AITAH for not telling a girl at the gym about her butthole hole
A funny and light one we’ve been arguing about in my family . I (25F) attend a pretty large (25-30 people) hot Pilates class a couple times a week. This studio LOVES to squeeze as many people into the room as possible, so I always choose a spot in the back corner, so only one person in front of me and one to my right. A woman around my age came and set up in front of me. For context, she was a curvy girl (I noticed we had the same body type) and was wearing leggings the same color as her skin. As we started class and went into downward dog, I noticed she had a hole in her leggings right at her butthole. Like to the point I saw her buttcrack and then hole when she stretched further. The class was starting to pick up and the music was extremely loud, so I didn’t tell her, just figured that I’d be the only person to witness this. This is where I feel bad: we started doing sideline work which transitioned her to being in the “front” of the class (as everyone turned to the right). Now every single person behind her could see her butthole hole. I never told her after class. I told my mom this, saying that I didn’t tell her because if it was me, ignorance is bliss and I hoped she’d notice when doing her laundry and think “oh maybe it’s small no one could see”, however my mom thinks I should have told her so that she thinks maybe only I saw and she could fix/ throw them away for sure. So, AITAH for not telling the girl in front of me at pilates she had a butthole hole? submitted by /u/Acceptable_Paint_183 to r/TwoHotTakes [link] [comments]

What are the best leggings and shorts combinations for pilates?
What leggings or biker shorts are you guys wearing for pilates that are comfortable, flattering, and don't constantly roll down? I'm tired of buying random sets that look cute online and suck in class. Please share the links, brands or whatever you have. Appreciate it :) submitted by /u/tathetfo54 to r/ClubPilates [link] [comments]

where’s mc’s MUSCLE??
a little bit of a rant post but i was getting some pictures of my mc the other day and i found myself really wishing that she had more visible muscle. i think there’s a lot that could be said about having more body diversity in general for the character customization, but if we’re focusing on a purely lore accurate mc … GIRL WHY ARENT YOU JACKED?? all the LI’s are crazy muscular, even when it makes little sense for their profession, ie zayne being a surgeon, rafayel as an artist ( and i do get that part of it is aesthetics and also they are all in shape canonically because they work out and also fight? idk ), but then we have mc who is canonically one of the most elite hunters in the game and she looks like a pilates princess at best. i think at the very least, she should have so visible arm muscle definition, as well as a more muscular core and legs. i’ll include the pictures i was taking of my mc in her lil bathing suit outfit for reference, i’m curious what other people think about this, and the body diversity in general. EDIT: i feel like i should say, i actually picked this outfit specifically so you can get a better look at her arms and her stomach. her lack of muscle is a lot less noticeable in outfits that cover her more, so you could suspend your belief a little bit in those. also, this outfit is one of the new ones from the lingering lust event! EDIT 2: thank yall for the mc glaze, i can post her presets and/or her QR code if people want that. no gatekeeping here :) submitted by /u/lemonpledge27 to r/LoveAndDeepspace [link] [comments]

pilates leggings recommendations - where are you shopping?
I just got into pilates and my leggings situation is genuinely tragic lol. Every time I do core work the waistband folds down and I spend half the class fixing it instead of, idk, doing pilates?? been eyeing Lululemon align and Halara ultrasculpt but can't tell if they're worth it or if I'm just gonna grab a $25 Amazon pair and call it a day? [TW] Hilary Duff: Through "Thick and Thin"
This example is a blatant promotion of disordered eating. Hilary herself had an eating disorder, so it’s hard to see her size referred to and her weight listed like this. It wouldn’t have been good for her, nor would it have been good for women and girls who compared themselves to her. Then, the actual diet. [TW] This diet comes to 1,108 calories, which is well below the amount of calories adult women should have, especially active adult women. If people are dieting to lose weight they should have a healthy calorie deficit, but this example fits into a larger pattern of disordered eating. She doesn’t have weight to lose! There’s also no mention of health or nutrition. The normalisation of adult women eating just over 1k calories a day is terrifying! Then to promote that degree of exercise on top of that! I can’t find exactly when this example is from but I think 2006. submitted by /u/AdrianaLaServing to r/WhyWereWeOkWithThis [link] [comments]

Best leggings for hot yoga or Pilates (no front seam, around 25" inseam)
Hi everyone, Looking for recommendations for leggings that work well in hot yoga or Pilates. I have been using Lululemon Wunder Train and really like them so far, especially for hotter classes. I also have Athleta Elation and Lululemon Align, which are really comfortable, but I am not sure how well they hold up in the heat. Ideally looking for something with no front seam (works best for guys) and around a 25" inseam. Curious what has been working well for others in heated classes. Thanks! submitted by /u/CoderMotion to r/HotYoga [link] [comments]

Best leggings for hot Pilates / hot yoga (no front seam)?
Hi everyone, Looking for recommendations for leggings that work well in hot Pilates or hot yoga. I really like the Wunder Train so far, but I am curious what else people like. I also have the Athleta Elation, Lululemon Align, CRZ Butterluxe, Beyond Yoga Spacedye, and Old Navy PowerSoft which are really comfortable, but I am not sure how well they hold up in hotter classes. Any men wearing Athleta Elation or PowerSoft Boundless leggings for Pilates or studio workouts?
I recently started doing more Pilates and yoga classes and have been learning that studio leggings tend to work much better for these types of workouts than typical men's compression tights. The challenge I have run into is that the men's market for studio leggings is extremely limited, while the women's side has many more options designed specifically for yoga, Pilates, and studio classes. So far I have had good results with leggings like CRZ Butterluxe and Lululemon Wunder Train, but I am exploring a few other options. Currently looking at: • Athleta Elation No Front Seam leggings • Old Navy Extra-High Waisted PowerSoft Boundless 7/8 Pocket Leggings – No Front Seam • Volare leggings I like the idea of no front seam or smoother front panel designs since they seem to move better during exercises like roll-ups, bridges, and leg lifts. Curious if other men doing Pilates or yoga have tried these for studio classes and how they worked for you. Main things I am looking for: • good mobility for studio workouts • comfortable fabric for floor work • leggings that stay in place during movement • smooth front panel design Would love to hear if anyone has experience with any of these. Also open to feedback from instructors or anyone who regularly attends Pilates classes. I am mostly focused on finding studio leggings that move well and stay comfortable during exercises like roll-ups, bridges, and leg lifts. submitted by /u/CoderMotion to r/Activewear [link] [comments]

Lost 52 lbs and hit my Goal weight 125lbs - Recomp time.

Last 3 months stacked up : lost 12lb - mostly fat Reta: swap from 7mg Tirz to Reta 6mg, started stepping down, now 2mg per week as of today . Melanotan2 : 500 mcg every second or third day Test propionate : 500 mcg daily for 3.5 mg per week Mot-c : 1 mg per day (did nothing) Glow 10/10/30: improved joint pain M2 appetite suppression allowed me to step the Reta down, less anhedonia and fatigue. Test propionate definitely helped me retain muscle on this cut. Recomposition Plan : 8 weeks Keep Reta 2mg per week. Keep Melanotan2 around 2mg per week. Up the test propionate to** **7mg per week Added Klow 80 blend for support Semax and selank -** **500mcg daily Tesamorelin - 1 mg daily week 1, step up 2mg weeks 2-8 Lift 3x a week focus on glutes and legs Pilates x 2 a week 100g protein and 1500 ish cal per day Thinking of adding ipa, var or hgh - any thoughts or advice for recomp ? Male Pilates gear question (leggings vs shorts)
Title: Male Pilates gear question (leggings vs shorts) I know there are some similar posts about this topic, but many of them are fairly outdated or do not discuss leggings in much detail. I recently started doing mat Pilates a few times a week and have really been enjoying it. I normally come from a cycling and running background, so compression gear already feels familiar. After a few classes I realized leggings actually work much better than loose shorts for many of the movements. Everything stays in place, there is no shifting fabric, it helps with sweat management, and it is easier to focus on the exercises. I had a few questions for the group: • For Pilates or yoga, what leggings do people here prefer? I have tried a few options including Wunder Train, men's CRZ, and Lululemon All Sport tights, and they all feel good in different ways. So far the CRZ and Wunder Train seem to work best for me. • How common is it to see men wearing leggings in Pilates classes? My studio is mostly women, so I was curious how normal it is. I am still getting comfortable and building confidence with it. • For those wearing leggings without shorts over them, what works best underneath for support and modesty? I have experimented with compression shorts and boxer briefs but I am still figuring that out. My goal is basically gear that stays in place, feels comfortable in class, and avoids distractions while moving. I would appreciate hearing what has worked for others. submitted by /u/CoderMotion to r/pilates [link] [comments]

Pilates girlies, what leggings DON’T roll down during core exercises? 😭
I’ve been doing Pilates for about 2 months now and I’m struggling to find leggings that don’t roll down at the waist 😭 I’ve tried a few already like Air Active, Lotus, some TikTok shop brands, and even Nike but they all start rolling down once we get into core exercises. I end up constantly pulling them up during class and it’s so uncomfortable 🥲 Any tips or brand recommendations that actually stay up? Bonus if they don’t have a front seam 🙏 submitted by /u/Far-Caramel2735 to r/PilatesPhilippines [link] [comments]

Looking for leggings, half leggings, and underwear recommendations for Pilates and yoga
I recently started doing Pilates a few times a week and I am working on finding the right gear for it. I cycle often, so compression feels natural, and switching from a T-shirt and shorts to leggings has been a major upgrade since nothing rides up or gets in the way. Here is what I have tried so far: • All Sport Tight from Lululemon. These fit well and feel solid for training. • Wunder Train Tight and the Wunder Train 6 inch Short. I heard many strong recommendations for these and they feel very well made and supportive for Pilates. • I ordered the Fast and Free Tight and Fast and Free Half Tight to try out. I am still trying to figure out the best underwear. • Nike Pro briefs are supportive and comfortable, but a bit more visible than I hoped. • I also have the Nike Fast Half Tight on the way to compare. I am looking for something supportive and smooth, without a fly, and that stays in place during Pilates or yoga without bunching. If anyone has recommendations for: • Full and half length leggings • Underwear that stays smooth and supportive under leggings I would appreciate the suggestions. submitted by /u/CoderMotion to r/Lululemen [link] [comments]

Looking for supportive underwear that fits properly under leggings for Pilates
I recently started doing Pilates a few times a week and switched from shorts and a t-shirt to leggings because they stay out of the way during movement. The only part I am still figuring out is the underwear. I am looking for something supportive in a brief or trunk cut that stays smooth under leggings, does not bunch up, and does not show lines. I prefer no fly, since that usually adds seams. Longer boxer briefs tend to ride up on me during stretching and core work, so those have not been ideal. If anyone here does Pilates, yoga, or general training in leggings and has found underwear that works well for movement without being too noticeable, I would appreciate any recommendations. submitted by /u/CoderMotion to r/MensUnderwearGuide [link] [comments]

Looking for men’s leggings + underwear recommendations for Pilates and yoga
Hi all, I am a guy who recently started doing Pilates and yoga a few times a week, and I am trying to find the right activewear for these workouts. I was originally coming from shorts and a T-shirt, but I found the extra fabric would shift around and sometimes get in the way during movements. I have been cycling for years, so I am already used to compression gear, but leggings are still somewhat new for me. I am mainly looking for: 1. Leggings that work well for Pilates/yoga Something with good stretch, comfortable compression, and not too slippery when I need to grab my legs during certain movements. I have tried a few pairs so far (Lululemon All Sport/Wunder Train, Nike, etc.), but I would love to hear what others recommend for mat work. 2. Underwear that stays smooth under leggings I am looking for something that: • stays flat and smooth • does not bunch • gives light support • works well under tighter leggings I have tried some boxer-brief styles, but they tend to ride up. I am curious about modal briefs, Nike Pro, or anything designed to stay put under compression. Any recommendations for either leggings or underwear that have worked well for yoga, Pilates, or strength training would be very appreciated. Male looking for underwear recommendations for wearing under leggings for Pilates and Peloton workouts
I am a guy who recently started doing Pilates a few times a week along with my Peloton strength and cycling routine. I switched from loose shorts to leggings because they stay out of the way and feel better for core work. I am using Lululemon All-Sport Leggings and Wunder Train No Line Leggings, and both feel great. My only issue is underwear. The Lululemon SoftStretch boxer briefs were comfortable, but not ideal under leggings, and most men’s underwear is cotton and not great for workouts. What underwear works best underneath? I am looking for something that stays in place, does not show through, and has light support without seams getting in the way. Any recommendations would be appreciated. submitted by /u/CoderMotion to r/OnePelotonRealSub [link] [comments]

TIFU by trying to explain my old leg injury to my new pilates instructor and breaking the other leg on the way.
I hate working out, but I like biking as a means of transportation and reformer pilates classes. Back in October, I broke my leg in a biking accident, took time off, recovered, and eventually was able to start pilates classes again in March. There’s a new instructor now who didn’t know about my old injury, so this morning I decided to get to class a bit early to explain it to her, just to let her know about my history in case any modifications were needed. I got on my bike to head over. On the way there, I fell. Again. And this time, I broke my other leg. So now I’m back in the hospital, scheduled for surgery tomorrow (again). TL;DR: Tried to get to pilates early to tell the new instructor about my old leg injury. Fell off my bike and broke the other leg instead. submitted by /u/bbgurl223 to r/tifu [link] [comments]

[OC] Gym Saved My Life -my 150lbs down story-
Hey guys. This post is to everyone who ever struggled/struggle with weight-loss and to all the people who have been supporting me so far and probably wondered what happened to me, why I stopped posting in the past months. I used to be a skinny-normal weight girl as a teen. I came from a very toxic environment, with an abusive and narcissistic father who used to mentally&emotionally abuse me all the time. Even when I was skinny, I’d get called fat-cow-ugly by him, non-stop. I didn’t realize back then the impact those things would have on me later. At 21 I finally moved out from that place and I spent 1 year working as a freelancer and drawing non-stop, until I got my first and actual job as an illustrator at a publishing house. That year was decisive for me and my future - first, I improved art so much by drawing non-stop, every day and this got me my dream job later. Second, I destroyed my body, health and even the little social-skill I had until that moment. I never, and when I say it, believe me..never went out. I wouldn’t see the light of the day for weeks or even months. I never talked to anyone, besides my family and my best friend. I refused to go out with all my artists friends that I had back then, until I pushed them away and they stopped texting me. Even tho I was drawing so much, this was not enough to keep the bad thoughts and control the emotions. I found peace and safety in food, and food became my coping mechanism. I’d eat when I was sad, happy or bored. I’d eat my life and pain away so I can keep the thoughts off. When I wasn’t eating, my mind was lost in dark thoughts that I could barely manage it, until a point when I wanted to stop everything and tried to end my life. A year later I got my dream job, and for a moment I had hope: I can lose weight and get back to ‘normal’ because now I have a routine, a schedule (9-6) and it’s gonna be easier to stop eating. But I was wrong. Getting a 9-6 job only made me starve myself all day long until I’d get back home and start eating a lot. Last year in August I was eventually forced by my mom to do some blood tests and more investigations and I found out my heath was equally to a 60yo person’s health. This + the fact that I could never wear anything besides black jeans, black tshirts, I never went out, I had no friends, I had huge social anxiety, I could never talk to anyone without shaking or even crying, the fact that I could never do the ‘normal’ things people do -like crossing my legs when sitting or finding clothes in local shops- was the decisive moment for me. So in a random day of Tuesday I decided to stop everything and after a long research, I managed to make myself a diet and a workout plan and stick to it. I’d get my protein in, water and my daily 10k steps. During weekends I’d do 20k+ steps a day. I became obsessed, more obsessed than I ever was with art. I found peace in going to gym, doing pilates or working out alone at home. I found peace in meal prep and walking like crazy, no matter the weather, haha. After these months, I can finally say that every pain, all the trauma, all the crying nights and everything was worth for me to get to this point… because if I never had to get to experience those 3 dark years, I’d have probably still eat like s*it, I’d still be lazy, even as a normal-weight person. I took my health for granted for many years and I regret it. I regret all the damage I have done to my body, but now I can only hope to continue with this healthy-lifestyle and maybe with a little luck, also, I’ll live a healthy life for more years. This post is dedicated to everyone who struggle with weight loss. You are not alone! I know it’s cliche, but if I could..you can to. Find that motivation, that drive and fix on it. Go crazy, become obsessed. The beginning is very hard, but eventually it will become a routine and you won’t even feel it. And trust me….it’s all worth. submitted by /u/marycomiics to r/comics [link] [comments]
