Starbucks pistachio cold foam!
I’m surprised no one is talking about this lippie yet!! I think it might be a rerelease—I saw it in an ad, picked it up today, and I’m already obsessed 😍 First of all, the applicator is AMAZING. And the smell?! It literally reminds me of Starbucks pistachio cold foam… sooo good. Plus it’s not sticky at all, which is a huge win. Definitely did not expect to love it this much! submitted by /u/Dry_Erace to r/LipBalm [link] [comments]

TIL na most “ice cream” sa pinas ay hindi totoong ice cream.
How true ito? I saw an article sa ibang bansa that says ice cream with vegetable oils as a fat source should be called “frozen desserts” instead. May strict regulations sa ibang bansa like Canada na dapat hindi ice cream ang label kapag may oil. Not sure dito sa PH. Napa-search tuloy ako sa ice cream brands na available sa PH stores (Selecta, Magnolia, Nestle, etc.) All of them use palm or coconut oil. Two of the ice creams available sa PH that use dairy, not oil as the main fat source are Carmen’s Best and Magnolia Gold Label. Magkaiba sila mula texture, lasa, at sa kung paano mag-melt. May health risks ang “ice cream”, pero yun ang mas afford ng karamihan saatin and mas mahaba ang shelf life. I just wonder how many of these products sa grocery ang hindi totoo? Táche pistachio milk review: carton vs plastic bottle
Recently picked up the carton on the left from Target and fell in love. Really yummy with matcha and froths so well. Like a big fluffy cloud (as seen in last photo). I bought the plastic bottle from Whole Foods and it was awful.. no frothing, kinda bitter, just really gross. Took me awhile to realize the carton has gums while the plastic bottle is just pistachio, water, and salt. Im usually not a proprietor of gums but if you are looking to try this stuff, don’t even bother with the plastic bottle. It’s just not worth the 8 dollar price tag in its gum less form (lol). Rather get a cheaper gum less alt milk. I feel like these shouldn’t have the same product name (“unsweetened original”) for having pretty different ingredient lists! Seems kinda shady and just overall confusing. But yes, the carton is divine!! submitted by /u/mareninthemoon to r/dairyfree [link] [comments]

Week 3: Mini / Giant - Old Fashioned Bundt Cake
Inspired by u/JessElisabeth18 and used the same recipe because Old Fashioned Donuts are my favorite! I followed the recipe with the following changes: - used 3/4 cup buttermilk and 1/4 cup 5% greek yogurt (instead of 1/2 c. buttermilk and 1/2 c. sour cream) - used pistachio milk (tache unsweetened original) in the glaze because it was the closest thing to milk in my fridge I was originally going to do a giant bagel for this challenge, but I didn't own a large enough pan and then ran out of time. I made this on Saturday morning, and snapped a quick picture of it before putting it in my cake carrier and taking it to work for a coworker's last day. My two issues: The crumb was PERFECT but a few people mentioned the cake seemed a little salty, especially on the outside. There was no salt in the glaze, and I greased the pan with unsalted butter, so I'm not sure what may have caused that. My piece also tasted a little blah, or even a bit bitter, so I'm wondering if there was something up with my baking soda? Despite sifting my powdered sugar for the glaze, it still was a little lumpy. I think it's because some stuck to the sides of the large measuring cup I used to make it. submitted by /u/marintheair to r/52weeksofbaking [link] [comments]

Im scared that this person may have my address
This happened today... I'm concerned that this person potentially has my address. I included the total of the receipt so you can see my tip, which I still think is fair (don't judge my snack cravings please 😋) The dasher messaged me after arriving at the store, so they weren't waiting long. I canceled the order after the last message from them. submitted by /u/HeebierGeebies to r/doordash [link] [comments]

Salted Pistachio Matcha
I don’t have a Blank Street near me, so I want to try to make this at home. The Táche pistachio milk, barista version or original? Persian pistachio, is this a syrup? And pistachio cream, like Nutella but with pistachios? Or like a cold foam with pistachio syrup mixed in 🤔 Thanks! submitted by /u/DeliaStarr to r/blankstreet [link] [comments]

Birthday Haul + Reviews
Hello dear r/Perfumes ! I have been into this delightful hobby for only about 6 months but have been enjoying learning from you all. For my birthday I ordered a full-size cheapie and a bunch of samples, and I figured this sub might appreciate some mini reviews. There are seven randos I was interested in plus I ordered Montale's best sellers sample set. Since this post got way too long, I am going to post the seven randos first and put the Montale set in another post. Let me know what you think of these fragrances! Do you have any recommendations for me? Tache de Café by Le Monde Gourmand: you sit at a musky wooden desk; in the distance a barista makes a bittersweet mocha. 5/5 Notes: saffron and pepper, skin musk, amber, photorealistic coffee, dark rich cocoa, understated vanilla sweetness Performance: 3/3 long lasting but not overwhelming Thoughts: I hated French Coffee, way too plasticy and sweet. This is what I was looking for! Unisex, intriguing, comforting. Extremely wearable and great lasting power. The sweeter notes are balanced nicely by the spices and musk, making it a good everyday choice. Gris Charnel by BDK Perfums: coconut milk rice pudding served with a chunk of sandalwood. 3/5 🥥🍚 Notes: coconut milk, sandalwood, cardamom, tea, tonka Performance: 3/3 moderate lasting power, strong Thoughts: Creamy, fruity, and borderline gourmand, but not sweet. Yummy, cozy, and relaxing, but I feel underwhelmed. Perfectly unisex. I'll have to revisit this in the cooler months. I don't get any fig? Molecule 05 by Escentric Molecules: applying powder in a forest while wearing flannel. 4/5 🪵🌲 Notes: powder, damp downed trees, a touch of soap, vetiver, moss, tonka?, and something animalic... how is a single molecule fragrance this multifaceted? Performance: 2/3 long lasting, subtle Thoughts: THIS is cashmeran?! Bath and Body Works has me conditioned that when I see cashmere as a note I expect warm ambery vanilla, and this is NOT that! If BBW's "cashmere" is warm-cozy, then cashmeran is cool-cozy. Much more green than I expected. Although I think this is unisex, it might be too masculine for me personally. This is a clean scent that will not offend anyone. I will really enjoy layering this. Molecule 01 + Iris by Escentric Molecules: soft earthy powder and musk, 4/5 🐇🪵 Notes: buttery, starchy orris, unscented powder, and a squeeze of lemon at the very top. pu'er tea and tissue paper. Performance: 2/3 lasts forever but the scent is very subtle Thoughts: This is more orris than true powder, but there is no touch of floral. I feel like a sexy chinchilla in a high-end dust bath. Weird, modern, unisex, and I love it. I wish it was stronger so I could just be blasted with it all day. Sweet Leaf by Room 1015: NOT cannabis, but wonderful anyway, 5/5 🍃🌿 Notes: EUCALYPTUS and then citrus, pine, patchouli Performance: 2/3 good Thoughts: To me, this does not smell at all like cannabis but it is herbal, medicinal, refreshing, and grounding all at the same time. It has the ~vibes~ of cannabis but no one will think you smell like it, which is perfect for me! It has a burst of herbal mintyness at the top, not in a toothpaste way but in a eucalyptus essential oil way. Not a "dirty hippy" perfume like I imagined, but modern and "clean" despite the patchouli note. This is the perfect Sunday scent and I may have to get a full bottle of this. Steamed Rainbow by D.S. & Durga: a magnolia blossom fallen in the dewy grass, 2/5 🌧🌈 Notes: lemon, honeysuckle, water, humidity, grass, green tea Performance: 1/3 not worth wearing Thoughts: Beautiful photorealistic water smell chased by soft magnolia and citrus. I can barely smell it an hour after applying and the water accord faded on me within 10 minutes. It is a gorgeous scent during application. Heartbreaking. This is a fancier, watered-down version of BBW's Tropidelic. I would suggest that over Steamed Rainbow. Pistachio by D.S. & Durga: ren faire perfume booth but make it elegant, 3/5 🍯🍂 Notes: licorice at the start, something animalic and incensey, brown sugar, vanilla creme, leather Performance: 2/3 good Thoughts: It has something funky in it other than the patchouli, and it really caught me off guard but I like it. This one was sent as an extra from the store I ordered the samples from, and it isn't something I would have picked for myself, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting something much more edible and instead it is just a nice, spicy amber. It is much better on my skin than in the bottle, which mostly smells like anise to me. Nice but not unique. submitted by /u/realcoolkatz to r/Perfumes [link] [comments]
