CL snacks. The bacon wrapped scallop was pretty good & I took some peanut butter krispie treats to go. My wife is of course perpetually searching for plain or chocolate krispie treats so she wasn’t happy. Hoping for something good tomorrow night when we don’t really have dinner plans.

after years of seeing this item hyped up weekly on here i finally caved and got it. i hate you all....its so damn good i regret ever tasting it because now i cant stop. my husband who doesnt even like peanut butter cups is addicted to it and we share 1 cup so we only eat half of it to not feel guilty. this is 1000000x better than that orange name brand which tastes like protein bars and leaves a sickly sweet nasty aftertaste that stays in the back of your throat. this, tsk tsk this is the real deal. it has smooth but realistic peanut flavor while the dark chocolate isnt bitter and the entire thing melts in the mouth and no yucky aftertaste. its addictiing like those costco caramel smores clusters that i banned from this household. i think i will need to ban these but im glad i tried it. submitted by /u/dark-cherryi to r/traderjoes [link] [comments]

I made three dark chocolate cake layers with a peanut butter buttercream frosting, chocolate ganache, and blended Reese’s peanut butter filling. Rave reviews from the family. This came out pretty good. Here’s instructions for anyone who’s interested (plus approximate macro count per pint). Ingredients: - any chocolate protein shake of your preference (I usually go with Oikos or Owyn) - 2-3 teaspoons cocoa powder (depending on how much chocolate flavor you want) - spoonful or two peanut butter (creamy kind, but you can use crunchy to if you like an extra crunch). I used jiff creamy for this - 2 fiber one brownies Creami instructions: - once protein shake-cocoa powder (mixed with a spoon for a bit) is frozen for ~4 hours, take it out and put it on milkshake setting then put it back to freeze for approximately 8-10 hours - after 8-10 hours check if frozen solid, if it is frozen solid put it in hot water for 30 seconds. If not put it on the creami lite ice cream mode - add in mixins (peanut butter, brownies) and then put it back in on mix-in setting Macros (approximate), this is based off the specific things I used at the time: - 510 calories - 41-42g of protein - 8g total sugar - 22g of fiber - 34g of fat (26.5g unsaturated, 7.5g saturated) Personally I am still working out how to make it lower calorie - though it does make for a good breakfast or general meal replacement! submitted by /u/TransitionAgile4996 to r/ninjacreami [link] [comments]

For these I used a small batch brownie recipe. I think I have it bookmarked somewhere if anyone wants it. Baked them in silicone heart molds. Then added a peanut butter filling one cool. I still long for the old peanut butter flavor so I was excited to see this as an option. Sadly, I was disappointed by the flavor. It has a strong nutty taste more reminiscent of hazelnut in my opinion. I purchased a few bags, so I'll see if my opinion changes over the next few weeks.
