I WFH and spend pretty much 80% of my time in my apartment. I've never had an air purifier in my bedroom, and my health seems fine. There's a decent amount of dust because my floor is carpeted, but I keep the windows closed and there's generally no polluted air that would enter as a result (although there are open windows in my living room). Will there be any noticeable benefits if I install an air purifier in my bedroom? Am I slowly poisoning myself every day by breathing in unfiltered air?
