Pregnancy tests!!!
I don’t know if yall know this, but all pregnant tests are FEDERALLY REGULATED. They can’t change in quality based on prices. Your standard pee on the stick and wait for two lines tests have be regulated. Which means the 10$ one in Walgreens is the exact same quality as the one in dollar tree. Across the board, you will get the same results. I can promise you they probably came off the same production line my dear. So save your move and go pee girl! 🥰🥰🥰 much love from your Soulaan hoochiegawd to all the other hoochies! submitted by /u/phatcatshawty to r/povertyfinance [link] [comments]

I’ve had 4 negative pregnancy tests but I’m not convinced…
I was on combo pill for two years until August 20 because I was moving away from my partner. However on 10pm October 3 l saw my partner again and we had intercourse with no protection (I know my bad). I took EllaOne 3pm October 4. But the thing is I had a colonoscopy that weekend so i had to take laxatives at 7pm. I had what looked like a period from October 15-22 where I had light bleeding but managed to fill up 2 pads that whole week and the rest was light bleeding. I was supposed to have my period November 19 but it still hasn’t come so I took some tests to see if I truly missed it. From top to bottom: Tuesday 2pm Saturday 11am Saturday 2pm Saturday 2pm Sunday 10am You can see that one test is showing a positive line. What are the chances of having a false negative? What do I do because I don’t wanna leave it too late and limit my choices. Am I really not pregnant or should I go more tests? submitted by /u/Glad_Vehicle_9286 to r/whatdoIdo [link] [comments]

Pregnancy Test
Hi all, I got diagnosed with pcos earlier this year. Since then I prioritized the gym and put my self on an anti inflammatory diet. I also started on natural cycles to help me confirm ovulation. I have confirmed ovulation twice. However my cycles are very long. For example I got my period the first week on August but I didn’t ovulate until September 29th. Today I am 11dpo and yesterday I tested for pregnancy and it came back positive to which I took 3 more test and they all came back positive. This morning I took two more and the clear blue digital is negative. I have followed up with my obgyn about get bloodwork done so I’ll be getting that done soon. But the one not pregnant test is making me over think submitted by /u/No_Election_6878 to r/lineporn [link] [comments]

Pregnancy tests done without my consent, I'm sick of it!
RANT! I am so tired of being taken advantage of by our healthcare system. Every time I go in to get ANYTHING done, I'm asked when my last period was, or if there is a possibility I'm pregnant. I had a hysterectomy done in 2023, which I tell all medical staff multiple times. I'M ALWAYS CHARGED FOR A PREGNANCY TEST IF MY URINE OR BLOOD IS BEING CHECK OUT, AND MY INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER PREGNANCY TESTS. I'm so angry I have to pay for these tests when I make it very clear it's not possible for me to be pregnant. And there's nothing I can do. submitted by /u/beepbooprobotbutt to r/TwoXChromosomes [link] [comments]

Is this pregnancy test positive or negative?
I'm currently 7 days late. My period is very regular 28-29 day cycle. I've checked multiple times using a cheap test that in purchase from Amazon in bulk and it's been negative. I tested test and got this result. Not sure what's to make of it. I'm going to reach out to my GP tomorrow but just wanted to know if anyone had a similar experience. submitted by /u/Accomplished-King-17 to r/whatdoIdo [link] [comments]

I was demanded to take a pregnancy test in the ER despite me repeatably telling the staff I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago.
Wednesday I ended up the ER again because of a large ovarian cyst causing me severe pain. After waiting in a room for an hour a nurse came told me to urinate in a cup or she won't give me any pain medicine (IV Tylenol by the way). I told her I had hysterectomy and she told me I still needed to take the test anyways. Same nurse told me it's still possible to get pregnant despite me not having a uterus, cervix, or tubes. And yes, the hospital ran the pregnancy test. The doctor saw I was given a pregnancy test and literally laughed at the absurdity of it. Anyways, I feel like this should have never even been an issue. I was being denied Tylenol at the hospital unless I proved I wasn't pregnant despite not having a uterus... Because there was a chance Tylenol would harm my potential miraculous completely nonviable pregnancy. Women's health is a joke in this country. ***Edit- I had told 2 additional staff members when I first arrived about my hysterectomy as well, not just the nurse. Edit 2- I wasn't expecting this to blow up as much as it did. Sorry I haven't responded to many comments, I've been kind of napping on and off today. I'm still pretty sore and exhausted from surgery. Out of curiosity I did read into getting pregnant after a hysterectomy and I yes it is possible but incredibly rare (like 70 something recorded cases.) I still wonder how exactly someone without a cervix or a uterus can actually conceive though. I'm literally stitched shut. I also understand people can lie about their history and apparently tamper with their charts. But it still doesn't change the fact women are not being treated right in healthcare settings. When it comes down to it I shouldn't have had a medical professional threaten to withhold Tylenol over a potential pregnancy. Something I feel like I need to add on to this post- I am very aware people can lie and be dishonest about their medical history. I was at this same hospital a few days before for the exact same reason. They had ultrasound results and cat scan results, urine screens, and blood work from 4 days before that clearly showed I was not pregnant, had no uterus, tubes or cervix, and that there was a 7cm cyst on my ovaries. submitted by /u/Princess_Coldheart to r/TwoXChromosomes [link] [comments]

AITAH for giving my husband A pregnancy test as A bday gift?
hi, i am f23, my husbands m25 birthday was one week ago. We've wanted a baby for a really long time, and when I found out I was pregnant, I was so excited! Knowing my husbands birthday was in 3 days, I decided to keep it a secret, and give the test to him as part of his bday gift, because he wouldn't be expecting it, in my head it would make it more shocking=exciting? At least that's how I thought it would be. Perhaps that was a dumb thought. Now, this was not going to be a big party with tons of people. My husband didn't want that, so it was just gonna be the two of us, he was gonna open his gifts, we were gonna eat a nice dinner, and it was going to be chill and intimate. With this in mind, I didn't think giving him the pregnancy test as a gift would be a problem at all. If it were a big party I wouldn't have done it, because it would've taken the entire focus off of him, but this was a small party, just me and him!! When it came for me to give him his gifts, the pregnancy test was in a small box and i told him to open it last. He was super happy with all of his gifts, and when he opened the box with the pregnancy test in it, his demeanor changed. He seemed upset. I asked what was wrong and he said it was "A stupid gift" and "how could you hide something like this from me? You knew this for so long and hid it??" I explained to him it was 3 days. I thought it would be a wonderful gift. Like I said, we've wanted a baby for so long, and I thought he'd be happy. He said that he was happy but the timing for me to tell him was horrible and that it was his birthday, not a celebration of pregnancy. I was confused, hurt, upset. So many emotions at once. I called him immature, and that led to a fight. He slept on the couch that night. This past week, he hasn't talked to me too much. Whenever I try to bring it up he says "just stop, were past it. It was dumb of you." Stuff like that. He doesn't tell me how happy he is, or any celebration about us being pregnant. Whenever I talk to him, he doesn't really reply, its just yes or no, or a grunt. I feel horrible. I didn't think this would be a bad gift. I thought he'd love it. AITAH for doing this? I really thought it was ok, but I'm starting to think he's right, I shouldn't have done this. update?: I don't really know if this is considered an update, but after reading replies, I'd to clear up a few things. No, my husband has not ever acted this way towards me before. We've argued before, but it has never led to the point where he ignores me. to all the comments asking what I mean by "wanting a baby for a really long time", we've been married for 4 years and we agreed from the start about wanting children. Yes, we've been trying to have a baby. I didn't stop taking birth control secretly, nor did we stop using protection "accidentally". This was something we were both originally wanting. I didn't tell anyone before him. He was the first person to know. I thought I clearly stated we were alone for the " party" but, we were alone. there wasn't other people around to hear. it was just us. Also idk how to get rid of these numbers so ignore them. But, I don't want to kick him out or leave him. I really would appreciate advice on how to go about talking to him if you have any advice. I don't want to get an abortion. submitted by /u/Famous-Ask-3105 to r/AITAH [link] [comments]

3 positive pregnancy tests but negative blood test.
Hello! So I’m kind of at a loss. I have taken three pregnancy tests over the course of the week. (Sunday,Monday, and Yesterday and all were progressively darker each time, all positive and before you ask I was excited and just wanted to be sure) so I called my doctor and went and got a blood test this morning. But it was negative… I’m still waiting to hear back from my doctor, but I’m not sure how to feel. I’ve been so excited the last few days and was planning on how to surprise my husband. But now I just feel confused and disappointed. Is it possible I am pregnant but the blood test was wrong? submitted by /u/EosGOD209 to r/lineporn [link] [comments]

Please help. Very early positive pregnancy test. Is it a false positive??
I(28f) just got off of birth control about a month ago. I didn’t think I would get pregnant immediately as I was on the pill for ten years and didn’t get my period. However, I was trying to time getting pregnant because I am an athlete and this would allow me to not miss a season. So here is the timeline of events: Off of birth control(about 6 weeks ago) Nov. 30th first day of period December 4th light spotting/last day of period December 10th positive ovulation test December 11th positive ovulation test December 12th positive ovulation test December 13th positive ovulation test December 14th positive ovulation test December 15th positive ovulation test (I obviously was like what the hell is happening when I kept getting positive ovulation tests) December 15th positive pregnancy test Is this real???? Can I be actually be pregnant already and is it testable?? I am so confused. Also, I’m sorry if I’m an idiot and I’m clearly not pregnant. But I don’t know how to feel at this moment because I don’t want to be excited if it’s not real. Please help! Also it was an extremely dark line, not a faint line on the pregnancy test. submitted by /u/degenerateunicorn to r/lineporn [link] [comments]
