I have VERY elastic nipples (for perspective, so elastic that they would stretch and hit the back of my spectra flanges). I used Eufy as my primary pump from 4 weeks to about 3.5 months with no issues, I always made sure to use some lubrication, I used coconut oil but you can also use pump specific ones.

@laurenshay00, it took about a week before I noticed it on his ears and back. Once I did, I started adding a half cap of bleach to his bath water and rubbed him down afterwards with a combination of organic cold press virgin coconut oil and Vaseline. I just wanted to post this since I've suffered from all sorts of issues down there and benefitted from reading from others' experiences on this sub. Recently what I thought was (another) yeast or bacterial issue (so uncomfortable!) was solved by just dabbing coconut oil down there 2-3 times a day for a couple of days. It blew my mind. I think it was maybe just vaginal dryness. Try it!! A vulva specialist recommended this to me and I was totally skeptical. I was convinced I had a deeper issue. From what I understand from reading posts and comments here, many people seem to believe that coconut oil restores sensitivity if used daily for a week or more. Based on my own experience (and more importantly my research) that belief is an over-exaggeration. Coconut oil may help a bit by reducing friction, but it does not restore penile sensitivity. What it does help with is changing habits: moving away from the old pattern (masturbation to porn) toward something closer to real sex. To preface, I am a very skeptical person. I have tried many supplements and vitamins and I have always come to the same crushing reality that of course, they don't work. So naturally seeing all the raving reviews for coconut oil had me very skeptical. I bought some and was pretty lazy with applying it. Most often I would forget to apply it. Only doing so about once every 2-3 days. As nothing improved I went ehh must just be another fad and then stopped trying. However, recently I gave it another go. I thought "well if it doesn't increase my sensitivity, might as well do it to keep it moisturised". Over the past 2 weeks I have been diligently applying the coconut oil 1-2 times a day and I have to say WOW. My sensitivity has definitely increased.
