What are the "cool girls" in your life wearing so far this spring?
I noticed that all the hip young women at my work are all wearing midi dresses this spring, no more knee-length dresses anywhere, and hardly a maxi. Same thing at a fancy cocktail attire wedding I went to - all the hip young "hot" girls were wearing midi length slinky slip dresses with a slit, whereas in the past at such an event I'd have seen more mini dresses. And of course for casual wear - wide leg pants or jeans with a boxy white tee or something with some minimal sneakers. A tiered flowy white cotton skirt for casual/dressy. Those seem to be the "uniforms" I'm seeing all the people in my life at work, among friends, family, on the street, etc., who are the type of people who always look put together and fashionable. It's weird that I haven't seen midi length very highlighted in any 2026 spring/summer content I've been looking for. I'm so sick of videos and articles and stuff that just look like they are rehashing fashion shows. I like content that feels like a cool older sister is showing you her actual closet. I like Anna Reid the best for this - she tries the stuff on how she would actually wear it out in the world, shows a bunch of street style pics in the real world, shows of a bunch of outfits relatively quickly, but the Youtube videos are long enough to enjoy, etc. I wish I could find more content like hers. What are you seeing the "cool girls" in your life or on the street wearing for spring? submitted by /u/IncognitoResearch111 to r/femalefashionadvice [link] [comments]

The month before the Summer, a relaxing hot spring season... and then bam! A surprise EX Masterfair! Review of Rate UP characters in May 2026
TLDR for this month's new sync pairs, in order: Drayton & Archaludon: EX Pokefair Dragon Tech with EXR Special Striker whose passives lets him inflict Special Break on enemies and summon Dragon Zone, and can summon Special Paldea circle. B-Move deals more damage to paralyzed opponents! Sygna Suit Kieran & Furret: EX Masterfair Special Ice Striker with EXR Sprint! He can not only auto set Paldea Circle, but also summon Ice Zone, and his B-Move gives Special Break! Rika & Great Tusk: Variety Ground Field user, can summon EX Ground Zone. Poppy & Iron Treads: Variety Steel Field user, very notable for summoning EX Steel Zone. Has respectable damage. Larry (Special Costume 2) & Komala: SC Normal Field with EXR Support user who can summon EX Normal Zone. Even though his pokemon gets a permanent Sleep condition, his passives lets him use moves, and grants Sleep immunity to all allies. Flannery (Special Costume) & Magcargo: At last, Flannery debuts with a new alt! Tera Fire Sprint with EXR Special Striker whose passive lets her multiply her Tera attack by 10 times at start. Mix Hau & Incineroar: Dark Field user with EXR Physical Strike, respectable Mix unit. Welcome back to this month's edition of reviewing the sync pairs. It looks like this one is very early. I know next week is Golden Week in Japan, but we were expecting that we might have to wait way longer. In truth, I'm relieved that we can get this month over with, April was rather boring with the Academy reruns. Sigh... That being said however it seems like there's going to be a trend of Golden Week having a premium character - to my surprise this time it's Kieran in a Sygna Suit outfit. But first things first, let's welcome our new guest, shall we? Drayton & Archaludon Drayton seems laid-back and unserious, but don't be deceived by his appearance - he's the grandson of Drayden, so when he battles, he becomes a very serious individual. (By the way, Drayden is also finally appearing in the game, but he's only a NPC. Whyyy) Anyways, he debuts in a new EX Pokefair banner as Tech Dragon character with EXR Special Striker. His ace is normally Steel-Dragon, but his Tera lets him become Dragon. His passive lets his Paralyze status move, Thunder Wave, not only inflict Special Break, but also summon Dragon Zone, both first-time. The first passive lets him Terastallize on entry, not only raising his offense stats, but also summoning Special Paldea Circle, which activates the second passive to give all allies 1 SMUN. His main attack is his Sapphire Tera Blast, which inflict a random status interference, and if he has MP on his circle, he uses it to give aforementioned circle and restore 1 MP of his B-Move. His B-Move, Steel Flash Dragon Pulse, deals damage to all, never misses, doesn't lose power, and lowers their Special Defense by 2 ranks. Also, if the target is paralyzed, the power is boosted by 50%. His TM allows him to give 5 SMUN to an ally as well as Enduring effect. Finally, his sync will increase damage against a paralyzed enemy. In his grid, at 3/5 he has Foul Fighting 3, Soften Up 1, can take Circle Extension, and can take self Circle: S-Moves 9. At 4/5 he can boost all allies' damage in Dragon Zone and Team Circle: S Moves 3. At 5/5 the most important part is being able to summon extended Dragon Zone on sync. His 10/5 is not particularily worth mentioning imo. Recommended sync pairs: Considering he is able to summon Dragon Zone, despite being a Tech user he pairs well with Hassel who can set EX Dragon Zone. Him being Special means he probably replaces SS Serena's spot for understandable reasons. The 3rd slot is... abymsal, it's either SS Brendan or NY 2026 Lana. He's 7.5/10 or 8/10 individually imo, but why are the other partners so awkward in terms of options? Anyways, after him comes a new premium unit for Golden Week - it seems like there's a new trend of each year having a new premium unit each Golden Week. Last year, we got Arc Alder for said week, so this week, I present you... Sygna Suit Kieran & Furret It didn't take this long for him to follow after the previous partners. Carmine got her Sygna Suit, the Paldean MCs got their anniversary outfits. So it's natural that this time, Kieran debuts in a new EX Masterfair banner, wearing his Sygna Suit outfit with Furret! He's finally ready to show to everyone that Pokemon battles ain't just about winning or losing! Normally, Furret is a Normal type pokemon, but with Tera, SS Kieran debuts as Ice Special Striker character with EXR Sprint! His Masterfair passive emboldens his willpower, and has Sure Hit passive. He debuts with Ice Tera, changing to a passive that maxes out his offense stats and summons Special Paldea circle. With his circle, he can do the following: - upon using circle, summons Ice Zone, give 2 SyCDR and 2 SyMUN; - on sync, consume 1 MP to summon it and gives himself 2 SMUN and 1 SMUN to other allies. His Ice Beam move can be used once per sync: it deals very high damage to an enemy and gives 3 SyMUN to himself. His B-Move can be used once per battle and activates after a sync. It never misses during a hailstorm, freezes all, has expanded attack, and inflict Special Move Break to them. Best used when stacking a lot of SMUNs. His TM gives himself 3 SMUN, 5 SyMUN and gives Enduring. The main method of attack is his Ice Tera attack, which lowers the target's Sp. Defense and is expanded / doesn't lose power in AoE. At 3/5 he has Furious Brain, confusion chance grid, Brainpower, and can take Sure Crit grid for all his moves. Advancing him to 4/5 will allow him to extend Ice Zone and Special Paldea Circle. Advancing him to 5/5 will allow him to use his TM twice. Recommended sync pairs: SS Kieran being able to summon Ice Zone makes him good to pair with NC Hilbert to keep EX Ice Zone up. Personally, 8.5/10, I'm saying this as a Red fan. It feels like he's missing something though, because usually 5/5 is a capstone but the fact that it gives him just one more TM usage does feel underwhelming For support, Irida would let the ice team keep uptime on EX Ice Zone, but if you have an invested SS Kieran and/or NC Hilbert for extended the initial EX Ice Zone, then it is better to place Grusha instead, as well as to take advantage of the Paldea circle and EX MF passive. Larry (Special Costume 2) & Komala Later in the month, we'll get a new event that features two new guests... once again, it's Larry. However, with him comes a surprise in the form of Flannery getting an alt. Gosh. Larry takes a break once again, and this time he brings a Komala with him. It's hard to get tired of him relaxing in a hot spring... Considering his popularity, it wouldn't be a shock if he got an EX Masterfair variant in future. Anyways, this time, he debuts as Field Normal character with EXR Support. His passive... is interesting. According to Pokedex, Komala spends its entire life sleeping, and it dies asleep. A little omnious. Getting to point: his Pokemon enters the battle with a permanent sleep condition that cannot be removed, however they can still attack and it also ignores the gauge speed reduction from Sleep condition, so SC2 Larry is a bit like Summer Cynthia in terms of status condition. His Tera passive also grants sleep immunity to all allies, and his attacks will inflict Sleep condition on enemies. Also, his second passive makes him buff all allies' SMUN when an ally summons Normal Zone. His B-Move, Relaxed Charm, lowers all enemies' Attack by 3 ranks, increases all allies' SMUN by 2 and summons Paldea Special Circle. His TM gives slight sync accel and sharply raises both offense stats and critical. His Tera move is Special Normal move. It lowers an enemy's Sp. Defense and Accuracy by 2 ranks, and the first usage summons an EX Normal Zone. At 3/5 he has Dirty Fighting 3, Free Move Next under circle, circle extension, Brainpower, Team S-Moves 3 and Normal Zone Extension 3. Recommended sync pairs: If it wasn't obvious... he's to be paired with Anniversary Juliana, whose repeated Normal Zone summons and extensions on investment makes the zone last long. It's way more than enough with both her and SC2 Larry. Gym Whitney has some relevancy since her EXR is Field, but the presence of EX Normal Zone elevates Mai, a normal Support who can also summon multiple Normal Zone. Personally, I rate him to be 8.5/10. He is certainly a good highlight if you have Anniversary Juliana and Mai, and you want to enhance Normal team even further, but you have to consider if you want SS Kieran or wait for June, because there is a chance of a new Arceus Cup chapter in June. Flannery (Special Costume) & Magcargo A round of applause to those Flannery is in order! After 6.5 years, at last she debuts her first limited alt with a new outfit! Remember that event from a long time ago where people picked which units should get their first alts? Now it's fully complete with her presence. She joins Larry in sharing the hot spring experience. Her challenge is aimed at enthusiasts. Interestingly, she has learned the art of Terastallizing. This time, she's a Sprint with EXR Special Striker character whose passive lets her debut with an extended Sun weather, and she has Soften Up 1. Her Tera passives boosts offense stats, gives SEUN and 2 SMUN. Interestingly enough, her Tera move not only inflicts Special Break and gives 3 SyCDR first time, but also has its power multiplied by ten times if it's used and the team hasn't had a Sync Buff nor has it been used more than 2 times. Afterwards, it will give Free Move Next. It seems like the devs' solution to Sprint users so far seem to be making them able to deal immense damage on entry, which is an interesting concept. I just wonder how good it's going to be. Her B-Move, Thermal Inferno, is single target and inflicts Burn without missing. His TM is a bit supportive in nature, as it heals an ally by 40% HP, grants Damage Guard and Enduring effect. Finally, her sync move's power increases with higher Sp. Attack buffs. In her grid, at 3/5 she can make her Fire Spin trap all opponents, has 2 SMUN while 0 Sync Buff, Solar Flare 9. Not too noteworthy. Recommended sync pairs: She's probably not the best user to be positioned with Arc Suit Silver, as she does not have any other source of extending Sun, unless the third slot is with someone that can keep EX Sun uptime like SS Morty. Also, the fire type roster is rather saturated as hell... I'm tentatively giving her 6.5/10. Her kit design of having insane damage at start is at least slightly better executed compared to Academy Perrin, who I would give no more than 4/10 and that's despite her being Physical Flying. (...maybe 4/10 is too generous? How about 2/10?) Here are other notable sync pairs or things for this month: Rika & Great Tusk: Not much to say here. To be honest, she is a bit of 6/10 for me, it depends if you want to hyperspecialize a bit in Physical Ground, but if you have Variety N, she's not going to be a huge change for your team. We should probably be glad that Arc Cynthia's 5/5 can set Ground Zone every sync... Poppy & Iron Treads: Another Variety unit. She brings along EX Steel Zone. With her and SC2 Larry, we finally have all EX WTZ in the game now! Anyways, she's a 8/10, her kit is not too different from the likes of Variety Unova trio, her TM having SMUN 3 though means SS Lear supremacy, and she can pair well with Academy Sonia. But... oh no... Arc Stevenbros, I don't feel good about being replaced... Lodge Emmet: Not much to say, but he can be nice f2p pair for giving interference, especially in Tower. No rating, he is free. Mix Hau: Hau debuts in a new Mix variant with Incineroar, turning to the Dark side... His AoE move is actually really strong and a solid alternative if you don't want to invest in Giacomo, as he functions like Mix Elio but Dark-type. 7.5/10. SS Lusamine 5/5: Sprint 3 + max crit at 4/5, SMUN 5 on sync at 5/5. Actually a very respectable upgrade, as it makes her a bit more bursty which may be of further help if you have Arc Sabrina. NC Cheren 5/5: PMUN/SMUN 1 on attack and sync at 4/5, Strong Start 5 at 5/5. The capstone is the most boring thing ever, his 4/5 does boost his damage in a decent manner though and makes his build-up faster. Overall good but could be better. SST Red 5/5: His 4/5 is a little underwhelming, it's Headstart 2 and NOT 3 which would have been really neat. His 5/5 is fairly interesting, but there is only so many times you can summon Electric Terrain. He could have gotten something better, but it's whatever, I can just wait for Arc Suit Red next time. Perrin & Mai EX PF Rerun: We have our first EX PF reruns in Perrin and Mai, and it's a duo rerun. I'm curious what are the rates going to be. Perrin remains a very strong pick up and has its value boosted thanks to the shirtless guy that is Arc Suit Brock, so if you want to solidify your Rock roster, it is a good time. Moreover, Mai's value has been greatly boosted by SC2 Larry being able to summon EX Normal Zone, allowing both of them to drive their Normal-type MDPS units. If you have any spare gems, consider picking this banner up. By the way... if Academy Perrin was at most 4/10, her base version is still a 10/10, especially since she is very functional at 1/5, while for Mai it's 9/10, there are a few alternatives though of course. Paldea Master Fair Tiered Select: New Tiered masterfair it seems. It's probably because of heavily pushing the new special Paldea CS, which will have extra parameters aimed at using Paldean units. Just know this following: Florian is very solid if not considering Red96, Juliana is fine but is aging a bit, Geeta remains a solid physical partner for Anni Irida, Kieran is actually good to pair with Arc Suit Korrina. SS Nemona? Ugh, don't tell me about her. Anyways, that is all for this month's datamine. Please let me know if you have any thoughts, or want to correct something. Surprise datamine today so I might not have been as focused x.x. It's a shame though, I got Perrin from mix banner, but it also means I can skip the duo banner and focus on saving gems for June. There is 90%+ going to be a new Arceus Cup chapter, and one would really hope it's going to be Diantha. submitted by /u/AntonioS3 to r/PokemonMasters [link] [comments]

The Black Ribbon's Spring 2026 Lucky Pack
I wanted to share my experience with The Black Ribbon's Spring 2026 Lucky Pack. This Lucky Pack was advertised as being back stock clearance and was made with some of the last items that TBR had in stock before tariffs impacted their pricing. Rating: Value: 4/5 The pack was advertised as containing a plain black skirt, a cutsew, a strawberry apron, OTKs, an accessory, and an enamel pin. The pack's base price was 140$, and with shipping that came out to be 170$. All in all a great deal for the price! My only small complaint is that the bow is a bit small to be an accessory. Even without the bow though, the pack is a great value. Quality: 4/5 I've been a TBR fan for a long time specifically for the quality, and they didn't disappoint here either. The skirt is a light, linen feel fabric that will be great for summer! I was delighted to find that the skirt does have pockets like a lot of TBR's other releases. The apron looks and feels great! the embroidery is high quality and well stitched, and the apron fabric is a thick cotton-poly blend (based on feel). The cutsew feels lightweight and nice for summer as well, although the fabric is a bit thin. I will likely need to wear an undershirt with it. that being said I know it's hard to do a white jersey fabric that doesn't require an undershirt and that it would be a lot more expensive to make if TBR had gone that route. Cohesiveness: 3/5 TBR marketed this as a clearance pack vs. an outfit pack and I think that was accurate. These pieces don't come together to make a full coord, but you definitely can mix and match a few. I think the skirt would go very well with the OTKs or the cutsew depending on how you made the rest of your coord. Pieces like the strawberry apron don't really match here, but I think it's a versatile piece that could fit pretty well into an average sweet wardrobe. Overall: 4/5 I would definitely buy this again and I'll keep an eye out for more TBR Luck Packs! submitted by /u/M0richild to r/Lolita [link] [comments]

2026 Spring Rotation – Some Hits, Some Experiments
Custom distressed denim shorts with chains Standout piece with a faded vintage wash. Chain and charm details give a strong early 2000s street vibe. Surprisingly sturdy, though the hardware can get a bit noisy when walking. Score: 7.5/10 Insulated hooded tech jacket (black) Top-tier quality. Matte finish looks clean and the inner padding keeps it warm without bulk. Outer shell feels crisp and durable. Great mix of function and everyday wear. Score: 10/10 Logo tee plush toy Fun desk accessory. Small logo tee detail looks decent and adds character. Bright and collectible without feeling cheap. Score: 8/10 Silver mesh snkrs Visually very strong with metallic details. Mesh feels thin and a bit fragile. Upper picks up fingerprints easily and may not hold up well long-term. Score: 6.5/10 Oversized distressed graphic tee (black) Nice washed look with a worn-in feel. Distressed collar can look like damage if you’re not into that style. Very oversized fit, so sizing down is recommended. Score: 6/10 Denim monogram low-top snkrs Clean mix of denim and white panels. Feels well-built and fairly premium. Easy to pair with most outfits. Score: 9/10 Light wash carpenter denim shorts Classic workwear style with tool pockets. Very durable but the denim is thick and stiff. Fit runs wide, which might not suit everyone. Score: 5.5/10 White/silver air-cushion snkrs Clean everyday pair. Comfortable for long wear and the cushioning feels solid. Simple and versatile design. Score: 8.5/10 Lightweight cargo shorts with belt Good for casual wear or outdoor use. Lightweight material dries quickly and pockets are practical. Built-in belt adds a nice touch. So let me start by saying this is going to be way too much info and the TLDR is that I did a 19 game run through on steam (after playing them as they came out on Xbox) starting Oct 21 2024 and ending Mar 3 2026 with a total of 1,170 hr, and I had fun! So I swapped from Xbox to PC lowly over a few years (like 2017-2021), couldn't let my gamerscore go as I loved hunting achievements and had nearly all the AC achievements done (except most multiplayer based ones), and played every single game except rogue and liberation. However, I played a few games on PC (spider man and horizon, Witcher 1&2) and was ready to commit. So I decided to get whatever AC games on steam I could (this was before achievements released), which was really only the RPGs. I started with origins, barely launched odyssey when they rolled the rest out, and jumped to any games that had multiplayer achievements to knock them out first. So my wacky order ended up being: Origins Black Flag (MP) Unity Black Flag (story) Syndicate Odyssey Valhalla Mirage (no DLC) Shadows (no DLC, did these randomly as they came) 1 2, Brotherhood, Revelations Liberation HD 3 Remastered (which included liberation so had to do it again, which wasn't fun) Side note: couldn't find a steam key for 3 original that was less than $300 :/ Freedom cry (yes I had already played this one too when I played BF) Rogue Chronicles Mirage DLC So it was a little weird but eh whatever. And here are my thoughts as I played them (warning, I mostly give A tier to these games, which people will inevitably argue with. Even when I'm grinding collectibles begrudgingly or restarting due to dumb optional challenges, I'm enjoying the accomplishment. Also some fading affect bias): 1: Obviously dated and not as refined. A LOT of travel back and forth. More fun than I remember though, despite being grindy. Still cool, was crazy for its time, gotta give respect, probably A tier max. 2: Man I love this game. The story, the setting, not too grindy (feathers annoying yes), a little unpolished, but so fun & beautiful. Story super engaging. Tombs were awesome. Modern day stuff was ominous and had marvel and speculation that I loved even the second time. S tier. Brotherhood: Great game. Very grindy on side stuff, story not great. Rome not as cool but one map was nice. Assassin side game fun, meh tombs compared to 2, and 100% wasn't as fun as 2, but gameplay mechanics fun improvement, and some side stuff was actually fun if not hard to 100%, A tier. Revelations: Amazing. Gameplay super fun. LOVED the parallels with Altaïr and more backstory. Mini game was dumb because you HAD to keep up with it. Tombs super fun. Didn't like city as much but it was fine. Side note: the game is like half broken when playing on steam and required 2 mods/guides to fix, which was so annoying. A tier. 3: admittedly I got lazy on my notes so winging this but, this one was hard for me. Objectively, it's a good game. I just didn't love it. The setting change was jarring, not as fun to traverse, the optional challenges were SO DUMB and frustrating. Connor didn't pull me like Ezio obviously, and neither did the setting compared to Italy. However, the revolution stuff is cool, the ship missions were great, the modern day story and score were FANTASTIC. Gotta be objective here. A tier. Liberation: One of 2 main titles I never played before and still - unpolished, weird controls, ok story. Swamp was cool, not awful not great. Some optional objectives made you restart so far away when failing, which was buns. Changing outfits were a neat idea but tiresome. D tier. 4: Looooove. Mixed feelings as I feel if we had to mark where the franchise began the shift it was here (or 3 but 3 still focused on the creed). Beautiful scenery, fun, good story, BEAUTIFUL emotional parts and loved The Parting Glass ending. Only had assassin elements-main character not being one was meh. It's ironic because its not a great assassin's creed game....but it's a fantastic pirate game (witch some tailing and stabbing). Another one where main content didn't work without mods (Kenway's fleet) but leaving that out of my opinion of the game. S tier. Freedom cry: since its a DLC it probably should have stayed that and not been in this list, but it was in the steam collection so...basically just more 4 with a very short story but a very poignant story on slavery, Ade is great, it's less grindy, fun gameplay, just not a full game and was limited by that. Good music. A tier DLC, but as a standalone, B tier. Rogue: The other one I didn't play before. When I found out it was basically 4 but with better ship boarding/mechanics in general, I was excited. I had so much fun exploring the North Atlantic, cutting through ice, using the minigun, playing the ship minigame, ship battles etc. I hated what they did to my boy in sequence 5. I also thought the assassin's were like comically and unbelievably evil (mostly when reading the notes after capturing pigeons). Story was lacking, they couldn't dive into templar motives because then it would be worse than what he ran away from, which IMO makes Shay look dumb and templars still the bad guys in it. But his accent and style I liked. A tier. Chronicles: just gonna lump these since most here probably never played them and they're so different. I like to approach things with an open mindset and embrace it the way it is meant to be. I watched YouTube vids to do shadow gold then cleaned up and had a great time. People say China is the hardest but I did shadow gold on all games (plus difficulty) and I thought they were about the same. India was cool, fun setting, liked the character a lot. Russia was super cool setting and more engaging story, probably the hardest IMO, although the sniping was a weird change. Overall I enjoyed the challenge, the checkpoint system being quick and easy to retry (LOOKING AT YOU MIRAGE DLC). Due to uniqueness, beautiful artwork, fun doable challenges, forgiving checkpoints, and how fun it was on steam deck, I'm gonna give these an A tier. Unity: unique and fun, multiplayer was fun when team played well together. Buggy DLC. Chests were so unnecessarily annoying. Parkour hard but very rewarding. B tier. Syndicate: Meh. LOVED the grapple. Unique gameplay elements, meh story (I wrote: "Jacob annoying" lol). Idk, not my cup of tea...C tier. Origins: felt rough around the edges to me gameplay wise. Wasn't a huge fan of the bow system either. Loved the setting & assassin elements. Heavy on collectibles (like most but hey this was in my notes. Probably since this was the first I replayed and just accepted it after that). Idk it's fine. Egypt is cool, Bayek was cool, I had fun. A tier Odyssey: LOOOVE the setting, music, combat, Kassandra!! Conquests dumb. So much to do, super fun, NOT an assassin game at all. Loved the DLCs though, fantastic setting to dive into. A tier. Valhalla: Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Super fun combat, OK setting, NOT really an assassin game again, DLCs, loved Orlog (I even wood burnt my own box but never finished making the playing pieces!), hard mastery challenges (not as hard as I thought based on peoples complaints though), started really leaning into the crazy outfits that cost a ton, which I got using opals and realized it made me like the experience less so switched back to real ones. Again, WAY. TOO. LONG. Still, I had a lot of fun for most of the 250hr. B tier. Mirage: tough. I really wanted this to be successful so we can get something like this but with thought and story put into it, but I found it clunky at times. Setting was awesome. I liked being forced to do stealth, using the tools (the DLC sequences where you redid contracts especially, these were hard but I noticed myself getting so much better at the game doing them, and landing stealth moves with various tools quickly felt really good). Can't even remember much of the story. Some movement was clunky, obviously not a fully fleshed out game and it couldn't decide between DLC and main game, probably should have been DLC if Valhalla was reasonable length, B tier. Shadows: man if the story were more fluid it would go up a whole tier. Stealth is super fun, graphics great, story is not fluid and loses you constantly, annoying when you find targets on accident. It was fun to play and explore for sure. Wasn't the biggest fan of 2 characters. I felt like it was "a game for everyone," which can easily be a game for no one if you don't get it right, but I appreciated being able to choose how I liked to play (stealth Naoe with canon mode on). Liked the outpost design, wasn't a requirement to delve into but I made a cool outpost and had fun decorating it. Outfits are OK but they lose me, but I liked the setting a lot and the artworks and some parts of the story I really did like. Some emotional moments between the main two and the kid I liked. Hated that the ending wasn't an ending, shouldn't be introduced as DLC. B tier. Looking back, I put syndicate at C which feels low but that was my honest opinion right after finishing it. For some of the others, I didn't rank till months after playing and think I may have gone high generously bc of fading affect bias (like how I want to move syndicate up now time has passed). I just love exploring the time periods, the stealth gameplay, and it's hard to remember all the little things that frustrated me. Chronicles is the most fresh and I think those should be broken up more but they blended for me, and I was almost done so I didn't mind something new and had fun. Moving forward I would love to see something with the best of these from these games: Character you grow with and story: 2-Rev, duh. I liked Edward and the other characters in 4, and Kassandra. Setting: 2, 4, Origins, Odyssey, Shadows Tombs: 2 Stealth: Mirage (with less restriction/punishment for failing once you get further into the game), Shadows, 4/unity? (social stealth of early games etc.), chronicles lol (it was super rewarding when you got it down) Adventure: 4, odyssey, valhalla DLC/norway Music: 2-4, odyssey, valhalla (I know others should be here but I have forgotten already) Parkour: A polished mirage, a more forgiving unity, shadows-ish Emotion: the peaks of 2, revelations, 4, unity I don't know if anyone will read all that, but it felt good getting it out. submitted by /u/hagennn to r/steamachievements [link] [comments]

Happy Spring 2026! | What do we think about flower hair clips?
Today is 20th March 2026, the start of spring. I recently picked up some hair clips in the shape of flowers which match the outfit nicely. You might be thinking "Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking." but my colleagues and clients seem to appreciate them like I do. Are you a flower enby too? submitted by /u/Waruigo to r/NonBinary [link] [comments]

Red Hot Liu Yu Ning | Butteflies, Bubbles, and a Dream | Jiangsu Spring Festival Gala 2026
Butterflies, Bubbles, and a Dream Over the past 48 hours we've been blessed with lots of content on LYN Studio Weibo and we've been spacing it out a bit not to overwhelm the community all at once. Let's revisit his outfit and photoshoot from his Say Your Name Ten Thousand Times performance for the Jiangsu Spring Festival Gala. ____ Now, I must say I am a big fan of this red outfit, he always looks dashing in long coats... and his hairstyle - the spiky slightly messy hair — is totally a manhua touch that works super well on him. In the second picture, the way it was shot makes it look like the wings belong to him — what a vision. Utter perfection. His face and expression in the 3rd picture could make Antarctica melt. The "paper-cut" horse in picture 5 has already been covered in previous comments, and some have agreed the horse is luckier than us. The sixth & eight pictures show Yu Ning in his full glory. One can't get much closer to perfection than him here. I also really enjoy the half-face close-ups that follow. Pictures 10 & 11 are from an angle I have seen before, but one that always startles me because it somehow doesn't really look like him — I always wonder if that's the editing. 7 & 12 are simply out to get us. Then 14-16 show us our favorite Mr Not A Cat, a gorgeous man with no makeup, rehearsal time, in the cozy sweater I have a weakness for. And the bubbles... I really feel like the bubbles during the show were a subtle yet important touch — one that made the performance move away from ordinary, into the realm where dreams are made. Like the dream in which he calls her name ten thousand times. But she's not coming back. Butterflies, bubbles... they all float away. The fleeting dream that once was and which he keeps coming back to — is just like those bubbles and butterflies that accompanied him for this performance. Splendid. Something we want to hold on to, yet painfully ephemeral. Now I don’t know what they were thinking… — LYN Studio Weibo Clip from the cream outfit x prop horse Spring Festival Gala 2026 photoshoot • aka the yellow clip
Their caption read: 未染尘埃的初心,在人间烟火里,走成一幅幅流动的画,画上绘着「团圆」。 今晚,与@摩登兄弟刘宇宁 一起共赏此刻花开团圆! “An original heart, untouched by worldly dust, moves through the warmth of everyday life, becoming a series of living paintings — each one centered on reunion. Tonight, together with Modern Brothers Liu Yu Ning, let’s share this blooming moment of togetherness.” But is that really what the BG music is suitable for? 👀 I don’t know what the author was trying to convey here, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see swarms of thirsty comments from the greenhouse. And I am sorry Yu Ning, this will be a difficult one to rebut… All I am seeing is yellow — yellow everywhere in this clip. Just saying. Colorado Bassist Has Been in ICE Custody for Over a Month
Link: https://www.westword.com/music/denver-bassist-has-been-in-ice-custody-for-nearly-a-month-40832399/ As the Trump administration’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids continue across the country, Colorado has remained a lesser-known hotspot for the federal agency’s aggressive operations. Weeks after ICE agents in Minneapolis shot and killed Colorado-born protester Renee Good (and now, Alex Pretti, whose parents live in Arvada) the Aurora ICE Detention Center remains nearly full, with well over 1,000 individuals in custody, many of whom were taken the week of Christmas. That number includes Marcos Flores, the bassist for local shoegaze outfit Summer of Peril, who was detained by ICE in Colorado Springs just days before the holiday. While his abduction is still being investigated by Colorado’s ACLU chapter, Westword has been in contact with Flores’s lawyer, Kristi Englekirk, as band members, friends and family have rallied to demand his release from ICE custody. Flores was detained on December 23 while picking up a new visitor’s badge in order to perform contract work at the Colorado Springs Air Force Academy, where ICE was waiting for him. According to Englekirk, it’s still unclear how ICE received information about Flores. Englekirk says Flores is from Mexico but was brought to the U.S. as a young child, early enough that he doesn’t even remember Mexico or being brought to this country. After he was taken into ICE custody, Flores’s band and family launched a GoFundMe page calling for his release, and the fundraiser garnered nearly $30,000 for legal fees in just a couple of weeks. Flores had an initial bond hearing on January 16, when 34 friends and family members showed up to support him. Unexpectedly, the court only let two people into the courtroom, although the group had verified in advance that they would be allowed to witness the hearing. Englekirk says a federal policy guidance memo went out just two days before Flores’s hearing, reversing an order in class-action case Maldonado Bautista v. Santacruz that held that the government was unlawfully subjecting detainees to no-bond detentions. She says the memo, which came down from Chief Immigration Judge Teresa L. Riley, directly affected Flores’s case. As a result, his bond request was immediately denied without any explanation provided by the judge; the ruling means that Flores will have to remain in custody until his case is litigated. “We filed a ton of evidence. He has a ton of community support. He’s got great equities,” Englekirk says of Flores’s denied bond request. “It feels very unfair that he is in this situation, and that a lot of people are in this situation, because people have been getting bonds in this situation for decades. And it just feels like they’re just under marching orders and trying to find any way they can to deny people and deport people.” Flores’s lawyer is preparing a lawsuit against the federal government in response to the ruling. Even as Flores is held in Aurora, the GEO Group, the private prison firm managing the Aurora ICE Detention Center, is planning operations at a new detention facility in Hudson, according to documents obtained by the ACLU. According to the Denver Post, the Adams County Health Department is investigating the Aurora ICE facility over “multiple reports about possible gastrointestinal and respiratory illness.” The report also highlighted overcrowded housing pods; Englekirk estimates that close to 1,700 people may currently be in custody in Aurora. Some have been unable to show up to their hearings due to illness. Earlier this month, an ICE report claimed there were 1,153 in custody at the detention center, of which 828 were labeled noncriminal detainees. Flores doesn’t have a criminal record, says Summer of Peril frontman Alex Forbes, “not even so much as a traffic violation.” Forbes describes Flores as a “ray of sunshine” who “makes the best of every situation,” including the current one. “He seems to be holding it together, honestly, better than a lot of friends and family,” he adds. With the ongoing stress of a bandmate detained by ICE, Forbes says that Summer of Peril had made the tough decision to cancel a tour to El Paso the band had booked for fall, owing to fears over Flores’s safety. “That was another very, very frustrating thing: just the fact that another thing about Marcos is how hard-working and honest he is,” Forbes explains. “Something that I put in his character reference was how much he embodies…the traditional American values of integrity and honesty and hard work.” Forbes and other close friends threw a benefit show for Flores on January 9 at the Black Sheep in Colorado Springs. The bill featured Anaideia, Tunnel Jumper, Playn for Keeps, Cortez, Lucked Out and Bangalore; the latter two also feature members of Summer of Peril. Forbes describes the atmosphere of the benefit show as “insane” and “very positive,” noting that attendees exuded a deep concern for Flores. He also says they tried to keep it hyper-focused on Flores, rather than “getting people riled up over politics” — even though many in the audience shared the same frustrations and sentiments about the situation. “There was a lot of energy. You could feel it in the crowd,” Forbes says. “It was very, very overwhelming, but in a good way.” The bill was hand-picked, featuring people and bands Flores admires within the scene. “We tried to stick with the bands that Marcos really had a lot of respect and admiration for,” Forbes notes. The concert raised $4,360 for Flores’s legal fees; Forbes says he’s working on setting up another benefit show next month. Additionally, Forbes says he and Summer of Peril guitarist Matt Lopez have kept Flores’s phone fully funded so community members can talk to him regularly. Close friends and family have also put together a visitation schedule for Flores on Google Docs, so individuals can sign up to go see him in person, albeit through glass and over a pay phone. submitted by /u/Party-Belt-3624 to r/Bass [link] [comments]

Lightweight Outerwear for Spring/Summer Office Outfits?
With the goal of dressing better in 2026, I’ve finally settled on a weekly outfit rotation for work. What I’m missing is the right spring/summer outerwear. What I’m struggling with now is outerwear for spring and summer. I’m looking for something I can comfortably wear inside the office (our AC is unreliable—usually warm most of the summer 😅) but that’s also breathable enough outdoors for things like after-lunch walks or work-related driving. Another reason I’m considering outerwear is to help hide shirt wrinkles and the fact that some of my dress shirts are ill-fitting (there’s extra fabric at the back and sides when tucked in). Tailoring is on the plan once the budget allows, but for now, lightweight outerwear feels like the most economical solution. Fall and winter are easy since I can just throw on a cardigan or wool jacket. Spring/summer is where I’m stuck. I believe linen outerwear is the best; I just don’t know what style to look for that will suit these outfits (bomber jacket? Harrington jacket? blazer?) Would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions. Thanks! submitted by /u/ralphalonzo to r/mensfashion [link] [comments]
