guys i have a fitness test for the army soon, 3200m (2 mile) run is what im slightly worried about. what are some things i can do to give me an edge, specifically supplement wise. stuff like L-tyrosine, beta-alanine and such? i already take creatine + gym any supplements that could give me an edge besides painkillers, carbs and caffeine?
