What I would do if I am at home is I will lay down on the sofa or bed or floor and let it run. If outside, quickly sit down, bend down, shut my eyes, empty my thoughts and wait for it to pass and I will sweat a lot....if it doesn't, the next thing will happen is I lose conscious and fall off the chair.

According to arrest reports, Keough urinated on furniture in two Downtown Pensacola Airbnb homes -- both on N Guillemard Street. She reportedly caused thousands of dollars of property damage. The report states she also uploaded videos of the incidents to an adult content website. Keough's new charge reportedly stems from videos surfacing on the internet. According to the report, the owner of an Airbnb on Riddick Drive talked to Pensacola Police on April 24. He said videos show Keough -- who stayed at his residence from Aug. 31 to Sept. 11 of last year -- urinating on furniture inside the home. Pensacola Police were provided the videos, which reportedly confirmed the allegations. On Friday, after twenty beautiful years filled with joy, cuddles, comfort, and unconditional love, I had to help my beloved Lilac make her last journey. In the comfort of our home, in the sunny spot on the sofa, I held her and kissed her little head, and told her she was more loved than words could express and that it was okay to let go. And I held her until she had gone and for a little while longer. She had saved me so many times. I realised that in twenty years I had never slept in my bed, sat on a single chair or sofa, walked in or out of any room, or even gone in the bathroom in my own home without her by my side. All because one day when leaving the shelter a little one year old voidling gently reached up and touched my arm and looked into my eyes as if to say, “you’re meant to take me with you.” Best decision I have ever made. Right now I’m drowning in grief, but I know it’s because of how deeply we loved one another. And I am grateful for every moment. Finally finished my basement home theater. Wanted to share this sooner but had some issues with rug installation and then required some touch up painting as well. AV Equipment for 7.1.4 Atmos LG G4 83" OLED DENON AVR X3800H Base Level Speakers - RSL W25E Heights - RSL C34 MKII Subwoofer - RSL Speedwoofer 12s I know that many folks don't love in-wall setups and there's big tradeoffs, but for my space it was really the best option. I could not move any of the doors and I was limited by size of the space and aisle widths. All walls and ceiling were insulated with Owens Corning Sound N Seal mineral insulation and I'm happy to report I can watch movies late at night with the volume cranked without disturbing my family who sleeps on the second floor. I considered a projector initially, but I plan to play video game sin this space and also had some beam issues to deal with so went with the OLED instead. I was also limited slightly with screen size due to ceiling height (7.5ft) and needing to keep an unobstructed view for the second row. My AV closet is in the rear of the room with a conduit running to the rear of the TV for future cable changes. NOTE: USE A CONDUIT. I initially ran my fiber hdmi cable backwards by mistake and if I had not runa conduit this would have been a very messy and costly mistake. With the conduit it was a 15 minute fix. The AV closet also has a passive intake built into the bottom of the door and an AC Infinity Airframe T7 exhaust built into to exhaust hot air out into an adjacent room Seating: Weilianda Chic Series Recliners I absolutely LOVE these recliners and I was NOT sponsored by anyone for this project, nor to share my thoughts. I went back and forth a lot on seating, originally planning to get sectional sofas, then looking at some of the other "home theater" companies. I ultimately went with Weilianda after they sent me some leather samples. My primary concern was quality of the leather, so my first "test" was to cut up the sample and see if it was cheap dyed leather. It was not - the leather quality and color runs all the way through the leather and if anything is ever scratched there is no dye that will come off. The seats are firm, but in a very comfortable way and the build quality and stitching is excellent. I purposefully chose loveseats so that we could snuggle up with our young kids on movie nights. Every chair also came with a carbon fiber tray table and they even through in 2 of the phone/tablet holders which I use all the time - especially on football night when I'm tracking my fantasy league lol. I'd also like to share my experience of working with Weilianda because their customer service has been outstanding and incredibly responsive, which is so rare these days. I was missing a couple of the included tray tables and within 24 hours of reaching out they responded and had them in the mail. They've since followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my order and see if there was anything they could do for me. I can't think of another business that has done this in recent memory. My wife was admitted to hospital for an induction of our second child. She had a rough time during her first pregnancy, as it was during Lockdown (UK). I was not allowed to stay during this time, so she asked that I stay each night with her during this pregnancy. She gets quite anxious and wanted me there for support during the night, as she didn't feel comfortable asking the night staff. We came to the hospital 2am on Sunday Morning, where she was put on a ward and started on hormones. The Labour wasn't progressing very quickly so she told me to go home around 9am as she'd need me when the baby came. I came back in the evening and she told me to go home and rest around Midnight. I came up early Monday morning and spent the day with her and went home around 5 to spend time with our daughter (staying with my parents). I got a call at 1am Tuesday from her. She thought she was in labour but didn't think the staff were taking her seriously. I rushed up to the ward, baby was born 3 hours later via an emergency c-section. We were moved around a fair bit until we were settled in a ward around 4pm on Tuesday. Both extremely tired (her obviously much more) but we managed a few hours as they had a little sofa I could lay down on. I got up throughout the night to help with baby so she could rest. Wednesday we had a nap during the day, but I stayed all day. This is where the question arose. The baby was noted to have a health problem and so has been taken for further tests. I took the baby as my wife had trouble walking during the pregnancy due to pelvic pain. This has continued and so she is in a lot of pain quite often, combined with the surgery. They needed to move us to another ward to observe the baby, but this ward does not have a pull out bed for partners. I have lower back pain so I've carried a cushion around to alleviate it whilst she's been in hospital. It doesn't do much but it means I can sit in the chairs for a bit rather than needing to lie down. I've told me wife that I couldn't stay as I wouldn't be able to sit in the chair all night with no sleep. She expected me to stay the night and continue to help her out during the day. I feel really bad about it, but I wouldn't be able to sleep at all and sitting in the chair would just further screw up my back. Then I'd be of no use the next day eithout sleep and with back pain. I set everything up for my wife to make it easier for her during the night. I spoke to the staff and told them how anxious she is and that she'd need extra help and told my wife to ask for help when she needed it. I left at 12am and came back when the doors opened next morning. I've been taking over during the day and letting her rest when she wants to. My argument is that I can't physically stay awake all night and all day. Although I'd agreed to stay all night with her before admission, I thought at least I'd be able to lie down.
