I suffered with increasingly severe ARFID that led to inpatient hospitalization for a month, which was the start of my treatment journey. Being in recovery has bettered my physical and mental health in countless ways. I am now able to do all the things on my bucket list, including donating blood, which I did for the first time last month. Hi all, Slightly different post from me today, but I feel blessed and stunned. I documented my particularly 'rough chapter' here, and how I quickly turned things around. What I didn’t mention is that, during this HIGHLY STRESSFUL time, I was also dealing with sudden, horrible symptoms that seemed to come out of nowhere. I’d always been extremely healthy, and then all of a sudden I was staring down the possibility of an autoimmune diagnosis. I’ll spare you the details, but it was genuinely one of the darkest phases of my life. I absolutely let myself cry and fall apart at times. But underneath it, I kept this quiet ‘knowing’ that it was going to be okay, that I’d end up getting a completely healthy result from the final procedure I had booked. This was despite the doctor more or less warning me I might need medication for life, and despite me breaking down in tears at appointments more than once. Well, I had the procedure last week, and during it she said, “Your body looks perfectly healthy.” I asked a couple of questions while very high on sedatives, and she confirmed, “Yes, I’d believe these results were from someone with zero symptoms.” She went from being OPENLY concerned to telling me to relax, eat whatever I want, and enjoy Christmas!!! And this is after I’d had clear blood results suggesting immune dysfunction, raised inflammatory markers, and so on. Still, I held onto the belief that the body is complex and mysterious, and that I would ultimately be fine. And that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t do forced affirmations, and I didn’t loop scenes. What I did do was the lullaby technique every night, thanking God and repeating: “Isn’t it wonderful, life is wonderful. Thank you,” and generally settling into a state of peace. One other thing I did before the procedure was mentally move ahead and accept any possible outcome - NOT from a position of seeing an illusory diagnosis as 'real', BUT from a perspective of, 'any diagnosis/outcome is fine - I'll fix myself effortlessly either way'. I started thinking: bring it on. If I need meds, I can take them, quit my job if I have to, live more peacefully, fast, and get my body fully healthy again. The meds would be temporary. So either outcome is workable. I genuinely think that’s what helped the excess resistance dissolve, and allowed my body to recalibrate. Now, I know this is controversial and not classic Neville at all. Classic Neville would be, loop a scene of yourself at the hospital getting the desired healthy results. But this sort of detachment/abundant thinking helps me massively to manage my logical, conscious mind during the day, and stay in the kind of headspace where I can do a proper wind-down routine at night, which is what really seems to impress the subconscious. In Reality Transurfing terms, they’d call this removing importance and excess potential from the outcome, so you can act with clean, unemotional intention. They describe that as the doorway to “Outer Intention”, which you can also understand as God, the universe, or your higher self, delivering the best possible outcome with minimal friction. Personally, I like Reality Transurfing as a supplement, to remind me of the true way to apply The Law: with total faith/buying the Pearl of Great Price. I see it as another route into releasing desperation and trusting God, which, for me, has consistently produced results that feel almost inexplicable. I also let go of time pressure completely, and as I mentioned, was happy to be led to perfect health in any way. Anyway, the biopsies came back and there isn’t a trace of abnormality. And, weirdly, my symptoms have disappeared since the procedure too. I’ve had a full week of feeling normal for the first time in six months. I’m genuinely grateful and so inspired - I had to share. Once again The Law has blown my mind! To add the cherry on top, my doctor was utterly hilarious and so kind during the final procedure. It was like she and the nurses were under some sort of spell, constantly complimenting me and my academic credentials (while I was highly sedated haha), as well as all telling me how healthy my system looked!!! submitted by
