Not the day I should have had. I had a serious platform malfunction that could easily have cost me this account. Fortunately, I was able to access the account through Tradovate and correct course. I'll be back at it tomorrow and hopefully Ninjatrader behaves itself. Inserted Video

My trade copier wouldn't close my orders. Mishandled exception. I was stuck and couldn't flatten. I ended up with 10 points out of my 20. I will take that. lol I closed and opened a new trade copier. So I’m confused. I am currently trading a 25k eval, I reached my daily profit of $750 and I know I can’t go above that or I’ll blow the account so I decided to buy a second 25k eval to trade separately. But when I got that account set up I realized it was the same log in, then when I go to tradovate it keeps automatically switching me to the original eval that already is in profit to trade. I set a daily profit target on the original so I don’t go over the $750 and that worked now I am not able to enter on that account but how do I switch to my newer eval and keep it locked on that account?? I recently applied for a futures account with Tradovate and was declined with no explanation. Compliance said they stand by the decision but can’t share details. I'm a U.S resident. I've been doing a lot of scalping on MNQ so far this year, and I just see my fees getting excessive. Has anyone ever successfully negotiated lower than advertised fees with Tradovate or Ninja? I trade multiple accounts trough the group feature on tradovate. Everything went smooth but since last week there are more and more errors accuring. Last week went into a trade, trade showed up like a minute later. I already tought that i missclicked or smth. Today entered with my group and canceled an order. On every account the order was canceled besides two of them, where it entered the canceled order and ended up losing money because of that error. Another friend experienced similar problems last week where tradovate entered position without putting an order or doing 2 order instead of 1. I can’t connect either of my Tradovate accounts in TV. No issues accessing directly in Tradovate though. I clicked to connect as usual and instead of giving me a dropdown to choose my credentials from, it asked me to enter them. That should have been my first clue that something was up. So I entered them, clicked the login button and it took me right back to the Connect dialogue popup. It's interesting that we pretend that is this is OK. That somehow the most ubiquitous trading platform is basically a piece of garbage that is costing us blood, sweat and tears. ProjectX had its issues but otherwise is a fighter jet compared to Tradovate's propeller plane status. Personally, I use copy trading VERY selectively ... but when I do need to use it , I dont want to be hassled with weird math and lack of OCO brackets. Trading is war. Ninjatrader/tradovate closed my account for no reason. Been with them a few years now and recently had 10k in the account. They requested to see my financials and I wasn’t allowed to trade until I provided all the information. Once provided, they sent me an email saying they were closing my account with no explanation (yes I got my money out). Now I’m looking for a similar platform. I have a MacBook and Tradovate was extremely convenient. The interface was super simple and I really liked the bracket orders. I tested out AMP futures with TradingView and I hated it. It was slow and you can’t have multilevel bracket orders.
