Comprei uma cafeteira no site da dolce gusto com envio pela diálogo. Dia 17/04/26 o pedido saiu para entrega, porém até hoje 27/04/26 ainda não chegou em meu endereço. Adquiri uma cafeteira porque curto mais bebidas com café e leite. Tô pensando em pegar uma cápsula reutilizável pela praticidade e deixar algumas cápsulas originais só pras que realmente valem a pena, não dou preferência pro café puro porque prefiro coado. Boas! Alguém que tenha máquina Dolce Gusto com problemas com café aguado? Tinha uma máquina a uso que no ano passado começou a tirar expressos aguados aleatoriamente. Inicialmente era um de vez em quando, depois começou a ser mais frequente. Como tinha outra máquina, também com alguns anos, que não estava a uso troquei. Inicialmente tudo bem, mas uns meses depois a mesma coisa: um ou outro café aguado/fraco, agora já é praticamente 50-50. Tentei desentupir a agulheta mas não funcionou. Pensei em descalcificar mas não sei se será. Água macia onde vivo e a luzinha nunca ficou laranja. Não queria comprar o kit se a solução for trocar a máquina. Ambas Piccolo. Ideias do que poderá ser? O título já diz tudo, fui pesquisar agora uma cafeteira para utilizar com cápsulas e vi que as Dolce Gusto estão em promoção, como não tenho acompanhado os valores, não sei se é promoção de verdade ou se meteram o famoso "metade do dobro". Dito isso, uma Genio S Basic com 30 cápsulas por R$389,90 (parcelada em até 10x, não vi se tem juros), na opinião de vocês, está valendo? Precisa considerar que vem 30 cápsulas, olhando os valores do site, cada caixa com 10 cápsulas está por volta de R$16,90, então, na prática é R$339,20 pela cafeteira e R$50,70 pelas 30 cápsula. Bom dia a todos. Eu e a minha mulher não bebemos muito café, tomamos apenas 1 café por dia e até há dias que nem tomamos. Tínhamos uma máquina Delta Q, comprávamos cápsulas originais e eu gostava do café. Sentia que era um café bem decente para um sistema de cápsula. Já sei que os maníacos do café vão-me dizer para comprar uma máquina XPTO, moer o meu próprio café e até ir apanhá-lo à Colômbia, mas eu não tenho pachorra para isso nem tão pouco sou assim tão apreciador a esse ponto. Adiante. A máquina da Delta avariou e a mulher decidiu comprar uma Dolce Gusto. Já compramos várias cápsulas de várias marcas (originais, compatíveis) e o café parece sempre muito aguado. Anybody else wanna unscrew and take a pic? I’m cleaning the pod holder and I saw screws so I unscrewed them and what I found made me throw up in my mouth a little. I kept thinking it’s not clean enough, it’s not clean enough when I was rinsing it out so I unscrewed it, hoping that I wasn’t going to break it. The only thing it broke was my brain, it’s so amazingly filthy. It’s only a couple years old, but three people use it with three different types of coffee. I invite you to get unscrewed! Vivo in Italia, in Trentino, e il buon ramen non si trova quasi da nessuna parte, così ho deciso di farmelo in casa. Vi lascio la mia procedura Preparare il brodo (8–12 ore di cottura) Ingredienti: 2 cipolle, 2 carote, 2–3 spicchi d’aglio, zenzero (due pezzi grandi come un dito indice), 3–4 funghi shiitake, un paio di fogli di alga kombu e ossa: pollo, maiale, manzo, più katsuobushi. Mettere le ossa di pollo e maiale in acqua fredda, portare a ebollizione per 5 minuti → scolare e sciacquare bene (così si eliminano impurità e sangue). Rimettere tutto in una pentola capiente e coprire con abbondante acqua fredda. Aggiungere: cipolla tagliata a metà, carota, zenzero a fette, aglio schiacciato, kombu (solo finché l’acqua è fredda, toglierla quando arriva a 60–70 °C). Portare a leggero sobbollore (mai bollore forte) e lasciare cuocere 8–12 ore, schiumando di tanto in tanto. Verso la fine, aggiungere katsuobushi (5–10 min) per dare più umami, poi filtrare. Preparare il tare (condimento shoyu) In un pentolino: • 150 ml di salsa di soia giapponese (shoyu) • 50 ml di mirin (meglio hon mirin) • 50 ml di sake • 1 cucchiaio di zucchero di canna fine • 1 piccolo pezzo di kombu Scaldare a fuoco basso per 5–10 minuti (non far bollire forte), poi far raffreddare e filtrare. Alla fine ho aggiunto un goccio di olio di sesamo tostato — dà un gusto più deciso… e perché sono matto. ⸻ Preparare il chashu (pancetta di maiale brasata) Arrotolare la pancetta di maiale fresca e legarla con spago da cucina (per mantenere la forma). Rosolarla da tutti i lati in padella per sigillarla. In una pentola unire: • 150 ml di salsa di soia • 150 ml di mirin • 50 ml di sake • 2 cucchiai di zucchero di canna fine • Zenzero a fette, aglio, cipollotto Aggiungere la carne, coprire con acqua fino a sommergerla, cuocere a fuoco basso con coperchio per 2–3 ore. Lasciar raffreddare nella sua marinata → affettare sottile poco prima di servire. ⸻ Preparare le uova marinate (Ajitsuke Tamago) Bollire le uova per 6–7 minuti (i tuorli devono restare cremosi). Raffreddarle subito in acqua e ghiaccio, poi sgusciarle. Metterle in un sacchetto con la marinata del chashu. Marinare in frigo per 4–12 ore. Cuocere i noodles Cuocere i noodles per ramen in acqua bollente → scolare all’ultimo momento (devono rimanere leggermente sodi). Non salo l’acqua e non uso i noodles originali cotti in acqua alcalina perché non mi piace la loro consistenza viscida. Per renderli ancora più “rustici” a volte uso noodles di grano saraceno o integrali. ⸻ Assemblare la ciotola In ogni ciotola mettere 2 cucchiai di tare. Versare circa 300 ml di brodo caldo e mescolare. Aggiungere i noodles. Just back from a 14 day bus tour. Milan: toured the Sforza Castle, shopping area and stunning cathedral Sirmione on Lake Garda: resort area by Italy largest fresh water lake Verona: very pretty city. Padua: university and cathedral. Loved this town Venice: nice alley ways, did the gondola ride, super crowded even in September Pisa: more than just a leaning tower. An opera singer sang in the baptistry to show off the acoustics. Had the best gelato. Florence: our tour guide favored the concrete jungle. Yes architecture is stunning but I would have liked to just sit in a cafe and watch people go by or see some art galleries. Siena: incredibly pretty city. I'd come back Assisi: peaceful and lovely. Rome: we saw all the things, I'd like to see more next time such as the Trastevere neighborhood and walk the Tiber river Sorrento: near Amalfi Coast, lovely resort town on a hill overlooking turquoise waters. Pompeii: much larger than I realized, impressive! Only two thirds of 58 acres has been excavated Sicily: Palermo: a vibrant city with nice architecture and lots of cafes, restaurants & shopping Agrigento: the Mediterranean Sea was nice to swim in, sandy bottom. Valley of Temples, the Greek gods was interesting. Taormina: highly highly recommend for the views, swimming in the Ionian Sea, shopping and people watching. Sicily is a vacation site on its own. Food was in courses: Antipasto - a starter Primo - pasta Secondo - meat or fish with Contorno - veggies on the side Dolce - dessert We were ... well fed. Yet I didn't gain weight for two reasons. The ingredients in their pasta are superior to those in north America and we walked several kms per day. Durum wheat, bronze dies and slow drying. No unbleached flour. They also serve food that grows locally. It's fresh. Tomatoes tasted better, everything. Their cooking is to showcase a single ingredient or food. In Rome at Papa Rex restaurant, an accordianist and opera singer entertained us ... magnificent. Papa Rex is a popular place among locals also. In Taormina, a musical trio entertained at our last supper. They sang with the same gusto as Mexican mariachi bands. Accordian, tambourine, piccolo and guitar. Our bus driver hailed from Calabria (toe of the boot on the map) which is another place I'd love to see. i have £50.00 to spend on a coffee machine that i won in a voucher from work. i can't afford to add any more money to it but i am a coffee fanatic and just want a decent, easy machine for the house. i am a latte/flat white drinker but i do find that costa coffee is quite weak. i've heard the dolce gusto is LOUD and often breaks but the tassimo doesn't have a lot of pod options. also read one of them doesn't make drinks as warm so not sure. what's your thoughts? Hope everyone in the subreddit is having a good day. I'm in the market for a new machine and I'm stuck between the Nespresso and Dolce Gusto. I know all about the prices and pod systems and flavour varieties of both machines, but what I want to know is the quality of taste for both? I know this sub is Nespresso biased, but if there's anyone here that owns both machines and can offer an unbiased opinion on whether the coffee on both tastes the same? I'm leaning more towards the Dolce for it's variety of hot and cold drinks but if the coffee tastes bad I might pick up the Nespresso.
