I take psyllium husk fiber pills 3 times a day, magnesium citrate once a day, and stool softeners as needed. When that fails, and I need to poop but it just won't come out, I use fleet enemas. Prune juice also helps tremendously but I developed a food aversion to it and now it makes me puke.

K2 and magnesium should be taken with vit D. JayDee tells you all you need to know about B12 and Folate. But don't need to stop the B12 before a test but a B complex you do, due to the biotin - just a couple of days. Apart from that, depends what you're testing. Can't think of anything else you need to know. :)

I had mild high BP readings with my first at 37 weeks and want to prevent that in my next pregnancy. I plan to take baby aspirin, but does anyone have any experience with a magnesium supplement during pregnancy to help with BP? If so what type of magnesium?

Girl get the calm magnesium drink powder and also helps with sleep. I mix it in with a small amount of apple and tart cherry juice at night and it’s changed my life with that. I don’t want to gag and drink miralax or do anything crazy so I tried that two months ago and after about a week of doing it every night I hadn’t had problems since.

You have to have your calcium : magnesium ratio in soil somewhat respectable and then good sulphur and boron levels and obviously p and k. And if you think you have your calcium levels spot on and you see creeping thistle growing then you need more calcium in those areas. They'll die out when your levels come up.
