I don’t have the postpartum experience yet but I use knix super absorbency period underwear for my very heavy period bleeding and they are very absorbant and work great - you just may need to change them every few hours if there is a lot of bleeding. I especially like the dream shorts and the cotton high waisted underwear they have with the super absorbency.
