Hello, TC season has returned - and it's Saya this time. Usual disclaimer: These threads are early, untested and are personal observations/opinions meant to generate discussion and point players to avenues of exploration. Do not take these as gospel. Edit: Updated with new release information (new Posse, WoDs, etc). Conclusion doesn't really change too much. She is still a ball of contradictions. Propagation: Much like our last two releases, Saya introduces Caro 2 - or Propagation: Caro. To understand what she brings to the table, we'll first need to understand the key differences. Much like the other two elevated realms, Propagation puts a twist on the key mechanics. To break it down. The Embryo cap has been doubled from 100 to 200, but the base Embryo Fusion has been increased from 30-60 to 50-100. - which is a net loss per Embryo. What this really changes is the impact of Fusion generation for other sources (e.g. Aigis cards, Pickman Rouse, Relics) - those cards are halved in terms of relative power. Devour bonuses are gone. You no longer gain Shield/Temp STR. This is actually quite a major loss, but is supplemented by... Passive bonuses. Propagation provides 10% Max HP and 50% DMG Amp (only DMG Amp doubled for Pure Caro), and 20 stacks of Propagation Frenzy at the start of each turn (new mechanic, each stack gives 1% Exalt Final Power for that turn). This Frenzy stack seems to expire at the end of the turn, but as it is, all units have +20% Final Exalt to start. Actively using an Embryo no longer provides CR, but instead provides 40 Propagation Frenzy stacks. This stacks with the per-turn, so at base your Awakener can have +60% Final Exalt power when fed an Embryo, making it very powerful on units where their Exalt is their main numerical contribution. Crimson Furnace is reworked. Now has a 3-Turn Cooldown and accumulates based on 10% of missing HP. The cap limit is increased to 50% Max HP. Staying at low HP will charge it up quicker, and the breakpoint to hit the original Caro amount is to sit at 40% Max HP. On the flipside, you don't start charging unless you're low, so taking an early hit can result in higher EHP in the long term. Crimson Furnace now has an offensive function. You can release it to cause Corruption (see Castor) to all enemies equal to 1% of their Max HP, and this scales with the amount of Crimson Furnace consumed. This is pretty much pointless for regular mobs, but for bosses, it's essentially another source of Fixed DMG. At base, this is 3%-6% of the enemy's Max HP IF you can trigger the removal. This also has +500% racism vs Empty Shell units, for some reason. Realm Mastery increases the number of Frenzy stacks gained. The threshold for this is every 100 RM = +1 base stack, and +2 stacks from Devour (for a total of +3% Final Exalt Power). This is doubled in pure Caro, so the thresholds are 50 RM for +1/+2. It's not bad, but is incredibly Awakener dependent so going out of your way to invest in it is probably niche/on the weaker end. 100 RM mixed takes your Final Exalt Power from 1.6x > 1.63x, or a 1.875% increase. This realm clearly specialises in buffing Exalts. It also wants you to be able to bounce your HP back and forth. We'll talk about synergies later. Saya Kit Breakdown First thing to note is that Saya has 200 Base Aliemus - similar to Vortice. The other thing to note is that her base stats are terrible. She has a very similar statline to GDoll or Faint, making her one of the lowest stat totals we've seen from a Limited Awakener in a long time. Rouse (3-Cost): Provides an instant burst of Aliemus (up to 100 Aliemus). Changes the Crimson Furnace to add Perception Warp to all other Awakeners cards in hand, draw and discard piles. The first 3 times any of these cards are played, Saya and that Awakener gains +20 Aliemus. Perception Warp: RANDOMLY ALTERS THE COST OF YOUR CARDS (from -2 to +2) AND HIDES THE TEXT. Removed from the card when played or discarded. Note that it stays on Retain, which can potentially be dangerous. Strike/Defence: Basic, buffed at E2 to generate more Fusion. Easy delete at E0, but with E2 it's decent. Genetic Copy (2-Cost): Generate 40 Embryo Fusion, and scales to 80 Embryo Fusion based on missing HP. Gain 1 stack of 'Gynoecium' - a resource used for her Exalt. Viscera Blossoms (0-Cost): Her bread and butter. Has Retain. Inflicts major Corrosion on enemies, then discards and redraws all Command cards. This means Symptoms/Embryos and Buffs remain in your hand. Exalt: Base effect - Gains Shield (a respectable amount), then chooses an Awakener, copying their entire kit into the Draw and Discard piles (+8 cards total). Consumes all stacks of Gynoecium - for every stack consumed, one random copied card becomes 0 cost. These cards have Fleeting and Destroy. Devour: 2 random Basic Strike/Def copied into the deck has their Arith cost set to 0 and takes effect +1 time. Soulforge: Saya's Exalt provides up to 40 Frenzy stacks to the target (for a total of 100 after Base + Embryo). The next Posse is released twice. Also adds +100% racism vs Caro with her Corrosion. Kit notes: She is an extremely high variance unit. She can do anything from brick your hand, or make everything free. She wants to support one specific unit that really loves all their cards AND a very powerful Exalt - and hopefully the rest of your team aren't too reliant on Cards to fulfil their role. Her Rouse is nigh mandatory if you want to use her Exalt. Without it, she'll need a ridiculous number of Strikes/Defences to user her Base Exalt, and outside help won't do much due to her high Base Aliemus. Her Soulforge has double Posse after Exalt, which we all know is very broken in some cases. The drawback is charging Saya's Exalt might not be as easy as it seems due to Rouse dependence and Perception Warp. Viscera Blossoms is an insanely powerful card. At level 60/SF 10, it inflicts 15000 Corrosion at base to all enemies and redraws your hand. It can be held to see what free cards you can play via Perception Warp, then used to unbrick your hand. Gynoecium has no cap - but it can also be viewed as paying 2 cost to have 1 random card cost 0 later + 40-80 Fusion. Not a particularly strong card, but I could be wrong. Arith unbricks bad hands, so she can have decent synergy with generators. Investments E0 - Free unit for this time. E1 - Adds some Base and Sigil Yield Scaling to her Exalt Shield and 0-Cost Corrosion. You can typically assume 40% Sigil Yield on a limited unit at reasonable investment, so we're looking at a total of +15% Base Exalt Shield and +30% increase in 0-Cost Base Corrosion - which should be a separate modifier from Corrosion inflicted. E2 - Adds Fusion Generation on Strike/Def. E3 - 0-Cost inflicts Corrosion equal to 0.5% Max HP, and Gynoecium adds +1 draw after Exalt. OE - All Copied 'Skill cards' take effect an additional time. AA - Crimson Furnace usage also provides Saya 50 Aliemus and 1 Gynoecium Evaluation: Saya's Enlightens are difficult to evaluate. E1 adds incentive to grab Sigil Yield (which is already a high variance stat). E2 is purely QoL - with the Embryo cap change, you will definitely appreciate any scraps of Fusion you can get. E3 is %HP Fixed DMG (again) on her 0-cost - which you can see is starting to get more and more important, while the second effect feels a bit of a nothing burger. Something to note is that her Soulforge does not specify Base, so this gets multiplied to 1% of enemy Max HP at SF10. Her OE effect is incredibly strong. The problem is that it is, quite frankly, 400 Aliemus cost - and unlike Vortice, who can cheese it via playing around her 3-Cost, Saya is entirely dependent on her Rouse (60 Aliemus every 3 turns if you Furnace on CD), or outside help (Posse, other Awakeners, Embryos). That said, if you can open a boss fight with this OE, you're pretty much set due to the sheer number of Arith cost you can cheat. Note - Retain cards WILL disappear, so you still actively need to play these on draw. You are looking at 6-7 turn for this. None of these Enlightens make me go "must have", honestly - so in order or investment value I would say: E0 (free) > E3 (increase and play around that 0-cost value as much as possible) > E2 (comfort, especially if not much Embryo generation on the team) > E1 (it's fine, but you can always grab other support wheels/cov stats like DR) > OE (I might be wrong, but it's so damn expensive and requires a specialised build/comp to shine) > AA (not bad, but there are better units to AA). WoDs Fragant Morphogenesis (her Sig): One of the most broken WoDs in the game from +1 Arith alone. Must pull, even if you're not using Saya. Arith is the single most powerful resource in the game as it directly translates to other resources. The Corrosion secondary effect is nice for Saya, and Fusion gain usable on Caro supports (e.g. Agrippa, Aigis). Specifically for Saya, the Corrosion effect goes up to +100% at W3 - with Level 60, SF10 and E3, her 0-cost should inflict ~58000 + 1.5% Max HP Corrosion. If you can proc it all, that's 174000 + 4.5% Max HP off a 0-cost to all enemies. To the Star: Free +12 designed for Saya/PCaro. This should always be on her after E1 as it's a good chunk of base stats (50% Sigil Yield can now be expected for all players, with some setups hitting 60%+), and helps alleviate some of the PCaro sustain patterns. Note that you need to clear rapidly to make the most out of this; at turn 4 kill it'll only be healing you for 5% of your Max HP instead of 15%. Refreshes being free if you use Perception is actually very strong. School Day: If you have this, it can be used to directly cheese her Aliemus before a boss fight. Especially good if you have her OE and in combination with To the Star, allowing you to gain +150 Aliemus with Perception (you can also put it on a teammate to charge them instead). Muddied Fairy Tale: Sigil Yield and provides her with 20 Aliemus per 3 turns. Not very good, but usable. Man in the Mirror: Accumulate Furnace Faster. With the change, this is essentially +30% Furnace gain, which is honestly quite powerful. Heart of A Knight: Bigger Exalt Shield, which can be very nice. Also adds some Temp STR for use in those teams. If at +12, it becomes an incredibly powerful stat-stick that enables her to hit funny amounts of Sigil Yield. Tablet of Scriptures: Salv's WoD can be very good on her as a support option due to passive resource gain and +Shield. The Caro Furnace gain won't matter much, I think. Utility WoDs (Keyflare/DMG/RM/DR): Without her E1 (or even after), these will be your go-to for supporting the team. Without E1, she really doesn't care, so just pick what your team needs. Special note to We Will Meet Again, as it can fish her 0-cost. Aliemus WoDs: Abberant Devour/Hymn of Sovereign/Manikin of Oblivion/Faraway Eden. The usual Aliemus wheel culprits rear their head whenever this happens. If they're not already in use, they can be niche but effective options. Posse Support: Whatever your team needs. She's a support first and foremost. Her Posse very likely gives her +1 Gynoecium and an additional effect to do with Fusion gain - but Gynoeciums aren't all that powerful on paper (though it may differ in practice). Derision of Destiny: Remember how her 0-cost is absolutely bonkers? Yeah, Castor's Posse can guarantee that draw in certain teams. For the New World: Her Posse. Shields, Draw 2 Skills, +1 Gynoecium. It's one of the few ways to get Gynoecium, so if you're playing around that 0-cost skill reduction and don't need anything else, this is good. Reunion Wish: You can redraw her 0-Cost. Also, if for some reason you're also running Ramona/GRamona - it is a doubleplay. Miracle's Dawn: Salvador's Posse adds back some additional HP recovery option, if necessary. Covenants Her covenants are an odd duck. Photosynthesis Ritual: If playing with Ultra units, this is a very high value option - though if running with a Leap/Quasar unit, throw it on them instead. Dreams of Medicine: Can be good, but if you draw both 0-costs its value is somewhat wasted. Her 2-cost also seems low value to me. It's also highly contested, so better to fish for her 0-cost elsewhere. Deus Ex Machina/Life Drain/Cursed Rabbit/Burial: Yeah, I'm stumped. I don't see any other synergies, so generalist Covs for her seem to be the solution unless they release a new one alongside her. Role and Synergies Saya brings a passive buff to Exalts via Propagation, so she naturally pairs well with units that can make use of that buff. Exalt Carry: This one is pretty straightforward. The entirety of Propagation screams Exalt DPS. Our list of common Exalt Carries are Doresain, Sorel, Vortice, 24, Sanga, and Uvhash (he's getting an Exalt buff). Exalt Supports: Also pretty straightforward. The Realm also buffs the buffs generated through Exalts - so a full prepped Leigh can heal 1000+ HP and generate 240 STR with her OE. This extends to TDMG (e.g. Tulu), Counter (e.g. Caecus), STR (e.g. watch 2.5.1 Ogier generate 1600 TSTR in one turn), Poison (Nymph, GDoll, Xu) and Shields (lots). She also really, really wants people to be able to actually proc her Corrosion when she plays her 0-cost - so that's a primary solve as well. Example Teams Dore/Pickman/Leigh: I don't think this is a surprise to anybody. Nothing much to add here. The king is going to be very happy with this new addition. Sorel less so, since she gets access to fewer Embryos - but it most certainly works. Vortice/Pickman: Vortice is another major beneficiary - with her Posse able to easily capitalise on Corrosion, all her cards being nice to play (2x Strike = free Reload). Corrosion + Pickman will delete mobs. Round out the team with Corposant or Murphy. Classic Discard: She takes Casiah's spot. Not only does she help cycle cards for free, she can generate more Lightning Revolutions, throw away more Pilots/Tulus, and help feed Aurita. They also allow her to Furnace on cooldown, since discarding cards basically solves the Perception Warp problem. If you have an AA Aurita, her Strike being 0-cost and doubleplayed on a Wave turn is very nice. The fact that her Exalt is a Shield actually matters on this team, since they're quite fragile. Sanga/Salvador: Saya is big for Sanga. Having an Exalt Shield, doubling her OE Shield, then doubling her DMG means giving her potentially up to x4 DMG (typically less). Then there's Salvador, who already gets a natural buff from Saya increasing the Furnace Limit significantly and helps to build shield and generate Furnace healing. Round out the comp with a Keyflare unit (Thais is preferred). GDoll/Lotan: With her AA, Lotan actually likes her Defense card. This allows her to doubleplay Strikes, Blade of Defiance can self discount, her Strikes are already decent. Redrawing also allows you to find more Blade of Defiances. GDoll is there for the Fixed DMG/Healing/Aliemus as usual. This can be rounded out with the typical Faint or Aigis, and will work perfectly fine for Wave 3 content. 24/Ryker/Hameln: 24 is going to get a glowup of sorts soon - so this is a pretty interesting team. Might be a bit fragile, but there are some good synergies here. Ryker always appreciates more Sigil Yield, Rondo can be free or cheaper (meaning it's a free +2 draw + Keyflare anyway), 24 can really take advantage of the Exalt buffs and helps sustain. Ryker can draw Saya's 0-Cost. A more defensive variant would replace Ryker/Hameln with Ogier. Mouchette/Ogier/Helot: The die hard team. Mouchette's Exalt, while not where most of her damage comes from, is honestly still very strong. 2.5.1 Ogier's AA with Saya generates obscene amounts of Temp STR. Helot is Heloting. The 0-cost redraw being retained is actually decent QoL for Mouchette if your hand is bricked - and Mouchette loves doubleplaying her Strikes, more copies of her own cards, etc. If you have OE Mouchette, you typically don't need Aigis anyway. Main downside is that Ogier's 2-Cost is your main source of Vuln, and Keyflare can be rough (just proc DR). Agrippa/Lily/Xu: Between Xu and Agrippa + Lily's incoming Poison buffs, this becomes a very viable Poison composition. Lily already wants to stay below 50% HP (so you can build PCaro Furnace), Agrippa, Lily and Xu are very defensive, Xu's +3 Arith paired with Saya's 0-cost lets you play many cards. With sufficient Poison buildup, Corrosion can be triggered every turn. If there is a downside to this comp, it's that Lily's 4-Cost doesn't get to Prepare - and that Keyflare is a bitch, like every other Poison team. Karen is a good alternative to Lily. After going through Ultra, there is legitimately no one I would pair her with there as core except potentially Clem DPS (OE and AA) and maybe Pollux (for quick Corrosion procs). Any Ultra unit would have to be part of another unit's lineup + Caro as is (e.g. Sorel/Dore + Clem, GHelot + Horla). Conclusion Saya is odd. She brings a lot of passive support power that feels almost invisible. Her Corrosion is legitimately incredible at E3W3 - and can stack if you go out of your way to do so for a ton of 'free' damage. However, my take is that she's going to feel very clunky to use. On the other hand, her WoD is outright crazy. She is very obviously a great teammate for Doresain (and Discard/Lotan), so rejoice. For everyone else, she feels like a sidegrade in a lot of comps. I'm going to keep her at E0W0 early on and experiment further. I suspect I'll get her to E3W3 if I like the way she plays and can find a good place to slot her (very likely Vortice (freeing Thais) or Discard (if she levels them up enough), since I don't have Doresain). I have just released my first attempt at a Crew app for Stargrave. The app allows you to create and manage multiple crews, track your ship info, it operates as an in game Crew Sheet to track health, powers, target numbers, loot, equipment etc. It has a pretty comprehensive level up system, and a flexible Codex that allows you to add and edit backgrounds, powers, soldiers, creatures, and ship stuff! You can import and export the codex, so you can share any homebrew that you create in your app with your friends. You can even generate pdf crew sheets and ship sheet if you prefer pen and paper! The app has the ability to add photos of your minis so you always know which mini you should be playing, and it tracks activation as well! Oh, most importantly, the app is free to use and doesn't contain adds! LMP: Feb 28 - March 3 April 3 - 1 week delayed. never experienced being delayed as always regular dumating period. laging nagttrack ng regla through app. AYUN, NASALISIHAN HAHA NEVER AGAIN. immediately took 4 PTs from different brands -> lahat may faint positive line. April 4 - diretso TVS agad with my partner. wala nang isip isip, we both knew we can't keep this. after tvs, nakita namin ang results: no sac yet but thickened endometrium with corpus luteum. according to OB SONO, balik ako after 2-3 weeks to establish pregnancy viability pero we consulted with a doctor friend na very pro-life and he told us na i am still technically pregnant at nagpprepare na ang body ko for the implantation stage. we know what to do and we will not waste time. April 5 - messaged FP** already with my tvs. ayaw nila ako pagbilhan ng gamot kasi wala pa raw visible sac (GETS) but i insisted na willing ako gumastos ng 4k for pills. they hesitated at first pero pumayag na nag bayad ako UNDER THE PREMISE NA i will send my TVS again with visible sac. i complied with the promise and showed the screenshot of my next tvs scheduled (which in in 1 week, same clinic, dito ay hoping lang kami na hindi same OB SONO yung gagawa ng procedure sa akin kasi baka sketchy na after 1 week ay bumalik agad ako.) April 6 - payment sent to FP** through paymaya (4:40 PM) April 7 - FP** messaged me again saying na, hindi ko pwede itake yung gamot without visible sac kasi delikado. i agreed and said isesend ang updated TVS one week from now. got the pills through lalamove around 5:50 PM that day April 12 - TVS part 2. yolk sac is visible but no embryo or heartbeat. according sa yolk sac diameter, i am 5 weeks and 5 days already. got the results, sent the updated TVS to FP** again and they gave me the go signal to do the procedure PROCEDURE ITSELF. please note that i am accompanied by 4 people. THINGS I PREPARED: - bonamine - medicol advance (200 mg) - 2L pocari sweat - charmee menstrual pants - moddess long overnight napkins - skyflakes - banana - DAY 1 - APRIL 15 - mife at 1:05 pm - BP and vitals were also taken, very low BP - iron supplements were taken (Sangiobon) - beefy food/beef stock to prepare the body - tulog/higa/movie marathon all day - hydrate malala DAY 2 - APRIL 16 - bonamine at 12 nn - medicol advance (200 mg each) at 12:30 pm - miso at 1:05 pm - habang nasa dila ko yung 4 tablets at within 30 minutes, nararamdaman ko na medyo kumukulo yung lower abdomen area ko at may slight increasing pain (taken nang nakaupo, naka-bite dulo ng dila ko, at lumulunok ako ng big chunks ng laway) - after 40 minutes, nanghingi na ako ng hot compress kasi yung pain nagiging sharp na at nasa iisang spot lang talaga - 2 hours has passed, wala ako maramdaman, naanxious ako bigla kasi baka di umeeffect at medyo nagooverthink na ako - BEFORE THE 2ND DOSE, sobrang tumindi yung sakit, aroung 9/10, namimilipit na ako sa kama at di napansin na nagpoop na pala ako sa menstrual pants, nag rush ako sa cr tapos grabe yung diarrhea ko tuloy tuloy. ito na rin yung part na halos mawalan ako ng malay kasi grabe talaga, tuloy tuloy yung diarrhea, nagpapawis ako sa super sakit ng pain at binuhat lang ako pabalik sa bed. noong una, gusto ko na lang magstay sa inidoro while waiting for 2nd dose pero inadvice ako na madumi at mahirap pag naka sitting position ako baka magka almoranas/infection. STILL NO BLOOD at isang light streak lang ng blood sa menstrual pants kaya medyo nagpapanic na ako pero grabe yung pain. as in pilipit, pawis na pawis ako at muntik na rin ako mawalan ng malay. - ito rin yung part na medyo nanghihina na ako at feel ko ayaw ko na ituloy yung procedure, pero pinalakas lang loob ko ng mga kasama ko na todo alaga talaga sa akin. 3:30 PM another 2 medicol advance (200 mg each) MISO at 4:05 PM - hinang hina pa rin, tinake ko na yung miso nang nakahiga, medyo naanxious ako na baka malunok ko pero feel ko 1/2 conscious lang ako nito kaya sinikap ko na lang na matapos 30 mins. - dito na ako tuluyang nagbleed. nakakafeel ako ng blood clots coming out of me. - ang tindi rin ng shivers ko dito, grabe yung chills ko sa arms at legs super nilalamig ako. - bp and vitals were taken, may sinat din ako nito. - less pain but it is still there. mga around 6/10 na lang, pero nandun pa rin talaga. - hot compress helps pero it doesnt really remove the pain. - nakatulog na rin ako nito sa pagod AFTER 2 HOURS - may sudden burst of energy ako kaya sabi ko shet, need ko kumain. - kain malala, hydrate din ng pocari. - higop sabaw, kain saging, kain skyflakes, nakakain pa ako nito ng wheat bread with cheese whiz for energy haha - nagneed ako ng strepsils kasi sumakit at naging sore yung lalamunan ko. hello ladies! wanna share with y’all my experience from my first pregnancy (first MA) must have: * MA pills ofc * ibuprofen medicol advance (200/400/800mg) kahit anong available * bonamine for adult * adult diaper (very important) * napkins * ready to wear set of clothes (super messy kasi swear) * heating pad/hot water bag (for cramps) * blanket (for chills) * snacks take note: dapat lahat nasa tabi niyo to kung wala kayong karamay like me, yes! i did this independently. April 6 at 3PM - took mife (no pain at all, pero kinabukasan April 7 medyo nahilo and nasusuka ako kahit wala naman maisusuka) April 7 4:30 PM - took 1pc. ibuprofen (400mg) 5:00 PM - took 1pc. bonamine 5:40 PM - took the first dose of miso sublingually (4 tablets ito in my end) exp from 1st dose: * diarrhea (almost 30 mins. sa cr 9/10 yung pain ng cramps) * humiga lang saglit then pumutok na agad yung panubigan ko, tumakbo ako sa cr nito nagtagal ulit ako then pahinga. * dinugo na ako na parang normal na mens lang at this point and medyo nawawala na yung pain ko. 8:50 PM - took the 2nd dose of miso sublingually (4 tablets again) dito hindi na ako uminom ng ibuprofen and luckily wala na rin akong pain na naramdaman, more on discomfort lang pero nagpapahinga lang ako noon sa bed with my hot water bag and snacks beside me. exp from 2nd dose: * no pain at all, just discomfort * dito na din lumabas yung sac, fetus, nakalabas na rin yung placenta pero nakasabit pa din siya saakin, hindi ko muna pinutol yung cord ng fetus na nakakabit dahil sabi wag daw puputulin o hihilain, so i let it stay till tomorrow. April 8 12:20 AM - i took 1pc. ibuprofen again (400mg) to make sure lang na wala na talaga ako pain na mafefeel after taking my 3rd/last dose. 12:45 AM - took my 3rd dose of miso sublingually exp from 3rd dose: * super na-uncomfyhan na ako sa fetus and placenta na nasa down there ko so pinutol ko na yung cord ng fetus connected sa placenta. then after more than 24 hrs. When I used to take pre-workouts (the ones I circled in red in the picture), people didn’t really have a problem with it. After all, they are popular and well-known brands that many lifters have already used. But here’s the thing—most of these pre-workouts contain 200 mg caffeine along with 3–4 other ingredients (like beta-alanine, creatine, etc.). Some days, I just want the pump effect, but I end up consuming caffeine anyway. Other days, maybe I only want caffeine for focus and endurance, but I’m still forced to take all the extra ingredients I don’t even need. Also, pre-workouts are expensive. For example, one of them costs me about ₹700 for just 15 servings (that’s only half a month). After that, I have no clue what to do—keep buying again and again? Not really sustainable. So I thought about what I actually need. I realized for me it’s just: Caffeine → for energy, endurance, and focus Citrulline Malate → for the pump That’s it. Nothing else. So, I switched to what you see in the blue circle: 200 mg caffeine tablets (60 capsules, cost me about ₹200) Citrulline Malate (about ₹250) This combo will easily last me almost 2 months, since I don’t even need a pump every day (only on chest/back days, not legs, etc.). Much more budget-friendly than branded pre-workouts. But yesterday I asked Reddit if caffeine tablets are fine, and I got mixed responses: Some people said: “No bro, don’t take caffeine tablets.” Others said: “Just buy a cheap pre-workout, it’s better.” Some said: “Just drink coffee.” Now here’s my issue: I don’t like coffee at all—the taste feels bitter and weird to me. People say mix honey, but do you realize I’d need like 5 packets of instant coffee (since each ₹1 Nestlé packet only has ~40 mg caffeine) just to get ~200 mg caffeine? I can’t even handle 1 packet’s taste, let alone 5. So I genuinely want to ask—did I do the right thing by choosing just caffeine tablets + citrulline malate? UPDATE: 5/11 Account was restored!!! Randomly logged in to find out in the evening of 5/11, just to check and I found out that I could log in. No email response received though. Made a 4th ticket on eve of 5/10 after and checked after 24 hours of no response. Was probably restored earlier, but honestly I don't know when it was. The Last time I checked was after my 3rd ticket created on 5/8. No direct contact with anyone; not a single c2u staff, it was just recovered. Honestly I think it was the reddit effect and everyones support. Huge thank you for everyone whos poured support on this thread! "Moving forward, our Support and Development teams will be thoroughly reviewing the way we monitor restrictions to prevent situations like this from happening in the future."         Original post from 5/8/19 Let me preface this by saying I am not a youtuber, I don’t RTA, I barely rush (13 wings & done), rarely (recently) post on reddit, and mostly a PVE player so Im relatively unknown in most players eyes, but I should be one of the top runed players on Global. I have over 50 units with over 100% average rune efficiency and 150 units with over 90% rune efficiency per swarfarm. Also GodsArmy link and WB.   My account was permanently banned after 3 tickets, under developer review, having “records of using unauthorized programs to irregularly clear Trial of Ascension stages in the game” Email 1 2 and the conclusion 3 I’ll fully explain how I clear my TOA and hope that it either gives an insight on how to clear TOA faster, or to not get banned like for me. I fully auto TOAN and TOAH. More like 98% auto aside for those really annoying stages, you know which ones (jultan), but lets just say full auto.   I have 2 teams that I mainly use for TOAH currently. Verad, Sabrina (#1), Shaina, Lushen, Julie or Fran Dark Def nuker: Basalt(L), Mantura, Frigate, Verad, Zinc subbing Tesa. My basalt Zinc Verad are CD and I used this team to reach top 10 TOAH fastest clear back in mid 2018 multiple times on full auto. This team works because it has all the requirements for TOAH. The damage comes in CD Verad Basalt Zinc hitting for 20k+ aoes (dots do about 10k each but you need to wait for enemies to take a turn so it is slower), with defense buff, defense break, buff block, healing, lots of CC, Cooldown reduction, and buff striping included too from mantura. Everyone is also very tanky, because defense stats and basalt leader. Ive been using this team for about 2 years on every TOAH without fail. They work in both PVP and PVE so I never touched the runes. Turn order is Frigate, Mantura, Basalt, Verad, Zinc. It is very auto friendly. I use this for HOH as well. After I got top 10 TOAH, I stopped rushing. I originally tried to see if I can clear TOAH before I go to sleep (pacific time) and it did, but I was tired at work next day. Now I only run TOA during free TOA weekend where I have 3 1 hour blocks and I save 200+ crystals every month this way. My last TOA, in April 2019, I cleared TOAN in about 70 minutes (1 hour of free TOA and 10 minutes into next) and with the remaining 110 minutes I cleared up to TOAH 70, halphas. So in 3 hours, I cleared 170 floors of TOA on full auto. The 4th hour is during rush hour, and the stages take 2-4 minutes each, so I just cleared them right after the 3rd free hour, casually.   Here are my teams for clearing TOA TOAN 1-70: Verad, Julie, Lushen, Twins Julie has a really, really good AI on Auto. 100% of the time, she will use her 3rd skill if up. Shes on 100 CR because shes my pre-lushens and does about 2400 damage in arena. Shes not on CD so it doesn't proc nem. My Julie goes first, with her skater transmog and faster animation, “amps” first floor, and on the second stage verad clears everything in one breath; hes on CD build. On the 3rd stage, Julie’s “amp” is back up and done. This is under a 10 second clear. Try Julie yourself, you’ll like it. Only derping is Verad sometimes, but lushen and twins are after him. Also before doing TOA on free hour, I also switch to my pixel 3xl phone because of loading time is about 2.5s on my phone vs about 6s on my Shield K1 tablet. Ive been clearing like this for over a year, never been a problem. 71-100 I either use Fran over Julie when she + verad + lushen no longer one cycle waves or my dark defense nuker team. Full auto, because this is just loot piñata and not more content for us to play. TOAH 1-30: Verad Julie, whatever. Same thing, Julie is beast. TOAH 30-70: Either dark nuker team or Fran Twins Verad. Both work, sometimes they fail but I don’t pay attention and just start again. Dark def nuker team is much safer but slightly slower. TOAH 70-99: Dark nuker team. Always consistent. I can even use this vs leo on auto, replacing Zinc a nuker with Tesa for oblivion and lead to Verad. Might fail 5/6 times on Leo Ragdoll if I miss a freeze and one random torrent goes off, but if I am on Auto I’m not really paying attention. I manual if I'm not doing anything outside playing SW. TOAH100: This is probably the action that got me banned. I couldn’t remember what I used for my last Lyrith clear, because its every 2 month and everyone else forgets am I right? I looked at my pre-set teams now that they are there, and chose the one with twins, because twins are OP. As I clicked go and watched the first stage, I realized I had lushen in it. It was Verad Fran Twins Lushen, my TOAN team and because it wasn’t free hour, I didn’t bother cancelling it to pick a safer team. I let it ran to see if it works… and it performed too well. The entire stage was cleared in under 3 minutes. Amp and twins breezed through first two stage. On Lyrith, she split red. Lushen amp did a good chunk to the splits and Verad/Twins cleared them after a few hits. It was full auto on Lyrith even with the red revenge she didn’t do enough damage to kill with Fran healing. I don’t think Lyrith went to 3 on the merge timer before she fell. In short, twins are OP.   Fast forward to 4/30/2019, it was around 2am PST getting ready to sleep and not farming, game idle with screen on the island. The game automatically logged off, which saw in the corner of my eye and it gave a popup of the permanent restriction. I already made 3 tickets which were answered and after 2 weeks of conversation by 2 different support, I honestly don’t care anymore. This is freedom. I’m not going to fight C2U to restore my account just to continue giving money to them. To my surprise, at the time I found out I was banned, I was pretty apathetic. I thought at the time “well, guess I’m done”, and went to sleep. I bought a few steam games next day and had more fun. Made a few tickets just to see how I’ll get boned. The developers stated that I "irregularly" cleared TOA, using external programs, when honestly its become so mindlessly boring and trivial most people can auto it. Even if I did use an external program, I wouldn't risk my account to "irregularly" clear the content i have absolutely no trouble with. I am now more upset at how I leave this game would be out of my decision and likely due to oversight. For just beating their game too fast and their inability to reverse it. If I cared slightly less I wouldn’t have bothered making this post TBH, but take my ban as a warning to stop putting money into the game. Also their response was B.S. Hello everyone, I know that this not going to sit well with most of this community but here is goes anyways. lol I little history of my gaming experience: I am currently a level 10 player (hit level 10 last night) around the 3150 trophy range who has spent around $120US on Clash Royale. I played CoC for about 3 years and spent around $100 and BB for around 2 years and spent around $100. I played WoW for about 4 years and at one point was considered top 10 dps warriors in the world in PvE. I have beaten all of the Fallout games since the original on PC. I have played numerous other console games as well as mobile app games. All of the games that I consider good and have actually spent a extended amout of time playing have all had one thing in common... you had to pay for them. I don't understand this mentality that is going around Clash Royale right now that SC are money grabbers and evil for holding out on legendaries, ect. Guess what? If you were in their shoes you would do the same thing. If this game was F2P for everyone it would be riddled with adds/clickbaits or it would only offer you a half complete app without buying the rest of the game. I feel good about being a P2P player because I know that I have helped support SC to hopefully make this game better and more good games in the future. I honestly feel that if more people paid some for this game it would be even better than it already is. Going to go ahead and address some of the F2P comments that are bound to appear here: It is just an app! It doesn't have the graphics or storyline of a $60 console game! Out of all the games I have played I can say that although the experience is different I enjoy playing CR as much as many of the other games. I can also say that I probably spend as much time during the day playing this game than many of the other console games I used to play. There is something to said about a game that I can spend 5 minutes at a time playing anywhere I am, as opposed to being locked onto a console for extended periods of time. It destroys the gaming environment! I have spent very little money compared to some people that play this game and I feel like it has not deterred me from play at all (lost to a level 12 player at the 3000 trophy range this week). If you don't want to spend money then realize that you are going to have to wait longer to level up your cards, get legendaries and reach the legendary arena. That's the way the world works. Have fun playing at the arena you are in, try new decks, play for fun and be competitive. I am not saying that level 8s in arena 3 should be common but if I know supercell, they are going to fix that problem soon. Instead of ranting about how unfair it is, how about saying thank you to the players that contribute to the game and make it a F2P game for you. TLDR: Quit bitching you cheap bastards. Edit: Can't respond to everyone's insults or comments been slaving away at this job all day to buy them gems (joking). But seriously, working my ass off at this damn 8-5 -.- I would like to say that I also believe that SC will fix the level 8s playing level 3s in the near future. Why? It believe it is bad for business deterring new comers to the game by making them face harder opponents. I believe we will see an implementation of a match making system based on arena AND level in the near future. This is just my opinion but if I know supercell like I think I do, I believe this will happen. Also, to the people who believe it is unfair you will never make it to the top 200 because everyone paid to get there... Guess what, most of you would never make it anyways lol I am in legendary only spending $120 and being good at the game. Edit 3: Your just an idiot if you spend money to buy SMC from the shop lol I have spent almost all my gems on gold and it has a much larger impact on progression. They think every problem should be fixed in 4 months and they should be maxed out playing for top 200 spots in that amount of time also... Smh Edit 4: I have noticed that most of the people that are saying "your $120 means nothing to them" are the same people who say "I don't pay anything because I don't want to support this gaming style"...
