Is Gaming Mouse trending?

Yes. Gaming Mouse growing with a month-over-month change of 2.78% over the past 5 years, with approximately 135,000 monthly searches.

This is a seasonal trend that peaks every December. The seasonal demand is forecasted to decline over the next year.

Why is Gaming Mouse trending?

1
Improved Precision and Accuracy
Gaming mice often have higher DPI (dots per inch) settings, allowing for more precise and accurate cursor movements. This is especially important in fast-paced games that require quick reflexes and precise aiming.
2
Customizable Buttons and Profiles
Gaming mice usually have programmable buttons that can be customized to perform specific in-game actions or macros. They also often support multiple profiles, allowing gamers to switch between different button configurations for different games or playstyles.
3
Enhanced Ergonomics and Comfort
Gaming mice are designed with ergonomics in mind, providing a comfortable grip and reducing strain during long gaming sessions. They often have contoured shapes, adjustable weights, and textured surfaces to improve grip and reduce fatigue.
4
Higher Polling Rate and Response Time
Gaming mice typically have higher polling rates and faster response times compared to regular mice. This means that the cursor movement is more responsive and accurate, providing a smoother gaming experience.
5
RGB Lighting and Aesthetics
Many gaming mice feature RGB lighting that can be customized to match a gamer's setup or preferences. This adds a visually appealing element to the gaming experience and allows for personalization.

Which gaming mouse is best?
Hello. First off, I'm not an expert in this field. I currently have a Glorious Model O that i use for competetive games, school and work. Its great. My brother's mouse broke and he uses mine and loves it. As his Bday is coming up, I wanna buy him a mouse for under 100$. We've had a Razer Deathadder mouse from a friend before and it was great but broke in like a month so thats my experience with it. He plays competetive FPS. I kinda went down a rabbit hole of what mouse to buy. The deathadder v3? V3 pro? V3 hyperspeed? Or should I go for a Razer basilisk v3x hyperspeed (Although it weighs a whole 110g) ? I'm super confused. I also liked the idea of going for a Glorious model O3 wired, but people have been hating on Glorious I know for a fact his hand feels good on all of these models. I just need a little guidance as all are within my budget. Any different suggestions would be appreciated too submitted by /u/PartPure916 to r/MouseReview [link] [comments]

What are the Best Gaming Mouse at the Moment? Recommendation?
I’ve been trying to find a good gaming mouse, but honestly, it’s been tough to figure out which ones actually feel comfortable and perform well for long gaming sessions. Between sensor accuracy, ergonomics, weight, and button layout, I’m feeling stuck and overwhelmed. Have any of you found a gaming mouse that really delivers? I’d love recommendations for ones that feel great in the hand, have reliable performance, and are worth the investment. I’ve seen brands like: Logitech Razer Corsair If you’ve tried one and loved it or hated it, I’d really appreciate your honest take. submitted by /u/ethandog1234 to r/buildapc [link] [comments]

I’m looking to upgrade my gaming mouse and wanted to hear some opinions. What do you think is the best gaming mouse right now and why? I analyzed 1 year of gaming mouse recommendations on Reddit (Nov 2024–2025). These are the top 20 ones on r/wow
Was messing around with Reddit data on gaming mice. Thought I’d share the results here since I see folks asking for recs here. This is part of my project to tinker with Reddit data and LLMs. Wanted to create something useful for the community while leveling up my coding chops. The idea is to highlight which gaming mice got the most love on Reddit. To be clear, most love =/= best. But hopefully it’s a useful data point nonetheless, especially for those overwhelmed by info. Obviously this is a very general list. It gets way more interesting when you slice and dice the data. If you want to dig into the data you can do so on the interactive list on the main project page. You can explore every recommendation, read the original comments people left, and filter by price, subreddit, wireless/wired, comments about FPS/MMO, durability, etc. Methodology in the comments. submitted by /u/heyyyjoo to r/wow [link] [comments]

Best Mice by Budget (High, Mid, Low)
I’ve compiled a list of some mouse models that I consider to be among the best in their respective price ranges. My goal is for this guide to serve as a reference both for those looking for a premium mouse and for those who just want something solid at a lower cost. Notes: In the future I’ll be adding personal reviews of the models I test. I’ve mainly included official links to avoid confusion and unexpected price changes on third-party sites, although many of these models can also be found elsewhere. HIGH BUDGET MODELS Notes: This category includes mice priced above €100. These mice are mainly aimed at highly competitive gaming, due to their ultra-low latency, unmatched build quality, and unmatchable tech implementation compared to the rest. - VAXEE ZYGEN NP-01S Ergo Shape https://preview.redd.it/kuenk49wstvf1.png?width=750&format=png&auto=webp&s=235a3c798aae3a05aa5d78542cff44ecae758c9f Brand: VAXEE Available colors: Light Green / White Price: €159.99 Connectivity: USB cable / Wireless USB dongle Web software: Yes (no installation required) Highlights: Innovative ergonomic design with a smaller footprint and higher rear hump, unique in the market. Best suited for medium to small hands (19x10 cm or less) with relaxed or aggressive claw grip, or even fingertip. At 59g it may sound heavy compared to other mice in this list, but its world-class build quality, excellent mouse feet, and low weight distribution make it feel lighter in practice. Mechanical main clicks are among the best available; light, crisp, and very tactile. It’s larger than the NP-01S but smaller than the NP-01, a very balanced size with medium length, slightly high hump, and ergonomic silhouette that combines control, precision, and comfort. Review Official Product Link - LAMZU Inca Shape https://preview.redd.it/0z1g9c42ttvf1.jpg?width=1000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=79dc0f127dfbac6617234f12a04d0e46439a5e8d Brand: LAMZU Available colors: Black / White Price: €120 Connectivity: USB cable / Wireless USB dongle Web software: Yes (no installation required) Highlights: Narrow symmetrical shape with a very tall rear and a low front. Aimed at medium to small hands (19x10 cm or less), mainly aggressive claw grip users thanks to the strong back support, but it also works for relaxed claw or fingertip. Weighs just 40g, one of the lightest on the market. Despite this, the shell feels sturdy and comes with excellent stock feet. Optical main clicks are among the lightest and fastest available, with an excellent implementation. Its thin body makes micro-adjustments easy, while the high hump provides a lot of support. Available colors: Gray / Red (Sold out) / Blue (Sold out) / Green Special (Sold out) Price: €184.99 Connectivity: USB cable / Wireless USB dongle Web software: Yes (no installation required) Highlights: Very narrow symmetrical shape, tall rear and very low front. Aimed at medium to small hands (19x10 cm or less) for both relaxed and aggressive claw, or fingertip grip. The slim body and slightly raised back give support and make finger micro-adjustments easier. Weighs 37g, built with forged carbon fiber, which makes it lighter but also stronger. Comes with dots skates installed. Clicks can be chosen between optical or mechanical, both very light (60–65 gf). The thin shape is essentially a copy of the OP1 8K, well known for its comfort and precision in competitive play. Official Product Link - WAIZOWL OGM PRO V2 Shape https://preview.redd.it/257937iattvf1.jpg?width=2000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e4d533da55a9baf6836c037e22110560617061ce Brand: WAIZOWL Available colors: Pink / Purple / Sky / Poseidon / Typo / Wave / Zeus (OOS) / Hades (OOS) / Black (OOS) / Red (OOS) Price: €104.90 – €124.90 Connectivity: USB cable / Wireless USB dongle / Bluetooth Web software: Yes (no installation required) Highlights: Medium-sized ergonomic design, highest point at the center, a bit smaller than typical ergonomic mice. Suited for medium to large hands (18x9 cm or more), palm or relaxed claw grip. The smaller size and weight make fast movements easier while keeping ergonomic comfort. Weighs 49g, one of the lightest ergonomic mice, with very solid construction. Ships with three spare sets of feet. Uses Raesha optical switches (similar to Razer), medium-light actuation (75gf). Very unique ergonomic shape. If it’s outside your budget, the older WAIZOWL OGM PRO Ink Feather sells for €63.49. My 25cm Slenderman appendage next to the biggest gaming mouse - I need recommendations for a trackball with MacOS driver support.
Hello, I need a few mouse/trackball recommendations. I have arachnodactyly, my hands (25 x 12 cm) and mice just don't mesh well together. Even this monstrous ROG Spatha X ( 137 x 89 x 45 mm,168g), which is supposedly the biggest mouse available, just doesn't fit me and causes fatigue. A lot of people over on r/MouseReview suggested that I should try switching to a pure fingertip mouse, but I don't like the feel of them. Most are too small/narrow for my fingers anyway. I need a trackball/a trackball equipped mouse that has decent MacOS support (drivers that allow programmable macros, etc.) I don't plan on gaming with it. If I ever do decide to play something, I'll simply whip out my good ol' Spatha for a while. I can manage short sessions without an issue, but the way I have to grip it gets pretty uncomfortable. Thanks in advance, rusty spoon enjoyer out. :) submitted by /u/MantoLek to r/pcmasterrace [link] [comments]

The 25 most recommended gaming mouse according to Reddit (in the past year as of Jun 2025)
Was messing around with Reddit data on gaming mouse. Thought I’d share the results. Its part of one of my projects to tinker with Reddit data and LLMs. Wanted to create something useful for the community while levelling up my coding chops. The idea is to highlight which gaming mouse got the most love. To be clear, most love =/= best. But hopefully its a useful data point nonetheless, especially for those overwhelmed by info. I actually posted a version of this ~6 months ago. A lot of the issues that the previous one had should be fixed (limited to models on Amazon, erroneous model attribution, duplications). Lemme know what you think! Obviously this is a very general list. It does gets more interesting when you slice and dice the data. The 2nd and 3rd images are filtered for comments about FPS and MMO respectively. If you want to explore the data and filter more stuff (price, subreddits, comments about topics e.g. FPS, MMO, small hands, big hands, durability), you can do so at RedditRecs (dot) com (or google “RedditRecs”). Methodology in the comments. submitted by /u/heyyyjoo to r/pcmasterrace [link] [comments]
