RE:when did you transition from sleep sack to pillow and blanket
Our son was about 2.5 when he started using a toddler pillow (very flat otherwise they roll right off it) but loved his sleep sack past 3! He was even potty trained but still insisted on wearing it he had a large one with legs and cuffs at the ankles so he was able to freely walk.

RE:Blankets and pillows
We've benn using blankets and pillows for a few months now, but we also still use a sleep sack. The blankets we use are the muslin baby blankets so they aren't very heavy, but she still has her special one. Her sister moved up to a regular pillow (just really squished) so this one has the toddler pillow.
