shipment we had lines just for chocolate shake of theirs and then vanilla. By 9 or 10 am after opening all crates would be emptied for the rest of the week and we'd have to wait for next shipment or drive an hour to next Costco where the story was more or less same. but this month after the prices went up by 8$ for the first time I saw a full two crates still there in the warehouse 2 days after they get their shipment. I would assume everyone would rather spend 10-15 bucks less and grab some other brands instead of entertaining such hikes in price? is it the similar situations in your location recently as well? submitted by /u/Excellent-Smell-6384 to r/CostcoCanada [link] [comments]

I use Fairlife Fat Free milk for my protein shakes and for cooking. Does everyone drink protein shakes/powders?
Hey everyone! I’m somewhat new here. Been lurking in this sub for a while but just started taking things seriously about a month ago and I’m down 8 lbs 🎉 I’m curious. Does anyone here drink protein shakes/use protein powders?? I’m on my feet all day at my job, and it doesn’t really allow for a sit down lunch. So my go to has been a Fairlife Nutrition Plan Shake and a banana. However, they’re quite pricey. On the other hand, I think I might struggle to hit 100g of protein a day without them. Any insight? What works for you? (Would also love recommendations of powders you love and are “clean”. Fairlife vs Nurri Chocolate Protein Shake Review
Edit: ok I tried Nurri Strawberry and it's FIRE. I've always been a chocolate protein guy, but I'd say Nurri Strawberry is on par with Fairlife for me. I'll probably switch it up every other day. Quick review for yall. Fairlife is sweeter and thicker, and frankly better tasting and more enjoyable to drink. Nurri has mild sweetness and is thin. Not as enjoyable to drink, but much easier to chug. edit: starts to get a metallic taste because of the aluminum can, so it might be better to pour into another cup or glass They both have the same 150 calories and 30g protein. Fat is the same as well. Cholesterol, Carbs, Sugar, and Vitamins are slightly different. Fairlife - $34 for $18 or $1.88 each (never goes on sale) Nurri - $20 for 12 or $1.66 each (on sale for $15 or $1.25 each) Conclusion: Fairlife tastes better, but costs 50% more than Nurri when on sale. submitted by /u/nicebrah to r/Costco [link] [comments]

Fairlife shake question
I was a long-time Premier Protein shake fan (mmm… cafe latte 🤤) but since everyone here was raving about Fairlife so I tried it and - of course- they’re the best tasting! But I just discovered that I have been buying the Fairlife CorePower shakes with 42g or 26g of protein but there are also 30g Fairlife shakes that come in a case of 12 for about half the price of the CorePower Fairlife shakes. The regular Fairlife shakes are in a white bottle vs the CorePower ones in dark color bottles. Does anyone know if the only difference between the two kinds of shakes is the amount of protein? Or is there some other reason the white bottle shakes are so much cheaper? submitted by /u/Weird_Consequence938 to r/Zepbound [link] [comments]

Found these at my local Costco in Nova Scotia and decided to give them a try after seeing all the hype in this sub. For those who haven’t tried it and are wondering, it tastes almost identical to chocolate milk and about the same consistency as well, not as thick or artificial tasting as other protein drinks at Costco. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re blessed enough to see it at your local warehouse. submitted by /u/minutemaiding to r/CostcoCanada [link] [comments]

Found on the protein shakes at the end of the night. $80 worth of lobster.
People make me sick. By the time I found it it was room temp. submitted by /u/Deeri- to r/Costco [link] [comments]

Fairlife vanilla protein drink. Yay or nay? Should I stick with chocolate flavor?
What are your review on the vanilla flavor? I have tried chocolate which is delicious and taste just like chocolat milk! What do you think of the vanilla one? submitted by /u/LanguageFriendly480 to r/Costco [link] [comments]

Fairlife nutrition shake, safe during pregnancy ?
I just bought this from Costco yesterday. I don’t usually drink nutritional shake but considering I have gestational diabetes and it’s been hard to find joy in nourishing myself, I thought I could use this to add to my decaf morning iced coffee instead of milk and sugar free syrup. Could help vary my breakfast. Also get a decent amount protein as bonus. Now, this morning while opening the pack I noticed how it says it’s sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame-potassium. I understand sucralose is pregnancy safe but couldn’t find much on the the acesulfame potassium. Does anyone know if this can be safe during pregnancy or has anyone bought this while pregnant? submitted by /u/Enough_Wear_8328 to r/BabyBumpsCanada [link] [comments]
