Recommendation for candle warmer?
I’ve read some of the previous threads for this same question, but I’ll admit, I’m a bit particular about the look or features of what candle warmer I want. Look wise for the lamp head itself, I like the simple, vintage, floral (optional), glass ones. Feature wise, which is far more important, I want one with an adjustable height, dimmable options, multiple timer options, long cord, and a sturdy wooden base. This is where I start to run into decision fatigue. I find candle warmers with looks that I like, most of which have the features that I want, and most of the reviews are good. Sounds amazing, so what’s the problem? I start to read the reviews that start mentioning the same issues, even if they rated the product fairly high. Either the height adjustment feature isn’t working properly. It gets stuck in one place. The lamp goes through the bulbs quickly and needs frequent replacing. Or the wiring wasn’t done properly for some and they have to adjust the cord or play around with the looseness of the bulb. I’d rather not risk it and spend time returning the product and ordering something else. I just want a one-and-done deal. Give me something that does what it’s advertised, and isn’t so cheaply made that it breaks quickly or starts malfunctioning. I saw some old comments in previous threads about Joann’s fabric store having some of the better candle warmers for a very affordable price, but it’s been a while since it’s closed down now. Budget wise, anything below $30 would be ideal. Unless it comes in pairs, then anything below $50. submitted by /u/honeyapple11 to r/Candles [link] [comments]

Candle warmer lamps are GOATed!
I read a few posts about others talking about how candle warmers can help with the tunneling of wax. I decided to try it out myself and IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM! submitted by /u/SecretHentaiMaster to r/Candles [link] [comments]

What to use on candle warmers?
Hello! I currently have a candle warmer that is beautiful and kind of the center of my media stand. I want to be able to use wax melts with it instead of a candle? What can I put on the base that the lamp will reach and melt the wax cubes? Thanks! submitted by /u/SpiritedAway424 to r/Candles [link] [comments]

Busted candles to wax warmer!
Half my candles came busted but returning wasn’t an option as they were sold out. Cleaned up most of the glass but that peppermint bark truffle glass busted into a bazillion tiny pieces. Purchased the lamp at Nordstroms Rack and the glass (six pack) on Amazon, cut up the wax and boom… good as new! submitted by /u/FrostySilverFox to r/bathandbodyworks [link] [comments]

SwitchBot Candle Warmer & Home Assistant
I purchased the Candle Warmer recently since it claims on the box to work with Home Assistant. Since I am on Home Assistant, I am not running the SwitchBot Hub any more. I tried for a few hours and could not get the candle to be recognized when using the Matter option. I have tried everything that you could think of like resetting the matter settings, unplugging the lamp, deleting the lamp, reinstalling the app, disabling 5ghz network, placing the devices right next to each other, pressing power for 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 15 seconds etc. Does anyone have this candle warmer and got it to work with Home Assistant? Edit: Okay, so I was able to add it just now. I did a few things at the same time so it's hard to tell what may have caused it to work: Through the SwitchBot App I chose the Matter setup option so it put the device in pairing mode. I copied the Matter Code that it generated for Apple Home. Went over to Home Assistant immediately and launched the Matter Setup option as a new device. I skipped the QR Code option in Home Assistant and then selected the device not present option. After entering the pairing code and before pressing submit, I put the candle warmer in pairing mode by holding the Power button down. After it did not move forward, I pressed the power button and the brightness buttons at the same time. Home Assistant immediately connected the candle warmer after that. I have done this twice already and it worked fine where it never worked before despite trying for hours. submitted by /u/harryhoudini66 to r/TrySwitchBot [link] [comments]

Question for those with candle warmers
Hello all. I have purchased this candle warmer a few months back and while I love it and will not go back to burning my candles, I do have a question. The wax level on all my candles has not seemed to decrease hardly at all despite having many hours under the lamp (over time, not all at once.) I appreciate the increase in longevity, however, my candles are stacking up and I need to start going through them! I’ve seen some people say you should empty the wax (either through pouring or with cotton balls), others say to just leave it alone and not touch anything. How do y’all handle your candle maintenance with the wax warmer? submitted by /u/inezio to r/bathandbodyworks [link] [comments]

Am I Too Dumb to Use a Candle Warmer!??
So I'm reallllly struggling with this, like to the point of just wanting to give up and cry. But, in the name of comforting scents and stuff, I will prevail damnit! So, I'm posting this here, in Goose Creek, bc y'all have helped me tremendously in the past, and also bc these are GC candles. I bought the candle warmer pictured and I just don't believe this is working properly. It came with two 50 watt bulbs(1 for the warmer, 1 replacement), and has a dimmer, meaning the light will shine/warm at 4 different strengths. Well, the first two are legit blinding. Lol. The third is still pretty bright but the 4th is too dark to properly warm the candles. So on the THIRD brightest setting is where I've been trying to make this work. When I put a candle on, within 2 hours my friggin ass candle is at least halfway melted. If I leave it on for four, THE ENTIRE CANDLE melts!! Like I can actually see the metal part of the wick that's glued to the bottom of the glass/candle. Is this normal? I mean it can't be. Surely! And this is with it extended to its fullest height. So I've been going for 2 hrs on the third setting and then flipping it to the lowest level of light, but it barely keeps it warm. That's with it fully extended and/or it brought down as low and close to the candle as poss, which is right on top. Doesn't matter. Won't stay melted! Another thing, is that these candles are loosing their scent hella fast. I know ppl say to pour off the wax, or to use cotton balls to absorb it, but bruh, that's at least half of my gd candle, if not most of it. I don't wanna melt anything new until I understand wtf is going on. Is this a me thing? Is the candle warmer faulty? Should I try a lower wattage bulb? If so, what wattage should I buy? I bought this brown warmer bc I didn't want to be blinded with harsh ass light. Is there a better candle warmer out there? But speaking of the brown glass, that brown err, stain? coating?, yeah, it's melting off and running down into/onto my candles!! I'm soooo aggravated! I would be beyond grateful to anyone who could help me! I'm really lost and bummed out abt this entire thing. I've heard folks say their candles last months on a warmer. Not mine. No way. I actually think I may get more out of burning them but I don't want that. That's why I bought the warmer!!! Lol! Thank y'all, for letting me vent, and for just being able to reach out. I really am appreciative! submitted by /u/007miss-mandee to r/goosecreekcandles [link] [comments]

Lamp Warmer
I ordered a lamp candle warmer from Amazon. I haven’t received it yet. Does it prolong the life of candles? I have multiple Goose Creek Candles and they seem to burn up fast when lit. I also like to burn them at night when in bed watching tv, but I recently fell asleep while one was burning and it scared me so I won’t have to worry about that with a lamp. Please tell me your experiences with lamp candle warmers. submitted by /u/Crazy_plant_lady83 to r/Candles [link] [comments]

TIFU by not watching my candle on my candle warmer while playing Animal Crossing
I recently got a candle warmer at Walmart. It looks like a lamp where you turn it on, have a candle in the middle, and it burns the candle without needing to light a match. It’s bee wonderful to have as my candles are near a lot of technology and really need to be watched at all times if they are lit. Today, I put a candle on there that I have had for a while. It’s a long blue candle that isn’t a glass container. With that, I had been watching it as I saw the wax melt inside, and noticed the outside was melting a bit too, but not as quickly as the inside (or so I thought) I decided to turn my attention to Animal Crossing as I recently had a villager move out and was getting the next place ready for my next villager (I like to give my villagers flowers and fences that match the villager moving into the house). I probably was paying attention to my game for probably about 15-20 minutes when I looked over where my candle warmer is and realized there’s some weird liquid on my desk. To my horror, I realized my candle was melting more and had spilled everywhere on my desk. I turned it off immediately and tried to stop the candle liquid from dripping off my desk. I was thankfully able to stop the majority of it from dripping on the ground. So lesson learned: watch your candles no matter what, even if they’re not burning. Especially if the candle doesn’t have a container for the wax to melt inside TL;DR: I wasn’t watching my candle while it was on a candle warmer to play Animal Crossing and it melted everywhere submitted by /u/Adventurous-Brush208 to r/tifu [link] [comments]

Bottom Warmer vs. Top Lamp Warmer
I've heard that candle warmers are better to use than burning candles. Is there a difference between bottom warmers and the top lamp warmers or are they pretty much similar? I'm thinking of getting a bottom warmer because the lamp style I feel kind of ruins the ambience of a candle. Do bottom warmers pose a risk to the glass container candles are in? Could the candle jar break? I'm also wanting a battery operated one instead of one that has to be plugged in. What are peoples' thoughts on warmers? What kind do you use if you have one? submitted by /u/Effective-Pen-9964 to r/bathandbodyworks [link] [comments]

Candle Warmer Tips Anyone?
I finally got a candle warmer to use because I got sick of scraping the wax out of candles and using my wax warmer. I followed the tips people gave her in this sub and got one with an adjustable lamp, a dimmable light, and a timer on the switch as well. Is there anything else I need to do to make sure the candle warmer is as effective as possible? I'm really looking forward to using actual candles again so any suggestions are greatly appreciated. submitted by /u/ParticularFit8968 to r/bathandbodyworks [link] [comments]

Finally bought a candle lamp warmer.
Bought one off Amazon for my mom. She absolutely loves it and it matches her room decor. She's loves masculine scents, but isn't really into burning because she's afraid she will forget to blow it out. I bought this as a gift for her bday and she already had it going first day. Her room smelled so good. Thanks to BBW reddit for convincing me of getting one! submitted by /u/bcbritt7 to r/bathandbodyworks [link] [comments]

Help me pick a candle warmer
Ok a lil bit of a lurker here, and I have seen way too many candle warming lamps on here that make me die for one. Bit of a background-I’m a more modern guy with a love of collecting candles. I love the look and the scents they produce. With that said… I hate burning candles LOL. I don’t like the soot nor the chance of burning down the house. Thanks to this sub I purchased several candles from the Jonathan Adler sale. I now NEED the warmer to enjoy these. I want to start my “actually burning candle” phase. Help me decide! Also open to suggestions. Included a screenie of what I got from the sale(ignore the mugs. They’re just cute) submitted by /u/seanjames212013 to r/Candles [link] [comments]
