About to pull the trigger, thoughts on this deal?
Hey everyone. I did a demo drive on a 2025 Taycan 4S (closest Taycan I could find to get a feel for it) and really really liked the driving/sound system and overall think it's an amazing vehicle compared to my Tesla Plaid which I will be selling. My main goal in my search for a used Taycan is to find the best ride quality and a well optioned car. I could care less about how fast it can go. I'm about to pull the trigger on this used 2024 Taycan 4S with 14k miles. My local Porsche dealer confirmed all recalls have been completed and the carfax is clear with 2 years left on the warranty. They're going to lower the price $85,500 and waive the maverick fee. Thoughts on the pricing and window sticker? I asked them to go to $83k or $84k but they said 85.5 is that max they're go lower on. https://preview.redd.it/fhffp731p8rg1.png?width=1079&format=png&auto=webp&s=0f2995570a143728d21f05f6bcda5ceae956723b https://preview.redd.it/6ly3r4zno8rg1.png?width=476&format=png&auto=webp&s=49a0e63423fef67ff406b271e3a38b659f13fc37 submitted by /u/DesignerLeading4821 to r/Taycan [link] [comments]

Anal gland spray!
You know the smell, it's horrendous. My dog sprays fishy poop liquid from his b-hole any time someone comes in the house and he barks at them, he also does it when he gets scared. Is there anything I can do?? I can't take it anymore. (He's the one on the left) submitted by /u/Death_By_Sexy to r/DogAdvice [link] [comments]

My Winnie girl is really starting to slow down.
She is about 8.5, we rescued her in August 2018 when she was estimated to be about 1. She’s around 115 lbs and has always been super healthy and full of energy. (Besides her allergy to grass which she gets a shot for a few times a year!) In the last few weeks we’ve noticed she’s slower to get up off the floor, slower to greet us when we get home etc. this horrible cold snap we’re having has seemed to exasperate it. We are planning to get her to the vet soon as we’re also due with her human brother in 3 weeks. Our older dog passed away in March of 2025, and he had arthritis - I would imagine she has that too. Right now she’s on senior dog food (wet and dry) with added glucosamine. Any suggestions on how to keep her comfortable (in addition to whatever advice or meds we get from the vet?) What can we expect her lifespan to be? Do dogs this big decline fast? She’s our first Saint. 😭 submitted by /u/coldbrewcowmoo to r/stbernards [link] [comments]

I need nonjudgmental help
Our dog is ruining our lives and I don’t even know what to do. I have always wanted a GSD and did SO much research before getting one. It was so much in fact that we held off on getting a dog until the timing was right. (~5 years). His history: I thought I was doing the right thing by adopting. I found a rescue that had a litter of GSD/lab mixes and I read their temperament, went to the meet and greet and of course they talked him up, gave me a brief history, we felt awful for him and agreed on him. The foster told us he was great with her kids and cats and other dogs, that he was potty trained and crate trained and we thought this was a unicorn (we have 3 cats and two young kids and are a very active family and wanted a dog for protection and someone who could keep up with us (we are outside and walk a lot for health)). Also note he was 6/7 months when we got him. A couple days after the meet and greet we were asked if we could come get him early due to an “emergency”(They were getting more dogs). Originally we were supposed to get him after he was neutered which was like 3 weeks after. We had no time to prepare but we made it work. Anyway she gave me a tiny history, he came from a hoarder situation, the puppies were SUPER sick and almost died and the owners went to jail. I still have no idea what he was sick with. We get him and he’s very friendly. Then we realized he wasn’t crate trained in the slightest. Then he wasn’t potty trained at all. No big deal, because either way we wanted a puppy. We worked SO hard to get him crate trained. Started at square one; making it positive. No forcing, never used for punishment. He would SCREAM bark. All night. Probably for a month. Then he got better through the summer (we got him in April). He hit 1 year and everything went out the window. He wouldn’t even go in the crate. Not with treats, nothing. (Also note he’s only in the crate 2 days a week for 8 hours (consecutively for 6 hours one of us leaves for work later so we let him out then too). And then at night. Otherwise he is out with us.) Potty training took FOREVER also because he wouldn’t use the bells or give us any indication he had to go; he also submissive peed until like 13 months. This dog never settles. We exercise him CONSTANTLY. We are always outside. Always on walks. We scatter and hand feed (we are also obedience training). He totally gets it. He’s super smart. But the separation anxiety is UNREAL. We have resorted to tether training for the time being. Also the older he’s gotten he’s been nipping at my 6 year old to play. My 6 year old is so disinterested in the dog but the dog is persistent. A couple trainers I’ve talked to (and the one I’m currently with) doesn’t see a big problem, but I do and no matter how much redirecting we do, he ALWAYS comes back. Even my friend who babysat him a month ago while we were on vacation was like “he paces ALL day” and she had two energetic dogs that he played with outside on ACRES of land. We couldn’t believe that didn’t tire him out. Also to note, the house is full of puzzles. We are always playing with him. Tug of war, fetch, ball. He has a walkabout also for feeding and a snufflemat (we keep it interesting, he doesn’t normally know where he’s gonna get his food from). Lastly; THE DOG IS ALWAYS SICK. We got a clean bill of health from the foster after he was treated. And then our vet when he got neutered. And then again after his first couple bouts of diarrhea (“it’s just anxiety”). Today I’m so through with it. The night before last he was up ALL NIGHT with diarrhea. I didn’t sleep because I was just constantly outside. Last night: same thing. We finally graduated him from being in the crate at night to having free reign of the living room (because he would scream in the crate) and he was fine and wasn’t having accidents and he had diarrhea on my living room floor (no indication but he had the first couple night; so I really think that was a total accident). But then he just did it again while I was in the basement playing with the kids all over my new ruggable (I’m literally in tears). Is this dog broken? I was prepared to change my life for the dog, but NONE of this dog is enjoyable. I feel like I can’t even bond with him because anything I do he gets bored and regresses. I don’t even know what to do anymore. I don’t want to give up on him because I have worked SO hard. Are we throwing too much at him after a bad start to life? I’m just tired and frustrated. I see so many people doing the same things as me and being successful. We are SO consistent. ALWAYS on a routine. Why is mine so frustrating? submitted by /u/spookykitty23 to r/DOG [link] [comments]

Love our girl, not her gas
Here’s Maple, our (we’re assuming) TWC. We rescued her about 2 months ago and have loved every minute with her. However, she has RANCID gas and she probably passes gas 6 times per hour. She came with gas and it hasn’t gone away. Her poops are substantial and soft, but not runny. We’ve tried a few different foods and it’s all the same. I ordered a probiotic to try (Pawfy) and hope it helps. Any other recommendations? submitted by /u/Vast-Toe-7701 to r/Hounds [link] [comments]

Has anyone else run into this?
This is my beagle, Artemis. She’s just under five months old I’ve gone back-and-forth between the vet and chewy trying to get a solution as to why she has been itching so much. Just this last week I have noticed that she is starting to lose hair on her back left leg but she has been itching for a long while now (about a month or so). The vet gave me a medicated shampoo to wash her 2-3 time and week (which has done little to nothing), giving her Benadryl (same result), and has suggested changing diet, which I have done (blue buffalo to Purina pro plan to now Farmer’s Dog) but she keeps itching. I picked up a pawfy probiotic that I have been giving to her for about a week but nothing has seemed to help. I’ve heard folks say that she’ll grow out of it but that was before she started losing hair. If anyone has any thoughts or advice I’d greatly appreciate it. submitted by /u/Swaggy_Ballz6969 to r/Hounds [link] [comments]

Does Pawfy Probiotic Chews for Dogs Truly Improve Gut Health Review
The Pawfy Probiotic Probiotic caught my attention while I was searching for a natural solution for my dog's digestive issues and occasional skin problems. This product promised a lot: from promoting gut health to helping with seasonal allergies, and I was curious to see if it lived up to the hype. Over the past few weeks, I put these probiotic chews to the test with my dog, a Golden Retriever who, quite frankly, can be a bit of a picky eater when it comes to supplements. Between the packaging, ease of use, and overall results, there was both good and not-so-good to share. Let’s dive into the details. Packaging and Design Right out of the box, the Pawfy Probiotic Chews came in a compact and well-designed container that didn’t take up much storage space. At just 3.99 ounces, the container feels light and portable. The label clearly lists the active ingredients like Organic Black Pepper, Yucca Schidigera Extract, and Organic Turmeric, which immediately added some credibility. I appreciated the clarity of the dosage guidelines, which conveniently broke down how much to give based on your pet's weight. For my dog, who weighs about 55 lbs., the recommendation was to give between 1 to 2 chews daily. This ease of understanding made the product feel approachable, even for someone new to pet supplements. Flavor and Palatability Getting my dog to consume these was surprisingly easy. The chews come in a vegetarian chicken flavor, which even my usually skeptical pup seemed to enjoy. No hesitation, no sniff-and-reject routine — he just gobbled them right up. The formulation as soft and chewable treats eliminates the hassle of mixing powders into food or trying to hide pills in peanut butter. These chews turned what’s usually a struggle into an effortless daily routine. Check [Pawfy Probiotic Probiotic] price on Amazon. Digestive Health Benefits After just a few days of consistent use, I started noticing some changes. My dog's digestion, which had been somewhat inconsistent, seemed more regular. The probiotics’ blend of five carefully selected strains of healthy bacteria seems to work as advertised, balancing gut health and maintaining digestive comfort. The biggest win was fewer instances of diarrhea, which clearly made my furry friend more comfortable. There’s also a prebiotic component to the formula, designed to aid in nutrient absorption. While it’s tricky to say exactly how much additional nutrient support my dog was getting, his energy levels shot up slightly, which left a positive impression on me. Skin and Coat Health Aside from digestive comfort, one of the top features advertised by the product is its potential to calm skin issues related to allergies. My dog isn't excessively prone to allergies but does get occasional itchiness, especially during seasonal changes. After about two weeks of use, I noticed a subtle but welcome improvement. There was less scratching and his coat seemed to have an added sheen that wasn’t there before. These probiotics appear to be helping manage mild allergy-related itchiness effectively. Is it a magical cure for serious skin problems? Probably not, but it supports improved skin health and overall comfort quite competently. Positives - Chewable and palatable, suitable even for picky dogs. - Targets both digestive and skin health. - Includes active ingredients like turmeric for added benefits. - Clear dosage guidelines for stress-free use. Limitations - Some dogs might require results over a prolonged period before visible benefits appear. - Container size could be larger for multi-pet households. - Higher expectations for probiotic impact might leave some underwhelmed. Competing Brands When comparing Pawfy Probiotics to similar products like Zesty Paws Probiotic Bites or Purina FortiFlora, there are a few key distinctions worth noting. Zesty Paws offers similar chewable probiotics that focus on gut health but often come at a slightly higher price point for comparable servings. Purina FortiFlora, on the other hand, leans heavily on scientific formulations aimed at specific health conditions but is delivered in powder form, which can feel like extra work for pet parents. Pawfy stands out by balancing affordability, ease of use, and multi-targeted benefits — a pretty fair trade-off in my opinion. However, those seeking more aggressive therapeutic results might still lean toward competitors with specialized probiotic strains. Value Proposition Given its features, Pawfy Probiotic Dog Chews deliver solid value without veering into exorbitant pricing territory. Compared to pricier alternatives that offer similar ingredient profiles, it’s a wallet-friendly option for daily supplementation, especially for mid-sized and large dogs. It’s hard not to appreciate a product that achieves gut, skin, and systemic health targets at this price range while being palatable to pets. Ready to buy Pawfy Probiotic Probiotic? Struggling with digestive issues
I rescued my boy six months ago. He's four years old, has done great with my family, and has bonded well with me. He loves his training, runs, car rides, and all 15 acres he has to play on, but he has had constant diarrhea/soft stool. We’re not a huge fan of our local vet for complicated things, but they’re good for the basics. They’ve done lab tests, and everything looks good. They had me put him on a hydrolyzed diet, which helped firm up his initial poop on walks. The second one is always a small squirt of liquid. Sometimes, all of them are soft. They’re saying the next one on the list would be an abdominal ultrasound, and IBD is a possibility. He's my first GSD (not first dog), and he certainly won't be my last. I already knew about their issues before I got him, but I'm just curious about others' experiences, thoughts, and ideas. submitted by /u/duckingducati to r/germanshepherds [link] [comments]

Help me pick a new name — PawFi or Moneko?
Hey everyone! I’ve been building a free finance learning site to help people get started with investing — short lessons, tools, stuff I wish I had when I first started. I called it PawFi at first (it fit our cat theme), but turns out the name isn’t great for SEO and people keep thinking it’s a pet brand. Now I’m thinking of switching to Moneko — kind of a mix of “money” + “neko” (cat in Japanese). Still playful, but maybe clearer? Would love honest thoughts. Antinol vs Wuffes vs Pawfy?
Has anyone done a cross comparison with joint supplements? My pup was chained and starved for the first year or two of his life, resulting in rickets. He is currently on Dasaquin Advanced, Wuffes, collagen powder, tumeric, and CBD oil. These seem to help somewhat, but I'm open to further additions/substitutions. I was recently told about Antinol and Pawfy, but figured I'd survey Reddit first. Obviously, there is no med or supplement that will counteract his irreversible deformity. Surgery would only worsen his pain, per the specialists we've seen. I'm not looking for a miracle, but I am willing to spend any amount to ensure he has the best quality of life for as long as possible. Since you can't edit Reddit posts that include a pic, I want to preemptively assuage the concerns of anyone who suspects him of currently having a poor quality of life. As you can see, my house is saturated with layered rugs to ensure his magesty never has to walk on hard ground. He can still do zoomies with my cat and Morkie, both of whom were adopted in part to further improve his quality of life. He is "walked" in a stroller, which he adores, and makes regular appearances around town. He eats $120/bag dog food, and we will shortly be transitioning to the Farmer's Dog. He is a very happy, spoiled boy. Thank you in advance for any advice/info! submitted by /u/VividAd3415 to r/DogAdvice [link] [comments]
