I recently saw these at Costco and they looked good. In theory, it’s only 3 net carbs per bottle. However, it tastes amazing and I feel like it’s too good to be true. I sorted out the eviction notice as well from last week. I was literally procrastinating on doing it because I had a bunch of anxiety of logging into my portal. Even called the apartment number if I was going to get evicted. I was walking in my apartment, pacing back and forth for 3 hours on something that would take less than 3 minutes to do (enter banking information to process the payment). I also walked outside for literally 15 hours over 3 days for a 15 minute phone call with my mom, scared that I would be scolded or be patronized to over the phone. As everyone knows it’s super important to get enough protein while taking this medicine and I typically mix muscle milk in my coffee that way I start the day with 30 g. I've recently begun going to the gym and taking it more seriously, but for some reason every single protein powder I've bought all have this super chalky mouth feel no matter how well I shake/dissolve them, so I've begun doing premade shakes instead and putting them in black coffee/espresso. I'm on the spectrum and super iffy about mouth textures so if I try to force myself to power chug it to get it over with, I will just throw up and get super sick and naseous. However, the one I used the most [Fairlife] has gone up in price like 3x from 32$ to 47$ within 6 months in all stores and I cannot justify it for an 8 pack anymore, so I'm looking for reccomendations on decent tasting protein shakes. Hey everyone! I’ve been on a weight loss/better eating habits journey for a few months now. I finally got my eating habits down but just switched jobs. This job will not allow for a true lunch break. I’ll have to work and “eat” at the same time. My new go to has been a protein shaken a banana. As it’s easy to eat while I’m working. I’ve just been buying the single fair life protein shakes or oikos protein shakes from the grocery store, but that’s getting expensive just buying individual ones. I just bought an 18 pack of the fair life nutrition plan chocolate shakes at Costco today. But I am wondering if anyone has a favorite? I do prefer the creaminess the fair life.
