Why are more than half of the posts on this subreddit just a tier list or a pretentious asym concept that will literally never happen
For some reason this subreddit has a lot of these, and I‘m not completely sure why besides the unoriginality. I‘m sorry but there is so much tier list bloat on this subreddit that it’s not even funny. There are countless people acting like robots, creating the same unoriginal tier lists that don‘t have any unique opinions. For some reason also, half of the asyms they haven’t even played either. Also, IDK when this became a Roblox subreddit but more than 90% of the posts are about Roblox. DBD exists too guys. Lately, I’ve seen a lot of people making asym concepts which are full of copyright shenanigans and unoriginality. These people are extremely pretentious and actually think that making an asym game is as simple as pressing a button. These people also do not know anything about game development or the skills needed to manage a team. They’re always like, “Hey guys I’m making an asym game and I’m looking for a team to help, I won’t pay you but I still expect you to do it voluntarily. I’m also completely oblivious to the fact that the amount of copyright shenanigans could put your job in jeopardy even if I were to pay you.” Speaking of which, I’m making an Asym game too! It’s called ’Please Strike me down Lawsuits’. The characters will be Mario, Batman, Sonic, Mickey Mouse, Bowser, Peter Griffin, and Spiderman. submitted by /u/Ok_Platform490 to r/AsymHorror [link] [comments]

The list of current issues within the game. Things that should be changed, fixed, or removed before I can call the game Good.
This list focuses on mechanical, technical, and QoL issues; and will be mostly ignoring balancing or economical issues of the game since that conversation can go on forever depending on your views, opinions, and preferences; though some exceptions may apply. I will be maintaining this list as time goes on. If anything gets fixed, I'll cross it out and note the date. Some of the problems may not be on the list because I forgot, I will add them later. This list does not care if the issue is known, actively being worked on, or will be fixed the next patch. If it is present in the game at the moment, it will be on the list. I will try to be as objective as possible but some of the issues I personally deem problematic enough may appear on the list. The big ones - Non-existent footstep audio. Bad directional audio. - Non-existent AI of Mutants and NPCs. Both types have the intelligence of a single-cell organism. NPCs still shoot you through non-solid cover (It's been 7 years). - The Tiers and ranks of Suits, Guns, Containers, and Artifacts, as well as the intricacies of gear matchmaking and the server brackets, are still hidden from the player and never explained in game. - The matchmaker commonly shoves people into higher-tier lobbies they don't belong to. Open world K/D should not matter towards your gear bracket. - 20-tick servers. Massive hitreg issues and ping dependency. - The game only utilizing one (1) CPU core and other cases of horrid optimization. Partly thanks to OpenGL. - Chunk rendering issues causing cases where you are getting shot by a player beyond your render distance. - Predatory monetization practices. - English voice lines are AI slop. - The tutorials in both CNPP and Swamps do a bad job at teaching a new player how the game works. - Subpar enforcement of the ToS and EULA rules towards some people and clans. Not-as-big-but-still-big - Lack of deep customization options like config file editing and client-side modding of the game. Any attempts to do so will likely get you banned. You are not able to customize your HUD UI/UX, HUD SFX, Crosshair, Hitmarker, Hit sound, Kill sound, various interfaces, main menu music and background. - The auction has a multitude of issues that makes it annoying to work with. - Lack of collision with enemy players. - Lack of character movement inertia. - Lack of reload animation stages. - [Subjective] All guns in the game are hitscan. - The functionality of Hudsight/CrosshairX is not in the base game. - Lacking interactiveness and responsiveness of the game world to the player's actions. - Lack of interactive commands/actions. Ex: /wave, /sit, and other commands and RP actions common in other MMOs. - [Subjective] Player collision boxes are rectangular. They should be cylindrical. - There should be a bind to "squint your eyes" like in DayZ/ARMA that would zoom your view to to that of the 70 FOV setting with appropriate sensitivity adjustment. Players should not have to choose or compromise between having better view of their surroundings at close range and having a better view of their target at longer ranges. - People that bought ArcticSafe-6 and Overton before the Sep 3rd 2025 container rebalance should be allowed to refund the containers. - Mutants, NPCs, Signals, Signal dungeon portals, and Artifacts sometimes spawn inside blocks or out of bounds. QoL issues < Controls and settings > - The game ignores held inputs if it does not register a Press input before it. Ex: If you exit a menu with the Forward bind held down, the game will ignore it until you release the key and press it down again. - Inability to select the input type of a bind (Press, Release, Double-tap, Hold). - Inability to bind multiple keys to the same action. - Lack of input buffers; particularly for the Interact bind. There is no grace period before nor after a prompt. - The universal Cancel input for placable objects is hard-coded to be F (and can not be changed) instead of defaulting to the Interact bind. - The bind to open Furniture Storage in Hideout is E instead of the Interact bind and can not be changed. - Inability to adjust vertical and horizontal sensitivity separately. - Toggle Sensitivity In Sight setting should be separate for entering and exiting ADS, not combined for both. https://preview.redd.it/20i650a5rd1h1.png?width=879&format=png&auto=webp&s=12f5ee3dc18c9a914776f6be61579e6ceee75f65 - Audio of the Ambient tracks, Main menu music, and other kinds of music should have three independent volume sliders, instead of all three being cramped into one. - No option to select player character voice line language. . < Inventory and Storage management > - Lack of customizable inventory filters or customizability of the existing ones. - There is no bind that would override the Trash item filter. Not even for your own body bags. - You can not bind multiple items to the same cell in the Quick Access Wheel with a separate priority list within the cell. - You can not set up your own priority list for the Quick Heal slot. - No option to quickly stack identical items aside from sorting your entire inventory. - Can not stack items together while inventory filters are active. - Inability to quick-store items into your storage. - You should be able to summon a selection box to highlight multiple items and drag them all at the same time. Watch the first 10 seconds of this video and you will know what I'm talking about. - Inability to auto-buy missing barter materials with Trade Coins from the barter offer window. - Inability to auto-add barter materials from storage from the barter offer menu. - Inability to switch between storage tabs and inventory filters with keyboard keys. - Inventory item icons take a good dozen seconds to load in when you enter a safe zone from an outing. - Inability to view the contents of the temporary storage. [Reminder] . < Map and Markers > - Player-placed markers are layered on top of event markers. - Player-placed markers are prioritized over event markers when hovered over. Any case when a player-placed marker and an event marker intersect the game will always focus on the player-placed one. - The color options for waypoints are limited to 7 pre-selected colors instead of an RGB palette. - Inability to delete a marker with one button. - Inability to quick-hide a map waypoint from the HUD. This is not in the game - Turning off Event Waypoints in World also turns off event rewards. The two should be a separate settings; especially by the time/if the minimap gets removed. . < Information > - There are still some weapons stats that are not displayed in game. - There is no way to preview a sight/optic. - You can not test a weapon in your hideout shooting range. - The game does not let you test/preview a weapon skin before purchase. - You can not view all sight attachments in Demo Mode without manipulating the position of the Sight cell by spinning the gun around. On some weapons it's a bigger headache than others. https://preview.redd.it/3tobkyxtur1h1.png?width=864&format=png&auto=webp&s=9647806f8fadd4d35559a4e2e89e27822ee7dcfc . < Other > - The game has an aneurysm when you try take a screenshot while in Fullscreen or Borderless Window. - Repair All button at the Mechanic NPC only repairs equipped gear, not everything in your inventory. - Editing the item names through localization files doesn't carry over between updates and patches. - Inability to highlight text with your mouse. The only way is Shift+Arrow Keys and Ctrl+A. - The amount of items the game will let you access to "tab" into the chat is limited to just 36 items at the top of your inventory. The more cluttered your inventory is, the less likely you will be able to ping an item further down into your inventory - Inability to spawn with Space Bar or other keyboard keys in session modes. You have to click this UX button with your mouse to spawn in. - Clicking on a text input field (mail, auction, etc) always jumps the character line to the beginning of the field, not the position you actually clicked on. - No way to track the progress of a Signal and Outpost reward %age while the Task Status HUD element disabled. Gameplay issues - The Dead City - Path of Fools - Polesskoye - Graveyard belt is annoying to farm and needs to be overhauled. - [Subjective] Inability to defend yourself with your melee weapon or sidearm while downed. - Any explosion will ignore custom models and deal damage through solid cover. - Grenades don't inherit the speed and movement vector of the player and dynamically adjusts their throw trajectory the way Bolt does. - Any grenades with AoEs apply their respective effects through walls if the area of effect happens to peek through. - The only thing that matters weather a shot from a player will kill you or not is the LAST tick of damage. You could be shot in the foot 20 times but if the last one landed to the head you will die instead of getting downed. - Using WRD kills your movement keys. - WRD pops up in your face once the scan finishes. - If you start the WRD scan and put it away before the scan actually initiates, the WRD will be brought back up. - Quick Melee and Quick Throw don't let you switch weapons while playing. They will always pull out the weapon you held at the time of initiation. - Quick Melee and Quick Throw will have you to sit through the full weapon draw animation once completed. - Quick Throw does not override and can not initiate during weapon reloads. - (Bug) Saiga-12's tactical reload with drum does not add ammo to the mag until the animation fully finishes. - (Bug) Closing Rifts stage of Bondarenko's weekly quest is still bugged and can not be progressed. It's been months. - The first person reload animations of per-shell loading shotguns are bugged and improperly attach the left hand to the equipped grip. AEK is the only shotgun where it's apparent but that is the reason why Ultima doesn't accept grips. - White and Blue circuit boards caches often do not spawn in their respective areas. - The supposed brief invulnerability after using an Injector in Operations does not work against explosives and you can still get instadowned again the frame you get up. - Support's healing grenade charge gets consumed as soon as you press the ability key, not when the grenade gets actually thrown. - Enemies in Operations very commonly ignore Assault's Provocation and target players they are not supposed to. Other minor issues - SN-1 and SN-1u Pancake barters exist. - The hideout greenscreen room is only accessible to media partners. - Searching for Caches season task does not get a tick unless you fully empty the cache. - Pressing the Holster bind while holding the bolt or detector out does not holster them. - Mysterious Tokens still don't have a use. - Some people still haven't received their Memorial Parts. Issues that used to be on the list but got fixed since it's creation [May 20 2026] - Solid custom models now properly block explosions. - Quick wheels no longer kill your movement keys. - Item list in a trade window now displays full information about the items in the trade. Honorable mentions or The Big Book of Grudges -The state of KS-23 on release and the shotgun meta as a whole. -Black Raid and Operations Ranked leagues involved ranked competitive leagues for modes that were NOT ready for it. Both contained dozens of RNG elements and things outside of your control that could lose you the game or run. Black Raid: - Randomized spawns you could not choose. You had better odds of killing a boss first and have a points advantage for the rest of the match if you got lucky to get a better spawn. - Random loot in item boxes. You could get lucky and pull a full set of Vet gear or a sniper and nothing else. - Random weapon modifiers that ranged from being really powerful to neutering your gun and making it useless. - Buying item boxes from the vendor gave you random loot. You could pull a set of Master gear and clutch the game or get a Vet sniper and nothing else.. three times back to back. - Dozens of zombies that would chase you forever. Ranked competitive skill-based PvP event btw. Operations Ranged league: - The league thresholds were copypasted from RU. 0.5% for Gold and 5% for Red. For all regions. On RU there are around 25 people in gold league. That means there were roughly 5000 total participants on the leaderboard. and about 250 people will have Red. On EU there are barely 400 total participants by the final day. Currently only 20 people are in Red league and only ONE squad will get gold. On NA there are total 39 people on the leaderboard and NOBODY has Gold because the threshold is so small. Top-1 person is in Red league. On SEA there are 20 people on the 'board and ONE person has Red. Second place is already Pink. - Boosting. You could wait the entire leaderboard out and be boosted to Top-3 by people from Top-1 on the final day and you'd have your league. (Like in happened with Pan1x) Your playtime, available clearance level on account, and the time you spent learning, testing, routing each operation did not matter at all. submitted by /u/Whoomsy to r/Stalcraft [link] [comments]

Done with Reverie - reflections and game/main cast tier list
Hello chaps, I finished Reverie not too long ago and figured it could be fun to rank and reflect over my feelings on Trails before moving on to the Calvard arc. I believe I started with Sky at the tail end of 2018, and continued with Cold Steel immediately afterwards, and played the Crossbell duology when they released. I then took a break, in no small part due to not enjoying Cold Steel IV, but thought I should wrap up the Western Zemuria arc with Reverie after talking to a friend who spoke highly of the game. It’s hard to know exactly where to begin, talking about this many games, so I’ll try focusing on Reverie and how it relates to my feelings on the rest of the series. I’ll start with my installment tier list, discuss the games, and then do the same with the core cast members. I’ll try to avoid talking about certain major topics that need a lot more focus, like the Ouroboros, for the sake of brevity. https://preview.redd.it/7mwafrc5rmug1.png?width=1140&format=png&auto=webp&s=8dc4643cc465d7c634980af0da9f155e824f146e Reverie is interesting to me because it seems caught between wanting to try something new and the repetition and bloat that plagued Cold Steel. The pacing is much better and Rufus both acts and speaks like a much more different character than someone from either Class VII. It also helps that he was the one bad guy who gave it his all across the entire tetralogy (and his voice is so glorious). However, the installment falls into a lot of the same old traps as Cold Steel did – I genuinely started laughing when they attacked Elysium’s tower and they literally teleported in a bunch of characters out of nowhere to help. It’s like the writers could not help themselves, and I think it’s a damn shame because the world feels smaller when the same characters show up over and over again to help, even the supposedly some of the most powerful people on the planet. I think Lloyd was hit the hardest this game, and Crossbell by extension. The first Cold Steel game made fun of Rean giving a lot of speeches, then he kept doing it in three more installments of the series, and people kept poking fun at him so often that even the lampshading became repetitive. Perhaps, in a moment of self-awareness, the writers reduced the number of speeches Rean gives in Reverie, but by the law of equivalent exchange, those speeches seem to have transferred to Lloyd, because the guy could barely go a single conversation without getting sappy or motivational. It doesn’t help that Crossbell being taken over again makes it feel like we’re retreading familiar territory, and I don’t think anyone here thought the country wouldn’t become independent after the events of Reverie. It just felt derivative, and I’m left wondering just how many times the same characters need to hear the same kind of speeches. Crossbell’s major failing for me was always that I never really grew to care much about the cast, and now that they got a second chance to take the spotlight, they fumble it again, with the actual interesting character moments being exceedingly few. I liked Dudley’s and Machias’ daydream more than anything the core SSS members did or said in the main story. If I had to say something I enjoyed on the side of Team Lloyd, it was Wazy’s comparatively down to earth speech at St Ursula’s where he points out that the SSS are just a police division, nothing more and nothing less. I had found myself kind of annoyed by their hero status and how much they were looked up to as national heroes, so it felt nice that it was addressed, even if I don’t exactly see the hardy nature Crossbellans are said to have. Team Rean was rather reactionary for most of the story, but the characters benefited from a slow start where the characters had time to interact with each other. It also helps that the cat and mouse game between them and Rufus at the beginning was entertaining, and it’s the kind of stuff I like to see in a game with a route system like this. It’s a shame this hasn’t been implemented earlier, as I believe forcibly splitting the cast up in Cold Steel might have helped the Erebonian characters stand out more in a tetralogy that was overly focused on Rean. However, if I were to guess, it’s not an unpopular opinion to say that Team Rufus was the clear winner. I always liked Rufus and I thought his role as a main character felt surprisingly natural. His chemistry with Lapis in particular is great and he feels like the only main character who truly has something new to learn and discover about himself and not just react to the world around him. Rufus being written so differently also helps give us scenes that are exceedingly rare in the series, like his encounter with Duvalie, where she lunges at him almost immediately, without a minutes-long speech, with actual hostile intent, and while it’s perhaps overly simple, Rufus using deceit to get her to work with him is something Estelle, Rean and Lloyd would’ve done with a motivational speech instead. Another rarity in the series is a calculating character actually doing some scheming that doesn’t come off as them having read the script in advance. Rufus is shown to not only plan ahead in a believable manner but also think on his feet, like when he figures out how to destroy Elysium’s tower and chooses to act on it. It’s a lot more effective than having a character say “just as I thought!” or “not even I could have seen that coming!”, which is painfully common in the series – I guess it’s only fitting Reverie’s villain is computer that can predict everything, though the characters have to pretend like that’s a unique skill they’ve never heard of before (Musse was little more than a toddler when she allegedly predicted the Erebonian civil war). I’m exaggerating a bit here, but one of the things that annoy me the most in the entire series is how lazily supposedly intelligent characters are written. https://preview.redd.it/iq2fkug6rmug1.png?width=1140&format=png&auto=webp&s=c9d0bb5ffbc08d66331a4d4ec42c7bf49437dc57 I believe the continuity, which used to be one of Trails’ strengths, has become far more of a liability the longer the series has gone on. The main reason why I like Sky so much is because I think the worldbuilding and characters were woven together better there than in any game that followed, and there was a greater emphasis placed on unique character relationships and individual contributions to the greater whole. By the end of Cold Steel and Reverie, those things are very rare. As an example, almost whenever there’s technology involved, you’ve got three to five characters all contributing with know-how. If the characters need to use a computer to solve a problem, Tio, Renne, and KeA are all called upon as one entity. Individuality is de-emphasized, and the massive bloat of the cast means far too little time is spent unique character arcs and relationships. The depth of the narrative becomes skin deep. Perhaps there are better examples of this, but one that stands out in my mind is Laura. What has she actually contributed to the series, especially post Cold Steel II? The series pretends she and Fie are super close, but that is more told to us than shown. “Strong swordfighters” are a dime a dozen in Erebonia, and with her father brought back to life, there’s no tragedy for her to contend with. What does she have that no other character has? What does she want that no other character does? Rather than exploring these questions, Laura is brought back just because she was in the very first Cold Steel game time and time again without being given anything specific to do. It goes so far as to skip her almost entirely in Rean’s and Duvalie’s tournament daydream, a role that really should have been given to her instead, because I’m pretty sure Juna’s dad has more lines in Cold Steel IV’ and Reverie’s main stories than Laura does. Estelle, to me, is the shining beacon of the series’ character writing. In the first two Sky games she has amazing growth and is portrayed from so many different angles without ever losing sight of the core of her character. Her relationship with Joshua is a highlight and explored thoroughly, but she’s also got plenty of other unique relationships, being a younger sister figure to Schera and an older sister figure to Tita, to a sort of rivalry with Agate and an initially borderline hostile relationship with Olivier. No other character has managed to capture the same magic she did, nor been explored to the same degree. However, when she’s brought back in Cold Steel and Reverie, like most characters, she’s just one out of many, with all that individuality simplified so as to keep the story railroaded. It’s kind of jarring to see, and the shortage of unique character chemistry and lack of time devoted to exploring individual characters makes it hard for me to be as attached to the characters post Liberl. Maybe the best example of characters suffering from a lack of screen time is Alisa in Cold Steel IV, where her father has come back to life as an evil mastermind, her mother goes full military industrial complex mode and Sharon returns to Ouroboros thanks to their revolving door policy. Alisa has no real unique relationships to any member of Class VII, and with her entire family life in complete upheaval, you’d expect this to really affect her, but there’s hardly any time to actually dig into that; there was so much else the writers prioritized instead. Things are solved too quickly, too neatly, and nothing is really properly said or accomplished, but rather returned to a status quo. Finally, because I realize it might raise questions, I consider Crow and Ashe detrimental to the story because Crow is not only literally killed and brought back to life, which I think is a cowardly move by the writers, but he also gets away scott fee despite having been a literal leader of a terrorist leader only because he’s friends with Rean. Ash, similarly, gets away with attempted regicide, and was “soft retconned” into the Hamel plotline, one of the few stories Falcom had actually managed to finish and bury. There was no reason why he couldn’t have come from another village similar to Hamel (I believe one of the Ouroboros knight girls states outright Hamel isn’t unique, but it has been years, so my memory is foggy); there could have been parallels between him and Joshua, and that would have been enough without making it feel forced and, frankly speaking, in poor taste. Final thoughts This turned out to be a much messier post than I had originally planned, but I always find it difficult to write about so many games at once, and I have so much I feel like I want to say. The post is long enough, but I had originally wanted to finish it with a few comparisons to other games and what I think Falcom could learn from them or what I hope to see more of in Calvard. I’ll write a condensed version and if you’d like for me to expand my thoughts, feel free to let me know in the comments. Ghost Trick, one of the best written games ever made, is the anti Trails in how it’s a standalone game that tells an immensely interesting story with a great cast within around 13 hours or so, give or take half the time it takes to get to Rean in Cold Steel IV. Obviously, these are two incredibly different games in different genres, and I’m not saying Trails should try to be Ghost Trick, but I do think the limited scope and more interwoven cast would’ve been beneficial to Trails as a whole. The game also explains its supernatural powers in an incredibly easy to understand manner and defines them clearly, which stands in stark contrast to Trail where sort of anything goes despite the focus placed on power levels. Fire Emblem: Three Houses has far more things in common with Trails than Ghost Trick. It’s a game that takes place in a military academy and features a continental war and even a time skip. Like Trails, the cast is fairly big, but unlike later entries, it’s much better interwoven thanks to “support conversations”, which is like Trails’ bonding stories except it can be done between support characters, not unlike daydreams. There’s also a greater emphasis placed on different character relationships, with more variety in how various subjects are discussed and individual opinions on those topics, which helps the cast feel less uniform than in Trails where the vast majority of playable characters are polite, friendly and in agreement the vast majority of the time. While an incredibly messy game, I think it gets a lot of things right and it actually manages to tell its story within one single game where Cold Steel takes four entries, which I believe was a big mistake – it’s simply confusing to newcomers and the series becomes overly bloated, not to mention I think it’s borderline anti consumer to make fans pay that much to be able to play the whole tetralogy. I hope for more efficiency, as it were, in Calvard, but I’ve heard that the second game doesn’t actually advance the main story much at all. submitted by /u/Odovakar to r/Falcom [link] [comments]

Plague Inc Outbreak Mutations Tier List (very long post)
Introduction: Outbreak Mode is a new daily mode that you can play in Plague Inc, that refreshes 24 hours. It spices up gameplay from varying degrees of mutations that change up gameplay, different set locations, biosecurity levels that change the competence of cure effort, and permanent rewards and mutations your plagues get in the future for passing a scenario. Here are some of the mutations I’ve seen in gameplay that have popped up since they’ve been released, and I’ll put them on a list of how good/bad I think they are. This is not a comprehensive list of all the mutations that can exist in Outbreak Mode, and I do not think that a list of all mutations that can exist have been made, otherwise I’d follow that (the Wiki for Plague Inc doesn’t even have Outbreak Mode added afaik), just the ones I’ve seen. If I’ve omitted one or you have one for me to rate that doesn’t appear on this list, reply to me and I might get back to you on my opinion of it. I haven’t documented everything I have come across, obviously. If you disagree, go ahead and reply why. I will update these if I find more. You can find my list with only the ratings without reviews in the replies. I might discuss cross-play between mutations, but in most case I’m ranking them as if they appeared individually standalone in a single scenario (in gameplay, either no mutations can exist, or six can appear with a changing biosecurity level from 1 to 10). The rankings are as follows: S - Extremely positive attributes that make your game extremely easy or trivial. A - Positive or very positive attributes that make your game much more easy. B - Slightly positive attributes that make the game slightly easy. C - Mixed or neutral attributes that do not inhibit or improve gameplay (that much). D - Slightly negative attributes that impact gameplay, and make things annoying. F - Very negative attributes that impact gameplay adversely. Z - Attributes so bad that it can make gameplay extremely difficult or even impossible to complete in some circumstances, mutations that you wouldn’t wish on anyone. (Some can already think of one reading this that would fit like a glove). The template is as follows: Number of Mutation Rated (Not a Ranking of Best to Worst), Mutation Name, Mutation Icon Appearance (if present, sometimes it’s identical with others), Game Description of Mutation, Rating, Reason for Rating. These are in random order by the way, they won’t actually be sorted by a neat list with icons, because I am lazy, and I don’t want to crop out icons and actually put them into a list, too much time. List: — Exodus - Looks like a human puppet with a diagonal slash. “Random countries start with their populations slashed.” A (Positive) - Maybe you might have to be a bit more careful with lethality, but that’s about it. But the real bonus is that if it is a country surrounded by others, if it gets infected, it instantly spreads to other countries as it’s considered entirely infected by the one person on that country. Also less genetic drift and cure research if you’re on MB or any difficulty for the latter since that country will die very quickly if you evolve any lethality since again, one person in that entire country. — Complex Motive - Cure vial icon with an arrow pointing up with a percentage in the bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble increases cure research requirement.” C (Mixed & Neutral) - It’s a trade-off between getting more DNA and extending cure progress, could be helpful late game if you are struggling with cure effort, but honestly, this is just a mutation you can ignore. — Zero Sum - Lock icon with a x1 symbol in the bottom right corner “Evolving a trait locks a random trait.” Z (Horrible) - Without proper planning with what you want to evolve, you might lock yourself out of lethality or delaying cure effort and lose the game. You need to plan ahead and leave a path open in Symptoms for you to kill people end-game, and this is probably the second worst attribute in the game that at least has slight counter play. — Whoops - 6-dice icon with lines around the perimeter in a circle. “Evolving a trait kills a random country’s population.” S (Amazing) - You can literally spam devolve cheap traits Translesion+ in the Genetic Code and kill the entire world extremely quickly, just be careful not to self-eradicate your own plague in the meantime. — Lateral Move - DNA helix with a shuffle arrow icon in the bottom right icon. “Devolving a trait evolves another similar trait.” A (Very Positive) - Can be quite good in getting better stuff. Just be careful, you can find it difficult to devolve lethality, but otherwise you can hot-swap worse traits for better expensive ones for free, if you roll the dice good. OP with Whoops. — Lucky Dip - Shuffle icon with lines around the perimeter in a circle. “Evolving a trait evolves another random trait.” S (Amazing) - This is a very OP trait, it saves DNA and just amplifies your plague for free by literally double evolving stuff. — Side Hustle - DNA helix around the perimeter in a circular fashion. “Mutations give DNA.” A (Very Positive) - With genetic code for Darwinist, it generates free DNA by random, boosting your plague in general. — Clouded Judgement - Airport icon with shuffle icon in the right bottom corner. “Cure research milestones open random airports.” B (Slightly Positive) - Can mostly be ignored, but you can in fact get some airports to open late game if they shut down, boosting plague spread by a bit as cure progress naturally progresses. — Containment Zone - Biohazard symbol, with arrow facing down with a percentage in the bottom right icon. “Popping an orange DNA bubble reduces the country’s infectivity.” F (Negative) - It can suck a lot, especially in your starting country where the bubble for the orange DNA is bound to keep showing up repeatedly nuking infectivity. You will have to refrain from popping it too much if it appears in the starting country too hard or risk being unable to spread that much early game or being able to finish off your starting country late-game since it may have barely spread. — Budget Cuts - Hospital icon with down arrow icon in the right bottom corner . “Reduces worldwide medical budgets.” A (Positive) - Cure effort will be heavily impacted from this, so you can rest more easy, especially in higher difficulties and higher biosecurity levels. — Lab Explosion - Death skull with a diagonal heartbeat line. “Ignoring a blue cure bubble kills the country’s entire population.” A (Positive) - Pretty good when finishing off countries in late-game, you can keep destroying countries that the blue plane flies to (and ignore the country that sends the blue planes) and finish off countries for basically free. — Stimulation - Microscope icon with lines around circular perimeter. “Cure research milestone gives DNA.” B (Slightly Positive) - Slight bonus that can help you clutch up against cure effort by delaying cure effort or evolving more lethality late game. — Blind Eye - DNA helix with up arrow in the lower right corner. “Ignoring a blue cure bubble gives DNA.” B (Slightly Positive) - Free Catalytic Switch if you don’t pop blue cure bubbles, at the cost of faster cure progress by not delaying it by smashing blue cure bubbles. — Stagnation - Head icon of down arrow in right bottom corner. “Significantly reduces population in the largest countries.” (Always West Africa, China and India). C (Mixed/Neutral) - Doesn’t really do much, can make the game faster by not needing to wait longer for exponential infectivity growth, but also gives less points when you have to kill people (you get points at end-game for killing millions in a day). So it balances out… — Genetic Drift - DNA helix with up arrow in the bottom right corner. “Infected populations increase trait costs.” D (Slightly Negative) - Completely pointless if you’re on Mega Brutal, since this is on by default. But on lower difficulties, this is enabled now where it wasn’t. Annoying since it will decrease the amount of stuff you can do mid and end-game, but since lower difficulties are usually easier to get DNA, spread/kill, and fight cure progress, it’s not horrible. — Home Advantage - Biohazard icon with explosion backdrop with up arrow in right bottom corner. “Increases infectivity in the starting country.” A (Positive) - Accelerates start of the game significantly, since you don’t have to go and wait as long to hit exponential growth and you spread out faster. — Surge Pricing - 6-sided dice icon with 2x icon in the bottom right corner. “Evolving a trait increases the cost of another similar trait.” F (Very Negative) - Makes things very pricy and delays the game, you will have to ration and spend DNA points carefully. — Open Door Policy - Border checkpoint icon with bubbles. “Countries will shut down land borders much more slowly.” A (Positive) - Good, since land transmission lasts longer intact in mid-game and end-game. — Paid DLC - Three cards with a up arrow in the bottom right corner. “All ability trait costs are increased.” F (Negative) - Bad for obvious reasons. Cold/Heat Resistance and Anti-Drug/Cure Abilities are more expensive, even worse if you are playing Special Plagues or plagues with heavy emphasis on abilities (like Fungus, Nano-Virus or Bioweapon). — Wealth Transfer - Air transmission icon with a circular cycle symbol. “Rich countries become poor, and poor countries become rich.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - It balances itself out. Formerly rich countries do have more airports and ports to spread, and you won’t need drug resistance if you spread or get there, but poor countries that are now rich exist in higher frequency (means faster cure progress even if by a bit) and won’t have as many ports/airports to get into. — Lockout - Lock icon with shuffle icon in the bottom right corner. “Popping a blue cure bubble locks a random trait.” F (Negative) - Not great, since you have to choose between faster cure progression, or locking yourself out of something important late game. — Mind Over Matter - Shield icon with biohazard icon inside of it. “Infect the world to win!” (Alternate win condition.) S (Amazing) - You can just cut out most of end-game by doing this. You can focus exclusively on infectivity by Transmissions and getting Hot/Cold/Drug Resistance and cheap infectivity symptoms. Makes it very easy to win. — Combo King - Dollar sign with bottom arrow in the bottom right corner. “Popping an orange DNA bubble reduces all trait costs.” S (Amazing) - Just makes things cheaper permanently with no drawbacks. — Attention Seeker - Biohazard sign with bottom arrow and percentage symbol in the bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble reduces the country’s infectivity.” D (Slightly Negative) - As long as you don’t ignore orange DNA bubbles or this doesn’t come with another orange DNA bubble trait that forces you to pop it (Like Reincarnation), this is just slightly annoying and something you can ignore if you’re vigilant in popping bubbles in general. — Tapped Out - DNA helix with up arrow on the bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble gives DNA.” B (Slightly Positive) - Makes the existence of orange DNA bubbles more forgiving. But…you should be popping orange bubble DNA most of the time, especially if you have Cytochrome Surge. — The Purge - Field Operative mask icon with heartbeat line in the diagonal. “Popping an orange DNA bubble kills the country’s infected population.” B (Slightly Positive) - Good at late game for finishing off fully infected countries instantly, but bad starting game since you could accidentally prematurely end your own run by killing your country of origin’s infected. — Remote Lock - Lock with shuffle icon in the bottom right corner. “Popping an orange DNA bubble locks a random trait.” F (Negative) - Most cases, the orange DNA bubble just can’t be popped at risk of locking something important. Less DNA income. — Humanitarian Flight - Airport icon, alone. “Popping an orange DNA bubble opens the country’s airport.” B (Slightly Positive) - Good at late game for opening closed airports, which could allow you to get a boost in infectivity. — Build Order - 6-sided dice icon with cycle symbol in perimeter. “Urban countries become rural, and rural becomes urban.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - Doesn’t practically change things that much. — Carbon Copy - Question mark with down arrow in bottom right corner. “Reduces mutation chance.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - Mutations are usually a gamble anyway and something you shouldn’t need to depend on, except maybe Special Plagues and Virus. — Malnutrition - Biohazard symbol with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Increases disease effectiveness in poor countries.” B (Slightly Positive) - Although poor counties are usually easy to infect, you shouldn’t mind the help, it might speed things up a bit in those countries. — Union Action - Port icon with X mark overlayed over it. “Random countries start with ports already shut down.” F (Negative) - Can suck, depending on country (luckily it’s never an island country so it doesn’t automatically soft-lock you) but it can slow or stop spread to island countries depending on what port closes. — Human Resources - DNA helix with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Gain more DNA from the starting country.” A (Positive) - Speeds up early game with more DNA income. Very helpful. — Haggled - Dollar symbol with down arrow in bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble reduces all trait costs.” S (Amazing) - With how orange DNA bubbles work, it will constantly and persistently appear if you don’t pop it, so if you ignore it and never accidentally pop it the entire game, your trait costs will be dirt cheap mid-game, or even giving free DNA. — Change of Heart - Death skull symbol with down arrow and percentage symbol in bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble reduces the country’s lethality.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - Unless another mutation forces you to ignore an orange DNA bubble, this is something you can ignore since you should always pop it. — Risk Management - Cure bubble vial icon with shuffle icon in the bottom right corner. “Ignoring a blue cure bubble randomises cure progress.” S (Amazing) - You can literally perpetually ensure you will never be cured by ignoring it when the cure percentage is too high, and set it to very low when ignoring it, and popping it when you get a low enough cure percentage, and wait until it goes to high levels and do it again until it’s low. — A Drop Of Trouble - Water tap with water droplet with up arrow in the bottom right corner. “Increases water transmission rate” A (Positive) - Helps with ship/port spread, and getting to island countries (obligatory hating Greenland reference here). — Fire Sale - Dollar sign with down arrow at bottom right corner. “Evolving a trait reduces all trait costs.” S (Amazing) - This just makes things basically free as it compounds, like unlimited DNA cheat-lite if you evolve correctly. — Darwin Award - Lock symbol with question mark symbol in bottom right corner. “Random traits are locked.” D (Slightly Negative) - Annoying especially if to blocks something good, but easily circumvented by changing plans. — Sea Change - Port icon with shuffle icon in the bottom right corner. “Evolving a trait opens a random country’s port.” A (Positive) - Can be a nice thing to use when you are in the pretty common situation of being soft locked by a closed uninfected island country port. — Hydro-Shock - Shuffle icon with circular cycle icon around the perimeter. “Humid countries become arid, and arid becomes humid.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - This doesn’t change anything in terms of gameplay. But, you should be evolving Water 1/2 and Air 1/2 by default anyway. — Volatile Structure - Shuffle icon with cycle icon in the circular perimeter. “Evolving a trait randomises the costs of other similar traits.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - Very RNG, since you could price yourself out, or get things for dirt cheap. Usually I get the former rather than the latter, but you could get a smooth run with this. — Miracle Cure - Hospital bed with Red Cross circular icon with bubbles on it. “Popping an orange DNA bubbles recovers the country’s infected population.” D (Slightly Negative) - This basically stops you from getting orange DNA income, since you do not want to pop it and cure your infected in a country. This is just a lite-version of Reincarnation. — Lost In Translation - Shuffle icon with circular line perimeter. “Devolving a trait evolves another random trait.” A (Positive) - You can get something good by devolving something you dislike. — Cure Inc - Hospital icon with small up arrow in bottom right corner. “Increases worldwide medical budgets.” F (Negative) - This just boosts cure progress rates. — Climate Chaos - Air transmission icon with circular cycle on the perimeter. “Hot countries become cold, and cold becomes hot.” D (Slightly Negative) - Heat Resistance 1/2 is slightly more expensive than Cold Resistance 1/2, but I personally dislike it becomes it screws up muscle memory and ruins some runs by evolving Cold Resistance still. But I think this could equally fit C-tier. — Research Pairing - Microscope icon with up arrow and percentage icon in bottom right corner. “Cure research milestones give a percentage of your current DNA.” B (Slightly Positive) - Pretty good bonus late game when cure progresses, especially if you were holding on a good amount of DNA. — Open Goal - Target crosshair with lock icon, with X overlay. “Ignoring a blue cure bubble opens the country’s airport, port and land border” B (Slightly Positive) - This can force open closed countries at the end game, at the cost of slightly faster cure progress. — Community Care - Biohazard symbol with down arrow, bottom right icon. “Reduces disease effectiveness in poor countries.” D (Slightly Negative) - Kind of reduces poor effectiveness which is usually higher in infectivity than default countries, but not a massive deal as you can still spread there by evolving different stuff. — Death Do Us Part - Biohazard symbol with explosion, with diagonal slash overlay. “Traits cannot be de-evolved.” D (Slightly Negative) - Once you evolve or mutate something, it can’t be taken back. Be careful with evolving stuff unless you know for sure you need it. — Sea Sick - Port icon with bubbles overlay. “Evolving traits closes a random country’s port.” Z (Horrible) - The worst trait in Plague Inc Outbreak Mode, all of you knew this was going to get this ranking by a landslide. You can’t evolve anything because the order isn’t random and will seal off countries that can get to one island country port. You can’t play stealth because you can’t evolve anything since it will soft lock you. Mutations count and close ports. You’re just stuck waiting ten years in game for things to spread far enough and hoping mutations don’t ruin you. Mega Brutal takes stealth away so it’s nearly impossible to play MB in this difficulty. Sucks without a doubt. Needs to be rebalanced or removed. — Air Sick - Airport icon with bubbles overlay. “Evolving traits closes a random country’s airport.” Z (Horrible) - Not as bad as Zero Sum, or Sea Sickness (its sea-unworthy cousin), but it does hard slow down your plague spread. At least it’s not as vital as ports, but you will have to slow down evolution by a lot. — Sprint Finish - Triple arrow head facing up with heartbeat icon on first arrow, with up arrow in bottom right corner. “All bubbles vanish much faster.” D (Slightly Negative) - Probably worse on mouse and keyboard, but on touchscreen, this is more manageable but annoying because you may be forced to pause or slow down to poo stuff as fast as possible, and you could miss stuff. Still not a reason to have Metabolic Hijack though. — Reincarnation - DNA Helix with cycle icon. “Popping an orange DNA bubble recovers the country’s infected and dead population.” F (Negative) - Just resets the progress of the country you have it popped, very annoying early game. You can’t pop orange bubbles. — Baby Boom - Human doll icon. “Increases population in the smallest countries.” (Always Zimbabwe, Greenland and Iceland.) C (Mixed/Neutral) - Doesn’t do that much, except make Cold Resistance a bit more necessary and extends end-game by a few days by killing more people in the hardest to reach countries I guess. — Stealth Plague - Magnifying glass icon. “Severity does not increase.” (Always remains at zero.) F (Negative) - Annoying at Brutal and lower difficulties, pretty hard on Mega Brutal difficulty (due to faster cure progress and genetic drift), No severity means that your income earnings will be impacted at mid-to-late game as severity boosts DNA point earnings, but it is somewhat countered by slower cure progress as severity determines urgency of cure effort (if you aren’t a Special Plague, excluding Neurax Worm, if you already have Nano-Virus which already has maximum cure effort once you start, or Threat Prediction which is basically Nano-Virus) and that borders, ports and airports close much slower, if at all. — Z-Com: Elite - Strong arm icon. “Z-Com bases get much stronger over time.” (Necroa Virus exclusive.) F (Negative) - You need to dedicate a lot of zombies with a lot of severity and combat advantage (which you may find difficult to evolve due to rationing DNA points) to take down Z-Com countries, especially the first main chapter that is set up…and you need to do it fast before they become much more stronger and impervious to your zombie hordes (you will see the “Z-Com country base gets stronger” message much more faster then usual). — Double Trouble - DNA helix with shuffle icon on bottom right corner. “Evolving another trait evolves another similar trait.” A (Positive) - Two traits for the price of one, really great and just lets you evolve a lot of traits for pennies on the dollar. And if you evolve too much severity and lethality, you can just de-evolve and get points back especially with Translesion+. — Meltdown - Skull death icon with heartbeat bump diagonal slash running through it. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble kills the entire country’s population.” B (Slightly Positive) - Although you basically can’t pop orange bubbles until mid-game or late game, it does help kill off countries end-game very quickly. (Horrible when paired with Reincarnation [this happened once so far on mobile], causing soft-locks due to a catch-22 condition, unless you constantly left and rejoined your session whenever an orange bubble popped up until your plague spreads across borders.) — AGI - Microscope with circular cycle symbol on it. “Cure research continued even if everyone in a country is killed.” F (Negative) - This basically means destroyed or anarchic countries still provide some cure effort regardless of how dead you made everyone. Can ruin some games, especially higher difficulties but not impossible to stop. — Ultra Processed - *Factory icon with bubbles around it. “Reduces diseases effectiveness in rural countries.” D (Slightly Negative) - Evolving Livestock/Wolf and/or putting Rurophile on Genetic Code (especially if it’s a special plague that doesn’t have rural traits on transmissions you can evolve, like Simian Flu) is nearly mandatory for gameplay, mostly to spread to Turkey and Argentina, who both are considered rural but balanced in terms of climate. — Blockade Runners - Port icon with bubbles on it. “Countries will shut down ports much more slowly.” A (Positive) - The damnation of Greenland will be much more easy with this =). — Car Sick - Border icon with X on it. “Evolving a trait closes a random country’s land border.” F (Negative) - Not as bad as Plane or Sea Sick, but can slow down land transmission. Suppression or Teracyte in Genetic Code might be useful when this pops up. — Access Denied - Crosshair icon with lock in it. “Popping a cure bubble closes the country’s airport, port and land border.” F (Negative) - Be careful where you pop a blue bubble, since it will basically lock down that country. — Easy Money - DNA helix with a cycle symbol on it. “Devolving a trait gives DNA.” B (Slightly Positive) - Nice to have when you accidentally mutate something you don’t want. — Sick Move - Hospital icon with a down arrow and percentage symbol in bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble reduces the country’s research.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - The trade off is so negligible that this is mostly ignorable. This is a country’s research being barely impacted for a bit of DNA, not global cure research (like increasing cure research requirement). — Sweat It - Sweating icon with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Increased disease effectiveness in humid countries.” B (Slightly Positive) - Good free boost in humid countries, allowing you to spread there faster. — Papers Please - Land borders icon with X overlay. “Random countries start with land borders already shut down.” D (Slightly Negative) - Usually not a massive deal since your plague will still spread there anyway, eventually. Suppression isn’t really needed in Genetic Code if this appears alone. — Human Experimentation - Lair healing icon of Shadow Plague with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Countries much more likely to be medically ‘creative’.” D (Slightly Negative) - End-game cure effort will likely be sped up, as countries opt to do human experimentation much more sooner with more frequency. — Infected Subjects - Microscope icon with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Cure research milestones increase infectivity.” B (Slightly Positive) - Free slight bonus, allowing you to spread mid-game or end-game as cure progresses further. — Liquid Assets - Dollar symbol with down arrow in bottom right corner. “All trait de-evolve costs are reduced.” B (Slightly Positive) - Pretty helpful when mutations that cause lethality in early game accidentally mutate, or if you need to keep something highly mutative before you let it go wild (like Virus) kept on check without using Ionised Helix or Translesion+ in Genetic Code. — Failed States - Fist symbol with up arrow on bottom right corner. “Countries can fall into anarchy very easily.” A (Positive) - This destroys cure effort late game very well as it takes much less to collapse a country’s cure effort if they fall into anarchy. — Sunk Cost - 6-sided dice symbol with 2x symbol in bottom right corner. “All trait de-evolve costs are reduced.” D (Slightly Negative) - Can be quite bad in high mutation plagues such as Virus, since de-evolving is penalised. You can consider using Translesion+ or Ionised Helix but in most games this mutation won’t affect you that much since you shouldn’t need to de-evolve that much anyway. — Surprise Visit - Border icon symbol with shuffle arrows in bottom right corner. “Evolving a trait opens a random country’s border.” B (Slightly Positive) - This is usually too minor and more late game stuff than anything when most stuff is already infected, and it’s RNG, but I guess it’s nice to have. — Compounding Returns - DNA helix with 1+ plus symbol on bottom right. “Popping an orange DNA bubble increases future DNA.” S (Amazing) - Very crazy trait, you can expect 10+ DNA per orange bubble pop in mid-game, which is a huge amount of DNA even without Cytochrome Surge. — Forgetful Fortune - DNA helix with 1+ plus symbol on bottom right. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubbles increases future DNA.” A (Positive) - Can be just as crazy then Compounding Returns which is already S-tier, because the game is coded to repeat an orange bubble pop if you never press it, allowing for huge gains once you pop it later, at the cost of less frequent orange bubbles later. (Similar to some other orange bubble DNA traits.) — Stakeout - Death skull icon with up arrow and percentage symbol (bottom right corner) “Ignoring an orange DNA bubbles increases the country’s lethality.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - You could technically intentionally miss this on some countries end-game to kill them faster in normal plagues, but it’s such a small effect unless it repeats in one country that it can be ignored. — Full Transit Rights - Land border icon with explosive symbol (centre) “Countries will never shut their borders.” A (Positive) - Basically free Suppression (the genetic code trait that bypasses locked borders more easily). Easier for mid-late game when lethality/severity forces countries to close their borders, because now with this, they won’t, allowing you to get into more pesky land countries (like Angola or Morocco) faster. — Scheduled Siesta - Sun icon with down arrow (bottom right corner) “Reduces disease effectiveness in hot countries.” D (Slightly Negative) - Forces you to spend DNA on stuff like Insects or Heat Resistance just to break even with this trait. — Mental Block - Lock icon with 1x symbol (bottom right corner) “Devolving a trait locks a random trait.” D (Slightly Negative) - Not good for dealing with early lethal mutations or trying to get scrap DNA back from de-evolving to get something else. — Remote Working - Passport with globe symbol, with down arrow (bottom right corner) “Reduces land transmission rate.” F (Negative) - Bad land spread makes for a slower start or middle game. — Dead Slow - Skull icon by itself. “Lethality increases much slower.” F (Negative) - Expect mortality rates and late game to be slow. — Random Treasures - Dollar sign with shuffle symbol in bottom right corner. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubbles randomises all trait costs.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - Could get lucky, you could get cheaper traits for a bit at the cost of losing a bit of DNA. — Symptom Dice - Lock icon with 1x symbol (bottom right corner) “Popping an orange DNA bubbles randomises all symptom costs.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - This can make symptoms path extremely cheap for the rest of the game if you get a good orange DNA bubble. — Airspace Closure - Airplane icon with circular dash symbol (center) “Countries will shut down airports much more quickly.” F (Negative) - Less time will be given to spread by plane due to this mutation. — Home Grown - Livestock icon (sheep) with up arrow symbol (center) “Increases disease effectiveness in rural countries.” B (Slightly Positive) - The polar opposite of Ultra Processed (bad spread in rural countries), nice to have, but won’t benefit you that much, since rural countries usually aren’t a struggle to spread in. — Wipeout - DNA helix symbol with down arrow with percentage symbol (bottom right) “Popping a blue cure bubble halves your current DNA.” F (Negative) - You will have to spend rapidly and never keep too much DNA mid or end game when cure bubbles appear, or never pop them. — Gut Feeling - Border icon with X symbol over centre. “Devolving a trait closes a random country’s border.” D (Slightly Negative) - A minor annoyance, but you usually shouldn’t be devolving if you can help it, and it is just one random country’s border’s closing. — Boat Nothing - Port symbol with X symbol in middle. “Ignoring an orange DNA bubble closes the country’s port.” D (Slightly Negative) - Just make sure to pop orange DNA bubbles from now on, especially if the country has an open port. — Bubble Bonus - DNA Helix symbol with x2 symbol in bottom-right corner. “Popping an orange DNA bubble gives double the DNA.” A (Positive) - Makes income from orange DNA bubbles in early and late game very strong. Cytochrome Surge can make this mutation even more powerful. — Wall Builders - Border symbol with circular dashes symbol in centre. “Countries will shut down land borders much more quickly.” F (Negative) - Bad for land spread. You may consider using Suppression on Genetic Code to bypass this if you are struggling, or evolve Birds. — Holiday Romance - Sun symbol with up arrow in bottom-right corner. “Increase disease effectiveness in hot countries.” A (Positive) - Free Heat Resistance. You can spread into the tropics, especially sub-Saharan Africa, a lot faster. — Wet Work - Port symbol with shuffle arrows in bottom-right corner. “Devolving a trait opens a random country’s port.” B (Slightly Positive) - Could be a nice way to free up closed ports that have been troubling you and soft locked you (e.g: island countries) but very RNG, and not really a good strategy to target especially without Translesion+ in Genetic Code. — Ship Collision - Port symbol with X in the centre. “Popping an orange DNA bubble closes the country’s port.” D (Slightly Negative) - Do not pop orange DNA bubbles on a country that has a port open that could still spread to other countries (especially islands) and your origin country, if ports are the only way for your disease to leave (e.g: starting in a port country.) You can get soft locked. Orange DNA bubbles are fair game to pop of the port is already locked down or your country where the bubble appears is already fully infected with no more places left to spread form that port, or doesn’t even have a port to close (e.g: landlocked). — Cough Drop - Tumours/fungus spore symbol with X in the centre. “All Symptom trait costs are reduced.” S (Amazing) - This pretty much means (especially with Sympto-Stasis which further makes Symptoms cheaper) that you can evolve Tier I and II symptoms for dirt cheap or even get free DNA back. You can get very fast infectivity (with some severity) in the beginning of the game and spread exponentially fast. Just don’t get carried away evolving lethality too early or becoming too severe in the severity department and getting yourself locked out of Greenland before you get there with cheap symptoms. — Transmission Dice - Dollar symbol with shuffle arrows in bottom-right corner. “Popping an orange DNA bubble randomises all Transmission trait costs.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - All draw of the luck, but in my experience I usually find it makes things more expensive then cheaper. (Like Symptom Dice) — Plane To See - Airport symbol with question mark in bottom-right corner. “Cure research milestone shut down random airports.” D (Slightly Negative) - I mean, by the time you start seeing significant cure progress, you should have spread to most areas by now that are reachable by plane, but it can still suck I guess. — Lethal Drain - Skull symbol with down arrow and percentage symbol in bottom-right corner. “Popping an orange DNA bubble reduces lethality.” F (Negative) - I think this is a global trait, not a country specific trait. This means that popping an orange DNA bubble too many times will cause endgame to drag and cause you to get cured and no additional bonus DNA from mass death. This effectively limits or prevents you from popping the orange DNA bubble early game, hurting DNA generation in the short term. — Can’t Kill Me - Question mark symbol with shuffle arrow symbol in bottom-right corner. “Ignoring a blue cure bubble evolves a random trait.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - Trade-off for gambling free traits late gate for more lethality in exchange for faster cure progress. — Act Of God - Skull symbol with mild heart rate line symbol in center overlay. “Popping an orange DNA bubble kills the entire country’s population.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - This is an F-tier trait when you start the game, since you can just end the run by accidentally killing your country of origin and alert humans to your existence early mid-game and accelerate cure progress, even if you get some significant DNA game from killing a country instantly and your DNA income is rate-limited, but late game, this shoots up significantly to A-Tier or even low-S tier for finishing off random countries rapidly with Orange DNA bubbles. — AI Assistants - Microscope symbol with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Cure research continues until everyone in a country is killed.” F (Negative) - This simply extends cure research to every country during anarchy phase, to destroyed phase, which isn’t great. It could squeeze the cure to completion if you aren’t careful and incentivises you to kill them faster. — Finger Snap - Aggression clenched fist symbol, as standalone. “Devolving a trait kills the world’s infected population.” S (Amazing) - Although this prevents you from de-evolving anything before hand (be careful, especially on high mutating plagues like Virus), this pretty much allows you to instantly finish off endgame immediately once you infect everyone, and may as well be considered an alternate victory condition like Mind Over Matter (another mutation that causes you to win if you infect the entire world instead of killing everyone). — Superbugs - Dollar symbol with up arrow in bottom right corner. “Increases disease effectiveness in rich countries.” A (Positive) - This makes Drug Resistance I and II less necessary, it’s free transmission for rich countries, who are usually harder to infect and have better cure budgets, so it’s good. It also makes starting in one (if you choose to start in a rich country) better because you don’t have to evolve Drug Resistance first to start spreading which impacts starting income. — No Way - Land border symbol with question mark symbol in bottom right corner. “Cure research milestones shut down random land borders.” D (Slightly Negative) - You might get some healthy countries to lock-down mid-end game, which is annoying but not a big deal usually compared to ports or airports. (If it locks down an already infected country you can usually ignore it.) — Mad Scientist - Microscope symbol with shuffle arrows in bottom right corner. “Cure research milestones trigger mutations.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - This is gambling naturally when cure progress passes key designated milestones. Hopefully you mutate something more lethal/infectious or delays cure progress by that point. — Price Hike - DNA helix symbol with down arrow in bottom right corner. “Popping a blue bubble costs DNA.” D (Slightly Negative) - Although not as bad as Wipeout (which halves current earned DNA when popping blue cure bubbles), it’s still a reverse Catalytic Switch, so you may have to be careful pressing them, at the cost of faster cure progress. — Ability Dice - Dollar sign symbol with shuffle arrows in bottom right corner. “Popping an orange DNA bubble randomises all ability trait costs.” C (Mixed/Neutral) - This is the heart of the cards, popping it will either increase (which is usually what I see with dice mutations) or decrease price. I recommend (just like Symptom/Transmission Dice) to either never press orange bubbles to never take on risk, or pop them until you can get the lowest DNA costs for traits possible, especially end game in Mega-Brutal where Genetic Drift would make such a gamble more fruitful. — (Due to text limits, I’ll continue in a reply below, 108 and beyond should be there. Check the tier list under it.) — Conclusion: This took me a long time to type out =(, but if I missed any, let me know. Yes, I am a mad lad. And you too for reading this far. submitted by /u/Bean_Barista223 to r/plagueinc [link] [comments]

Borderlands 1 Legendary tier list - Part 1 - Tiers D & F
Introduction I am going to be ranking all Borderlands 1 legendaries. I'll split the ranking into 3 parts. Part 1 is tier D & F There's a lot of legendaries and I don't want to be writing 1 gigantic wall of text so I'm splitting the list I also think starting off with the weaker legendaries makes it more interesting because I have a feeling people only look at the top tiers and then don't really care about the lower ones. The list Rules and criterias. I will assume all of these weapons have good parts. (Best body, barrel 5 or 4 and their best accessory). I am not going to split elemental variants of a weapon like I did in my revolver ranking. The Reaper and Sucker punch won't be ranked because I find it complicated to rank melee weapons. The tiers are ordered, however if a weapon is next to another one it means it could be interchangeable, however a weapon near the top of its tier is certainly better than a weapon near the bottom of its tier. Class synergies are not accounted for to be as fair as possible. Tier: Literal troll gun Hydra Manufacturer: Atlas Weapon class: Shotgun Red text: Five heads of Death Best prefix: ZPR100 Pearl Hydra Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: Accesory Rarity: Rare The Borderlands 1 Hydra is one of the worst weapons in Borderlands history. The Borderlands 1 Hydra has a similar red text effect as the Borderlands 2 Hydra, which is that it has a fixed pattern and it's pellets are divided into 5 groupings which are spread out horizontally, however the Borderlands 1 Hydra's spread is significantly worse than the Borderlands 2 Hydra's. The spread on this weapon is so terrible that you won't land more than 1/5 pellet groups unless you're physically touching your enemy. 10-12 divided by 5 means your landing only 2-3 pellets at max 99% of the time while using a shotgun with a pretty low fire rate. Also another "fun" little quirk, Hydras with 12 pellets have 1 additional pellet added to 2 of the 5 groupings. These 2 groupings are randomly selected, Gearbox couldn't even have made the center grouping receive the extra pellets. This weapon is a troll weapon, I really don't think someone tested this and thought it would be viable. The worst part is it has good stats and the legendary part boosts damage, this could've been a good weapon of it wasn't for the stupid spread. This weapon is so terrible that the carnage variant is better than the normal variant, and carnages are really weak in this game. Tier: F These weapons are extremely impractical and unrewarding to use. The Hydra could've very much also been in this tier but I wanted to name and shame it. Eridian Mega Cannon Manufacturer: Eridian Weapon class: Eridian Red text: 010011110100110101000111 (which is OMG in binary) Best prefix: 101110 Mega Cannon Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: N/A Rarity: Comparable to Pearlescents The Eridian Mega Cannon is the slowest firing weapon in the entire game. It fires at 0.2 shots per second. This thing should do pretty insane damage to justify such an abhorrent fire rate, but the damage isn't even that great. The weapon can't crit in most enemies and isn't elemental, so the item card damage is what you're stuck with. The weapon's projectile travels extremely slowly and enemies in Borderlands 1 love to move around a lot so they can dodge it and the blast radius on it isn't big either. This weapon has to recharge after 2 shots and the recharge delay on it is very slow. This weapon has the downsides you'd expect of a nuke launcher while only doing shotgun levels of damage, it's absolutely not worth using under any circumstances. This weapon is however about as rare as a Pearl if not rarer, so NEVER sell it. Eridian Firebomb Manufacturer: Eridian Weapon class: Eridian Red text: Bad is Good, BABY! Best prefix: 101011 Eridian Firebomb Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: N/A Rarity: Borderline unobtainable The Eridian Firebomb is better than the Mega Cannon, without a doubt. This weapon's effect is that it shoots an invisible fireball which explodes on impact and shoots out 3 more fireballs which split in random directions. The effect sounds good in theory but it's ruined by a few things. For starters the AOE on the fireballs isn't very big. The base damage of the Firebomb is also extremely low so even if they landed they're not doing much, and worst of all, this weapon has a fire rate of 1.0 shots per second. This fire rate paired with the low damage makes this weapon have really low DPS. The Firebomb does apply a DoT every shot at least. Another issue is this weapon is terrible against the Crimson Lance because it's fire only and has low damage and relies on the DoT which it can't even stack well because of the fire rate. This weapon has the lowest drop rate out of any item in Borderlands 1, with a 1/50,000. It may suck but never sell it if you get one. Eridian Stampeding Spatter Manufacturer: Eridian Weapon class: Eridian Red text: For when you want to splat the living shit out of something. Best prefix: 101110 Eridian Stampeding Spatter Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: N/A Rarity: Borderline Unobtainable The Stampeding Spatter's effect is that it shoots a corrosive ball that can bounce up to 4 times, with each bounce creating a corrosive explosion. This effect can be good in theory but it's ruined by the Spatter gun's very low damage and mediocre fire rate of 2.0 shots per second. I ranked it higher than the Firebomb because it's better against the Crimson Lance and fires twice as fast. Just like the Firebomb this is the rarest legendary in the game and has a drop chance of 1/50,000 so never sell it. Mongol Manufacturer: Vladof Weapon class: Rocket Launcher Red text: Beware the Horde! Best prefix: RWL770/V3 Devastating Mongol Best accessory: Devastating Legendary part: Barrel Rarity: Rare It's very rare for a Borderlands 1 weapon to be worse than it's counterparts in future installments. The Mongol's effect is that it's projectile starts releasing child projectiles after travelling some distance in the air. There's a couple of issues with this weapon. For starters it's projectile has to travel too far before it starts splitting. Borderlands 1 doesn't have a lot of long sightlines so you're almost never going to get good use out of the effect. In other games it splits more projectiles and splits earlier and is as a result is way better. It also has ANTI-SYNERGY with Lilith. One of the effects of the skill high velocity is that it increases projectile velocity, and projectiles that split over distance have their splitting distance determined by time spent in the air, not distance travelled. This means that with Lilith the projectiles have to travel even further before they start splitting, and high velocity is not a skill you should ever ditch. And another major issue with the Mongol is that it consumes THREE rockets. The Mongol's base damage is low for rocket launcher standards and the AOE isn't big either. I ranked it higher than the Eridians because I do still think the Mongol would probably kill faster than they do. Redemption Manufacturer: Torgue Weapon class: Rocket Launcher Red text: Monster Kill! Best prefix: RWL770 Steel Redemption Best accessory: Devastating Legendary part: Barrel Rarity: Very Rare The Redemption's special effect is that it shoots a big rocket that travels slowly and deals increased damage and has a larger explosion. The Redemption also consumes a generous 4 fucking rockets. Now this begs the question, does it do 4 rockets worth of damage? Well the answer is: Go fuck yourself It doesn't even do 50% more damage than damage than most rocket launchers of similar parts. Helix launchers will outdamage it if all the rockets damage the enemy and they only use 1 rocket. The Redemption's projectile also travels very slowly and can be dodged and the blast radius while bigger isn't massive and shouldn't be relied upon. I ranked it at the top of the F tier because it has the most firepower here by far. Tier: D Weapons in the F tier were basically borderline unusable. Weapons in the D tier can be a bit obnoxious to use or are just weak. Gemini Manufacturer: S&S munitions Weapon class: Repeater pistol Red text: Double Whammy. Best prefix: TK5.3 Nasty Gemini Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: Accessory Rarity: Very Rare The Gemini's special effect is that it fires a 2 round burst, and each round in the burst fires 2 bullets with horizontal spread. Each shot in the burst only consumes 1 ammo so basically you're firing a burst of 4 bullets at the cost of 2. The Gemini also has no damage penalty like other weapons with the double accessory have and it has a 60% increase in mag size. This sounds pretty powerful, but there's a few caveats. For starters the spread is horrible. It has the range of a shotgun but none of the firepower. And secondly, worst of all, the fire rate. It's a burst fire with a long burst delay. It's to burst fire weapons what the Unforgiven is to Jakobs Pistols in Borderlands 2, except the Gemini doesn't even have the firepower the Unforgiven has in Borderlands 2. Trying to maximise your DPS with this thing is a finger injury waiting to happen because trying to spam shoot it will result in you pressing the trigger/mouse often before you could even fire the next burst. And you have to deal with this on a gun with a very bad firing pattern and DPS that isn't even that great. At least you can use this thing to warm up your fingers for if your girlfriend is visiting. It could've been F tier but the DPS isn't terrible and it's useable if you dont shoot it from too far but its too much hassle for too little. Troll Manufacturer: Atlas Weapon class: Repeater pistol Red text: Pain Heals. Best prefix: TK5 Pearl Troll Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: Accessory Rarity: Rare Isn't it interesting Borderlands 1 released in 2009, the same year the Trollface meme became popular? Maybe the Trollface was made in honor of this little piece of shit, after all the Trollface is white just like this gun and having this thing drop feels like you just got trolled. Another interesting thing is that gearbox made this weapon's effect come from the accessory, meaning you can't get double or elemental variants, so you could argue that Gearbox was trolling when they made it use up the accessory slot instead of making the legendary part the body or grip. The Troll's "effect" is that it regenerates your hitpoints when you hold it. The problem is that this regeneration is pathetically low, about 1 hitpoint per second, and this is at the cost of the accessory slot meaning this weapon can't get the double or elemental accessory. This is a repeater pistol, which is the weakest or second weakest weapon type, and it can't even get the double accessory. This weapon is just very weak. It isn't ranked lower because it is straightforward to use and doesn't have bad ammo consumption, it's a just weak gun. Wildcat Manufacturer: Dahl Weapon class: Submachine gun Red text: The ultimate close quarters feline. Best prefix: HX140D Desert Wildcat Best accessory: Double Legendary part: Magazine Rarity: Uncommon The Wildcat's special effect is that it gets a large magazine at the cost of increased reload time and massively increased spread. Wildcats can spawn with accuracy as low as 0.0 if the parts are bad enough. This thing has worse range than a shotgun, it has Double Anarchy levels of range, but not even close to the firepower. It's a Dahl SMG, which have the 2nd worst DPS out of all none-elemental SMG manufacturers and it gets no damage or fire rate boost. It's a weapon with terrible accuracy, terrible range and average firepower. It's not ranked lower because it's DPS can be alright and it isn't a nightmare to use if you're willing to get close but it should never be used over any other SMG with similar parts. TK's Wave Bulldog Manufacturer: Dahl Weapon class: Shotgun Red text: Ride the Wave, Dude! Best prefix: TK's Wave Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: Magazine Unique part: Accessory Rarity: Very rare if Quest farmed, extremely rare if farmed from Scar Our first Hybrid of the list. The Bulldog's legendary effect placed on the TK's Wave. The Bulldog's effect is an increase in magazine size, reload speed and fire rate. The TK's Wave effect is +50% crit damage and that it shoots special projectiles that are spread out horizontally and move in a wave pattern These are some very good bonuses and the TK's Wave has pretty decent damage too But all of this is ruined by the projectiles. It fires in a horizontal spread which they move slowly which severely limits the range. It's slightly redeemed by it's decent firepower and large mag size. It is pretty hard to farm and is not worth farming for. Friendly Fire Manufacturer: Torgue Weapon class: Shotgun Red text: Have a nice day! Best prefix: ZPR100 Friendly fire Best accessory: N/A Legendary part: Accesory Rarity: Very rare The Friendly Fire is always incendiary, doesn't have a damage penalty and fires in a smily face pattern. It is ranked next to the TK's Wave Bulldog because it has basically the same weakness, a bad projectile pattern that ruins it's range. The big issue with pattern isn't only that the pellets making up the eyes miss pretty much always, but the pattern isn't completely fixed. Basically imagine the mouth part of pattern is a container, the pallets can't leave it but they can move around within it. Sometimes half the pellets of the mouth are near one of the corners of the mouth and sometimes they're spread out evenly. This really limits the range but it's not Hydra levels bad. I ranked it higher than the TK's Wave Bulldog because it has better firepower. Protector Manufacturer: Tediore Weapon class: Repeater pistol Red text: Ammo is no longer an issue. Best prefix: PRO5-B Double Protector Best accessory: Double Legendary part: Body Rarity: Uncommon The Protector regenerates repeater ammo and deals increased damage compared to Tediore repeaters of similar parts. It has no fire rate penalty like other teduoe legendaries. The issue with the Protector is that it's a repeater pistol. Double repeaters do comparable damage to Double SMGs, Combat rifles, Machine guns or machine pistols but with half of even less of their fire rate. As a result it just has low DPS, if it was a machine pistol it would be in a higher tier. Guardian Manufacturer: Tediore Weapon class: Combat rifle Red text: Hold your ground... Forever. Best prefix: GRD12-B Punishing Guardian Best accessory: Deathly Legendary part: Body Rarity: Uncommon The Guardian regenerates your combat rifle ammo and has slightly increased damage compared to Tediore combat rifles of similar parts, minus stompers, but still less than that of Hyperion or Dahl combat rifles. The issue with the Guardian is that it has it's fire rate halved. This really hurts it's DPS and makes it significantly weaker than any combat rifle with body 5. The guardian as a result should never really be used for combat, but it isn't unusable. It is the best gun in this tier as it is convenient to use and while it's DPS is bad it's still usable. Closing thoughts If you thought this post was long, the C tier alone has more guns than there are in this post. I'm not sure if I'll make a single post for tiers C & B or if I'll split them. submitted by /u/SamSlayer09078-x to r/Borderlands [link] [comments]

BF6 Weapon Tier List
Profile Details Below. This was made from a mouse and keyboard perspective, with controllers and their 25% recoil reduction some weapons will perform vastly differently. There are no "meta" weapons in Battlefield, all guns are at least decent. The only objectively bad weapon in the game is the DB12. Using a better weapon will not make you a better player. A good player will still mop the floor with you even if they are using the SL9 and you are using the VCR. But even with this in mind some weapons are still better than others. This tier list is ordered from left to right in each category from best to worst. Some weapons are interchangeable with the ones around them. For example, most of "S" tier can be swamped entirely depending on playstyle as they are all good weapons. The pink category is weapons I believe are A-S tier for my playstyle, but most people think the weapons do not belong in A or S. Shotguns and snipers have been categorized independently as they function vastly different then then Automatic weapons and DMRs. They follow the left to right rule. DB12 Has its own category because there is nothing in the game that even comes close to being as bad as this weapon. Profiles can be deceiving so here is some background. No I do not bot farm, the 5kd is player KD. No I do not sweat this game and go for max kills every game. I play for fun, sometimes that means I play a whole round only using EOD bot, or fly transport with rpgs/c4 in the back to terrorize tanks, or drive-bys in the golf cart blasting limp bizkit. No I am not the best player I am just decent. As you can see I do not play breakthrough only. I also mostly play solo. My KD would likely be around a 7-9kd if I played with a stack on breakthrough only, my KPM would probably land around 2-3 safely. Which is well above average but I have played against people I cant keep up with who have 12+kds so I would just say I am good at the game. No I do not main vehicles, my vehicles are the highest level because I am attempting to 50 every weapon in the game. I haven't used a ground vehicle in months. Skill Tier List...on how well I can pet my cat during them.
You're probably thinking: "What?" "Why though?" I thought of the idea, and thought, 'why not?' SO, for context: my cat likes to jump next to my laptop and demand pets, which would mean that I would have to stop my game to pet him... Or do I? Some skills I have realized that I don't really HAVE to stop completely...or at the very least keep playing while petting this feline menace. DISCLAIMERS: I am NOT a 100% reliable source, as I am biased. My stage in the game may or may not be different from yours. My mouse is not one of those fancy ones that you can configure WASD on, so keep that part in mind. I am also very stupid in progression, so don't take this seriously, thanks! LAST THING: I am intentionally leaving out events that will give you XP. (Jerry Gifts, Mayor Events...) I am only focusing on normal base gameplay S Tier: Literally no effort at all, just...do both. Enchanting - It is so easy to do, as I have an experimentation table. The puzzles don't need anything else aside from mouse input, and if my memory serves me (I totally don't use solvers, no sir, no ma'am). Taming - Well, there is nothing at all to say. Just kidding, I'm rambling anyway. Taming is literally always active as long as you have spawned your pet. A small caveat, though, is that taming itself has to be done WHILE other skills are happening, so that does make it a bit lower than Enchanting. A Tier: Little to no need to move around. Fishing - As much as I hate this skill (boring), it's very straightforward. Just...fish, and then kill a monster if it happens. Now, I am ignoring the fact that if I have to move to different hotspots, as I don't get as much benefit atm. I am at the point where I just stay still, fish, and get the rewards. I do see a small issue where if a monster were to hit me repeatedly, I end up getting moved around when I don't want to (Don't even start with the "get a better rod" spiels, I am trying!). So, I have had to awkwardly use WASD to get back to the spot. Hunting - Moved to A because u/Tantrum2u pointed out to me a strategy to huntaxes, which was killing a bunch of glacite walkers. It is a lower A because of 2 reasons: my combat stats suck atm, which doesn't matter mostly but I would personally want that to be a little faster; I don't see as much benefit of the glacite walker shards (as they give more percentage for ice essence) right now. Could I see that change eventually, yes. BUT for this list, I will keep it at A for now. B Tier: Will need to use the keyboard more, but some parts of it I can just do fine. Mining - Pretty straightforward, just mine wherever I need to for Mithril/Titanium. It is lower than A only because I AM at the point where I have to move around for commissions in the Dwarven Mines. HOWEVER, in the future, I can see this going into say...C (hah C for crystal) or even D because of nucleus runs. I am just not at the point where I can do that efficiently. C Tier: Will need to move a lot more, but certain exceptions prevent it from being placed lower. Hunting - You're probably thinking: "Why is it so high? You have to go around, catching a bunch of mobs to level it up efficiently!"...to that: Yes. That is very true in the fact that I have to go around and catch mobs in black holes or lassos to get that XP. HOWEVER, you are overlooking something: Huntraps. All I need to do is place a bunch of traps (I currently have 5, not a flex.), wait for a bit, then reap the rewards. ALTHOUGH, it is a low C because you still have to move around and place the traps. MOVED TO A TIER BECAUSE I OVERLOOKED HUNTAXE FARMING STRAT D Tier: Unable to do much, but barely out of F tier for their reasons. Foraging - Now, this may surprise you. You thought I would put it in F tier, because you have to move around on Galatea to get trees/do Starlyn contests every time. And you are correct. I considered it...however I thought of it more. TECHNICALLY, I can just use my axe throw to chop trees from a distance and just slowly do that. PLUS, Fishing actually helps with Foraging in a way (you fish up wood, and I've had it happen where I fished up Ents then got its Mangcore. But, the second part is quite rare). Carpentry - Look, you're probably like: "Just craft stuff! Why is this so low???" Now, here's the thing. It's not because I don't have Quick Craft (VIP), but it's because you would need a looooot of something to craft. Like say, a bunch of redstone. Then you have to go back and forth and back and forth between storage/chests and your crafting (shift-click to inventory needs 2 hands). Super compactor also does not give carpentry XP for it, so that solution is out of the window. Feel free to fight me on that, maybe I am doing something wrong there. Farming - I thought this was lower, but upon thinking about it...not entirely F Tier. But basically, I just farm in a straight line, then turn, the farm, then to the next section, then so on. It IS lower because I have to orient it PERFECTLY first, and still have to use WASD for moving to the next section. WILL MOVE THIS ONCE I TRY SET UPS PEOPLE RECOMMENDED ME (I am just not in the mood for farming at this moment, so please bear with me!) Runecrafting - Now, in order to level that up, you either have to kill runic mobs or combine runes. You would need to have a crap ton of runes to level that up. Aside from that, it is easy to do (just get runes, and go to runic thingy, and do that). Why is it lower? Now, this is where my bias comes in: Runecrafting is not something I would try to level up necessarily. So, I very rarely see myself in situations where I have to debate on petting the cat over that skill. F Tier: I literally can't do both, so I would have to endure screams for attention, or kick him off the desk. Combat - It's pretty obvious why, you have to run around and killing mobs to get XP. Plus, I would want to keep doing it consistently to have magic find until it runs out. I cannot possibly do that when a 3 year old hairball is rubbing his face onto my left hand. It is not the lowest, because I can do dragons without moving around too much, but that's if I leech off drag parties. Aside from that...I don't see any way I can level that skill up. Not even gonna try: Dungeons - Just no. There is no shot I would be able to do dungeons with both hands in use, let alone when petting the furball of codependency. This is due to my combat setup being very early game (procrastinating combat atm.) Social - I have no input for that, as I am Social 0 (come at me, I just don't think it's THAT useful atm.) Anyways thanks for making it to the very end of this completely useless tier list that I should not have put this much effort in. The clingy beggar in question. He refused to face me for his crimes. submitted by /u/LilPotatoMan01 to r/HypixelSkyblock [link] [comments]

Best AliExpress Mouses 2025 2.0
EDITOR'S NOTES It finally came out, huh? lol A while ago, the list 1.0 of the best mice on AliExpress was posted here on Sub, which was focused on Low Budget and more cost-benefit than performance. In this list we focused on prioritizing mice that are also cost-effective but with High End quality (that's why you'll miss some models like the Attack Shark X6, X11, AJAZZ models and others). Remembering that this tier list is based on personal experiences, leave your comment respectfully if you disagree and leave your Up if you like the work! Without further ado, let's go :D WRITTEN TIER LIST - S+: Scyrox V8, Scyrox V6, Zaopin ZPW Max, ATK F1 Extreme, ATK X1 Ultimate - S: Attack Shark R3, VXE MAD R, Attack Shark R5, Delux M900 Ultralight 8K Set, ATK Z1, MCHOSE A7 Ultra, ATK A9 Ultra - A: VGN F1 Pro, VXE R1 Pro Max, Zaopin Z2 Mini Max, Zaopin Z1 - B: Fantech Aria II, IYX Amber, Incott G23 Pro, Helios II Pro - C: Rapoo VT3 Pro Max, Rapoo VT1 Pro, MCHOSE A5, Delux M800 4k ABOUT THE TOP OF THE LIST - Scyrox V8 and V6: These two mice manage to deliver ultra-light weight, excellent construction, marked scroll, great finish, the best sensor on the market and still have an affordable price. (Same shape: Pulsar X2H) - Zaopin ZPW Max: A new launch on the market with an ergonomic shape that fits practically any hand size and grip. Although ergonomic shapes tend to have some flaws in the construction of the main buttons, this mouse managed to achieve the perfect construction. All that said, it has 8K and an excellent sensor at an affordable price, great value for money. (Same shape: Lamzu Thorn) - ATK F1 Extreme: This mouse has been on the market for a while now, but it is extremely consolidated with more of the same, better sensor, 8K and it still has the Ice Feeling coating, characteristic of ATK that helps with sweaty hands. This mouse also weighs 35 grams, making it extremely light. It's worth every penny for the quality of the material and finish, a top-notch mouse. (Same Shape: Razer Viper Mini) - ATK X1 Ultimate: The success of this mouse speaks for itself, it is everything that the ATK F1 is, but ends up being a little heavier and with a different shape for bigger hands. The Ice Feeling is also on this mouse and today it comes in metallic red and metallic purple, which may please some. (Same shape: Razer Viper V3) - IPI FLOAT: In this mouse segment, it is extremely cost-effective. When I say this, I am considering that it is practically a Finalmouse Low Budget, offering great performance but being 4 times cheaper than a Finalmouse. Some negative points would be its Feets and battery if you turn it on, but in terms of performance and overall construction, this mouse is incredible. (Same shape: VAXEE XE-S) A TIER A LITTLE LOWER - Attack Shark R3: This is a magnesium mouse that I can say the same about the IPI FLOAT: in the magnesium segment this mouse is almost 3 times cheaper than the main ones and delivers a great set. The mouse, despite being an Attack Shark, is very well built and finished, offers a great sensor and lightness, making your user experience great. (Same shape: G-wolves HTX) - VXE MAD R: This mouse is excellent, period. One of the ultra-lightweight mice, great coating, good price... so why isn't it S+? Scyrox is simply better in every aspect for a lower price, so it comes in at the S tier very well placed. (Same shape: Zowie S2-DW) - Attack Shark R5: To be quite honest, this mouse is almost a copy of the IPI FLOAT but has better feet and a better sensor, but it doesn't justify its price being almost 50% more than the IPI FLOAT, so it's in this position. (Same shape: VAXEE XE-S) - Delux M900 Ultralight 8k Set: This mouse has an extremely cost-effective set. Great coating, comes with Nano Reciver 8K, a new technology on the market, ergonomic shape that also has a good construction (not as much as the Zaopin ZPW Max) that pleases most hands and a great option for Claw grip, your hand simply rests on the mouse. (Same shape: Zowie EC1) - ATK Z1 Pro Max: This is a mouse that I didn't put in the S+ tier so as not to be too much of a club fan, hahaha. The truth is that the shape of this mouse is extremely comfortable for all hands, a shape that is used by several pro players in a mouse that is twice as expensive, it has excellent quality (after all, it is from ATK) and has a very good sensor and batteries. (Same shape: Pulsar Xlite) - MCHOSE A7 Ultra: the famous GPX shape in a really good construction (different from the GPX's own scroll wheel :p). The mouse is very complete and offers everything a high end mouse needs with excellent quality and shape for a price much lower than the price of a GPX, for example. (Same shape: guess what? Logitech G Pro Superlight 2) - ATK A9 Ultra: Pretty much the same description as the mouse above, it has the same shape as the GPX and is of excellent quality. It is a little more expensive than the MCHOSE, but it is ATK quality, in case you are unsure about exploring new horizons with the MCHOSE. (Same shape: Logitech G Pro Superlight 2) SOME FINAL CONSIDERATIONS Ultimately, all Tier S+ mice and even some mentions of Tier S have excellent quality and power, the difference will be small in relation to price (except for those in a specific segment such as Magnesium and Carbon Fiber), so the ideal is for you to choose the shape that best suits your hand and buy the one you like the most! I'm glad you guys are supporting me in the first tier, if you have any opinions, the comments are always open with a lot of respect! :D Tier list 3.0?? submitted by /u/algbr06 to r/MouseReview [link] [comments]

Simracing equipment tier list
Hi, sometimes I speak to people who don't have a good grasp of how expensive simracing equipment is and what are the alternatives for each budget, and I ended up quickly putting together last night a tier list of equipment according to what's on the market right now, more or less. This was done fairly quickly and it's not a comprehensive complete list of everything (there's obviously waaaaay more products out there). I'm also not an expert at all on equipment - I've never even tried a DD wheel yet and have not researched pedals much, beyond entry level load cells - so there might obviously be mistakes and subjective bad choices. PC builds I just picked a random CPU/GPU pairing that could make some sense for each tier, price was eyeballed, there are endless alternative potential builds in each tier. This is the one area where things are always quickly moving and they get quickly outdated, new models are constantly out, others go out of stock etc. Just sharing in case this helps someone, feel free to debate which equipment should be moved up higher or lower, or is missing but should be mentioned as a strong alternative for each tier. I'm sure there'll be disagreements! submitted by /u/noikeee to r/simracing [link] [comments]

Paradox pls: A list of improvements this game desperately needs
Just about to wrap up a full 867 to 1453 ironman achievement run for the first time. And probably the last time, at least until some of this stuff is addressed in the base game since no achievements are worth going without mods and putting up with all of this crap. This is by no means comprehensive and I'm sure others could chime in with more suggestions, but these are things that stood out to me. Most of it has to do with notifications and wonky UI stuff. Family/Dynasty management and notifications Take the mod Knight Manager and just add every single feature of it into the base game. Does anyone ever want their heirs to be fighting in battles by default? Child of my dynasty notifications need filtering control. By the late game on speed 5 these events are popping up every couple of seconds, it's insane. I'm sure I speak for most people when I say that by the time you have primogeniture you don't give a shit about naming your 28th grandkid. The ability to select whether you get notified about all, immediate family births, or just your heir would be great. Bury the options in a menu if you want to keep it clean, but just give us the options. Move the births we choose not to have our game paused over into the notification scroll in the bottom right. Putting the inheritable traits that the child got (if any) on the "Child of my dynasty" event screen would save 2 or 3 clicks to figure out if they're worth pinning for later attention or not if you're playing the genetics game, which really adds up over time. When educating heirs, why not have the list default to showing people with the same education focus first, from best to worst? Or better yet let us choose the default, bury the options in a menu. Again, 2 or 3 clicks of unnecessary sorting and scrolling when I could just do it once and be done with it. It adds up. In the character screen, at the bottom where the family/relationships/etc tabs are, when you have too many to be displayed, you click on the title "children" or "siblings" and then it takes you to another screen dedicated to just whats inside that title. It would be better if these sections just expanded into a frame that added a second row and a scroll bar if necessary. There's plenty of space there. Combat When you click on the military button on the upper right, show the rally points on the map when zoomed out the same way the game shows holy sites if viewing a religion. Having to zoom in and drag the map around to see if one of my many rally points is close to where I want to raise my armies is another unnecessary time sink. A "Raise all (merged)" button would be nice. Sometimes you want them split, but sometimes you just don't care, and having to drag a box over all of them, then click on a merge point, then click to select all, then click on merge, then click where you want them to go is yet another unnecessary time sink. One click is better than drag-click-click-click-click. It would be nice if you could click on the war icon on the bottom right and find a button that would zoom your view to where your enemy's armies are, with maybe < and > buttons on either side to select different armies. You can't see the armies when zoomed out, and having to drag the map around while zoomed in and find them is a huge time sink when you've got a large enough empire and you're dealing with a populist uprising. There's always that one army of a couple hundred dudes hiding in some far off region of the map that you have to play hide and seek with to end the war, and it's annoying. The battle notifications at the top should either collapse away faster, or after 5 unopened ones just turn into a single icon with a + on it. On speed 5 it's easy to rack up like 8 or 9 of them, plus ransom notifications, plus whatever other stuff is going on, and it gets kind of cluttered. Prisoners Why is it that the game pauses and pops up an event demanding my attention for trivial shit, but will happily sit back and let me execute all prisoners and stress my ruler into an aneurysm with no warning? Not even a pop up context box at the cursor when I mouse over the execute all button that says "Warning: Stress!" or something? Add a mass action for "Demand conversion for release" Add a mass action for "Demand weak hook for release" Add a mass action for "Demand renounce claims for release" Add a mass action for "Execute prisoners that my religion considers Hostile/Evil" Add a "select all" toggle at the top so I can filter children or people of my faith or whatever and exclude them all from mass actions instead of having to scroll down and put a check in each one manually. If you're going to let me accumulate 50+ prisoners in a crusade/massive war, do I really need to acknowledge the person saying "I guess I have no choice but to accept your terms" for every... single... one? Do we really need to have the notifications for every single prisoner that scroll all the way to the top of the screen after I just clicked a button on a mass action to release? Can't these be consolidated into one notification instead of slowing the game down to a crawl? Realm management Let me filter the list of vassals in the realm > vassals screen by religion so I can demand conversion/revoke titles/whatever. Add mass actions to demand conversion from courtiers/direct vassals/indirect vassals/dynasty members. In the Realm > Domain tab, let me collapse the counties in a duchy by clicking on the dutchy title (the words, not the CoA) so I don't have to scroll past my main holdings every single time to get to the stuff I want to give away. It would be nice if I could choose to be notified about someone having council rights in their vassal contract when I acquire them as a vassal, instead of only finding out when they force themselves on my council a few months later. Instead of pausing+popping up events about random courtiers that nobody cares about having affairs for every single stage (accusation-revelation-bastard child), why don't you put all of that stuff in the notification area in the bottom right so it can scroll by like the important information about my vassal using a weak hook to force himself onto my council for 25 years. Pop up a fucking event when a vassal forces himself onto my council for 25 years. Kinda important to know, and it's my council who my ruler presumably meets with often, so it should be immediately apparent and not something I figure out months later when I narrowly dodge a murder plot and find out that my 28 skill daughter spymaster who loves me and would never turn on me has been replaced by a 12 skill vassal that hates me and I didn't know it because the info got lost in a massive unnecessary scroll of prisoner release notifications. Artifacts Allow us to scrap/sell/mass gift to randos trash tier artifacts that we don't care about. Allow us to select multiple artifacts to be gifted at the same time, instead of having to click-click-click-click-scroll-click-click to gift one artifact, then repeat the process for each gift. Allow us to tell our antiquarian to automatically repair artifacts that get low on durability if we want to, and if we do this, remove the notification from the 'current situation' box. Allow us to mass repair artifacts. If you're feeling extra nice, allow us to do it by tier. Allow us to filter notifications about artifacts by tier, so that I'm only notified about low durability on artifacts that are worth fixing. If I can choose to never be bothered about trading instead of raiding again, or tell people to stop trying to seduce me for 20 years, then let me just decide that I never want to trade my shifty ass vassals/courtiers a weak hook for fixing some rusty armor I yoinked during a raid decades ago and don't give a shit about. Allow us to manage court artifacts without having to go into the royal court. Less clicks good. Why do inventory artifacts have filters at the top of the list for type, but court artifacts don't? On top of making us go into the royal court to manage them, the management interface is objectively worse. This is dumb, fix it. Random stuff One of my biggest annoyances in this game is when I'm hovering over something with a pop-up context box, wait for the timer circle to complete, mouse over to the context pop-up, and when I move my mouse over it runs across something else in the tiny little gap between what I was initially hovering over and the pop up, and then the context pop up disappears. You can see what I'm talking about if you mass release 50 prisoners so that the notification scroll fills to the top of the screen (ugh), and then hover over your renown at the top, wait for the timer to complete and then try to go hover over your x/month or whatever. You'll hit a notification in the tiny little gap between where you were hovering and you'll keep doing it until the notifications underneath the pop up disappear. That's just one example, it happens in lots of different spots. IDK how to fix it but it would be nice if someone could figure it out. The Current Situation box could use some love. You can dismiss specific situations but never situations of the same type. Why? There's a mod out for "I don't need to be reminded to declare war". I don't need to be reminded about half of the stuff I'm looking at currently. My powerful vassals can go fuck themselves, they're not getting council positions unless there's an opening. I don't want to change my vassals contracts because they're (mostly) happy and I'm happy so why rock the boat. I have 150k gold, I don't care about demanding 15 gold for hooks. My opinions on these things isn't likely to change at this stage in the game, and yet these 'situations' will keep popping up with different individuals later on if I dismiss them. Why? Adding to the previous point, there are things that I would like to be in the Current Situation box that never are. Like dynasty members that can be inducted into witchcraft. If starting a witch coven is going to be a mechanic, sometimes it's going to happen when you've got 100+ dynasty members and need to convert a LOT of them. I care a lot more about that than I do about trash artifacts that have low durability. Sort factions against us by discontent/strength so the most likely to revolt is always at the top, since I think we can all agree that the one that demands the most attention should be first in the list, right? Last, but certainly not least, and actually most important of all: I have a religion that allows adultery for both men and women. I have polyamory as a religious tenet. I still get pop up events notifying me about every random ass courtier that sleeps around. I get notified when someone gets mad about it. I get notified when someone reveals it. I get notified when they squirt out a baby. The events even say "Don't we have more pressing matters to worry about" or something like that. WHY ARE YOU PAUSING THE GAME EVERY 30 SECONDS AND POPPING UP THESE EVENTS? WHY? IT'S SO STUPID AND POINTLESS. I DONT CARE. MY RELIGION DOESN'T CARE. EVEN IF MY RELIGION DID CARE, I STILL DON'T. LITERALLY NOBODY CARES. MAKE IT STOP. THE GAME HAS ENOUGH TIME SINKS. I could probably find more but this is already a novel so I'll wrap it up here. Feel free to add any other suggestions or feedback in the comments, maybe this will get some traction and some stuff will change. And to Paradox, if you do read this, I love this game, I know this comes off as negative but that's because I just want the game to be better. I want to be able to play for achievements and not hate all of this stuff. Mods fix most of this. You can too. submitted by

/r/buildapc hits 2 million subscribers - it’s giveaway time!
Well /r/buildapc, we just became a community of 2 million PC builders. To put that number in perspective, there are more of you than the entire population of Latvia. It’s also 117,647 of you per sentient moderator, which is kinda terrifying. It’s time to celebrate the only way /r/buildapc knows how: partnering with some amazing hardware manufacturers and retailers to give away all kinds of PC related swag. Let’s get down to business. What’s the plan? Since /r/buildapc launched, over two million posts have been submitted to /r/buildapc. Info Hub Update: Replacing the Tier List with a "Viability vs Playstyle" Table Format
Hey there Warriors! TL:DR The r/CFH Tier Lists have been replaced with "Viability Tables" As many of you have been asking for a while, we have finally updated/replaced the Tier List with a new version. This took a long time partly because many competitive players were against the concept of a tier list, as it presented an overly simplistic view of balance, and was often merely used an excuse for their own performance by misinformed players, rather than a learning tool to improve their abilities and knowledge. Hopefully this new format will help solve some of those issues and give readers information about the competitive meta, whilst being less contentious than the previous ordered lists. The format is as follows: for each of the 3 main modes (Duel, Brawl, and Dominion), characters are split into 3 viability groups representing their prevalence in the meta: Strong, OK, Weak. Additionally, each character is put into another group which aims to give some more explanation of their strongest qualities and why they are placed where they are. For Duels this is "Playstyle" and separates characters by how many and strong defensive or offensive tools they have in their kits. Defense is still overall far more important than offence in a duel, but “More Offensive” characters tend to have a predominance of offensive tools in their kits, and limited defensive tools. “More Defensive” characters lack offensive tools and favour turtling, whereas “Mixed” characters may have both (or neither). For Brawls, characters are separated by their "Strongest Aspects". Characters may have strengths in multiple categories, and often their playstyle varies depending on their teammates, so these categories merely indicate their strongest property. “Pressure” reflects the ability of a character to deal damage and keep their opponents on the defensive; “Damage Output” reflects a character whose main ability is to add damage confirmed by an ally (via bashes, etc); “Peel/Mobility” is the ability to move around a teamfight, and cover for teammates with good range interrupts, or hitboxes that keep opponents away from them; “Defence” is the ability of a character to prevent or punish their opponents from attacking. For Dominion, characters are separated by their "Primary Role". Again, characters may be able to fulfil several battlefield roles, but the one given is their greatest strength and primary job for a team. “Mid” characters maintain control over the minion lane and farm minions to gain score; “Side Point” characters are strongest at taking and holding points; “Gankers” facilitate quickly killing a single opponent with the help of a teammate; and “Roaming” characters rotate around the map, supporting where needed and they are strongest: partnering with a ganker, protecting your mid character or harassing opposing mid characters, back-capping points, and joining and supporting teamfights. In addition, there are explanations given in the form of "Strengths and Weaknesses" for each character, which are visible if you mouse over each character, or go to their specific pages following the hyperlink above the character portrait. On each character page, there is also an "Unhealthy Aspects" section which lists specific qualities of the characters that are unpopular amongst competitive players, and considered negative for the overall competitive health of the game. I did make a nifty drop down list to be able to select and display all of this information on the viability table page directly, but I discovered that it doesn't work unless you have edit permissions on the document - so you have to download a personal copy to be able to use that, sorry. I'm trying to find a workaround for this issue, but didn't want to delay the update any more. I also have a few more features planned that have been somewhat kicked in the teeth by this issue, so fingers crossed for that too. Oh and updating the changelog and contributors lists, too, coming SOONTM. Thank you all very much for your patience, I know this update has been a long time coming, and I'll try to make sure future updates happen more frequently. Please let me know your thoughts on the new format, or point out any mistakes or inaccuracies, and myself or u/Kaiayos will try to answer any questions. Here's the link again. submitted by /u/The_Filthy_Spaniard to r/CompetitiveForHonor [link] [comments]

Is the game ever getting fixed? (Huge list of bugs known for weeks).
If I forgot to include something, or if I've included things that have already been fixed, please tell me and I will update it straight away. Every single bug listed has been constantly encountered by me and my friends. Menagerie unusable (link) T3 Incursion rooms are very hard to get. Alva never offers the same room twice/thrice in 1 instance. (link) Return to hideout from the mine doesn't work (link) Glacial hideout crashes. Had to switch from glacial hideout as people would constantly crash upon loading, almost no decorations. Same happened for me when I tried to join someone's glacial hideout. Two of the same room spawning in the temple. This could also bug some of them like sacrificial chamber, if you get one t3 and another t1, the t3 room won't work. No influence on map upgraded by zana's map device. I know this was a bandaid solution in order to fix the permanent elder influence and bosses, but why would you pay 15c for zana mod when you get no influence? Vaal temple almost unobtainable. People are saying that you can only get it by corrupting t15 Tower as its the only t15 from Vaal temple quadrant on the atlas.(link) Fortification encounters are constantly bugged in some maps like burial chambers. (link) Syndicate members that died on top of each other overlap, not allowing you to choose which one of them to talk. (link) Servers are unbearable (try playing 2+ man parties with beyond), it even lags in hideout. Updated: Master decorations are insta-crashing the game if you move the mouse courser over them. Fated prophecies triggering but then failing to upgrade the item. Insane challenges: 40 research stashes? Only 7/17 masters on research give stashes, challenge should be lowered down. 400 atlas objectives? Are we actually supposed to grind thousands of tier 1 maps in order to finish it? Or we should grind characters to maps on 4 different leagues? (link) Fully upgrade rooms. The difficulty of this challenge is highly correlated with the bug that makes it super hard to get T3 rooms. The other issue is that you can in theory spawn low lvl zones for days but you won't be spawning atziri room. Bestiary bosses. A lot of people with lvl 100 characters reported seeing only few bosses. Yes, you can do gilded bestiary rotas, although you are not guaranteed seeing even single boss after a full day of spamming it. Probably not a bug, but has to be fixed somehow. 1 Sulphite deposit. Not much to say here, you can invest 30c for map and another 30c for scarab and you will get 1 sulphite deposit in return. Alva not seen on minimap. I think most of us have experienced that, having to go around the whole map after you've fully cleared it to find Alva for 10 minutes. submitted by /u/grisha0000 to r/pathofexile [link] [comments]

Please explain to newer players how to make a weapon good instead of linking tier lists.
Hey warframe reddit! decently new player here. (this is my first time posting anything on reddit ever but going to assume it functions like any forum) Decently new player here to rant (5 month playtime Mr 18), spent a lot of my play time talking to region/alliance/clan/squad chats asking about peoples weapons, frames, niches etc. some times i'll get great discussions with players about how to make the most of a weapon/frame etc. But most of the time, I get referred to tier lists. But anyways when newer players ask for weapon/frame advice please stop linking these terrible tier lists. (I know i just offended a bunch of people who spend lots of time making tier lists, but quite simply your tier lists aren't made for newer players (or as my MR 24 Elitist friend likes putting it "Tier lists are only relevant to the person who made them, because the weapons are limited by the skill/knowledge of the user") Reasons being: they don't ever explain How or why these weapons are where they are in the lists. They don't show what sort of mods a player requires to make the weapon excell, or where a player can get them (if they can get them) They don't take into account the differences in factions or the differences in factions Many don't even mention unique mechanics of weapons They don't take into account the simple fact that you have a Loadout, that you can use a secondary, melee, frame to take care of weaknesses. They are often based off of "Testing" done as far removed from normal gameplay as possible. They go obsolete real quick As a newer player the things i needed to learn/obtain were all the game mechanics that makes weapons succeed. So the next time a newer player asks you a question along the lines of "Hey I'm having trouble killing Stuff, what Weapon should i get to fix this" Instead of linking some person tier lists please explain to them things like 1.Modding As a newer player learning what kind of mods and where to get them was a terrible experience (I will never do a hive cache run again though... Fuck those drop rates) 2.The importance of Elemental and IPS status effects. (when i first got to sorties and started struggling with certain modifiers learning the power of Gas,toxin, corrosive etc was the most significant step to succeeding (significantly better than the common advice of "just us tigris prime")) 3.The Power of Movement. I originally started playing on a gamepad, and many of the squisher frames felt unplayable in sorties, because I was a god damn bullet sponge, Swapping over to keyboard and mouse and learning how to properly move around and parkour finally allowed me take the frames i enjoyed the most to the content i enjoyed the most. (though getting knocked outta a bullet jump by a fire wall from an eximus is still the most frustrating thing i've experienced) 4. How absurdly broken limbo is seriously Didn't matter that my weapons weren't up to par to do harder content yet, he's a fucking time lord 5.Where to get important mods to enable gameplay like Flow,Streamline, hunters adrenaline, streamline etc (the most memorable moment i've had in warframe was being given a maxed out set of Flow, streamline, hunters adrenaline, continuity, and intensify. Suddenly Oberon Went from being my sorta dumpy squire who occasionally gets to smash to the God damn paladin of Doom who presses 4 to time with space jam. It was a wonderful eye opener to the pure amount of Carnage you could do! how powerful melee weapons are, and how much more powerful the become with the addition of the right stance and the combo multiplier This sections more of just information i wish someone had told me sooner in my progression, as it woulda helped newbie me greatly All the clan tech Feldron, mutagen mass,Detonite injectors can be farmed from you should level syndicates asap as augments are a reliable source of income for slots/reactors Use the wiki to learn how warframe abilities work/scale as the in game descriptors suck don't sink allot of time into the plains until after you do War within ( i wasted so much time trying to kill vomalysts the first time i got to the plains) how affinity sharing works and that if you lose less stuff the remaining stuff gets more. You can Farm Forma from the Lua Music challenge room That you can mute ordis/spolerkid (oh god was this a glorious feeling of relief) Primed weapons aren't inherently the best weapons, primed frames aren't that much different from normal. things don't stay exclusive forever except the salt prime package Don't sell things before you hit 30 except odonata sell that asap. the thing random insta death you keep experiencing in a radiation sortie is your boyfriend getting rad procced and sniping you constantly. (asshole) 11. Archwing isn't horrendous its just odonata that is 12.limbo is a god TLDR: What new players need is to understand how to make things good, not whats got the maximum possible paper dps. so please explain game mechanics to them submitted by /u/Explosionsanstuff to r/Warframe [link] [comments]

List of excuses for TSM in anticipation of Worlds 2017
Hello TSM fans and haters! In collaboration with this community, I have compiled a starting list of excuses that can be used when TSM loses during Worlds 2017. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but can serve as a starting point if you're feeling let down by TSM but don't have a way to properly articulate your feelings. The excuses have been categorized into tiers for your convenience. Please enjoy! UPDATE: By popular demand, Bingo is now available! List of TSM Excuses Rito Plz Tier Tiebreaker rules were bs TSM got fucked by Riot's rules... somehow Keyboard/mouse problems Why wasn't Jatt casting our game? Commentator curse They couldn't hear their comms over the noise from the crowd We didn't get our bathroom break There was glare on the monitor Delusional Tier Our goal is to win Worlds 2018 We would have won on the old patch Burnout from too much practice It didn't really count It was rigged Classic Tier We lost to cheese picks Bo1 is bad for TSM Bad read on the meta Aurelion Sol bugs Bjergsen was sick Sven had cold hands They underestimated their opponent At least we did well in scrims Hauntzer spilled water on his keyboard Parth Tier Parth had bad drafts We would have won if Bjergsen was on a carry We would have won if Sven was playing Lee Sin We need to let Biodaddy play Thresh We should have picked a scaling comp We should have picked an early comp Meme Tier Fucking WildTurtle Brother Sven Bjergsen and 4 wards Hauntzer got the Dyrus treatment Something something Rift Rivals hurr durr Other Teams refusing to scrim with us during the bootcamp Sven used to get more fed when he was fat Regi whipped their asses too hard Leaked scrims MrRallez didn't get any play time Group of death dreams Not enough practice Jetlag Jattlag Lag edit: Grouped Jetlag/Jattlag/lag together edit2: If you're too lazy to use the full excuse, they can be numbered according to the order that they appear in each tier. For example, if Parth made a bad draft and TSM lost to a cheese pick, say the following: > We lost because of Parth excuse #1 and Classic excuse #1 Somebody is making an excuse bot, which will hopefully be up soon (UPDATE: /u/tsm_excuse_bot is up) The bot will not run on this sub, but will be available on related subs. edit3: Added a few more. They were placed at the bottom of their respective tiers submitted by /u/Savac0 to r/leagueoflegends [link] [comments]
