Long Story Short: For the next week you can preview the proposed list of titles for the 2026 poll exactly as they will appear in the dropdowns on the poll. The list is available on the web at Crushing Krisis or via Google Docs on a publicly-accessible Google Sheet. You can simply browse the list to start working on your ballot, or you can submit feedback to the team behind the poll - including suggested changes to existing titles or additional titles you feel we missed. Inviting your feedback now helps us to avoid confusing titles or missed books when the poll goes live. The Unabridged Version: Tigereyes, Omar, Pollmaster Jim, and the rest of the gang have just wrapped up announcing the Tigereyes Marvel Most-Wanted 14th Annual Omnibus 13th Annual Poll results. That means we are now only one month away from the launch of the Tigereyes DC Most-Wanted Omnibus 3rd Annual Poll. When we launched the first DC poll in 2024 we didn't have a decade of write-in votes to use as a map of potential DC omnibuses (and, more importantly, omnibus titles) like we did for the Marvel poll. The intrepid Mapping Minties put hundreds of hours into researching and mapping more than 500 titles to represent all of DC's action-packed history of comics IP. Then, in 2024 and 2025, voters made another 500+ suggestions for us to research - plus, last year you all submitted several dozen deeply researched recommendations during this same process. This is your chance to give us feedback ahead of the poll options being locked down. Your feedback is on the titles themselves and what their wayfinding notes suggest that they collect. This is not a mapping exercise. We'd love to hear your feedback on titles that require clarification, titles that could be expanded to capture more content, or titles completely missing from the poll. As you make your suggestions, keep in mind the following: Deluxe-Sized Runs. Series that are 15 or fewer issues and/or already completely collected in a single Deluxe Edition are not included in the poll unless they can be reasonably expanded as part of a larger map. Avoiding Double-Dipping. Generally, we are not doing any double-dipping of material within the poll to create creator-centric books. Been moving things around every now and again to see what looks best to me. So far this is the best configuration I've found. Batman characters are in order of first appearance. Then in order of continuity. If out of continuity than it's alphabetical. Recently changed the other DC characters to be in order of their Young Justice designation number and I really like how that looks. Then my Justice League and Event/Crisis books I've put in continuity mixed in together. I've read approximately 40% of this collection. I was very busy these past few months, so trying to get that number up while on winter break. My complete Frank Miller batman (not pictured) and Batman by loeb/sale (just a dust jacket) have been leant out to a friend so that they can start their batman journey. [I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I had a hard time lending them out cause this collection means so much to me 😅 . But I forced myself to cause I built this collection to share these stories with people, their books after all, meant to be read.... My goal is to try to read my DC omnibus collection in close to release order of the original comics. As close as is reasonable anyway. It doesn’t have to be perfect. With the current order I have I wonder if the JSA books should be mingled a little more with the Green Lantern books? What do you think? What do you think of this order compared with my goal? Over the years I set a goal to collect all DC omnibus excluding the golden age ones, their monotonic spine and cover design does not appeal to me. I snagged a lot, but felt short of my target of collecting all. I managed to fill out a 5 by 5 kallax ran out of space promptly in the process.
