ING was my first digital bank, a pioneer in the digital banking space is an understatement until they let go of their digital banking business in the Ph. They are totally ahead of their time. I used to encash my sss cheque thru their app with ease and convenience, just the thought of not going to the pains and struggles of entering a traditional bank is already a huge win. I pay my bills within the app. I can use my ATM card to withdraw anywhere without incurring any bank fees. I never had an issue with their customer service. On top of it all, their security in protecting your money and the account holder. If they are already pushing advance features back then what more if they come in to the market at this moment.
