RE:Hey Good Lookin'...What'cha got cooking?
For lunch I made ribs (slow in oven all morning, then broiled), fresh field peas, and roasted broccoli. Dinner was pasta salad with bowties, fresh spinach, green and black olives, feta, artichoke hearts, and grilled chicken. Dressing was EVOO, a little mayo, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, S&P. Tomorrow their asses are having instant ramen or something. I'm done lol

RE:What did you make (or eat) for dinner?
Lazy cooking for a family = pasta al forno. Ground beef, tomato, artichoke hearts, a head of sauteed escarole, mushrooms, onion, aged provolone, mozzarella, and parm. I've had people ask why my baked pasta is good. It's simple - don't put a lot of liquid in it and do put enough cheese in it. It should serve in nice pieces that keep their shape, not collapse in a wet pile on a plate.
